Really? Even if the father has slammed one child against the wall repeatedly and with such force that the child suffered a fractured skull? Even if the father is molesting the children--as in another case in which I work on behalf of an unjustly imprisoned mother? Even if the father is a batterer? Even if the children are terrified of his abuse? Allow me a story, please? When my children were very small, there was an incident of incest in my husband's family--not involving my then-husband or any of my children. This incident brought on a very brief discussion of the subject of incest and the possibility that my own children might be affected. The very brief discussion began with my then-husband's telling me the story of the incest--with some considerable interest on his part. It ended with a simple statement from me: "John Marsh, if you ever touch one of my children, I will kill you?" Neither of us ever broached the subject again. “To kidnap your own children is unacceptable REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION.”

Really?

Even if the father has slammed one child against the wall repeatedly and with such force that the child suffered a fractured skull?

This type of behavior from one parent, is very immature and not healthly for the children involved. She only accuse the father of these things cause she wanted to control the custody.
