		<description>Very good review of cruxes of the ITA 2000 amendment. I was hoping this amendment would bring clearer policy on privacy and breach disclosures. I am still at loss to learn that it has more laws that can be misused by authorities, per se.
I suppose the earlier section about port scanning, etc., still holds good. This might discourage freelancers, security professionals, trying to whistle blow a loophole in a private or public organisation.
I am looking for a copy of final version of the amended ITA 2000. What I have is the draft version. I would be grateful if you could help.</description>
