NEW ARTICLE..CAYLEE ANTHONY CASE: THE CASE OF THE CURIOUS COINCENDENCE OF THE HEART SHAPED STICKER.

Based on the August tapes…I don’t think that the parents knew that Casey had killed Caylee. Cindy looks too upset and was still asking a bunch of questions. I do think that once Casey got released on bail, her parents finally got the truth out of her and found out that Caylee was dead. I think there was tremendous negotiations going on at that point…and the family, whether easily or with a lot of trouble…decided to back Casey and try to get her off, or at least help in her defense.

I think these discussions happened because Tim Miller said that when he saw Casey in the house, she was bouncing around, smiling and not affected by the loss of her daughter.

Every step of the way after Casey was released, the parents got “weird” and started focusing on a live Caylee search and aligning themselves with anyone who would believe them.

I think that is why we haven’t seen the parents since the body was found…they have done all they can to divert attention…they are probably working on how they are going to testify…and support whatever theory the defense is going to come up with to defend Casey.

Am I way off base with this or does any of this make sense to any of you?

Used Duct Tape in my biz, I can’t imagine cutting it using a table/butter knife, can you? It is very tough! Did you hear they were described as stainless steel knives too? Is that right? Not sharp enough, no real point to get it started, and dull besides.

One knife was found with Caylee? One in the car trunk? For cutting “it’s” food? Living out of her car almost? LOL. Hmmm with her obsession with food, I wonder if she was bulimic?

HOPE she did have to use her mouth!!! Love DNA, all innocent people do I think.

As good as miss murder is at her lies nana I don’t think she was being all that careful at first. I don’t think she would be smart enough to use latex gloves and I know for a fact duct tape would tear them apart. That stuff is sticky as all get out.

Fuming the linens (clothes, blanket, laundry bag) would take longer and I am sure they are doing so…however if all those articles were in the ant’s house at one point and time there are going to be at least four possible sets of prints there…if not more. Not definitive as evidence.

It’s going to take some time to work with the duct tape, but eventually I think a partial print off that or the garbage bag will be the deal breaker.

But put it all together with no spaces.

They held up a roll of tape on either NG or Greta last night, and it looked thicker than 2″. I recall someone saying it was “Professional Duct Tape”.

I am pretty good at judging things like that, and it looked to be maybe 3″ wide. If so I would bet - that she smothered her. I have always felt that was at least a part of it.

I’m seeing a lot of people posting and speculating about fingerprints and I hate to say it folks but sorry, they just don’t have a definitive fingerprint match as of yet.

Um, Goldie??? All we are saying is that we are waiting on it. No one said whether or not they had them as of right now. As far as we know, They may have them but not making it public. We just know that if they have any finger prints on the duct tape and they match Casey’s, it would basically seal the deal.

Boy they are sure making it very difficult for LE. An entire family working against them, covering for one of their own. That is a shame dealing with a full blown NUT CASE is bad enough.

So much spinning of wheels here. There are other cases they probably should be on, but for the lovely family throwing monkey wrench, after monkey wrench, after monkey wrench into the mix it probably has taken 3x the amount of time it should have.

I wonder if they have truly distanced themselves from her, yet still saying, publically “She is innocent.” As we know, TALK is CHEAP!

The point of all those documents being released yesterday is something called discovery. The defense needs to be able to investegate all the documentation and evidence that the prosecution has based their arraignment and charges on and in order to do that all the documents must be made public.

The investigation is ongoing and I am sure they are still building print evidence, however since the poor baby was out in the elements so long probably a partial print match is the best you are going to get (if even that). It is more likely that they will tie some of the other evidence to the ant’s home / car and DNA from baby killn biatch. Something like carpet fibers from the trunk on or in the laundry bag. Skin flakes from psyc*nt on the duct tape (again DNA) and so on. Trust me that stuff is much more damning than any possible partial print they find and when they do find it they will have to again release it to the defense.

I gotta say if this “movie” they are making is on life time, I am writing some hate mail to them because its disgusting.

However I have a real problem with our so-called justice system obviously allowing so many “effed up” things he can do to try to get her off! I don’t know where or how to draw a line but gosh knows one needs to be drawn!
