I was raised a good “Catholic”, which I do practice, but there is nothing in this world that does not make me believe m should die for what she has
done… the more the details the more I truly wish her dead.

The sticker and the blanket (like the iron on letters and such) are going to be something both the defense and the proc play heavy on.

The defense is going to keep try try trying for an accidental death angle and call that remorse / care for the child.

The Proc is going to bring up past history (the web searches, chemical evidence, the interviews while it was a missing child case) to show premeditation and a cover up by ONE KILLER (sorry they ain’t going after Sin for the cover up though they know she is in on it…too big of a chance that if mommy Sin got off you’d get a mistrial on the baby killing teewhat they know they already have nailed).

The most damning thing of all is gonna be on the clothes, the blanket, the laundry bag…all of that…its going to be tied to the home and some of it the trunk.

I think all the evidence adds up to a very fucked up warped baby killing psychopathic monster doing something evil to the ‘garbage’ that was keeping her from living her life. She may have moments where she seems somewhat human (I have known people…addicts…whatnot…whatever) and the personal things in there may be a part of that or just a part of what psyc*nts normal routine was about taking the child out when she went out to seek her daily coke and ween supply. either way this baby didn’t suffer a short death in my opinion but a long one. She was suffering silent and very hard to detect abuse for a long time. mainly from neglect and being doped.

The knife is just an after thought IMO…psyc*nt hadn’t quite started to work out her story yet and quite possibly had a ween session to get to so she left her options on the story open.

If the knife had anything to do with this poor baby’s death we would already know…just think it was a prop in another part of the murdering psyc*nts what if plans that hadn’t quite molded yet.

He is inexperienced…he saw this as a career clincher. He was wading shallow waters as this built up and I think had a sneeky thought he might get into wunder-snatches pants if something winged to get her off the charge back before Caylee was found. Nothing totally up and up about him but as I have said the jokes about lawyers being slimy have been since time out of mind.

I think he got duped both by his sex drive / ego (bad on him…raise the bar dude…prison snatch is not a catch), and a true desire to advance his career.

He can’t dump it now… like I said before if he had a proven track record then maybe he could, but he does not. Only way he can save face and possibly prove he is a good defense attorney from this point on is to pull very legally justified card out of his hat that he can (you can tell now IMO that he knows his client is a guilty as sin piece of crap…I really don’t think he believed that before) and hope his record for trying to defend the undeniably guilty precedes him in his future endeavors.

Child protection is a hard job but there are some who you actually can help. Although, there really are huge stresses with that job.

A 2 month old baby on my caseload died and I felt just awful. The court made an order and forced me to place the baby in that home and when I look at things now, I can see that I did all that I could do about trying to persuade the judge from making the order. I also had been assaulted several times by some of my clients which was no fun for sure and also stalked, chased with a hammer and chased with a knife. Some pretty sicko folks out there in the world.

I think there was a knife found in the truck of the car and a knife found with Caylee’s remains. No sure if they were kitchen table knives or something like steak knives. If they are steak knives, they usually have a wooden handle. If so, then LE could check for blood and stuff under the handles.

What I would like to stress, is these defense lawyer say that there isn’t enough evidence connecting M to commenting the crime. But was there one piece of evidence that didn’t connect her to the crime? Like someone elses evidence found? NO!

In addition to what I said above, I’m not naive enough to think that BB is NOT blinded by the fame and money too.

I think he figured he could find a way to make it work for him and for his client but I don’t think that he was astute enough to really see what a conniver and liar M was. Not he is stuck with carrying on with the case.

I find it quite telling that the rest of the dream team has been eerily silent. Would love to know what they are counseling BB to do.

A new hearing was announced early Thursday evening in the Casey Anthony case.

The defense wants the judge to order the owner of the property where Caylee’s remains were found to let them in to inspect the area (read motion). The defense also wants records on whether Texas EquuSearch volunteers searched that same area.

The judge will hear the motions on Friday, January 30.

It is the profession he chose LI and it is a part of our justice system. A lot of more experienced lawyers would have backed off at this point because they would have a solid rep and history to go before them. This guy does not and he is still sticking to what he got into. His client is shit, and he knows it, but he is not going to let his ability to do a job as a defense attorney in the future be hurt by the fact he stuck out his neck for a grand manipulator and is now just doing the job he was hired for.

It is a part of our justice system and in order for him to do his best for even the worst most vile person he has to be willing to stick out his neck for THEM as much as he would for someone who might actually be wrongly accused.

HE IS A DEFENSE ATTORNEY and and inexperienced one at that. He knows he is backed in the corner and that his client is guilty now. He is going to do his best to make sure that he covers every angle he can, make himself look like a good attorney, and be a more popular hire choice as a defense attorney. It is his job, it is what he chose to do and whether you like it or not it is part of our legal system. One day the reputation he gets for sticking by this baby murdering bitch and putting his balls out guts into it may actually free someone who did no harm.

It is his fucking job…he isn’t coddling her any more, hes being a lawyer and showing a very foolish looking and frustrated side to himself. His best bet would be to go make a plea deal and a more experienced attorney with a proven history would. He’s not in that boat. He is in the thing to prove he knows how to make maneuvers that will help future clients EVEN IF it makes him look like a jackass in this case.

He knows he is guilty man…he is just sticking by his guns. You have to respect someone who believes in what they do. You have to realize defense attorneys are as much a part of the justice system as anything else. ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Eyewitness News has uncovered details of two investigations by the Florida Bar Association into Casey Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez. One involves how Baez advertised himself and the other deals with making false statements against public officials.
Casey Anthony’s defense team has sent out dozens of media releases throughout the case and some include accusations against the state attorney and prosecutors. Sources tell Eyewitness News it may be a violation Florida Bar rules and now Jose Baez could get in trouble with the Bar.

The Bar has confirmed it has two open investigations. The first involves Jose Baez’s PR firm, Press Corp Media, run by Todd Black. In the past, Baez’s spokesperson has released statements to the media about State Attorney Lawson Lamar and prosecutors.
In one release, it states, “Lawson Lamar is facing tough opposition and having a missing baby is a perfect springboard for free commercial time.” Another release states, “The prosecution has manipulated and shamelessly used the media in the reporting of false distorted … evidence.”
Sources told Eyewitness News officials are looking into whether or not Baez violated a rule that states lawyers can’t make false statements about judges or legal officials.
The second investigation deals with Baez possibly violating advertising rules, where he claimed to have more credentials and experience than he really did.
The two complaints are in addition to an informal complaint made to the State Attorney’s Office. Sources told Eyewitness News there are allegations that Baez maybe using entertainment deals to fund his defense team.
On Wednesday, Baez denied that (watch full press conference).
“To be honest, I have been a target of numerous complaints,” Baez said in an early evening news conference Wednesday. “They’re just people’s wild accusations and the Florida Bar has to investigate them.”
WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said, if the Bar found probable cause, Baez would probably only receive a letter of advisement. The spokesperson for the State Attorney’s Office would not confirm or deny if the complaint came from them.

I think BB has been attempting to lay out a smoke screen with all his comments and I also think he is struggling with M’s behaviours and trying to manage this whole case. He is now at the point where he is looking more like a fool because of his actions and comments prior to the discovery of Caylee’s remains.

When I was working in child protection, many of my clients were diagnosed sociopaths (and even had a couple of psychocopaths and boy are they are scary). Working with these folks was just so frustrating. They could twist and spin lies so fast that I found that I had to check out almost everything that came out of their mouths.

When my friend got a DUI and got a lawyer…It was obvious that she was caught and charged with a crime. But when she hired her lawyer it was $5000. up front, out of pocket before he even took the information. After she paid she never even had a charge on her record she didn’t even go to court… So BB is in it for himself reguardless of M guilt.

I think that M’s “friends” would have heard more about the nanny than C & G though. M. most likely would be more expansive with her lies to her “friends”.

I think M. might have been a little more cautious with telling much to C & G about the nanny. The Ants did have some power over M. in regard to M. continuing to live free at the Ants.

Also, C & G could hassle her more about the nanny - I thought the recently released tapes really showed how C kept picking at M when M. was crabbing that no one would listen to her.

The more M. said no one listened to her, the more C kept saying it was okay and she would listen. Their conversation seemed to go in a sick circle. When I saw the tape, I thought that M. just escalated when C did that.

BB made too many bold statements regarding looking for a live Caylee when I believe he knew full well ( or is brain damaged ) that she wasn’t alive. Everything M said & did indicated she was dead. I deem that trickery, now if u want to base a defense on the truth & attempt to dismiss or excuse to get a lighter sentence fine, knock urself out. But don’t lie, point the finger at others who r real or fiction, & expect public sympathy for a stone cold killer. He put himself in the same position C&G did, u want things different then don’t get on the camera everyday & show ur a$$.

Good to hear your sugars are good. I have some neuropathy in my feet and up my right leg, damaged kidneys from diabetes that caused chronic kidney disease, and my eyes are showing signs of it now even though I have had my sugars under really good control. It’s type 2 diabetes but I am really working hard on keeping things in check as want to go to keep or slow down going on insulin.

I was expecting a blowout NG and JVM last night bad I guess it was kind of a dud since we had been looking at and talking about all the sick cr@p that LE released yesterday already. I did seem to notice though that NG seemed to have a bigger shark smirk on her face than usual the first half of the show though. Looked like a kiddo who just tattled on their sibling for stealing a cookie out of the cookie jar. NG was saying ‘AH HA! TOLDJA SO!!!’ that was amusing.

What wasn’t amusing is trying to make sense out of and pick on Bozo. One of JVM’s guests pointed out as they were trying to rip him up…the guy is what he is, baby killing beeaiittch’s defense attorney. What is more he is very inexperienced. The guy sets me as wrong and slimy but I’m going to TRY not to hate on him so much any more. He saw his chance at a high profile case, needed some good notches on his resume so he took wunder-snatches case PROBABLY in some sort of belief (either his own, astring of lies by Miss Murder, or a mix) that there was at least an ‘accidental death’ angle to the whole thing. I really almost felt sorry for him watching him flounder in front of the camera yesterday. He knows either he duped himself or got duped by his client BUT he is not giving up on the job he was hired to do which is represent his client.

That baby killing evil murder whore is his client and despite the fact that what he has to try to say and do to DEFEND the baby killing murdering lowlife skank might seem very low and scummy, it is his job and he is sticking by his guns. I do have to respect that and do understand that he has to do some very effed up things to try and dance around the fact that even he seems to know now that his client, the baby murdering psycho whore, is blatantly guilty. Inexperienced as he is (as both a lawyer and as a person who has the camera of the nation thrust right at him) he does look foolish sometimes, but he isn’t the person who killed poor Caylee, just a guy trying to do what he was hired to do.

In short, I’m going to try and lay off the guy a bit. I truly believe he got a little roped into this by psyc*nt’s lies and now he is realizing he got into something way over his head and experience. I do also believe he took this case pro bono hoping the high profile nature would help his career. That is just the nature of the profession he chose. Some attorneys would have jumped ship at this point. Like I said as vile the hoops he is having to jump through seem it is the nature of his profession and I do have to respect that even though it looks awful on the surface you have to respect the man for sticking to his belief in his job, it takes quite a bit of character to be able to do that under such an obviously difficult and almost certain guilty verdict for such a nasty baby killing teeeewhat.

However I will continue to be as vile as I can be to the baby murdering whore…I wish they could pin more charges on the psyc*nt and ammend the arraignment so they could pursue the DP again. That would take some tricky manuvering by the DA at this point and possibly give Bobo a new defense angle, but I’d like to see if it rattled murder whores cage any just to put the cloud over her head that said “YUR GONNA FRY BITCH”.

Again as I posted in the last blog, I am going to try not to be so hard on Bobo. I think he came into this with his own conviction and being fed lies by murder whore that there was an accidental death angle to fight and it could further his career. He isn’t the only defense attorney in this country and he believes in the career he has chosen. the job they chose to do always has some sleezy looking dirty business that goes with it.

A lot more seasoned attorneys would have bailed on wunder-snatch at this point, but he believes in what he has chosen to do as a profession enough (in the end it is part of our justice system no matter how you look at it) to stand by his guns and his client even though he knows he got in way deeper shit than he was prepared for.

Not saying that he isn’t kind of creepy and slimy, that kind of joke has existed about lawyers since time out of mind (especially defense attorneys). I’m just saying he is doing his job and actually doing a pretty damned good one for someone so inexperienced on something so huge where it has become apparent his client is guilty as Sin (Sin and C pun intended).

I think M created this presoana(?) of a responsible daughter, to keep her parents in check and to stop them from asking or complaining about her actions 24/7…

Going as far as protending to have a nanny to watch caylee and a name tag from work to give the impression that the job was real. Its the don’t treat me like a child cause I’m being responsible…

So, as long as M parents beleived that M was working and being a responsible adult they left her alone… I think they started having problems when money was turning up missing…

Hell, M clean out Caylee trust funds and saving acct, along with her piggy bank…
All in this year timeframe. If wasn’t going to be hard to figure out that something wasn’t right.. Hell, G and M had problems cause he was looking into the money problem…

I woke up today with the thought that M. stole from everyone …. her parents, Caylee’s piggy bank, her grandparents, her friends but the biggest thing she ever stole, and ever will steal, was Caylee’s life. She stole that from her innocent child and ultimately, M. stole from the world - who knows what Caylee might have given to the world had she’d been allowed to live?

I was thinking too about the knife they found with Caylee’s remains and I’m sure that LE/FBI would have made sure that knife was taken apart and checked for any sign of Caylee’s blood under the handle - or pizza, or duct tape.

Didn’t investigators release the scene AGES AGO???

So why is he whining about being ‘allowed’ access????

IMO, he’s dragging his feet as long as possible so he can turn around & then claim the scene is not the same as it was when LE were doing their forensic investigation. Boo hoo.
