		<description>In the case of Iraq, no ruse was needed, no distortion or cherry picking of the facts was necessary.  The commander-in-chief can do what the hell he wants, and doesn't need any stinking badges.  People in the congress and the senate knew what was going on.  There was no trickery here, only theater.  What the voter wants is unimportant, and dissidence is easily quashed by manipulation of fear ofo the unknown.</description>
