We learn on the playground that its "okay" to behave this way so we bring it into the workplace and keep reinforcing it. Many who are in the field of bullying are putting focus on school bullying but workplace bullying is just as important and as big of a problem. Who needs it? I used to be Social Work Director at a hospice, and this was the number one problem I had to deal with.
