Not suprised!! Mayo Group is AWFUL!! They think because they turn poor neighborhoods around that nobody is going to look closely as to what they are doing!! For the 1 year I lived there they went threw 5 property managers!! Wonder Why?? The apartments are half ass done and good luck if you need something fixed! But they want to charge you for EVERYTHING when you move out. Have you ever heard of someone charging to repaint the apartment after you move out?? MMMMMM… Not suprised!!
