Many might called it bad only because they don't understand Viktor -- at all. Yes, we knew the reason for the blood feud from the 1st movie, but this movie gave us more details. One might said that these details are pointless -- but I disagree. They go beyond the flashbacks/visions from the 1st movie (Sonja, condemed to death).
