From the beginning I was impressed with Padilla because I believed he honestly thought that M and Sindee could not “talk” while M was in jail and that once he bailed her out, M would tell him what he needed to know to chase down that kidnapping nanny and find Caylee. I mean that’s what he does! He finds people!
I am convinced that he was sincere about that. (And I am not the type to be impressed by his outfit or testosterone or any of that nonsense. This was just my feeling about him from what he said and did)

Unfortunately the ants were only conning him. M wouldn’t even talk to him.
Then a week later the decomp in the trunk was discovered by LE. And Padilla has faith in LE so that’s when he knew the baby was dead.

I do think he’s carried his theories a bit far on the Nancy Grace show but heck, so what?
He put up his own time and money to search the Econ River. He tried! Just like Tim Miller tried. And both were very badly treated by the ants.

And, Cherry, I doubt there will be any dignity attached to the public funeral if the ants are in charge of it. They don’t know the meaning of the word. Charade, act, lie, deceive - they know all of that! Plus how to “play to” the media. But dignity? They’ve denied that to Caylee since July 15, 2008. A pox on them all.

You’re darned right he tried, and yes, the Anthonys were conning him. He could have pulled out and said the heck with it, but he stayed b/c he made it his mission to find that precious baby, dead or alive…..and that’s more than her own grandparents wanted to do!

As far as I’m concerned, the public memorial should be just that ~ open to the public. Caylee became America’s little girl….when it was apparent that even her own family was putting her murdering mother above her. And they DID, over and over and over again.

It wouldn’t surprise me if the grandparents are putting off the funeral due to LE’s statement that they will wait to deal with them until after Caylee is put to rest. It infuriates me how disgusting, disrespectful, controlling, and selfish these people are. They’re also users, and proven liars. I hope I never see Cindy’s mug on TV again, and the murderer’s trial can’t come too soon.

I don’t think they should go for the death penalty, either. There are those who have a hard time handing out a death sentence. Besides, life in prison would be hell on earth for the likes of Casey Anthony. No texting, no sex, no partying……..and I hope she is reminded every single day of her sorry life of the innocent little girl whose life she snuffed out for her own selfish and spiteful purposes.

Like so many, I have been following this story since the start. I have never blogged in my life and I have never followed a story with as much interest or passion.

I am thoroughly disgusted by the Anthony family. I don’t care what their collective lawyers are advising…they need to step up and pretend to have some class in honour of their granddaughter. They still aren’t thinking about her.

Creating a “list” of guests is appalling. This is not an event. Someone should explain to them the significance of a funeral. Leonard Padilla may not be welcome for whatever reason but it is simply tacky to make it public knowledge. The private service should be just that, and the public memorial is for anyone who has been touched by the sadness and grief felt world-wide by the tragedy that ended the life of little Caylee.

Shame on them all.

Did anyone see the exchange between Casey and Baez in the courtroom? He blushed like a schoolboy and she gave him a huge smile that women do when they are enamored. It is clear there is something other than professional relationship between them. The hours spent at his law firm, coupled with the fact that Casey is a woman who falls for men rather quickly, and Baez’s questionable hugs, is more proof there is something going on here.

NG’s reporter last night said LE will NOT be indicting ANY of the ants; not G, C, OR Leevil. Huh?

But thank heaven I have not met a LOT like that nor heard of a LOT like that. Most of the women I know are good people. My $.02…that is definitely something to be proud of (executing more people than any other state…it should be mentioned in ads for the state of Texas). Seriously, I’m not really joking. I am a big advocate of the death penalty…especially in cases where someone has shown a blatant disrespect for human life. I think we are too soft here in America. I think that we should execute those on death row within 48 hours of sentencing. I think that it would send a message to those thinking they can get away with murder…and it would save tax payer money that could then be allocated for something more worthy than keeping scum alive.

I won’t be surprised the ants spray Silly String over Caylee’s little grave, the way (I forget her name) did, here in Texas, after she killed her two boys — just before she was arrested. The whole family was there. Had baloons and TONS of silly string, making it a party. No tears. No sign of grief. I guess the ants are, by far, not the only heartless crazies out there.

I love my children dearly, but any grandparent on this blog will understand that our grandkids are, somehow, even MORE special to us. They are our very HEARTS. I get mad at mine sometimes (I have 10 who live nearby and every weekend at least 3-4 are at our house). I use the paintstick on them if necessary. I use time out (which is basically a crock IMO). I’ve even been know to send them home if they’re on my last nerve, but I adore each one and could not IMAGINE knowing one was murdered by ANYONE, especially not by one of my own KIDS!

My kids have all commented that it’s a shame Casey didn’t have me for a Mother. HA I know I would have thrown them under the bus Day One! And then, had they been bailed out, they would NOT have stayed in my home. PLUS, there’s the hot curling iron confession method I’m hung up on with Casey. Imagine how quickly she’d confess if she knew her Party Parts were about to be burned beyond recognition? Bet I could get her to confess to the Crusifixion!

I was never a mean, abusive mother, but I did believe in discipline. My 30-year old son still flinches when I reach for a wooden spoon. When he was little, he always seemed to piss me off in the kitchen and the spoon was the cloest weapon at hand. I have good, respectfuly kids, though and they are awesome parents. Not tooting my own horn. Just trying to figure out how C&G could have created this monster.

There was another case where a man abducted a little 4 yr old boy, and killed the mother who tried to protect her son. This man is from an abusive home, has fetal alcohol syndrome, mentally slow, has had previous crimes of theft, etc. so they said he will probably not get the DP because the jury will take his horrible life into account. I feel bad for these people too until they start KILLING PEOPLE, then they have to be destroyed.

Good video on WFTV by analyst. Glad D. Casey didn’t probe where Caylee’s remains were! Could’ve caused much havoc!

As far as the Anthony family, I think they should be charged if they were complicit in any way. The George and Cindy variety show was beyond comprehension throughout these past 6 months. Their half truths and guilty spin created the media frenzy. Had they shown any sign of grief or gratitude for the immense support and interest in their missing granddaughter they would not be so hated at this point.
All of their anger and frustration was misdirected. I honestly believe that Casey told them the night of the big fight that they would never see Caylee again. Once Cindy realized that was true her brain exploded. There is no other explanation for her scrambled thinking.

Val. My position is that I (like you) don’t care about someone’s past. Most people come from a background that can be considered less than ideal…however, we are responsible for our own actions. Being responsible, we should also be held accountable. If you show a blatant lack of respect for human life, you should lose your life…no questions, no exceptions.

Furthermore, screw the mentally ill defense. It can be argued that anyone that takes a life is mentally ill.

I think M acted as though she was being brought into a party and she was the guest of honor the other day in court. At one point, the judge made a jovial comment and she started to laugh and then caught herself. She hasn’t a clue what she’s in for and for that matter, couldn’t care less in my opinion.

It will be interesting to see how much of this they determine is admissable in court. I would love to see a paternity test, but I doubt it would be released. The Defense job is to block as much as possible.

Jrsfarm, yeah nuns were pretty brutal then especially on the boys. I don’t think I ever saw a girl hit with the ruler but I sure saw a lot of boys hit. Believe me if the kids didn’t learn discipline at home they sure learned it there. It was a no nonsense school where kids were obedient.

Documents released by the State Attorney’s Office Wednesday showed investigators had a particular interest in the relationship between Casey and her mother, Cindy.

According to an interview with Casey’s grandmother, Cindy sought professional help in dealing with her then out-of-control daughter.

Allegedly, the counselor advised Cindy to kick Casey out of the house.

Cindy also allegedly told family members that she was considering filing for full custody of Caylee.

Meanwhile, documents showed Jesse Grund, Casey’s ex-fiancé, told Sheriff’s investigators Casey and Cindy got into a huge altercation the night before Caylee was last seen alive.

“It got into a very heated argument, which turned physical and Cindy started choking Casey,” Grund said. He said he was told this by Lee Anthony, Casey’s brother

If they found duct tape around little Caylee’s skull that HAS to be proof that this murder was done on purpose. PAW69 …. Oh, I am so sorry to hear you are dealing with fibro. It is so nasty. I take a pill that is man-made in a lab and has the lab-created derivatives of THC (marijuana ingredient) that helps me. You don’t get “high” or anything but it does ease the pain and helps me to sleep.

I know there is a new drug out now that is being used for fibro but can’t remember it’s name. One thing I did about a year ago is I bought a heated mattress pad and turn that on at night and it has really helped. I was diagnosed in 1972 and was told then it was all in my head or i was told to go home and live with it.

I think at the end of the day, M will pay for what she has done, C-A. It just won’t be here on earth. She will pay.

someone mentioned in another month or two that m will need to order a new jumpsuit…a large sounds good…that will kill her more and bother her more then why she is in jail in the first place…I would bet on that! coolmoss, when I was diagnosed almost 8 yrs ago they said Fibro was almost like MS. I thought my world had just collapsed. I know Montel has been working on something for people suffering from MS,Fibro, Parkisan’s (spelling) and a couple others. He also wants it to be very cheap to get so no one is left behind.

I don’t know what you do PAW to manage your pain but I try to look beyond what my body does. However, there are times when that just does not help or work.

My two dogs and my cats are always ready for a cuddle so when things get like they are now, the animals are a comfort.

Paw - I hear ya, beast had to stop driving transport truck $18/hr…too dangerous! Ya thanks, now where are the drugs that take the pain away for those of us that have children to provide for and need to work and take care of them too?

coolmoss, I try to ignore my pain. I haven’t been on meds for 5 yrs now. Nothing has ever worked. And with it being acute, I don’t know if there is anything I can do. I try to take walks, I have went from 4 houses to 6 houses now, but gah, I can only do that 2 times a week if I’m lucky.

I will tell ya that me and the kids is one of the reasons hubby joined. He saw the benefits for our medical issues. It has made a huge difference on the kids. So I have hopes for me too now. We are treated better now, now that we’re not on medicaid anymore.

A friend was telling me about using herbal like Omega3 fish oil and zinc and some other ones. She has MS. But I haven’t talked to her in a while to get the full list. Also , no red meats.

coolmoss, the only thing on that list that I haven’t been diagnosed with with diabetes, but they are going to do blood work.

You are very welcome C-A. I hope that Beast can have a good talk to his doctor about using it. I use Cesamet for pain and sleep and it has helped both. It does not make me tired nor did it make me euphoric. It just sort of is in the background easing the pain. I have been taking it for about 5 or 6 years. Now, I also can take a half of an Endocet too when it gets out of control but that is a restricted drug and also very addictive so I use it sparingly. I found out before Christmas that I have sleep apnea. poop!

betty1 at 9:57 pm - I believe the “snot head” conversation was text messaging between M and former bf (a few back from Tony L) was with Tony Rusciano and they were talking more about a booty call which she said she could not make because she had no one to babysit Caylee. She said something like “I don’t guess you want me to bring the snot head.” He didn’t answer. And she wrote “I thought so.” Something like that.
They were not talking about moving in - just her going over for sex that night.

Tony L is another matter. She gradually started “living” there and making dinner and doing laundry and crap and did not bring Caylee with her after he said he didn’t think that was right. He assumed she had both a nanny and a willing mother who could babysit. He had no idea what the real situation was.
But she was staying there in part because he was a new friend who would not know the real situation or wonder where Caylee was - and she was avoiding her mother who would not know to look for her at his place. This Tony L is the one who told her he wanted sons.
So it’s two guys but with the same result - not wanting Caylee around. And I have to say that even though it was selfish on their part in a way they were right. It was terrible of M to drag Caylee along to parties and booty calls and overnights with guys whether the child slept in the same bed on the floor or the sofa. Both guys had more decency than M did. It’s just that no one ever imagined she’d kill the child. Everyone thought she had mucho willing babysitters!

Just mentioning this because I was handling all that pretty well, holding a part time job and keeping up with all the household and farm stuff when I was prescribed a statin drug for cholesterol in 2001.

THAT is what really did me in. I developed tons of new health problems, starting 8-10 weeks after I began taking the crap, including very severe sleep apnea. Because adverse statin side effects and Fibro mimic each other and confused issues I was having, I was kept on the statin long enough for it to do permanent muscle and nerve damage. Now I can’t walk far and only with a cane, been that way for over 7 yrs now. Disabled, but still working only because I found a job I can do from home that requires minimal hours, and most the time even that is too much.

I feel right at home here now:)

Betty, I have done researches yes, I follow a strict diet and I have changed things alot. Ummmm, I haven’t tried any of the supplements yet, only because I am still researching alot of them to see what does what. A new one (or atleast new to me) ACAI. Don’t know yet if I want to try that one yet, as well as Trigosame that my mom just saw the other day in a magazine. I will try that cream and see what it does. At this point I’m willing to try almost anything, But with caution of course.

Tonight is one of those nights when I’ll be awake for a long time.

I have taken this case very personally. Due to my kids and I. Casey has no idea what so ever. I could go on and on about how I feel and the reasons why. It truly breaks my heart as well as others. I’m angry, very angry. I hold back alot of my feeling because I don’t want to get banned (lol). How I feel, My words would be very bold. I would also prefer to say them to Casey herself while standing in front of me, If she lasted that long standing lol.

We have meals that take 15 minutes top. Hubby is in the Army so he is gone all day long. I don’t work. Kids go to school. So I do cook, but it only takes 15 minutes.

Kids do the dishes,take the trash out. they are 10 and 12, they have issues too, especially my son. The house stays pretty clean. Thank God lol.

Caylee will always be carved in my heart and soul. I know one day I’ll be able to meet her with open arms.

I noticed how disconnected M seemed with her brother’s jailhouse visit. She acted as if she couldn’t be bothered and wanted him to move off the subject and on to something else. When Lee asked M if his priorities were set right or did she have any changes or additions to make she said something like “No, your priorities are right were they should be, just like mine.”

Give me a break… who does she think she is? If that was my brother and he was going out of his way to do so much for me, I would be falling all over myself thanking him and apologizing to him for having to put him through all that trouble. But M’s saying “your priorities are right were they should be.”

I never heard her utter the words “Thank you” to anyone… not to her parents, Lee or anyone. More proof of her narcissistic, sociopath personality.

I didn’t even take my car out of the garage today. My neighbor’s car is in his driveway and you can’t even tell there’s a car under all the snow. It simply looks like a huge mound of snow… if he’s doesn’t clean it off soon the kids will be sledding down on it. LOL

Sheriff: Man arrested in Ohio mother’s slaying

DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — Authorities in Ohio have arrested a man in the shooting death of a woman whose 4-year son was abducted by the gunman and left unharmed at a highway rest area.

Montgomery County Sheriff Phil Plummer says that 22-year-old Charlie W. Myers of Columbus was taken into custody.

Plummer said Monday that Myers confessed to involvement in the case.

The boy, Willliam Nelson, was discovered at a central Ohio rest stop Friday by travelers from Maryland. Authorities say the boy told them a strange man had shot his mother. They used details the little boy provided and found his 29-year-old mother Jennifer Nelson dead in her home in Dayton.

I have to wonder how much Caylee could have told though. She was getting smarter and I think that’s where this all lays. Caylee must have been telling nana and pawpaw some things that may have been getting Casey in trouble with them. Hence why nana wanted to go for custody of Caylee.

And since the Anthony’s have no money, and is rumored to already be in debt up to their ears, then ofcourse any private attorney would have to take it at no charge to the client. And under the extreme controversial situation involving the murder of a child — HER child — then she ain’t exactly gonna score any good or talented lawyer to volunteer for such a tainted case. So yeah, I agree …. She’s getting exactly what she DESERVES …. An inexperienced loser NOBODY, to legally defend her.

Hi, sillybutt: To respond to what you jsut asked about who Jesse heard on June 24th on the phone - yes he was talking to M and thought he heard Caylee in the background and thought he heard M tell her to get off the table. Later he said he might have been wrong about the date. Since I believe that little Caylee was murdered in the middle of June I think what happened could have been (1) M was near another child that was making noise (2) Jesse commented about hearing Caylee in the background and M “went with it” pretending she was (3) it was the TV or radio that Jesse heard or (4) this one’s last because it would take brains on M’s part - the ants have plenty of video of Caylee and M could have played it on purpose while talking to Jesse on the phone in an attempt to establish that Caylee was still alive. Whichever one it just doesn’t amount to a hill of beans what Jesse “thought” he heard on whichever date he “thinks” he heard it.

What I wanted to discuss was the other day you theorized that M may have been “selling” Caylee in some horrible way.

First, part of your theory is based on thinking that C/Sindee/Gma did not mind baby-sitting. But C did not give M (Murdering maggoty monster) a free pass to go partying. C actually called M at parties at midnight sometimes telling her to get the heck home. And M had to make up a job that would keep her away from home for an evening to have an excuse to ask C (Sindee) to babysit when she wanted to party. So between the imaginary “nanny” and a gma who would not babysit every single time M wanted her to and probably not without a very good “reason” M was up the creek – hence took baby with her to parties. Apparently gma “believed” there was a nanny so she expected M to use her services and not have to depend on her all the time.

Second, M had been stealing from her mother’s credit card(s) long before she stole from her own grandparents or friend Amy. So she had thousands of dollars to play with until she was caught on that. And G (George- gpa) told the FBI that he used to put his pocket change in a piggy bank in Caylee’s room (for Caylee) and then he’d check it and it would be empty. So M also stole from Caylee.

Third, I am sure that the first two possibilities that cross the minds of LE when a child goes missing are the “Worst” (meaning death and harm – the latter meaning sexual abuse).
So I am 150 percent sure that LE checked out that angle very very well from Day One.
And if by the slightest chance it didn’t occur to them then, they would have had reminders as the investigation progressed – like M’s former friends telling LE that M took Caylee to adult parties and former bf Ricardo Morales telling LE that M would have Caylee sleep in the same bed with them. At least one party-goer told M it was very un-cool to bring such a young child to a party like that so there’s a reason for her to drug Caylee and leave her in the car. And last known bf, Tony L, specifically told M not to bring Caylee to spend the night so there’s another reason to drug her and leave her in the car. And previous bf Tony Rusciano also did not want M bringing Caylee to their booty calls.

So there was plenty of reason for LE to follow up in that direction and I fully believe that if there was any indication that M “sold” Caylee for purposes like that LE would know. Personally I don’t think that WE need to think about that anymore. Not unless LE brings it up.

In a later comment I believe you suggested the theory that M drove the body around adding plants and dirt from various sites to throw off where the body had been. I do not believe that lazy stupid M would put 1/10th of that effort into throwing off the police. I think she spent as little time in that car as possible once it started stinking. Plus scientists will be able to prove that whatever plants and dirt were found with her came naturally from that specific area. M just bagged it and dumped it – possibly with a first temporary resting place in the backyard of her house before taking it to the woods.

She said she saw in some of these magazine rags:
1. Very dark circles under Caylee’s eyes in some of the photos.
2. A bruise under one eye in another
3. A Hairdresser said she saw a bruise on Caylee. Of course, Squatter says she NEVER went to a Hairdresser. We believe you Casey!
4. Thinning hair and very scared expression on her little face at the Nursing Home in the video with her Great Grandfather. I have never seen such a grown up expression like that - FEAR/SCARED on a little baby. NOT NORMAL at all.
She also said, she believed this drugging was going on for weeks - if not months.
Sociopaths are so dangerous. Maybe most murders are done by Sociopaths? Don’t know.

C-A, I am also allergic to all opiates, which makes pain management rather tough. I have Lupus and my joints are on fire most of the day. The pain is horrible, but I have no way of dealing with it.

Here is what I do to keep pain in check (to some degree)

I noticed soda, coke, helps for some reason.
A mid-day nap also helps
Mild sedatives take the edge off the pain and break the cycle that makes pain worse (pain > anxiety because of stress hormones = more pain = more anxiety). Since I cannot address the pain directly, I try to address the other parts of the pain cycle.

So a very mild dosage (for example, the smallest possible dosage of Klonopin is 0.5, a dosage given to kids). Take half of that, so it is useless as a sedation tool, but it cuts the edge off of the pain.

Full night sleep helps

Meditation helps too

By “lazy” I meant more physically lazy. Fooling with the computer and watching TV aren’t very strenuous. I just don’t believe she’d think of gathering up different kinds of plants. I believe that the episode of that program is on the internet somewhere. Post a question asking our bloggers = maybe one will have a link. Also google for it with M’s name and it might come up - or a link to it will.

I think your points are on target. Some responses to your questions might be that I think C was afraid that M would take Caylee and disappear (which is exactly what M did). Getting custody is not easy and I don’t know what “proof” C had that would get the authorities to do it. And if she threatened that in a big way during the big fight on June 15, that may have been the catalyst for M to murder Caylee – for just the reasons you describe. M was jealous of the love and care that C & G had for Caylee (rightfully so) and sick of having Caylee thrown in her face as a “mistake” and super sick of the responsibility for Caylee who was getting in the way (of sleeping with whomever whenever wherever she wanted – God knows Caylee didn’t stand in the way of any education or job or other decent endeavor – not that M had any).

I heard C answer one police officer’s question about why she never met or talked with the nanny. C said, “I never needed to.” Then she looked down. Cop did not follow up on it much to my dismay. I believe that M had been out of work for 16 months so that’s how long this charade had been going on.

About the ants not wanting to know who Caylee’s father was – I truly believe they did not want to know even if M did know! Why? Sindee’s infamous CONTROL problem. Why share HER granddaughter with some good for nothing boy and his parents? Oh, no. Then she would not be in control!!!!

And I agree totally with what you said: “all are guilty. This murder did not happen in a vacuum.” You are right. The seeds were planted years ago – years before Caylee was even conceived - in M’s warped personality which was never dealt with by C or G and they grew from there to the murder of this darling child.
That’s one of the reasons I too hope that C, G and Leevil are all charged with something so that they can not profit off of her blood.

MTC - I would like to know what kinds of things sindee is going to say when she is asked at trial WHY she was seeking custody of the baby? She can’t say cause maggot was mother of the year for that one! She’ll prob. say so it could free m up on her events co-ordinator job…she will lie on that question. guranteed!

Those are the little things they don’t tell you about until court.

oh yes paw…I wonder if the counsillor who she saw and advised her to kick m out will be asked to take the stand? I mean, it would be a very important aspect to take a look at the case of a mother murdering her daughter….this also doesn’t fall under any confidentiality laws either i don’t think…as long as this councillor was just a councillor…

Tori, some people can’t stand Padilla. But a lot of us think his heart was in the right place initially.
And my “movie scene” described above was not intended to show support for Padilla but to show that we DO NOT NEED SINDEE! Her “public funeral” is something that I would boycott for the simple reason that SHE is in control of it.
It’s poison, tainted, a charade, a circus, a lie, a sham - because of SINDEE. I would not go to it if I lived across the street. I would pull down the blinds and close the curtains.

That, to me, would be the way to do it and to keep CAYLEE in the spotlight - not Sindee.

I agree that a good way of standing up to Cindy, and standing BY Leonard Padilla, would be to do exactly that — To literally stand by LP, and refrain from attending the event inside. But from a realistic standpoint … Such will probably not happen, especially where the media is concerned. And since LP is probably aware that he is not a welcomed presence there by that sorry bunch of whackos, the Ants, my guess is that he won’t show up and give them the satisfaction of publicly snubbing him. If those who wish to attend a public service for Caylee would also like to send a strong message to Cindy/Ants regarding the entire mess [and THEIR role in it … Not just about snubbing LP] … Then an effective way to do that would be for someone in the Orlando area to really grab the reigns, so to speak, and arrange a completely separate memorial service open to the public — At a different venue from the one Cindy has chosen. Then most everyone could choose to attend THAT one [including LP] … INSTEAD of attending Cindy’s little circus. I mean — Wouldn’t THAT send a STRONG message to that control-FREAK! Beat Cindy to the punch …. b’cuz as far as anyone knows, she hasn’t actually ARRANGED for anything yet — Public OR private! ALL she does is TALK!!

I mean …. Where is it written that CINDY has to be the ONLY one in charge of arranging a service? That SHE is the ONLY ONE “authorized” to do so? Someone ELSE can do it! GO for it!!

Betty1, the maid you saw in the background of a video was probably an aide in the nursing home where the great grandfather tape was made, it looks like she is going to a supply cart in the hallway for something a resident needed, and writing down in a book on that cart what she was doing.

Lulu! I think you’re right. That’s very likely EXACTLY what they are all doing! They’ll leave it up to the minister as far as a prayer or what to say - those are things they wouldn’t have the foggiest idea what would be appropriate.

I would really like to know who is “invited” to the private funeral. Let’s see. There’s C, G, and LV and their attornies. And then well, no family - not after THOSE emails! So I guess that leaves BB? Oh and the blabbermouth minister - of course he’ll be running it so he has to be there. Now, who did I forget? Kidlosers? Michelle Barf? Larry King? Can’t think of anyone else! LOL!

Exactly! He knew where their buttons were & he pushed them. Over & over. And Cindy had NO SELF CONTROL whenever she dealt with someone who didn’t buy her nonsensical lies designed to defend Caylee’s murderer.

I wonder if the private memorial will mention Caylee’s “loving mother” or will the Ants refrain from making a mockery of Caylee’s funeral & burial?

I have to wonder whether LP ever REALLY believed C was innocent when he rode into town to spring her from jail?

When he first showed up ALL he did was repeat (almost word for word) the idiotic lies & excuses the defense was trying to sell.

Makes me wonder if his REAL agenda was to spring her so HE could be the one to find the body.

I think he got annoyed & tired of monster’s mother trying to control him & he gave up his pretense of believing Caylee was still alive & decided he was through letting monster’s mom push him around the way she was pushing everyone else around.

I have a really hard time believing he flew across the country without even bothering to find out what LE was saying about the case. When he arrived we all knew there was NO NANNY & NO JOB… that her story was ALL LIES.

When he arrived and sprung her…she threw him out of her house..because he didnt want to talk about xani the nanny he wanted to know where Caylee was….and he knew she wasnt with no xani.

Also on Gersldo’s show last night, I also wonder if his talking guests were really looking at the tape or if it was all pretend. Especially since Geraldo had the date wrong(12/15 instead of 11/15). Hard to do while watching the actual tape IMO. Not hard if all pretend..

FWIW, I lost ALL faith in Geraldo during the OJ circus. He has zero credibility as far as I’m concerned & I never waste my time watching him.

The reason I’m now questioning LP’s first beliefs is only because when he first arrived he ’seemed’ to have NO KNOWLEDGE about the case other than what the defense ‘lines’ were.

That means I have to assume LP did not do ANY homework before getting involved. That just doesn’t seem likely for a man who makes/made his living tracking fugitives & dealing with liars. It sounds pretty DUMB as a matter of fact & I think the guy is pretty savvy when it comes to having ’street sense.’

That said, unless he writes a book when this is all over and tells the whole story of his involvement with the circus, we’ll never know.

He will stoop very low IMO to get the ratings.

Snookers, I’ve also wondered what kind of tie there could have been between LP and JB at the beginning.

I have always believed that bailing the monster out of jail seriously hurt LE because as long as the monster knows that some people are still willing to believe her lies, it gives her the emotional strength to keep on the same course.

The only way monster will EVER tell the truth is if she knows her lies are NOT working anymore.

And the monster’s own mother KNOWS this is true because for a full month, the monster lied about Caylee & only admitted she was gone after her mother finally got off her own butt & confronted her & called 911.

M has been in jail with NO bond and faced the death penalty and she’s still not talking so I don’t think you can blame Padilla for bailing her out the first time and giving her a chance.
I was glad he did that because it put my mind at rest about whether there was any truth to the story she and C were trying to sell about her not being able to talk in jail because the kidnappers might hurt Caylee. Padilla bailed her out and she refused to talk to him. So it was proven that she was just a liar.

Never said Padilla was a buddy of Geraldo. They just know each other, both are in the media..
The Bozo/Geraldo connection roped in Padilla under a lot of false pretenses IMO. Padilla was told M would talk to him.
Besides cannot remember seeing Padilla ever on the Geraldo show . G sticks more to the seedy M’s defense cronies.

I say LP should go to Florida and hold his own public memorial. Yes Leonard do this and hold your head high. Cindy is so selfish and she always has to have the last say so about everything even down to who can pay their last respects to this little girl.I’ll almost bet more would attend Leonards memorial for the public, than those that would attend Cindy’s because this shows even at a memorial for this innocent child Cindy still has her evil ways. Why even have a memorial for any of us that loves this child as our own if she can’t have it from the love of her heart for all those that has been involved trying to find little Caylee. This is just pure hate from Cindy. Maybe she is going to pass a collection can around for donations. It’s ashame that she has not been laid to rest If its true Cindy is setting up a well $$$$$$$ memorial this makes me sick. Money does not matter to lay someone to rest because I see it as it’s a heck of alot better than what Caylee had to lay in for 6mon. It does not take money to pay last respects to a loved one. Guess it must be all the attention she want’s to get and to also add in in future book what a good Grandma she was to put out all that money for a public memorial. They did not protect her - they kow Casey is nuts and let her disappear with the baby for over a month. Then when George sees Casey he worries if she changed the oil in her car.

They did not look for her - “we need to find Caylee before her 3rd birthday day” - what kind of crap is that? Your granddaughter is missing - you needed to find her IMMEDIATELY - what, you had already paid for a cake and balloons and were worried you might have to have the party without her? I don’t get it! Make you daughter talk - don’t feed her more excuses.

They did not defend Caylee - they only covered up for Casey - I would have been on Casey till she cracked. Only Cindy has the power to do that and she didn’t.

Now they’re deciding who can and cannot go to the funeral - what a show -
