Indeed, there is a lot of people who wonder if 9-11 would have been prevented if it wasn't for Clinton's "civil liberties" emphasis. One, a Clinton appointed judge had allowed Moussaoi's computer to be investigated, Two: Clinton's Goeranik (?spelling) stopped the FBI from talking to the CIA during his time in office, and three: Clinton's CIA/State Department refused to take seriously the reports from the Philippine military about plans to either hijack and crash planes or hijack and fly them into buildings...information that was obtained by torture by the local military intelligence officers. that would be a great way to divide the nation: before they try it, they need to get rid of Jack Bauer reruns.
