Casey Anthony, mother of little Caylee Marie, is being held on charges of first degree murder of her daughter at the Orange County Jail in Orlando.
Caylee was missing for 31 days before being reported to the police and even then it wasn’t her Mother that reported it. It was Caylee’s grandmother, Cindy Anthony that made that infamous 911 call on July 15, 2008.
Casey has told lie after lie to authorities leading them on wild goose chases trying desperately to find little Caylee. She insists that she left Caylee with the Nanny and when she went to pick her up that evening after work they were gone. No apartment, no phone, no nothing was left. According to her stories it was as if Zenaida Hernandez Gonzalez just disappeared off the face of the earth. Well since all this Law Enforcement has concluded that this Nanny theory in Casey’s head is a fictitious person that does not exist.
After little Caylee’s remains were found on December 11 and later positively identified to be her she has been through the ringer with tests and examinations from both the FBI and investigators for the prosecution and from Jose Baez’s team causing the public outcry about little Caylee finally being laid to rest. All we heard was how her little bones were left in a box stored at the funeral home. It was said that Baez was holding her back in case his team needed more testing on her in the future.
Now we hear that finally the public Memorial is set for tomorrow morning at 10 am at the First Baptist Church in Orlando. Security will be tight. No bags, no purses, no back packs, no cameras and no cell phones will be allowed and everyone going inside the church must pass through a metal detector.
Well although this certainly came to no surprise to me sleazebag Jose Baez came out with an attempt to make his client seem to be the innocent mother with love in her heart for her daughter that was murdered. He announced that his client has expressed grief and disapproval over the plans for the Memorial being held for the public.
He read a statement Monday afternoon from Casey Anthony about how she feels. “I miss Caylee everyday and every minute of everyday,” Casey said in the statement. “I can’t be there for Caylee’s funeral but someday I want to visit her grave and want to tell her how much I miss her… I know they cremated her but I still don’t want the public with cameras and everyone around for Caylee’s funeral service. I can’t stop my parents from doing what they want. I truly hope it will help them.”
Casey had signed over the legal authority to plan Caylee’s funeral to her parents. “If you look at the statement, she clearly believes this is a private matter,” said Baez. “People grieve in different ways. If this is something they have to do she understands that. She loves her family very, very much. She realizes how difficult this is for everyone.”
This is the first I have heard about Caylee’s remains being cremated. Baez claims that Casey wanted Caylee buried in a casket so she could go and visit her at her gravesite but the grandparents decided to cremate her. She hasn’t even requested to watch the Memorial service on TV tomorrow. This is really a caring mother right? NOT! Give me a break!
The memorial will be broadcast live from the First Baptist Church of Orlando on Orlando Television. I am not sure yet which one though.
I say get the trial over with as soon as possible, find Casey Anthony guilty, give her life in prison with no chance whatsoever of parole and then throw away the key to her jail cell. She doesn’t deserve to ever walk free.
Don’t forget everyone to light that candle for Caylee tomorrow morning at 10 am as our memorial for her. God bless you Caylee. May you rest in peace sweetheart!

Anyone else notice in “Casey’s statement” that there is not ONE time she mentions loving her daughter? Yes, there was the “missing everyday” stuff, but nothing about how much she loved her or how heartbroken she is that her child is dead.
It is the first public statement she has made since she was jailed in October, you would think she might mention how she LOVED her daughter. But, noooooooo… all I heard in that statement is how she is not getting HER way.
Also prevalent in that statement is the use of the word “I” constantly. “I want.. I allowed.. I told.. I wanted.. I could…I miss..I don’t want..I hope.. I allowed” Good grief, is there anyone else in that woman’s mind except HERSELF?
I guess all this “I wanted” and what “they” wanted was done back and forth through notes, since the parents haven’t visited her since Caylee was found. Guess Cindy is really giving back to Casey, her only way of punishing her at this point, by not doing what SHE wanted. A bit too late to take charge over the child, I would say.
Of course, that’s only Baez’s spin to the media. We have no idea if Casey really wrote that statement or if she really even cares where/how Caylee is memorialized.
I also doubt that Cindy wrote that eulogy, sounds more like a PR person’s report rather than a grandmother’s remembrance of a child.
Funny how Casey has something to say about Caylee’s remains, being she didn’t have anything to say to anyone when Caylee was supposedly “missing” for the month before her mother found her.

Dear Heavenly Father we come to you tonight to ask for You to simply watch over the service tomorrow and help give comfort to those that are grieving, and give wisdom to those that might choose to make a scene. The mention of the cremation was no mistake. It was designed to get people used to the fact that it likely did happen. Is that what sent George off to the hospital? Was that a ruse to have some private time for the cremation?
Wouldn’t surprise me if they finally admit that they had Caylee cremated last month.
Does anyone remember someone came on here and announced that Caylee had already been cremated? Is it possible that was the truth?
Bottom line is this: Casey couldn’t care less what became of Caylee’s remains. That statement was a message crafted to imply that she thinks and feels.
And as for Kiomarie Torres-Cruz. Her story has been around since July. Why is the enquirer just reporting this as if any of it was new?
Every detail from her is in police statements given right at the beginning, including the general area where the body was found.
And does anyone remember the jailhouse video where Cindy asks Casey if she knows a Tia Torres from the neighbourhood? Apparently this “Tia” told people that Casey had said Cindy was in a mental hospital. Casey shrugged it off and said she didnt know a Tia, the whole time knowing full well it was her friend Kio-marie Torres-Cruz.
I wonder why it took the enquirer so long to print this story? It has been an integral part of the plot since day one.
Even the detectives stated that they were searching the woods a month before Caylee was found, based on what Kio-marie had told LE….

“The family is requesting that those with only the purest of hearts and truly honorable intentions attend the service for their beloved child,” …I Guess George will be the only family member that meets this criteria….what a sick family..cindy is delusional and as evil as casey…may G-D forgive them…cindy gets to wake every day knowing had she not run her own agenda over caseys desire to place for adoption this lovely baby would be alive and well.
I don’t think we can take George off the enabler list. He might not have the control factor that his wife does, but lets not forget he was a police officer at one time. He knows what evidence is and he smelled that car and helped clean it out. All the while, he KNEW they should leave it alone and call the police immediately.
He might have cheated and gambled, but that had nothing to do with Caylee, I’m sure he was a loving grandfather. And, for that, he gets my sympathy at this time.
But, in no way does he get off the hook in this mess. Even though he testified at the grand jury, he still followed wifey around and went on national tv agreeing with everything she said. This only dragged the case along.
Can we blame him for weakness? If it means letting his wife tell him when to take out trash.. NO. If it means letting his wife tell him to cover up the murder of their grandchild? A huge YES.
So, today, we will all remember Caylee. But, all of us here HAVE been remembering her every single time we write about her. We don’t needto trek to a fancy church with music and flowers and hoopla. We don’t need cameras.
All we need is that justice is found for Caylee. Rest in peace, little girl. We know you are happy and safe, at last.

Ya know, The only reason Casey doesn’t want this public memorial to happen is because she doesn’t want anything to do with Caylee, she wants all of the attention on her, Not Caylee. “They” “Them” “Their” are the only words she says, referring to her parents. Not “We” or even “I”, She is still disconnected and still only thinking of herself. No, I’m not surprised at all. But I just don’t understand how a mother could be so disconnected with their child like this. I know, y’all have explained the sociopath ect. But still, EVERYONE has cried except Casey herself.
Her statement about the cremation doesn’t make sense either. Baez knows whether or not that happened and he’s not talking either. Apparently the Ants say it’s not true. Just for the sake of peace of mind, I’d like to know if she was cremated or not. The only thing I can think of is, maybe it is true and the Ants don’t want anyone to know. I say that because of what Cindy has stated before, having fear of “grave robbers”. Which there are a lot of sick people out there like that. And from the looks of it, they all migrate to Florida.

Another thing…Conway and Bozo are in constant touch with each other. M has known about this memorial service from its conception. She releases a statement less than 24 hrs. before the service. It’s all timing. To make her look so forlorn and suffering that she can’t be a part of the memorial….had no say so?? Wanted only a small funeral and not a public memorial?? BS!! She’s known all along what was going down. Everyone can see right thru this. Won’t draw any sympathy from the public. Another screw-up on the defense side. JMO
Eugology - to me sounds more like a lame attempt to divert attention from the fact that the primary suspect in this murder is Ms Oh Poor Pitiful Me. Seems cindy’s intent is to draw attention away from the main issue (murder) and make some kind of sick connection to others whose children have disappeared. I see no indication of grief nor affection for Caylee. They are all insane.
I’m not even going to try and understand her poor poor me, I didn’t want it this way, statement.
This is the “public” memorial service not Caylee’s funeral. This is for all of us out here that grieve for Caylee on a daily basis. And although I’m not a fan of C or G, I’m thankful that they have been true to their word and are giving everyone a way to formally say goodbye.
I’m pretty sure that will be private funeral with only a handful of family and if it hasn’t happened already, will soon happen and hopefully, won’t be publicized.

Sources close to the investigation reveal Kronk being photographed in mysterious

Kronk is said to have been staying with his supervisor or his ex-wife just houses

Crowds lined up for a public memorial service for slain Florida girl Caylee Anthony Tuesday, but her mother, who is charged with her murder, wasn’t among them.

M’s statement seemed to indicate ashes so if that’s right will they be there? What will be done with them? I guess maybe that would be done later and in private (secret)?
mb - I visited that site once and left a message recommending that they go to work directly for the defense because they’d probably make more money that way. It is SO obviously biased in favor of M! Scares me that people can read that and not know any better.

Reports from the Ant Camp yesterday was “thousands are expected”…and early estimates show less that 2 thousand… I think sensible, smart people realized that this memorial was a tool used by the Ants for their own personal gain…and this is going to burn them in the end. If for example one of my kids went missing and Geo showed up at my doorstep to comfort and help me…I would punch him straight in the face…

I took a different tack with this “memorial” today as I thought that there would be a show. Imo, C, especially will not change her behaviours so I kind of expected that M. would be brought into this today.
Like mytwocents, I have backed off on the Ants for a bit because things were getting to me and I was getting really angry. I decided yesterday that I didn’t want to waste my time and energy on them today. I personally needed to just honour Caylee.
I felt that the Ants would do whatever they could to bring M. into it this morning …. wear shamrocks for M., write M. support letters, pray for M. ,,,,, all that schtick, and they did. The Ants are predictable for sure.
There were many other people both there in the church, and out of that church, who were holding Caylee up, praying for Caylee, grieving for Caylee. The Ants are gonna do what they are gonna do because they have had a long lifetime of interacting in maladaptive ways.
Caylee is out of this family now and beyond any further hurt or negativeness by her biological family. She is with a greater family now and is loved and appreciated.
I think that when M’s trial is over and she is found guilty and sentenced to jail for a long time, I will light another candle then - just for Caylee ….. a kind of final good-bye.

Because she was being led BACK to jail. I am sure she was crying for CAYLEE.

Okay…I have to admit something…I wanted to see George… And I have a question about the locket he talked about… He said when they put it on him…he could feel Caylee. Did anyone catch that? Was he in some way saying that he had Caylee’s ashes in that locket?
That is what I got out of it…anyone else see that or think like me? If you think like me…I am sorry…but you have serious problems…LOL
I hate to say it but the memorial was just “too little, too late”. That should be their new company motto.
Most people didn’t wait for the Anthony’s permission to grieve and say goodbye to Caylee. I believe that most decent people have been grieving and have said their goodbyes privately many months ago.
We’re only 4 months away from the anniversary of her death for gods sake.
When he started w/ the locket I was waiting for it too, then he switched gears. Ironically I’ve watched him on utube again & didn’t catch that part. That’s where I thought it was going was to the ashes.

Beth, Well I nixed that idea of the steak and wine. Just coffee and toast with REAL butter. Didn’t feel like cooking anyway. Not to mention that I don’t have a steak here and drank the wine last Xmas Eve.

Well glad it is over. The whole spectacle reminded me eerily of Jim Baker & Tammy Fay show. I changed my TV to mute when the Ants were babbling. Made it much more interesting. Music was great.
Low anticipated turn out IMO. Half of the crowd was probably media in some form.

Caylee has been put to rest today and although the memorial service could have been beautiful, it was marred with each one of the Anthony’s, Cindy, George and especially Lee using that platform to support their evil daughter in hopes of gaining sympathy from the public.
No family should have a loved one go unpunished when they plainly committed murder.
The family can go on quietly loving Casey but Casey must pay for taking her daughter’s precious life and then disposing of it like garbage.
Lee did not address Caylee at all. All his energy went to his sister in his undeniable code CMA saying he was proud of her and hoped that she was proud of him too. Evidently that family can’t hear what we detect in the Monster’s voice. The Monster is NOT proud of Lee or anyone. She is a sociopath who murdered her own precious daughter. Who in their right mind would want to write that Monster a letter other than to tell her she deserves the death penalty and nothing less.

On the other hand, at trial time, M( and Bozo plus scream team) will not hesitate to throw her parents and Lee under the bus if it could help her defense. M cares as much for her parents/Lee as she did for Caylee. Zilch.
And as to making money of Caylee, most of the money will be made by the defense/forensic team. They are experts and accomplished authors milking such a case. Poetic justice for the Ants IMO.

Chewing gum was to keep themselves entertained.
I have been watching Nancy Grace show since the beginning and I have to ask ” Why doesn’t Casey Anthony just confess that she killed little Caylee Marie Anthony who didn’t deserve to die for no apparent reason. Caylee for such a sweet little girl should have lived and the cruel thing about this unfitted mother is that she left a child decomposing in her vechile and then she threw her in a set of woods that is worst crime committed i have heard in a while. I say she is guilty.
