The Chief Justice goofed - and so did the new President! Obama said that “Forty-four Americans have now taken the presidential oath.” Not so. Obama is the Forty-third to take the oath not the Forty-fourth. Cleveland did it twice as a “new” President. He was the 22nd and the 24th President. But what the hell! Great day.
