I wish someone would tell me how to pick up the show in North Carolina, I can not find it for the life of me. I’d sure like to be able to listen at least if not able to call with a comment. If you can tell me how, or what frequency I may be able to find it. Thanks to all who take part, I understand it is a great talk show. We have all shared in the grief from the act of a monster mom and it is some comfort to know that others are out there feeling the same way. We all draw strength from each other and your articles sure hit it on the head. Keep up the good work!

looks like ng was doing a rerun on the case this weekend. i stayed up late to watch. which is why no sleep over the weekend lol. any new news?they seem to be consetrated on jail visits. she has told so many lies it would take weeks to staighten it all out. so sad, meanwhile little caylee sits in a cardboard box and cannot be laid to rest properly.isnt there anything somebody can do to stop the stupid defenese from draging this out so this little angel can be at rest. i just want to cry.

Just got back from visiting my little jail bird…lots of chicks doing time for petty things who have lost children to protective services that would love to get five minutes with this little beeeyotch.

Guilty of that myself but since law enforcement now seems to be pointing the arrow at one pot of blame I can say I believe that and feel a bit sorry for the ants. time to make a funeral, time to go for the DP.

Sooner or later the Anthonys must face the fact that they are victims and not champions. They cannot stand up in court for both Caylee and Casey at the same time.

I doubt they will come to their senses anytime soon. The way they’re banning Leonard Padilla from Caylee’s memorial service tells me they’re lapsing back into bad-mouthing good people again, like they bad-mouthed Jesse Grund.

Their next target? Orange County — for not doing their job in the investigation. Cindy Anthony will love her new role as a self-appointed spokesperson for the defense.

Just some thoughts regarding the tape shown tonight on Geraldo.

The taping done by the two PI’s in this location took place on two separate days, Nov.15th & 16th. One is 12 mins and the other 15 mins. Tape shown on Geraldo was the 11/15 search date and no mention of the 16th taping that I saw. So there must be TWO tapes in existence. I believe Brad Conway is very disingenious when he said this tape belongs to the Ants and they so graciously provided it to be shown tonight on the show without compensation. Yet they also claim Hoover tried to sell the tape. So how did they get it? I doubt very seriously THEY bought it from him just to provide to the Geraldo show! Hence - the two tape theory, 15th & 16th yet Geraldo mentions nothing about the 16th taping. (Hoover claims he is still in possession of a tape also). Conway also stated that the Ants hired D.Casey in Oct. to search for a “live or deceased” Caylee, yet, they were outraged when Tim Miller (and anyone else) came to search for a deceased Caylee. Conway is slick, covering their tracks and slowly but surely trying to repair their reputations (he has an uphill battle).

Also, earlier in the day Sat. Geraldo said on TV that Roy Kronk had once been charged with Rape and tune in for details on his show. Then during show, he stated charges were “kidnapping” but never mentioned the word rape. I emailed Geraldo (the show) and they responded today with this statement: “Earlier Geraldo made a mistake to say it was rape, he meant kidnapping, the reporter came on after and apologized for his mistake”. Seems I missed the reporter’s correction…did anyone else see it? This was nothing more than underhanded tactic to draw an audience and Geraldo sensationalizing AGAIN. Does anyone remember the boggus show he did on the vaults? He is on a campaign for Baez to WIN even though he has publicly stated he thinks Casey is guilty. So smearing Roy Kronk was the first on Geraldo’s radar at the behest of Baez, I’m sure because that is their best argument for reasonable doubt at this time. One can only guess what team Baez/Geraldo have up their sleeve for next week’s show.

Conway says the Anthony’s took some time out Thursday to watch coverage of the motions hearing when they heard Casey was going to be in the courtroom. It was the first glimpse the Anthony’s had of their daughter Casey since her last arrest in October.

“They were glad they got to see her,” said Conway.

Conway said George and Cindy are concerned about Casey,

“They’re worried about her,” Conway said. “They love her and they stand behind her and want to know the truth. She looked okay to them…as well as she could look.”

Conway was in the hearing yesterday. He also attended a hearing earlier in the day to keep an eye on the civil case Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez has filed against Casey.

Gonzalez attorneys said Thursday they are getting ready to file paperwork to depose George and Cindy Anthony. Conway said he’s not worried.

“I’m going to be dealing with that in front of the court,” Conway said. “I will be filing paperwork with Judge Rodriguez next week

On Saturday I watched the ‘uncut’ jail calls / visits show on NG (re-run) and it was just surreal seeming to me considering all we know now and all. NG is sensationalist and sometimes a bit over the top but in general I like her show most the time. However that re-run of the show was just very out of sync with the current scope of the situation and in fact just seemed to be in very poor taste. Bad call on them not to yank that re-run IMO. What ya’ll think?

Anybody else find thinking about and watching the jail visits thing extra disturbing now?

After I posted on wrong blog I moved my post… now realize my answer has absoutely nothing to do with this article or any of the post on it..

DUHHHH…. I can’t seem to get it right today, certainly can tell it is a Monday… I actually lit myself on fire this AM.. I reached over a lit candle to grab something(hurts to get up & down) plus I am lazy.. my sleeve to my robe caught on fire.. YUP ON FIRE.. then it jumped to other sleeve..then to middle of robe…I was putting them out by smacking myself.. .. I jumped out of the chair, took the robe off and stomped on it…. ALL GOOD NOW. If anyone has seen Chevy Chases x-mas vacation when the old man was on fire.. that is exactly what I looked like..scared the hell out of me!!! Robe is okay too.. it is dark blue..and my hubbys. I hope he doesn’t notice the burn smell!

Everyone, check out wftv.com they have the Mr.Casey video of him searching at the crime scene. In my opinion that is definitely not a random search. You see him actually on his cell phone the whole time and you can see he is being directed as to turning left,right and so on.He is also near an abandoned house opening all sorts of black garbage bags that have been thrown there and digging with a shovel and poking in the ground with a metal probe. Amazing, he definitely was not on the phone with his daughter as he is claiming.Check it out.It does not take a body language expert to read his actions!!!

XOXOXO there are these slider things that QVC sells, http://www.qvc.com , not expensive. You slide them under the sofa legs, or even a large Entertainment Center and so EASY to move. I have them. Everybody should have them, really. There are small ones you can permantely attach to legs, but I have bigger ones that I can use for anything. Beats a hernea!!!

I am beginning to think the whole thing makes no sense for a good reaso. Bobo isn’t as foolish as he looks. He’s been trying to sidetrack evidence from the moment the body was found. The more little false starts and avenues that go no where get leaked out, the more confused he can try and make the trial.

Amazing how many ‘illegal’ things a lawyer can get away with in the ‘defense’ of their client. Joe citizen put something like that out there on a major investigation and they would be slapped with filing a false report and / or obstruction of justice.

Some might well be generic (they don’t know what makes Sociopaths or how to fix them), but she always coddled her, reinforced her law breaking behavior, and **never made her responsible** for ANY OF HER actions. She stole money,lied to cover, BUT ALWAYS CAME OUT THE WINNER! “It’s alright darlin’…” Right C. Or when M told those lies “I trust you.”C said. All that ever did for Casey was to reinforce her illegal behavior, teaching her to go ahead, steal - you will ALWAYS come out AHEAD of the GAME - keeping your precious money. It’s ok to break the laws. NEVER any punishment - no responsiblity. C taught her well. Only thing is, that law breaking behavior escalated to murder - THEN IN steps society, L.E., etc. NOW, hard as C tries to tap dance FAST and “fix it” … **FINALLY**, the moment of truth! The FIDDLER must be paid!

Why I do not find it unusual that the Ants had their P.I’s look for Caylee, dead or alive. I find it disgusting that the Ants attacked anybody else looking for Caylee’s remains.

Wonder if the Ants used funds from the Caylee fund, set up to find a live Caylee, for these P.Is’. Now, I would call that fraud/misuse of those monies..
I do not think their P.I’s found Caylee though.
Earlier LE reports stating plant grows thru remains pointing to around June 18 dump , makes me believe that the remains were not disturbed/moved..
Kronk, to me, does not look suspicious at all, he just got plain lucky finding Caylee.

I still detect that Jessie wants to believe that M was a different person when he was dating her, which is not true. ORLANDO — The meter reader who found the remains of Caylee Anthony in December is set to appear on national television to tell his story.

Roy Kronk is expected to appear on a national morning show Tuesday in his first TV appearance since making a brief statement following his discovery of the remains near the Anthony home.

Spacely, yes she wanted to go home and HELP to find Caylee like she did before. Playing on her lap top,hangng in her room, cooking dinner, etc. for any youngish males around there, (Paddy’s partner, etc.)
How many of us could even eat, let alone STAND and cook dinners for strangers, if our little girl was missing? Maybe she will look on the golf course like OJ did - for the murderer of Nicole,Ron,and Caylee. C sure opened up a can of worms for the ants when she set out to “use” and get as MUCH MEDIA in their life … as she could!

Jesse also said that M broke off their relationship because M said Jesse loved Caylee more than her. To me that shows that M was the same miserable monster mom at that time too. What real mother would have a problem with that, especially since Jesse knew he was not Caylee’s dad.

I never saw anything credible that G was trying to choke M. Only C during the 15th of june fight. Padilla said that G kept his distance from M and walked in a circle around her while Padilla was at their house.

Snookers I was in a relationship with an addict much like Jessie and Wunder-Snatch. I loved that child more than life itself.

Eventually the erratic roller coaster ride that goes with addicts caused me to break off the relationship. She still tried to care for the child and I visited the family frequently to spend time with the baby. Eventually her behavior, drug use, and the people who were keeping around her made the situation too dangerous and the family took the baby away.

This is how a normal family would deal with a fringe personality nut job like this Manson In A Miniskirt Baby Killr, but the Ant’s are far from normal. Even they admit that to themselves in jail.

I think Jessie is a nice guy and everything, but I also think that he is probably a little bit controlling in a relationship, but does not have a lot of relationship experience and met his match with this one. My bet is he wants to be in charge, found out Caylee was not his, but since M seemed to be into him and following directions at the time, it was all good, insta-family. I don’t think his family was ever impressed with her.

He mentally cannot accept that she was always the jailvid girl because that does not jive with his personally created reality that it was a great relationship or that he was not only jilted, but set up by her and her family.

Again, I think he is a nice guy, just young and nieve and got caught up by a girl way better at playing into his fantasies than he is in distinguishing his fantasies from reality.

Spacely, I had never heard that G tried to choke M to death while she was out on bond. Where did you hear that? Maybe someone got that story mixed up with C’s argument with M on June 15th. All I remember is Padilla saying that G tiptoed around M the whole time she was out on bail. He would walk a big circle around her in order to avoid any contact with her. But, again… that came from Padilla, God love him. LOL

My belief is that although G had more than a strong suspicion that Caylee was dead he was holding on to a shred of hope for his wife’s sake. You could hear that in his voice… it cracked many times while he spoke to M about Caylee.

I prefer to believe that G loved Caylee way too much to have any involvement with helping M in any way. However, G also has a loving commitment to his wife and will do whatever she says. (That doesn’t mean that their marriage will last down the road because experts say losing a child or grandchild is one of the hardest things to overcome.)

I still feel that C&G acted in a despicable way during the time Caylee was reported “missing” and their last interview with Larry Kind actually made me hate both of them.

It is my opinion that C&G are trying to change the public’s opinion of them for the sake of their daughter. It would help M if future jurors liked the Anthony’s, especially if they intend to continue supporting her innocence.

But Hoover supposedly just knocked on the ants door one day and offered to help with the protesters that were at the house at the time. The ants accepted and I guess he’s been “working” for them ever since. Now, for some reason, Dominic Casey is working for the ants (instead of BB or in addition to BB I wonder? Who knows?)

FRANCO: Sure. You`re absolutely right. I got to tell you, whenever Casey was at home for that first bond that the California bounty hunter celebrity Leonard Padilla got her out of, she didn`t stay home very often. She was actually at her attorney`s office most of the time.

And it`s funny because when I spoke to Padilla, I got one perspective. When I spoke at Tim Miller (ph) at Equusearch, I said, what`s going on here? He said, well, basically, George went to the room and almost choked her. About the rumor about G choking M when she was out on bail and that being the reason that BB had her at his office for 6 hours a day.
Maybe. I think it’s far more likely that BB wanted to keep her away from C and G yammering at her and pestering her with questions (and M getting herself into more trouble with more lies) and away from a place that was being visited by who knows who (who could see and hear M). If C and/or G choked her, threw soup cans at her, attempted to torture her the sad fact is they failed - to either kill her or get the truth out of her. And the one thing BB did NOT want - was the truth out of her.
So that’s the biggest reason I think.

Pickles - Even if we all did truly like her, I simply do not see the appeal. Whenever it was first announced, 22 yrs old, I’m like how in the heckfire did she become SO weatherbeaten at such a young age?!? - And I still say: Caylee looked nothing like her.

Cindy has a mule face. George looks somewhat better than her, but he looks ultimately sneaky. Have never seen him look directly at the camera. Always speaks as if he’s talking to an invisible person in the background.

Good afternoon to the BBN/Caylee Anthony cyber family.

I’ve been reading this blog for a while and wanting to comment, but knowing my husband would kill me if he ever found out. So - it will be our secret … and I will try to post here when I can.

Some background on me - I was a witness for the prosecution in a very high profile case that received International coverage. It was not an experience I would want to repeat - but I am also not sorry that I gave my testimony and did what I believe was the “right thing”.

That being said - there are several thoughts I would like to toss out there.

First of all, if I was the OCSO, I would probably be pushing to charge C, G and Leevil with obstruction and anything else I could think of - especially based on the new PI tapes that came out.

The reason for that is because you never can predict what C, G and Leevil will do.

In the case I testified for … one of the prosecution’s “star” witnesses totally recanted their testimony on the stand in front of the jury … and basically mucked things up so much that the testimony, which could have been of great value, ended up being worthless to the case.

Everything C, G and Leevil have done so far point to the fact that they care more about protecting their lying daughter than their deceased granddaughter - and when I think of that it breaks my heart.

Also, in case any of you are wondering. A witness for the prosecution does not have to talk to anyone from the defense team (investigators, experts, etc.) before the trial. I was hounded by defense investigators, etc for months before the case I testified in went to trial, but I never returned a single call or had contact with them.

There is so much I could tell you all about how reporters acted, about why witnesses should get lawyers, about how the media hounds you and makes up lies just to try and get you to respond - it is truly amazing what goes on behind the scenes and sometimes I think I should write a book about how crazy it all is.

I am now far out of the spotlight and quietly teaching as an adjunct professor at a major university. My husband doesn’t ever want me to revist that time in my life, and he actually cringes when he sees me following this case. But I can’t help praying that Caylee will receive justice … and hoping that the prosecution makes the right calls and puts the defense in a tight little box they can’t get out of.

I think Caylee is blessed in having a world full of people such as yourselves, who are keeping their eyes and their focus on bringing her justice.

Therapist - I’m hoping that it can be totally proven that M never got a call that day otherwise BB will say it was a hoax by the cruel kidnapper. I don’t mean to be negative but I am constantly worried about how M’s scream team will wriggle her out of this.
There is a lot they can do to throw doubt on everything.

Tori - We did hear about Kronk’s previous profession and some of us think that may be why he was looking and kept on looking. And didn’t give up.

Tori, you’re right, M saying that Caylee said “Hi Mommy” in that upbeat voice makes me sick when we knew all along, and so did the investigators interviewing her, that she murdered her poor defenseless daughter with no regrets.

I don’t see any way that this ugly, self-centered monster will get away from paying for this most horrible crime.

Mytwocents, you are absolutely right and I tend to be a worrywart too so I know exactly what you mean. I hate to be too overconfident because when I do that it seems to come back and bite me in the behind every time. So today I may be high on being positive but tomorrow I may be biting my nails wondering if M could really be acquitted.

There is a lot of evidence that the defense has to put a spin on in order to create reasonable doubt, thereby tipping the scale of justice to their side. But, I too am a realist and I saw that happen in the OJ case. So I’m prepared for the worst but hope for the best. I’m hoping that the verdict comes back GUILTY without a doubt! That way we see justice for Caylee!

I do believe that writing a book would be a great release for you as well as to make public all the valuable information that you hold inside. A book that prepares others for something that you have already experienced. For example I never realized that a witness for the prosecution does not have to talk to anyone from the defense team. I already learn something from you of great worth.

If I remember correctly, what you said about “one of the prosecution’s “star” witnesses totally recanted their testimony on the stand in front of the jury … and basically mucked things up so much that the testimony, which could have been of great value, ended up being worthless to the case.” also happen in the Michael Jackson case as well. Debbie Rowe, the mother of two of Michael’s children pulled a similar stunt on the witness stand.

Let’s hope that your prayers come true and Caylee receives the justice she so deserves.

Yes, the case I testified in was just as “insane” as this case from beginning to end.

In the case I was involved in, I strongly recommended that law enforcement gather evidence on the others surrounding the defendant and charge them individually, so that there would/could be a domino effect (hopefully) with the additional testimony.

I understand that every one is entitled to their own opinion, but I don’t think C, G & Leevil should be given a pass because the prosecutors office is “hoping” for “favorable” testimony from them.

I am a strong believer that past actions can predict future behavior - and based on the actions of C, G and Leevil - they care more about protecting themselves and “m” than bringing justice to Caylee.

Also, another thought. If Caylee was your granddaughter wouldn’t you have wanted to met with Kronk to thank him for finding her remains?

If it was me, I would have wanted to know all the details - I would have been at the scene the second it was cleared - I would have blessed each person who brought something to add to her memorial.

I have a hard time with people in the media that continue to portray them as “only the grieving grandparents”. I’m sure they are grieving - but the question is, for what?

Dear mediawatcher..My thoughts exactly on the Ants. If it was my Grandaughter,I would have thanked everyone involved in finding Caylee,including Padilla and would not be holding 2 funerals but one where everyone could participate. These types of moves might have done something to rehabilitate their image and perhaps people might have had some compassion for them. However i do feel that they are complicit in hiding evidence and thus misleading the police and wasting taxpayer money. They are obviously not that concerned with Maggot, otherwise videotapes or not at the jail, they would visit her there. This behavior to me speaks volumes on their knowledge of their daughter being the criminal.

Seriously she screwed herself at those parties where she stated Caylee was with Zanny the nanny…really…she had to cover her a$$ for those remarks…wether Caylee was locked drugged out in the trunk and Zanny the nanny was really Xani for xanax….she screwed herself in regards to those times she said that…and she ultimately had to use that zanieda as her cover up

Okay after watching the video I am so DEF sure that Leevil was the one on the other end of that phone or someone from the defense.

Until we find out who that PI was talking to while being there, We can only assume once again. We would need more info to make sure. This is going to get worse before it get’s better. All in All, It will still convict Casey. I just don’t know yet how they are going to pin at least Lee in all of this. I still don’t know how they will get C&G if they do, other than the obvious. It would come down to the fact that they would have to prove C&G knew Caylee was dead before they cleaned the car out ect. Just saying that it smelled like death doesn’t prove they knew. I hope this makes sense.

Shortly after Caylee was reported missing, the Ants started receiving sympathy cards/stuffed animals etc.
They were reported as being put out with the trash because they smelled of smoke.
I believe the bag lady also reported seeing cards for caylee in the trashbag she snatched from the ants. Suspect they were opened by the Ants,checked for money and then discarded.

Leevil already has a girlfriend…don’t know WHY she is sticking around though. Remember she was taking care of the Ants dogs while they were in California for LK

Nothing shows that they have had a change of heart and want the killer, even if it is their daughter, to be brought to justice.

Nothing implies that they will be truthful with LE on the contrary, it’s apparent that they continue to side with the defense team by allowing them all the time they need to strengthen their daughter’s defense case while Caylee’s remains sits in a cold cardboard box waiting for a proper burial… that to me speaks volumes.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) — New video has surfaced in the Casey Anthony case that shows Cindy and George Anthony’s private investigator in the same wooded area where Caylee’s remains were eventually discovered.

The Anthony’s attorney, Brad Conway, saw the tape for the first time Sunday night and he’s not very happy about it because he says the person who released that video had no right to do so.

The video was shot on November 15, 2008 and shows the Anthony family’s private investigator, Dominick Casey, searching through the wooded area where Caylee’s body was discovered on December 11, 3 1/2 weeks later.

Conway says, a man who worked for Dominick Casey, James Hoover, took that video without their permission and tried selling it to TV stations.
Fox news channel’s Geraldo, obtained the video, but did not pay for it.
Fox was given permission by the Anthony family to air the video free of charge. Conway wants to make sure Hoover doesn’t make any money on this. “It is my video tape, not Mr. Hoovers and our position is, he has taken this tape from us and tried to shop it and tried to profit from a tragedy that he has no right to be involved in.”

Conway says, Dominick Casey was just searching that area, not knowing, that, that’s where caylee’s body would later be located.

Conway plans to go after Hoover’s private investigator license.

Mr Hoover was the person using the recorder. It seems to me that it would be his work product.

When was Hoover officially employed by the Ant’s? When was he finished in the capacity of a PI with them?

I don’t know how the Anthony’s can claim ownership of the tape … it opens up a whole can of worms for them.

First - if they are trying to claim ownership under work product … they have to prove they paid Hoover to shoot it. And if they say they did, then they are opening themselves up to questions such as “why did you send him there to videotape, etc.”

Also - where did the money come from for them to pay Hoover with? Out of the Caylee fund?

Second - I think because this area was outside it might fall under public domain … but am not sure of that. If Hoover was taping in their house, then they could claim it was an invasion of privacy, I think.

Last - I don’t think by virtue of the Attorney/Client relationship that Conway can “own” anything that belongs to the Anthony’s like that.

Think about the recent OJ case in Vegas. Ants are opening up themselves big time if they decide to start spinning this latest development that way.

Broadcasting, Publishing, Media, Internet, Entertainment Products Films, Television, Cable Programming, Satellite Television, Magazines, Newspapers, Books, Sporting Events, Websites

So - while “Fox News” proper may not have paid for the tape … one of their other subsidiaries (Publishing? Newspapers? Magazines?) could have completed a financial transaction for the tape and it would never reflect on Fox News bookkeeping.

That’s how they get around those things and still say “we didn’t pay for it”!!

Miss Murder had been having a long ongoing row with the ant’s about Wunder-Snatch staying home and being a good mommy for her kid, getting a job, all that stuff but Miss Murder wasn’t having any of that. The row between them gets even deeper and often physical because Miss Murder points out that they don’t hold Leevil (the baby daddy) to the same accountability of being a good father. He gets to play all he wants because it is ‘his job’.

First she started doping her kid (probably with Xanax…her first Zanny the Nanny) so she could sneak out at night. She got caught doing that by the ant’s because Caylee started getting used to the pills and started waking up at night and the ant’s clamped down on the Wunder-Snatch. Told her one more false move and she was gonna be out on her skanky a$$. Daddy even threatens to drug test the baby if he ever even suspects she is doping up their grandchild again. That is when she hit the apartment trail and where her mind picked up on and stored the ZG name (most psychotics when in a clear state have damn near photographic memories).

Mom and dad are onto her now so she needs a new cover. She tries ditching the kiddo at friends houses but they are young and restless too. They said ‘Uh uh…no way. She’s cute and all but she is your baggage’.

What is a Wunder-Snatch gonna do? Can’t feed the kiddo any more pills, daddy might be good on his threat (he is an ex-cop), but legs don’t get spread as easy when they have a child latched onto them do they?

Google…Chloroform. Kid sleeps all night long in the car or a motel if she can beg some poor bastard from the night before for enough for a room. Blow him hard enough and he might pay for two nights.

Party time for Miss Murder to be. Problem is that just like pills the kiddo builds up a tolerance to chloroform. One too many times of coming back to a car or motel room that has been tore up by her ’snot nose’, not to mention that she absolutely tears up Murder Mom’s make up kits (oh how she wants to wring her kiddos neck for getting into that Google… ‘neck breaking’). Gotta keep upping the dose. Can’t go back to the ‘zannys’. Might need to get help or favors from mommy and daddy later and don’t want ex cop daddy to insist on a drug test.

Father’s day. family time. All caught on camera…little Caylee with paw paw…one big happy family. Til they drive back to the ant’s. Wunder-Snatch is just dying to get out and get some nose candy and some ween. Sin thinks that they have had just the ‘perfect’ family day and wants a little more quality time with her daughter and their precious grandchild. The two psycho bitches get into it. Wunder-Snatch insists that she will leave her ’snot nose’ there but she is going out. The ant’s put their foot down about their ‘be a good mommy’ stance. The fight that ensues really upsets Caylee. It gets physical. Finally Miss Murder bolts from the house…psycho juice running through her veins with ice water freezing her heart. She drives on and away but the ’snot nose’ won’t shut up about her G’mah and G’pah. Won’t sit still for the damned chloroform rag either. Miss Murder will show the little ’snot nose’ and lock her in the trunk to teach her smart little ass a lesson.

Opening the trunk, Caylee fighting her the whole way, Psycunt notices the duct tape…something cool and practical dad must have put in there for some unknown reason along with a few other tools that might help in a roadside emergency. Miss Murder thinks this is about as emergency as you get. ‘Snot nose’ wont shut up or sit still for the rag? Well then just tape it in her mouth.

The next morning…kiddo is still quiet. Great Wunder-Snatch thinks. She will just go up and do a few more lines of white and get some more ween at wherever the hell she is at with whats his name.

Later that day she realizes kiddos should eat at least once a day right? Pop the trunk to try and wake ’snot nose’ up. Oh no.

Quick, think. Go out to a cheap motel out by the airport. Call Leevil…got to tell him what happened. Got to get a way out of this.

Coldly, sadly…realizing the party was over when she wasn’t quite done…Miss Murder backs off. Little impromptu roll in the sheets with bro just for old times. Let him know you found a long term sitter and that the high times between you two can begin again. He is just a dumb pussy hound any way. He likes the idea of getting back into my pants on a regular basis again.

Dammit though, what to do to get rid of snot nose? I know park the car. Let someone steal it.

One day, two, maybe three. No one steals the damn car. Starts to really stink too and I need some new clothes. I know what to do…good place to get rid of smelly back there. No one really goes there any more anyway. Then I can go home and pick up some extra clothes.

Miss Murder:

Until controlling Sin backed her daughter into a corner because she missed ‘loving ‘ (ack…manipulating) her granddaughter a month later Caylee sat there like dumped garbage.

Cremation doesn’t even destroy the bones, they have people or machines with pressers that crush the bones and ashes up at the end of the line and it is usually multiple bodies at once that go in the oven.

My dad was cremated and this was all explained to us when we were told he couldn’t go into the fire with the mementos we had left with him (mine was a hot wheels Corvette, he finally got his vette…now I got back the Mustang he sold to marry my mom).

This is really disturbing. I hope they don’t do that. I understand the cremation process and why it is done the way it is. Bone just does not burn. But seriously if they really gave a damn like they pretended to do when caylee was ‘missing’ then they would know she deserves something personal.

My thoughts exactly. That is not an appropriate reason to cremate and I think an effort to keep contol, but very sick. Cremate only if it is your belief/custom.

I don’t think the cremation story has any truth. Destroying any possibility of something they may need later. Not at this time, I don’t think they would. Too worried about their own backsides to be much interested in doing the right thing at this point. All talk and no caring…..so sad.

When I was buying my first car I wanted a 65 Mustang I had found that I could afford and my father refused to sign the papers on it (I was 16 so I needed an adult signature). I was furious and just thought he was being his own dicky self.

i think its safe to assume now that all on the defense side knew the baby was dead and the whereabouts…i am even sure baez knew too…for whatever reasons this tape was made ( to go to trial with) as a ruse or whatever or because the public was crying for the body to be found…anyways its all a big mess and i hope this doesn’t result in mis -trial…

Good post earlier about having this horrible story made into a documentary with subtitles to keep the macabre cast of characters clear. Not only two Tony’s: two Caseys! Imagine! Before this story broke, the only Casey I knew of was the one in the song about Casey Jones Working on the Railroad!

I think Kronk was being fed info too XOX but that in itself is not a crime. If he was being fed info then he’s a pretty sleezy character. It’s one thing to not have time to hang around and wait for the cops because you think something looks ‘hinky’…it is another thing to know for a fact that a child’s body is out somewhere and you don’t tell someone in LE:

LE investegated him and found nothing criminal about him…but they aren’t exactly holding hands with him either. BUT, no one found the remains. Only Kronk found the remains. I guess until we know the full story about Kronk and the supervisor, it’s another mystery. If Kronk’s Supervisor really did tip off the Ants, Then the supervisor may be in hot water. BUT, at the same time, if Casey told someone straight out and no one knew about Kronk, Then yeah, ughhhh.

I havn’t heard he had a pic of the remains or anything, just a licensing fee was paid by GMA for a pic but no specifics if it was of him or what.

Anna, I have to wonder if that is a lie someone put out there about Kronk to take the focus off the truth about this situation.

There can’t be a mistrial until there is a trial. During the trial the judge will help decide what is admissable and what is not. And during the trial both the defense and state will argue what should be brought in as evidence and what shouldn’t. Judge will decide. Until then we won’t know if anything about anyone will or won’t be mentioned by either side.
In the meantime it’s possible that these “sideshows” could result in separate charges and trials - which would not necessarily eliminate the individuals or actions from M’s trial.

I am wondering if they will produce evidence in the trial to show she never even purchased pizza during that time? Never bought a thing for Caylee, just stuff for herself.

I keep seeing a jailvid clip of her telling G she never meant for any of this to happen. The statement itself tells me she did participate in some activity that she is acknowledging to G and is unhappy with the results (ending up in jail). So, I wonder what she did mean to happen? She must have had some kind of plan if she did all that research. What was the happy ending she was shooting for?

This might seem trivial, but it annoys me…. The Anthony’s lawyer, Conway, made another announcement about the Anthony’s “donating” all the toys from the makeshift memorial to children’s charities.

I mentioned this in an earlier post in December. Why try to portray them as being these benevolent benefactors to the underprivileged children of FL? They are not buying these gifts, they are not gifts from their own home. These toys, etc, do NOT belong to them. If people leaving these gifts wanted them to go to charities and not to Caylee’s memorial, I am sure they would do so on their own.

How do they have the right to take these items and do with them as they decide? Apparently, they don’t even have the right to bury this child after a month of her discovery. Why do they feel the right to take the toys left for her?

As I said, this might seem petty, but after all that has gone on in this case, it irks me that their attorney is trying to make them into generous contributors to charity. He made a point of saying how many older gifts were “left over” when the new ones THEY brought in were given out.

While I’m sure the kids are all enjoying the toys, etc that are being donated, it still bothers me.

Hey, charity begins at HOME, looks like they all failed in that capacity, doesn’t it?. Now, they try to redeem themselves in the public eye by making a show of these “donations”? Make your OWN donations, Mr & Mrs A. These toys are NOT your’s to give.

OK.. so after my rant, I thought again about this donation thing.

It wouldn’t bother me at all if the town wanted to keep the area neat and picked up the toys, etc and brought them to children’s charities. I understand that all that stuff can’t stay on the side of the road for an indefinite period of time. Plus, children pass it on the way to school.

BUT..It just KILLS me the people who didn’t even cooperate with authorities to help convict their grandchild’s murderer are now wanting to be THANKED for giving what is left for that beautiful child.

By reading all the posts today I can see that I’m still in the minority when it comes to believing in Kronk. I watched his interview on GMA this morning and I continue to believe that what he’s saying is true.

I think Kronk’s background in being a bounty hunter not only helped him to logically think things through, when it came to finding Caylee’s remains but it also gave him his unyielding, dogged persistence.

However, I do wish the interviewer would have asked Kronk if he shared his thoughts about that particular area and what he saw there with anyone. Just like meadiawatcher said yesterday about NG not asking a pertinent question to the psychic, thereby missing an opportunity to clarify a few things, this GMA interviewer did the same thing.

If Kronk told his supervisor, his supervisor may have shared that information with one or more of his neighbors and it all got back to the Anthony family and their PI’s.

Spacely, I thought the same thing - I nearly flipped when I saw them slitting those bags with gusto. Tim Miller explained the careful way the team had to search to not destroy anything. Yep, this sure was no discovery hunt. It does look like a frenzy to find something and destroy/move.

They got some explaining to do why they were there and why they were rooting around like hogs.

I doubt Kronk will just go away because even Jesse Grund got pulled throw the mud because of the Anthony family. They are involved in this case in diff. ways but they will most likely be in this trial in some way.

I think and have thought Kronk is a good guy theres nothing to me that screams out that he is involved.

Think about it if he WAS involved then why would the PI be out there the month before obviously wanting to hide the body if he were talking to LV or through M. Kronk would of been part of a cover up because the Anthonys don’t want the truth out and they want to cover M’s tracks!

I heard M on the jailvids tell G that she found Jose by hearing his name in the waiting room of the jail.

Now that we have seen how Jose has attached himself to this case, now that we know he most likely received a large amount of money for licensing fees of pics and vid, now that we have seen his touching and other crazy antics, and bearing in mind that virtually every single thing M has ever said in connection with this case has been a lie, do any of us believe that is really how Jose got himself tied into what he is seeing as the gravy train?

I also think that Kronk does not look suspicious.
You just wonder how the media got a hold of his previous arrest if those records were expunged.
And the report that he took a picture kind of make you wonder. Maybe he has a cell phone that takes pictures. Many people do, it would be strange if he carried a camera while doing his job.
As to Padilla, he kind of reminds me of reading your horoscope. So many predictions that often one will stick.

Most of the dream team are also well known authors plus on the lecture circuit. Regardless if case is lost or won, they will get their big pound of flesh after the case is over..

Paddy - He only got into this for personal gain, I have never trusted the man and I disliked that he felt he knew so much better than LE, that he had to bail her out.

Although, there was a small part of me that truly hoped he was right, that she was being framed as the easiest target by LE, and that once she was out, the case would begin to unravel and Caylee would be found or returned alive. That part of me thrived on listening to Paddy say he would find her in less than a week.

Since then, I cannot trust anything he says. I can formulate millions of theories better than his, but none of them are true either.

I have noticed he seems to be able to buy new hats on a regular basis, so I think the NG pay must be good.

I agree that she did not have the presence of mind to come up with a fancy lie like Zanny Gonzales on the spur of the moment.

However, with this new info, I can see this scenario:

She lies about Zanny for a long long time - starts as a reference to xanex, but eventually means any kind of drinking or drugs.

When she dumps the body, she know the residents names on either side (there is a jailvid of C asking her about someone in the neighborhood and she goes into a long winded explanation that she knows no one in the neighborhood - which always seemed strange as it was directed at her mom who probably knew everyone she did - I have always wondered about why she went into that, maybe because the police figured out the neighbor thing right away and she had been telling them she knew no one to steer them away). She is tickled by the Zanny name as it fits perfect with her previous lies. Gonzales seems like a great fit too, so she uses it.

And maybe she did see the registration card or someone there told her about the real Zanny, so she picked up the hyphen name.

This is a Kaiser Souze moment if I ever saw one.

I know there are over 900 posts, so this may have been pointed out by someone already. But according to the news site that has the video, Casey did not let them air the sound of that tape. But they were allowed to listen to it and they confirmed that Casey was heard saying “I don’t see it.”

Now unless his sick daughter was looking for a present at the site, there is only one conclusion to be drawn from this: he is being guided.

I think M murdered Caylee in her own home while C & G were at work. Much more safer, less chance of interruption by strangers.
That abandoned house was across the street at the crime scene I believe. Would not make sense if she killed her there , put her in the trunk for days etc. People could have seen her.

pickles…I know carpet is absorbant and I am wondering if the high concentrations COULD be due to extended use? LIke they didn’t find a big high concentration stain did they? So I figure it is solely in the air…absorbed and emmitted due to over use….is that most likely as opposed to having her going nuts the night she killed her and having her soak the baby in it….making high concentrations due to having to splashin all over the trunk? I don’t think she ever left Caylee in the little house or that she killed her there.

Someone has already mentioned it makes no sense to kill her there and move her to the trunk and it also stands to reason she would not take the chance Caylee would wake up some night and walk home if she left her there.

However, now I am wondering, where did she leave Caylee all those days and nights? It could not have been the trunk. As a Floridian, I can tell you the temps down here would most likely kill a kid in a trunk even on the mildest days, but especially in the summer. And M must have been doing this for some time, at least since the Zanny stories started. But where did she leave her?

If she left her in the car, someone would have noticed and called the police at some point. We have a lot of kids die of heat in the car down here and many of those stories make the news, so there are always people looking into cars thinking about these stories.

So, where?

Don’t know about Florida - I live in LOOsiana, but hot and muggy here, pretty much the same as the Florida area

Body Farm/FBI lab says a body (we now know was Caylee) was in trunk of car approximately 2.6 days

Space… not only that, someone would have noticed the baby being put into the trunk or taken out, since psycho did not always sleep at home on the days she did not have Caylee and also Caylee was not with the Ants.

Here is the strange part…

So the area where baby is found is on one side of a property belonging to a Gonzales family and on the other, to zanaida family.

The “nanny” Zanny story has been around for a long time before Caylee was killed.

And ZFG went to look at that apartment fairly late in the game (what was the date … can’t recall off the top of my head).

So then who the hell was named Zanaida Gonzales all of that time? If she made up the name, okay… but based on real people (like neighbors?) or this is all just very strange coincidence? That is why I think she must have been talking about the property when referring to the nanny

The other thing I noticed from court last week - when the judge made BB list his expert witnesses … the judge called BB on the carpet and said the he saw one of BB’s witnesses on TV the night before (that was Henry Wee Wee) talking about the case.

I looked over my student roster and see that I have some students from Law College in my class this semester.

I’m going to ask them as part of their final grade to pick one of the lawyers (defense or prosecution) to follow for the next few months and then “grade” their actions at the end of the semester.

Should be interesting to get their opinions.

why so many would get their hands dirty is confusing. what was dominic going to do w/ the body- he would have destroyed evidence the way he searched, then was he going to call the cops? if not, why would he want to help M out by destroying evidence??

one thing i know is if she duct taped baby in a lame effort to look like kidnappin…she burned her own ass…no tape …would mean state could not prove ‘MURDER’ in my mind…cause she could have choked on a candy since no trauma to bones and no soft tissue to show brusing and maybe our toxi tests will come back negative…she could have walked…without the tape…there is no other evidence to date that would ‘SUGGEST’ or prove without a doubt it was murder!

The other reason I feel she waited the 31 days was she might have thought they could not identify baby with no blood, body fluids or physical resembelance….How did they identify her positively caylee? The hair?

And if it werent for that one little hair..and the match to the hair on the reamins..and the hair in the trunk having death band….they couldn’t prove without a doubt that m had that baby body in her possession after death.

So the tape say murder as far as hard evidence goes and the one little hair says it’s me caylee..

The one thing that I do find disturbing is the email sent to wftv news. C emails and claims she is sticking by her daughter and her daughter wouldn’t have hurt Caylee. But the facts are M was trying to hurt C by hurting Caylee. So C is still in denial or this a hell of an act going on here.

I would like to know who in that family really loved Caylee cause i don’t think that C is a voice advocate for her as much as she claims.
