I think your points are on target. Some responses to your questions might be that I think C was afraid that M would take Caylee and disappear (which is exactly what M did). And if she threatened that in a big way during the big fight on June 15, that may have been the catalyst for M to murder Caylee – for just the reasons you describe. I heard C answer one police officer’s question about why she never met or talked with the nanny. C said, “I never needed to.” Then she looked down. Cop did not follow up on it much to my dismay. I believe that M had been out of work for 16 months so that’s how long this charade had been going on.

About the ants not wanting to know who Caylee’s father was – I truly believe they did not want to know even if M did know! Why? Sindee’s infamous CONTROL problem. Why share HER granddaughter with some good for nothing boy and his parents? Oh, no. Then she would not be in control!!!!

And I agree totally with what you said: “all are guilty. This murder did not happen in a vacuum.” You are right. The seeds were planted years ago – years before Caylee was even conceived – in M’s warped personality which was never dealt with by C or G and they grew from there to the murder of this darling child.
That’s one of the reasons I too hope that C, G and Leevil are all charged with something so that they can not profit off of her blood.

I think M was lazy when it came to doing anything halfway productive with her time or her (so called) life.

She had endless patience when it came to daydreaming about all sorts of unsavory things. Neck breaking, chloroform, sex, partying, texting people like a teenager with no responsibilities to worry about.

M was truly STUNTED & never really mentally matured past the stage of your average 15 year old.

BTW, I just read Ray Kronk (utility worker) was arrested in the 1990s on a kidnapping charge.

I think LP has MANY wonderful qualities but I also think there are a lot of things he says & does that are questionable. And my biggest gripe with LP is probably that his endless theorizing on national tv too often sounds uniformed or off the wall. (Example: fishing Caylee’s body out of the pool with a shovel?! lol) IF he has good knowledge, I think he should be working with LE and waiting until after the trial is over to publicly tell ALL he saw & knew about the players in this case.

That is my point Li-Mom, it encourages people NOT to do the right thing because they will be attacked by NOT ONLY people like the ants (we expect that) and NOT only by tabloid reporters (we also expect that), but it will spread. I am just saying I don’t think it is fair to him.

LE did not check out the tips because like all LE, they were either overwhelmed or not doing their jobs well. No one who is up to dirty business is going to call the cops and stand there and wait for them to arrive and try to take them to the spot. I would think that an anonymous call would have done the job just fine. But he wanted to make sure that LE checked it out.

I just think that if there is no conviction, then whatever he was arrested for is not something that needs to be talked about, unless he was arrested on making false reports to the press.

I think even if he were convicted, it does not mean he was up to no good 20 years later when he called the cops. Many people turn their lives around.

I just think that to attack this guy for doing nothing wrong and without any evidence of anything he is or was involved in that affects his credibility in this case is not a good idea.

Like I said earlier, I want to encourage people to do the right thing and call the cops, or get involved. We don’t want to punish them and discourage anyone from doing the right thing.

I was totally napping right on through todays show while Hubby was with my son lol. I was TIRED.

Most likely M had to sign over the remains to BB for them to be “examined” by her defense team. However, I suppose it’s possible -as someone above suggested – that the idea was for him to make money on them? I don’t see how. EXCEPT maybe that’s what the state was so concerned about and why they demanded that a court formally require BB not to let them be “accessed” by anyone to be published. Maybe the state doesn’t trust him anymore than we do.

Shan – I think it’s still up in the air whether they’ll talk with investigators at all (before being arrested and/or at M’s trial) and of course we’ll never know what story they’re going to go with or whether it will be even partially true. Even if they got immunity I would not expect them to tell the truth so I don’t see the point in that at all.

I do hope her jury will think about what could be happening to Caylee prior to being murdered.

yes i had to stop last night when i went to bed and always i think of caylee… and think how many times did she awaken from the drug before M came to get her ( i know she drugged her many times before) and caylee waking up in the dark, OMG i have to wipe it out fast of my thoughts…its too hard to handle that… I pray that this happened God intervened and in some way made it calm or something, for her…she is his angel now and I know shes OK. up there… its the ones left behind who suffer the most…in remembering and longing for the person

But lately there’s been more talk in graphic detail about what might have been done to her and that upsets some folks here. It’s a free country so people can write what they want but please know that speculating in graphic detail is upsetting and not necessary for most of us. We know all too well what might have happened.
That’s all I was trying to say.

However it may have been a legal formality that BB have the right to have the remains examined. I always worry about the usually very poor and misleading wording that the news reports provide us. “Signing over” could simply mean he had the right to have the remains examined. Doesn’t necessarily means he owns them, can decide about burial/cremation, or do anything else with them. You know?
And the quality of the writing on the local Orlando news org blogs is for crap.
THere was such a bad, inaccurate, incomplete and misleading report on cfnews13.com after the hearings that I emailed to ask them why they bothered with a “report” at all.

Attorney Brad Conway told Kealing, “We’ve discussed immunity, and I won’t put them in a room until I get it.”

That doesn’t mean they couldn’t be called on the stand to testify. They’d have to plead the fifth if they thought they were incriminating themselves. Cooperating would be better, but as yet to see them do things in a logical manner.

I think the fight they had on Father’s Day may have ended up with C.A. actually kicking M out of the house without car without Caylee. M had all night to hatch her plan to really get back at C.A. in a BIG way. Snuck in after C.A. left for work, snowballed dad with her talked to mom, packed the bags, took the car, Caylee, and waited for Dad to leave. Flury of calls to tell where everyone was and began her get even plan. Eventually planned to make it look like both M and Caylee disappear, leave the car for evidence of foul play with both of them gone. C.A. feels guilty forever, crime never solved, M is free. M’s bad luck is C.A. finding Amy’s number and locating her at Tony’s too soon. Within a day she would have been on her way somewhere, she had Amy’s cash, new clothes, car had been abandoned with evidence inside. Kidnap story was a last minute thought using lies she had already perpetuated to her advantage. Even think maybe C.A. found out the truth after the 911 calls were made. M continued the kidnap lie, C.A. pretended along….but the first phone call from jail “Saw your little cameo, you don’t know my involvement in stuff? No, mom.” The saga began.
Just a theory…this case has been driving me nuts.
Poor Caylee, little sweetie didn’t deserve this.

I have been driving myself crazy trying to tie all the stuff in, the call Cindy made to Ryan on the 15th about Casey’s lies, the friend who saw Casey running down Chickasaw on the 15th, which she later denied. Why couldn’t G get C.A. on her cell phone when he tried from work and what exactly did M and C.A. talk about for the two hours it took police to get there? Who’s voice is in the background of the 911 tape saying “I’ll never get this car clean.” AHHHEEEE…I’ve got to quit. Just what is it about this case….oh, it’s how did this ever happen in a so called “normal” two parent home in suburbia U.S.A. Spending my week ends listening and reading….my kids are worried about me. Sorry…didn’t mean to share that much…

It’s BS that the Media is camped at the funeral home where other people have to go for their loved ones as well. It’s not right and it’s not fair to them either. The very fact that they are silent and going along with his approach shows their fear and humiliation, IMO. They want to be liked and they have no idea how to become likeable. His tactic of shutting them up is smart.

I forgot to mention that the tape Geraldo aired, was not the tape that shows D. Casey digging with a garden shovel during what Brad Conway tonight referred to as a “random” search. Yet that’s the only location he ever searched with a probe & shovel and he went there on four different days – two days with Hoover and two additional days AFTER the 15th/16th on his own. How can this be defined as “random”? My guess is he had inside info from the killer herself via Lee. Roy Kronk in my opinion was a gift from God via Caylee while C&G were on their California lying tour that came to an abrupt halt on Dec 11th.

On Saturday I watched the ‘uncut’ jail calls / visits show on NG (re-run) and it was just surreal seeming to me considering all we know now and all. NG is sensationalist and sometimes a bit over the top but in general I like her show most the time. However that re-run of the show was just very out of sync with the current scope of the situation and in fact just seemed to be in very poor taste. Bad call on them not to yank that re-run IMO. What ya’ll think?

Anyone ever think of the fact that, as Caylee was almost 3 years old and obviously very bright, why was she not enrolled in some type pre-school? Am I the only one who has wondered why a child of this age should, as they have protrayed her, still essentially an “infant in diapers” and (allegedly, which we know was a lie) to be in the care of a “nanny.”

Was not much difference in the way they were raising this child from the ones who keep their children trapped inside cages, etc.

Why had none of these so-called “close” friends of wunder ever seen that Caylee was not being raised properly; the “perfect mom?” A “perfect mom” who brings her child to bed with any and every shack-up!

And that silly little Jesse boy claiming, this is the “not the Casey” he knew. What an entire community of simple-minded losers. I sincerely hope that other children in that area are not exposed to these type “child care experts.”

XO, First of all Padilla said Kronk was out there again in November. So I take that with a box of salt. He waas there in August and December. I take it you don’t know that he use to be a bounty hunter many years ago in TN. !?!?!? So yeah, his bounty hunter instincts took over. He wanted Caylee to have closure and to have a proper burial.

There can’t be a mistrial before a trial has even started.

What’s going on now could be used and twisted by the defense to try to prove to the jury that the remains were planted, contaminated, etc. It could also be used to show incompetence by LE (being called 3 or 4 times and never finding the remains). So a lot of what’s going on could be used in the defense’s favor during trial.
But nothing that has happened – that I can see – changes a darned thing about who killed Caylee or why LE charged M with the crime.
So she’ll still stand trial on that.

It’s like an internal defense to justify what you’ve done. The psychic, she said she trained with a Wash DC area CSI, detective or something on how to handle evidence during a search from her visions… Apparently she wasn’t paying attention because that was some shotty work. Last, after almost 3 years there had to be some love for that baby, look at her, she’s beautiful! There are alot of pics with them together and looking happy. I think there were times when M’s life was boring she enjoyed her mistake but once she was legal to drink and club she was a thorn in her side… JMO

I mean, come one now, PI Dominic Casey claims he “didn’t know” he was being videotaped (I won’t go into the irony of a person who covertly records and spies on other people not realizing a fellow PI would be recording him or being so completely unaware of his surroundings a guy less than 10 ft from him was running a camcorder and he did not notice), he takes tips from a psychic but can’t confirm any of the calls with phone records, doesn’t wear gloves or perform any standard practices for preserving evidence at crime scenes, and comes to the conclusion after 6 months on this case that M is completely innocent even though nothing in her story has ever checked out and every piece of evidence uncovered to date points directly to her.

Does Cracker Jack know this guy is using a PI license he found in one of their boxes?

I know this is off subject now but when I catch up reading on the weekends there was some stuff that stuck out to me… With the IM’s or emails between M and Tony her ID is Casey “O” Marie and someone mentioned maybe the “O” is for orgasm… I read in the released text messages between her and Amy that one of her ex-bfs use to criticize her because the sex sucked. I think Sin knew the baby was dead the whole time and was working on a cover story anyway. When she got a whiff of the car she knew that Grinch would know that smell. That is the only reason she called the police…not concern over poor Caylee.

Okay, well … here goes …

I don’t think at this point it would be wise for LE to ask Prosecution to grant Sindee immunity – rather I think they should go ahead with the charges (obstruction, accomplice after the fact, whatever they can pin on her) against her to neutralize her and get her out of the way.

Putting together a trial is like weaving a tapestry. Think of it this way … every witness, both prosecution and defense, is a different color of thread. When all of the testimony is finished, the jury needs (optimally) to see a perfect picture of the facts.

Even if they gave Sindee immunity – she is too much of a loose cannon/wild card, especially with the news that just surfaced about her writing the email to defend m again.

So – if they give her immunity, that’s no guarantee she will actually testify for the prosecution and say the things they want her to say.

She can always claim she was taking meds, or whatever … and can’t remember exactly what she said on the record to fulfill her immunity guarantee.

Even if the prosecution gives her a written copy of that testimony on the stand, or shows her a videotaped confession of her testimony, she can claim she “doesn’t remember” because of meds, etc.

Then the only choice the prosecution has is to ask the judge to declare her as a hostile witness … and if there is just one member of the jury that feels a little sorry for Sindee and feels like the prosecution is being too hard on her … it could be trouble.

But – if they charge her and don’t use her as a witness, the defense can always call her. And when it is the prosecutions turn to question her, they can just ask “Were there any charges filed against you regarding this case” – and when she says “yes” … in effect, her testimony will have no standing in the eyes of the jury.

If I was advising the prosecution on this, that is what I would suggest. I would charge anyone (if possible) who could become an obstructionist … and keep the case as clean for the jury as possible.

Sindee is not an asset at this point to the prosecution … charge her and get her out of the way.

I have to disagree about the 911 call.

There is absolute panic in C’s voice on that call. I think she immediately knew from the smell that Caylee was dead, but had spent most of the day denying it and telling herself that everything would be OK once she found M.

By the time she made the call, she had spent most of the day knowing Caylee was gone and that M did it, but could not (and who could? can’t blame her for this at all) accept the facts, just could not, so she flipped out and called 911 when M started mouthing off to her.

At the time she actually made the 1st 911 call, she had convinced herself M was just hiding Caylee and spiting her, so she called the cops to scare M into telling her something.

By the time of the infamous panic call, M had said something or denied something or done something to make all of C’s fears rush to the front of her mind again, in a way that was undeniable, which is why she is absolutely crazy on the call. She knows and is trying so hard not to believe and is reaching out to authority to take over the situation because she cannot handle it.

I do think C did participate in a cover-up, but I am convinced her knowledge of actual events came after the initial 911 calls.

At the time of the calls, C is a devastated grandma, really more of a mother, who has lost her child and is reacting as any of us would to the news of a sudden death of a loved one. I hold nothing against C for the first week of her actions. She was in an impossible position and no matter how badly she raised M, she never raised her to murder.

Media – great post and I agree totally..she is of no use…they have IMO maggots a@@ in the slammer for a good long time…keep sindee off the box and away from the case…they can use her testimony which is on tape to show the jury and she can wait her turn for her own trial…GEEZ, does everyone in that family want a get out of jail free card…they suck

However, in a later interview when she was questioned about exactly the points you raised, and specifically about referring to the smell in the car, C said that she “said whatever she had to say to get LE out there” and she knew if she said that (meaning the dead body smell in the car) that LE would come quickly.

She is too scary … waaay too scary.

You are correct about C stating later that she said whatever she had to say to get LE out there, but that was really a response to the whole pizza smell fiasco. C knew she was trapped by her initial statements on the calls. And it is clear that she was holding stuff back and in control of everything she was saying on the first couple of calls.

But on the third one, it is my belief everything she said on that call was the truth as she knew it at the time. At that point, M had confessed Caylee was missing and C’s reaction was to release every piece of info she had to get her back – which I think also backs up 2cent’s valid point that C completely bought into the nanny story. It did not even occur to her at that time to question M’s story because it was C’s way out of acknowledging her child killed her grandchild out of spite against C.

Everything C said later was a calculated (although not well calculated) response to media. And don’t forget that C never ever expected the media to be involved in this case or any of the calls to go public, so there was no reason for her to concoct any stories by the time of the final 911 call, purely the instinct of a mother with a lost child.

The real question is when did G and Leevil know? Which of them knew first?

And what was with that whole BS story G gave about the trunk and M not letting him in it to get a jack or a tool. When I first heard G tell that story, it seemed on the up n up.

But now, if you listen to it with all the knowledge now available, it doesn’t make any sense at all. He states he was right behind her when she opened the trunk and gave him the tool he wanted.

I have some experience with car trunks as I have owned a car for many a year now and it seems to me that even if a thin girl like M was attempting to block the view of the trunk, I would be able to see a garbage bag the size of a 2 year old child. If the smell had started by then, being near the open trunk would have knocked him out. Which leads you to believe there was nothing in the trunk at that time, which begs the question, why tell this story to the cops?

I think he was setting the stage to throw M under the bus, but C talked him out of it later.

I agree with your posts.

At first C was just a scared Grandma in those 911 calls but since then there has been a huge conspiracy to cover up. Why?

My theory is that Lee is Caylee’s father. There is too many things that point to that.

1. The DNA found in the trunk, they could only confirm it was Caylee’s by process of elimination due to the death band. Casey was alive therefore it could not be hers. They took DNA, why didn’t that tell them, because the DNA was the same for Casey and Caylee which can only mean that the parents of Caylee are Casey and a direct blood relative. It was odd the way they worded how they confirmed that hair was Caylee’s. Not by the DNA, which one would think would be the easiest and most conclusive (in a normal situation) but from the elimination process. Very telling

2. The names Cay LEE

3. The whole cover up by the parents, it makes no sense unless they don’t want this info to get out.

4. Lee disappeared around the time that this info was coming to light and wasn’t around much until the remains were found and then he wouldnt give DNA or prints, which the Ants did freely.

5. Lee himself admits to officers that he and Casey had a very tight relationship and would tell each other things that they wouldn’t tell anybody else even the parents.

6. Casey loves money, so why didn’t she go after the daddy for support or for social security once the supposed baby daddy died. Makes no sense.

7. I think mental illness runs in this family, I think C is also a sociopath, she has many of the traits as does Casey. They would clash for sure and both of them believe their own lies and will not ever back down.

8. Casey mentions to others such as Jesse and Tony that Lee has come in her bedroom while she was in middle school and she has also accused G of abusing her. Could be her lies but it is a proven fact that incest and sociopahty are cause and effect.

It would all make a sick kind of sense. Two different things are going on here. Casey killed Caylee, I still think it wasn’t totally intentional, but the resulting craziness and cover up are the result of the Ants wanting to keep their dirty little secrets quiet and because C has the same personality as M and will tell the lies the same way and niether will ever admit to the truth. True sociopathic behavior.

The other odd thing about that trunk story is that I don’t believe he ever got the thing he said he was after (that was bolted into the trunk)
It seems that after she said “Here’s your “f”ing gas cans, she got in the car and left. That tells me that she knew he wasn’t after what he said he was after. It suggests to me that they were used to these little “games” where G was scared to call her on anything directly. Why would he be scared to just accuse her of taking the cans? Again, I think he was so used to NEVER winning an argument or getting any respect, that he just went along with her to preserve his own sanity.
It makes me think that there were probably daily signs that this murdering mother had something seriously wrong with her for a long time. If C was also like this, it would have been very difficult for g to do anything proactive that might have saved Caylee.

when G wanted to get into the trunk of the car is was June 23 or 24th, the trunk was empty, but it was smelling I’m sure.

I think that is a lie from G. I think she didn’t let him go into the trunk or she got the tool for him without letting him get close enough to the trunk.

It was just after this she abandoned the car at the Amscot all closed up which then intensified the smell to the point it was when G got it from the impound.

I think sometimes, though, kids can look like anyone- even from generations back in the ol gene pool. the other day there was a story about a couple who gave birth to twin girls. One appeared to be white, and the other black- (parents were mixed couple)Apparently they had experienced that with a previous set of twins too.
Also, I think whether you see similarities to parents can also depend on what the parent looks like- if you are someone, for example, with a huge nose and a long face or unusual teeth, its unlikely the kid would resemble you, as most babies have tiny noses, chubby faces and no teeth. Interesting idea though.

The reason the DNA on Caylee would be able to tell who the father is because if it IS Lee the LE already know that. The DNA of Caylee and Casey would be near identical. If when they took the DNA from the hair in the trunk and got almost identical DNA results from the short dark one as the long light one, then is is a sure bet that the Daddy would be a blood relative. I honestly believe that LE and the prosecution already know this and there hasn’t been anymore question about Caylee’s Dad because they already know, the Ants know too and that is why the sudden role reversal from thinking Casey did something around the first 911 calls to now professing her innocence. They are in coverup mode but it’s not so much for the murder of Caylee as it is for the secrets that the family has kept hidden for years.

When I was little my Mom use to do daycare at the house for a few kids. One of the babies we had there was under a year old and his old babysitter use to drug all the kids with OTC meds to keep them quiet during the day so they didn’t bother her. When his Mom noticed the change in his personality she had him checked out by a Dr. and some how trapped the babysitter. She quit going there and my Mom started watching him… Goes to prove it takes all kinds…

hello my friends! Just peeking in for a few to see what’s new! Missed you miss pickles last night!

Lilred, don’t feel like your ignored at times. This blog moves so quickly at times with everyone posting that I too often want to, but can’t respond to everyone on here. I asked a question last night and no one answered it…..so I told MMT she could earn brownie points with me if she answered it (lol)…….ding! ding! she got 10 points!!! lol. Just ask again…..or again…or again…someone will finally answer….or offer them bonus bucks or something! lol.

Granted Lee has been out of the spotlight most of the time, but I have noticed that when you see G n C anywhere, one of them seems to be on the edge of a breakdown and both of their voices catch and break during interviews – which is common when speaking of a lost loved one. However, I have never seen Lee display any emotion other than anger. He seems to be either deadpan or angry, no in between, no other emotion.

Any chance he actually planned this with M for some crazy reason? Maybe some of those searches were his?

PAW, I don’t think Bozo can go that route with M… If you read her text messages with Amy she talks about taking Caylee to the doctors and she used the potty for the 1st and she’s having a proud Mommy moment… If she was so troubled by this “love child” I don’t think she would embellish like that to her friends, she doesn’t have anything to prove to them… She wouldn’t be all smiley in the pics… I don’t think she cared the baby was LV’s, it’s the pressure of curbing her partying lifestyle that got to her…. I actually think that Casey was probably not a bad Mom until after the break up with Jesse and the novelty wore off. Once she was partying age, and found a boyfriend unlike Jesse who wanted nothing to do with Caylee, then things got out of control. I think C and G loved Caylee too. Lee has only 2 emotions, off or anger.

No she was 15 when I met her, her mom had abandoned her (because just like it rings true with the ants, like mother like daughter). Working with addicts and in shelters and stuff I could see the trouble she was already getting into and tried to mentor / protect her even though I fully expected the worst would come before things got better. During one of her ummm ‘extended absences’ I got a last minute offer on a job out of state I couldn’t refuse so I was gone for a little over three years. Kept an eye on her though, I’m very loyal to the peeps that come in my life and all. Watched her bounce into some juvie trouble, then a few years later some county and state stuff as an adult (young addict on the streets, I don’t have to spell out what kind of trouble she was getting in besides the drugs), never could quite catch her when she was actually locked up and write or visit her to tell her to straighten up. After I got back here things got quiet for awhile and I actually feared sh might have gotten herself killed (found out later TDCJ had moved her to Louisiana state system due to overcrowding and that is why I couldn’t find her).

I dunno I stopped looking so hard then because it made me sad but I still checked every now and then.

One night last summer just out of the blue I had a dream about her, some of the old times before she really got in too deep (was like a lil sister to me) and then it just kind of abruptly ended. I could see her older and in trouble. A brief flash of her looking older, very worn and sad, much like a mug shot. Woke up very suddenly (think I said her name). On a hunch I checked…she had been arrested that afternoon. God works in mysterious ways.

Started writing to her and if you can’t imagine 5 or 6 years on the streets she had no one in her life that gave a flying fig…but out of the blue here is someone from before it got so bad reminding her that life didn’t have to be that way. Working on lifting her spiritual life and telling her about a hostel program I have gotten others into that is very successful. Started her on her GED (she’s not in state long enough for them to get it to her, but the hostel will). Again just basically keeping the jailhouse / street mentality away from her mind and keeping her positive and focused on a somewhat normal life for herself.

It’s what I do Pickles, for some reason these kinds of people meander through my life and I do what I guess God wants me to and try to help. It’s not always successful cuz some folks just don’t want help. I think I have a winner this time though. I truly believe she has had enough…just no one ever bothered to tell her there was a better life than drugs and the streets. It’s all she saw in her heroin addicted momma when she was around and it’s almost all she knew after (except for me).

Jose’s practice took a definite upswing once he sold those pics and could finally afford that magic 8 ball. He also bought a pack of tarot cards, but they got lost with the verizon records, the cd’s of tips, zanny, and the real story.
