My son got his divorce and the baby!She never seen her again! The child will be 14yrs old in may,theres something wrong in there back ground when they dont show up for court!(The courts dont just blow off the mothers)!!!!!!!My son was married to this girl for 3 yrs before the baby came,we found out later she had another chid before getting with my son, she had given that baby up also!!!! We look at it as a blessing!!!!!!!

I gotta say my mom fault tooth and nail for joint custody over us kids when my parents were divorced. It was a messy situation, only reason she didn’t get full custody while I was still a kid is she had me when she was 16 and never really had a job before and was trying to get on her feet. But she has full custody of my bro and sis now. Proud of my mama she got a job and her life together for her kids.

ok heres a scenario for you to kinda think about,what if the g/f was in cahoots with the bio-mom and grma,shes starting to feel the pressure of taking care of 2 kids that belong to her boyfreind,so she contacts the mom, they plan it out so it looks like a sbduction, so it makes the dad look bad, then the mom steps in to take custody of the kids again. with the help of her mom.so the dad and the g/f can live happily ever after, with no responsibiltys for the kids. i still find it strange that the back door was wide open, i think hayliegh would have went with someone she knew.maybe the mom has been setting her self up with a place to live with the kids. thinking she could get custody again.

Did I hear the father of Haleigh say there was just a little plastic lock on the door at the back? SATSUMA, FL — The family of Haleigh Cummings is making a plea for volunteer search teams to stay and continue to search for their missing daughter.

“There’s still time to look,” said Ronald Cummings who thanked all the volunteers for spending their time to look for his little girl.

“I’m not giving up on my daughter, never!”

EquuSearch director Tim Miller even took Ronald Cummings out for a brief search by horseback Monday afternoon.

Miller told First Coast News he understands why Cummings wants volunteers to hold their ground, but he’s only returning to Texas at the request of authorities.

EquuSearch has been on the ground since Thursday.

“I encourage anyone who wants to help me to look for my daughter to come back and help me look,” pleaded Cummings.

His fiveyear old daughter Haleigh Cummings vanished from her home in rural Satsuma sometime after she went to bed one week ago.

I remeber a case where a young girl came up missing. The police and vols check everywhere for her. A neighbor boy claims to have seen her but could not remember what time. She found the missing dead girl body under the matterise of the bed.

The sad thing is that the boy was one of the volunteers in the search.

Casey Anthony’s defense attorney Jose Baez checked himself into a hospital Friday night with a “stomach ache” according to his spokeswoman Marti Mackenzie.

She would not say how long he stayed, but said doctors ran several test as a precaution.

Mackenzie said Baez was back at work Monday and feeling fine.
