So many references to hating authority, to being sexually promiscuous, drinking & of dark things like DEATH.

She distanced herself from ANYONE who had young children OR who knew Caylee well enough to notice M was NOT behaving like a competent mother. Sadly, her own family closed their eyes to what M had become since she left high school.

He is going to have to find someone else to pin it on and that isn’t going to happen. What can he do next? Tell us all that every single bit of forensics is bogus.

Anyhoo… I DO worry that BB’s inexperience is going to mean this trial ends up postponed so M can have a new lawyer working for her. I have a feeling the defense will want to delay the almost inevitable finding of guilty for as long as possible.

From what we hear, M is having a nice time in jail anyway. Sleeping, eating, snacking, reading her Bible and NOT bothering to ask herself what happens to people who break all the Commandments. lol

I don’t know, but I don’t, only whatever has been put on line, to help me get to the blog, and yesterday 2, to be kind I think. Maybe some people feel some kind of connection. Not quite sure how they do it.

The current blog, is usually listed first. I was trying to get on once, and saw a new one. THAT’S HOW I beat Pickles - that one time!

Out of Law School 3 years, and in a murder case? And a CASE like this? Someone on TV said he keeps reminding us (by his inept actions) that he is out only, 3 years.

That story is WAY MORE believable than any of the idiotic stories the defense has tried so far.

I think the defense is going to spend all their time trying to figure out a way to pin the blame on one (or more) of M’s friends. I hope they ALL have contacted lawyers in advance so they will be prepared in case THEY are the one who get picked to be the fall guy.

I wonder if her friends can get a group rate. They deserve it.

Heart, I theorized about that in an earlier post. I guess lots of us are starting to feel the defense is grasping at straws!

The whole defense seems such a colossal MESS. Now we have BB wanting the prosecution’s records for Ricardo because he posted that chloroform pic.

Problem for the defense is that he posted the pic before M even searched for chloroform so I suppose the prosecution now has a very logical explanation for how M even thought to consider chloroform. lol

All I want is 5 minutes alone with the boyfriend…thats all I would need.

3 year olds don’t just spontaneously die. I suspect the boyfriend had something to do with it…and I am so freaking angry right now.

Of course,if he’s looking for ideas… she could come up with a more believable story. Here’s one…. While M was digging up a bamboo root, she accidentally hit herself in the head with the shovel. It knocked her out and caused memory loss. She forgot that she had a daughter. When m realized it and tried to remember where she left her, the letter Z came to her. Kilr thought it was something to do with a Datsun 240Z so she thought about buying a car or finding a car. But M forgot where she left her car. But all the time she was looking for a Datsun. M had a feeling her Datsun 240Z was out of gas, so she was borrowing gas cans right and left. What a silly mistake…it must have been at fusion that the con-fusion hit her! YES, Bz & M…my story makes about as much sense as yours. I’d stick with the kidnap rap. We do want you to do the max.

Then they can work on their game plan to counter act them,well in advance of the Trial in these areas.
In NO way, is this a normal case. What can be done in other cases, maybe can’t be done here. TOTALY ABNORMAL in every aspect.

I also felt George was just trying to help his daughter keep it together with the silly “corporation” story. You know, there are only so many topics you can talk about when the ONE TOPIC you want to discuss is enraging your daughter to the point where you’re afraid her reactions are going to be used as ammo against her in trial.

But we sure learned that M’s real gripe wasn’t that she felt her parents were trying to control HER life. She was enraged that SHE couldn’t control theirs.

Come to think of it, C did the same thing to M - forcing her to keep the baby, and thereby being indebted to her. She didn’t KNOW this daughter was not right? Highly disturbed? Probably brain fried? But wanted a cute little baby around?

She couldn’t have known that after she ditched her car that Zanny would put a dead body in there.

Contingency AS TO HOW the CASE turns out in the Trial. Now wouldn’t that possibly AFFECT the way he “orchestrates” the Trial, and advises his client how to plead, etc.? Tori: Tried to get the documents to check and of course, couldn’t find the site where you could look just at the forensics on the computer. I do think it was right down the page from that bit you quoted though. My laptop started screaming “your virtual memory is too low…blah,blah..” so I quit trying.

That’s a very good thought about G possibly going for a job interview and being turned down. I had not thought of that. I thought maybe he told C he had an appointment as an excuse to get out of the house!

I think it’s smart to be wary of what we read even in the so-called “news.” Who knows who “sources” really are and it changes as Tori pointed out. It makes it really hard to get a handle on what’s really going on.

I don’t think some of the things found with the remains are going to be much help to the prosecution. It’s to be expected if Caylee had some of her own belongings with her (like her blanket) and unfortunately also to be expected if there are signs of her mother on them.

I’m afraid the only damning evidence might be dna/fingerprints on something connected to Caylee’s death. Like the duct tape or sticker.
I sure do hope that LE has more evidence of some kind than we’ve heard about so far that will definitively connect M to the murder.

Is that possible? That LE has not released it all yet? Or maybe some tests are not finished?
