The following is the transcript of a news conference held by Casey Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez, on Monday, February 9. He is the only person who spoke and read a statement from Casey.

This is a statement by my client and she’s authorized me to a make a statement to the public with regards to tomorrow’s memorial.

I miss Caylee every day and every minute of every day. I can’t be there for Caylee’s funeral, but some day I want to go and visit her grave and tell her how much I miss her.

I allowed my parents to be in charge for the funeral for Caylee. I told them I wanted her buried in a casket and I wanted there to be a gravestone so I could go and visit her. I asked them if there could only be a private funeral for just the family.

I know they cremated her. I still don’t want a public events with cameras and everybody around for Caylee’s service, but I can’t stop my parents from doing what they want. I truly hope that it will help them.

I dont know I haven't lost a child or gr child BUT,, I know in my case , I could NOT stand before thousands of people & do that particular speech, eulogy. sindee already did her grieving when they found the car ,, I found that unusual for her her not to scream & shout for help to try to find Caylee,, omg they would take me away no kidding ,,,BUT she put all that aside & concentrated on getting the K off the hook ,, so Now it doesn't hurt her to stand before people and talk about little caylee like she was a stranger ,,I have read it all, I find it so cold , like she is talking about her favorite (race horse ) for example . who died, absolutley no grief, in the eulogy , talking about a little stranger . in the past-tense M is in court grinning laughing , in mean time she is sitting there fumbleing with her ugly grey suit .. . child was murdered & her father is Hospitialize because of her ,not grieving , no sympathy ,for dad ,,just went there to see once again her attorney ,body language expert noticed that ,, they are in love yuck who cares ,,, you are all right, its not all about Caylee ,,, the only ones who care for Caylee are the people on this Blogg sindee I cant stand you for lieing & being in denial for too long ,, give it up hello: I have read the eulogy,Im just blown away ,
first of all its not up to her to do this , she should be seated grieving, & another member of the family must do this.
