What was the thing with Hoover seeing the car there? I missed that

Yep, it is sick and horrid and makes my heart ache. But I cannot figure why she had to drag Caylee with her just to drug her when she could have left her with psycho-granny. Is it simply that she did not want to give her mother the satisfaction? Could be, I dunno.

But to the question on pre-meditation… anyone else think she likely dragged Caylee’s little dead body aaround for two days in order to create a fake evidence trail on the bag and body?

Coolmoss: The first time I saw Caylee with her great granddad I thought she looked calm, at peace, comfortable, content and safe cuddling him. I think she was also very sensitive to him and concerned. Didn’t she ask, “Are you tired, Paw Paw?”

I could not interpret the look she gave the person shooting the camera but it sure was not any of those things. Except maybe a different kind of concern.

Fox Orlando also has a short written piece regarding a tip they received about M’s car being seen parked nearby the site where Caylee’s remains were found.

The article talks about Jim Hoover approaching one of Tim Miller’s Equusearch volunteers on November 8th and telling them about seeing M’s car parked near the site.

Regarding the Nancy Grace show ……

While I was watching Nancy Grace late last week, one of the video clips on her “memorial” to Caylee caught my attention. It was the one where Caylee is being held by her great grandfather.

I know that someone else mentioned a while back when that clip first aired, that Caylee looked like she was afraid of the person (Cindy) taking the video. At the time I did not think Caylee looked afraid but I could not identify the expression I saw on Caylee’s face.

When I saw that clip last week, it struck me that what I saw was that Caylee looked content with being held and cuddled by her great grand- father.

When she turned several times and looked at Cindy, the look that I saw on her face was one of not wanting to leave the comfort and security she was being given at the time. Sort of a “we are not going to go yet, grann?” look. Did anyone else see a different look on Caylee’s face.

It’s sad, but I am so glad that her great grandfather got to hold Caylee like that one more time before M murdered her.

It is a short but interesting piece but I wish that Fox had given the expert more air time so that she could have provided even more insight into M’s body language.

Re your comments about some media hanging out side the funeral home ….

I had not thought about how the presence of the media might impact other people who go to this funeral home to make arrangements for their deceased loved ones. Good point - thanks for posting it.

I would hate it if I had to arrange a funeral and had to make my way through the media vultures.

The ant’s aren’t blameless but I do understand where they are at. If you had ever been with, lived with, loved, or had a child with a personality deficient person like Evil B. Kuntley you would get it. You put up with so much and finally you just let their crazy ass sh*t go on around you and try to keep yourself out of the personal fray.

This ain’t about the ants any more to me. I feel sorry for them and can relate (even if I do still think LV is baby daddy…that ain’t nothing new).

It’s about that baby killing PSYCHO SCUMBAG and how on earth someone could go so low and play off this puppet game of hers.

Oh yeah been there and done that with fringe personalities much like the ants, like I said they aren’t blameless…they enabled her fugged up games all to well and probably had done it for years. Yes, that would be fraud. It would also be fraud if the Ants were aware that Caylee was dead and kept using the fund to search for a living Caylee.

If m is convicted of murder, she cannot collect on life insurance(if any) from her victim.
The monies ,if any left, in the “find Caylee” fund can be used for the funeral according to the stipulations of the fund.

I can only think of one reason, protecting their daughter from a long prison sentence and getting rid of more evidence.They did it before with other evidence… I think they have suspected since July 15, she killed Caylee.

If you go by what they have made public, I can see why geraldo could say that. The time of body dumping does not alone mean that they can prove it, but I am convinced that whoever said that they had overwhelming evidence now was referring to something we have not yet been made privy to.

Dom was working for the Ants while he was doing his searching. Maybe Hoover made video tapes at many other places too where Dom was searching a la Gail StJohn.
Interesting though that the Ants got p*ssed at anybody searching for a dead Caylee, while privately they were doing it themselves thru their hired hand. Such hypocrites.

On June 15th CA and M had the huge chocking fight, M takes off and CA calls her and tells her to get back home, she has a child to look after. M comes back home that night.

But, I don’t believe that G saw them both the next morning on the 16th. He’s too exact about what each were wearing and states that they both came out of the bedroom with backbacks and left. If he is telling the truth then Casey did leave the house with Caylee but she was back by 3 pm within one hour of G leaving for work. This is proven from computer records. She uploaded some pics from photobucket at 3 pm and talked to Jesse and this is the phone call that he said he heard Caylee in the background. Jesse has since said he didn’t hear Caylee on the call of June 24th (which would now fit since we know she was already dead).

I think M did something to her on this day, June 16th. It would account for the 2 days of decomp in the car if she put the body in the woods on the evening of the 18th as LE are now suggesting.

I was confused about the dogs hitting on decomp in the Ants yard. M either panicked and took the bad from the trunk and hid it in the yard while she decided what to do or someone inaddvertantly got the scent of decomp in the yard in the sand box by maybe moving some toys or things from the trunk of the car. It could have been CA when she cleaned out the car, maybe there were beach toys or something and she put them back in the sand box. I’m not sure if that would be enough decomp for the dogs to hit, but maybe a possibility.

As for the remains, they are where she put them, or very close. With the water and animals they may have been buried a little and ended up on the surface instead. I don’t think she ever expected them to surface.

You guys, do you think anyone would have really noticed Caylee missing if C did not call LE? (look at all of the interviews, everyone asks about Caylee, but hey all buy momster’s various answers for a month).

I really think that is what she did not count on. I think she thought that if she told C her idiot story, then C would believe her like she always does. She did not plan well enough to have to fool LE, just well enough to fool G and C. Remember, G is a retired murder detective. She knows what he would be looking for. She just needed daddy to be convinced.

I don’t think for a moment she is not capable of planning this out. The girl did some serious research into methods, and cover stories (One Tree Hill = nanny kidnaps baby).

Even getting ZFG’s name and car and apartment part of the story could not just have happened.

What I think she was not prepared for is that her mother would call the police rather than believe her as she always does.

1. Momster puts Caylee to sleep by murdering her with an overdose.

2. She then puts duct tape on the body, as well as some clothes, so it looks like Caylee was missing all this time and killed by kidnappers Zanny.

3. She drives the body for those two days to several locations in order to create evidence on the bag and on the body that Caylee was taken to different places before her body was dumped.

4. But the smell started almost right away and she did not understand how hard that type of smell would be to get out. She panicked and through the baby into the woods.

How does that strike you?

The only reason I can think about is to show the tape to the Ants later on or Baez to see if they recognized anything. Baez could later show it to M on his laptop

I think she was just so used to getting away with things that she didn’t think she had to go out of her way to really make a good plan. I figure she was used to doing whatever she wanted and just relying on lying her way out of it if need be.

why did she drive around for two days? is it possible she took the bag with the baby out to various places to get different materials on it, so then when she left the bag (and little Caylee) in the woods it would look like it came from somewhere else?

But then why did she research One Tree Hill? And not to mention other things?

She says the baby is kidnapped. When I think of kidnapping, I think hands tied, mouth gagged.

Does anyone know if that episode of One Tree Hill had duct tape on it?

I think she wanted it to look like a kidnapping, which is why she put tape on Caylee’s mouth (and explains the whole thing with the One Tree Hill research she was doing).

In other words, it was pre-meditated. But something went wrong with the car and she did not know or perhaps did not understand that bodies decompose quickly. She panicked and tried to get the smell out.

I think she fessed up to psych-granny after. I don’t think Lee or G are involved.

Just my thoughts… but I think the tape is the premeditation part, because it fits nicely with the kidnapping story.

Sorry…yeah I have a bit of smart ass in me. No offense, just assumed you really were trying to play devils advocate to stir up stuff. No offense and I hope with my apology, no offense taken.

Here’s another thing I’ve been thinking of? What about the decomp smell in the car? This IMO would be a direct link back to M acting alone. If they can prove that only M drove the car between June 15th and the 18th, when they believe the body was dumped then it also goes to prove that she was the one who drove around with her in the trunk and removed her from the trunk, the whole nanny thing is impossible now.

All these seemingly small things put together make a large finger pointing directly to M and M alone. I think she acted alone but I think all of the Ants were told a certain story by M, like it was an accident or something and they believed her for a while, now I think they see the light and will have to face their own guilt for helping in almost covering up the intentional murder , not accidental, of their grandaughter.

I know that you most of you agree with me that Lee is the father (which is sick and twisted, but if the crime fits… ya know type of thing)

See, the way I look at it is that if someone knows something better than you or is more informed than you, you ask them questions. That is not being obtuse (thanks Goldie) or playing devil’s advocate (thanks again Goldie) or being lame (um, and again Goldie). It is complimentary frankly.

Now, while the thought of that makes me sick as well (just like murdering a baby or anyone makes me sick), my point for asking it was to see if LE had indeed investigated this element.

I was trying to make sense of the drugging part. I had not seen if the LE (see, I do read here) had thought about this at all or discussed this.

And while I do read here everyday (like Daduke asking over and over about ZFG), I apparently don’t read often enough to know “what is going on around here.”

If I thought I was being overly sensitive before, I now simply think that it is what it is.

See I’ve been here quite a while now. Glad I finally posted today though. I’m a bit shy. lol

This story, was following it a lot and just happened to tumble in here and was impressed by the quality of the conversation C~A. Don’t know all that stuff.

I really wanted to believe that it ran deeper than just one person here. I guess I should count my blessings that it didn’t end up that way for my situation but I just need to distance myself from it for a night and absorb.
