Caylee Anthony – BNN On The Radio

BNN is happy to announce that at 3PM CST on Sunday January 11, we will be hosting another talk radio show about the Caylee Anthony case.

This case gets stranger by the moment. Judge Stan Strickland for example was faced with having to deal with the Prosecution and Defense at war with each other over the release of Prosecution data concerning the autopsy of the now skeletal remains. The prosecution argued (rightly) that releasing the autopsy photographs would be akin to putting them on Lime Wire, it would be mere minutes before vital evidence is now on the Net.

Our good buddy, the grossly overstated attorney, the guy that has a less than stellar work resume, yes, you guessed it Jose Baez made the argument that these photos and x-rays should be available on a secure server, for his ‘expert’ witnesses to look at.

Not even Nancy Grace’s tame, so called computer expert John Lucich could possibly buy into this idea. I pulled out of the sharp end of the computer industry a few years ago, I prefer to look in from the outside. While I am sure that Nancy means well, sometimes her guests give you pause for thought.

Jose Baez managed to persuade Judge Strickland that it would be OK to put this information on a secure server that would be in Baez’s office, a password would be required to view the information, and no one but the experts will have the data. Well, I have been in the computer business for very very many years, stick the information on an internet connected computer, kiss the data good bye! Someone will break in.

I for one am shocked by Judge Strickland agreeing to the ’secure server’, I’ll bet a dollar it will be less than 24 hours before the photos are on your favorite web site.

I say we could replace some of their professionals on NG because NO duh a “secure server” doesn’t exist. I thought they would have them in the judges presence check out the evidence and write notes and la de da. But nope!

i am in a fog tonight from no sleep up early for work but did see NG and have to say this newest news is sooo disturbing to me now. I mean you all know I said accidental for awhile, although that was kind of like 20% accident, and to hear it confirmed and to see her now i feel chilled…

I hope Tox results/duct tape prints are there! WOW that would be good for prosecution. We know the hair in the trunk matches the hair on the remains. So wouldn’t that mean they have tox reports perhaps too?

I did see NG….BOMBSHELLS! I watched Jane Valez Mitchell too, it was good also. I have always felt it was premediated so it came as no surprise to me, but yet…..actually hearing those words….did chill me to the bone to xoxo….

If they do give the Ants immunity, I think that’s a crock. They have had plenty of time to cooperate and have told their story already so why do they feel the need to have immunity????? Timbit, I think it was a combination of the entimologist, botanist and “other things” not reported yet that showed premeditation. That could be the toxi results that they must have gotten back by NOW?????? I think they found fingerprints on the duct tape (m’s) but just speculating!

Amy….yeah, NOW that they have linked the hair to Caylee in the woods to the hair in the trunk directly! I totally understand about timmy’s. I am convinced they put something addictive in their coffee too, cause when I want a timmy’s coffe, nothing else will do, and I have been known to go there at all hours of the night to get one. fortunately for me,(or unfortunately) they are only a couple of blocks away.

Amy, they said the prosecution now has overwhelming evidence that M murdered Caylee and it was premed! The have the botanist and entimology reports back that prove Caylee was there from the beginning (body not moved), I think they have toxo back to but they didn’t mention that. Ant’s still want immunity, that hasn’t been decided yet I don’t think. From the new reports they do have they believe Caylee was killed on the 16th and dumped on the 18th in that spot…… how sad.

I am not disputing that CA is behind Caylee’s death. On the contrary, I think she is entirely involved. I am just trying to figure out the “how” and the context.

Here are my thoughts:

She drugged Caylee on a regular basis and dragged her everywhere without a thought to the baby’s safety.

She took Caylee with her to her many (I have lost track how many) bf’s houses to spend the night. The grandmother appears to have not minded babysitting. So why take Caylee along just to drug her?

She has no job, but she has money. We know she stole money around late June/July (time-frame correct?). What did she for money all the rest of the time she was going out to clubs, bars, concerts?

So I was asking if it was ever suggested by the police that CA drugged her baby as a way to keep her quiet while she made money off of her. She strikes me as someone who would have no problem selling her “snot-head” for an evening for some quick cash.

Did they ever look into sexual abuse allegations in relation to little Caylee?

About how M got money- this theory is pretty far out there too, but what the heck….. I remember G saying he lost 30 grand on a nigerian scam, but there was some debate over whether he may have really lost it gambling and thought the Nigerian thing sounded better.

Yes, disgusting agreed. But look at the evil we are talking about. If she is capable of putting tape on that baby’s mouth and killing her in cold blood, where would she have drawn the moral line? I don’t think she has a conscience (sociopath) and I think she is an opportunist (steals, lies, takes advantage, manipulates), so it strikes me as perfectly reasonable to wonder if the cops thought of this angle.

Okay, I just did some poking around and found another post on another forum about the duct tape and the fact that if the tape was put on while the child was alive, there would be evidence of the tongue trying to get it off or a print and that if it was placed after, then the lips would leave a closed impression on the tape. Although I’m not sure if this would all be visible after the exposure and the length of time it was there.

I found a reference on another forum about the Jon Benet Ramsey case. She had duct tape on her mouth but it was suggested that it was put on after because there was only a closed lip imprint and no tongue evidence on it that would be there if the person was live and trying to talk or breathe or get the tape off. This could be the link to “overwhelming evidence” that is being discussed. Both sets of prints on the duct tape would be pretty hard to explain away.

I’ve always thought that the Prosecution has had hard evidence since the remains were found and have just been smart to keep it to themselves and let Bozo stumble around for the last month wondering what they do or do not have. See, the way I look at it is that if someone knows something better than you or is more informed than you, you ask them questions. That is not being obtuse (thanks Goldie) or playing devil’s advocate (thanks again Goldie) or being lame (um, and again Goldie). It is complimentary frankly.

Now, while the thought of that makes me sick as well (just like murdering a baby or anyone makes me sick), my point for asking it was to see if LE had indeed investigated this element.

I was trying to make sense of the drugging part. I had not seen if the LE (see, I do read here) had thought about this at all or discussed this.

And while I do read here everyday (like Daduke asking over and over about ZFG), I apparently don’t read often enough to know “what is going on around here.”

If I thought I was being overly sensitive before, I now simply think that it is what it is.
Goldie was rude and continued to be so. I was made to feel worse for pointing it out.

Not sure why C-A got upset because I was pointing out Goldie’s behavior. But whatever. She asked me to change my reference to pychomurdermom and I did (see above). I know what you all call her, but I did not know what to write when speaking of monster because it was my first set of posts.

Anyway, enough… this is circles and not worth it.

Okay

Here’s another thing I’ve been thinking of? What about the decomp smell in the car? This IMO would be a direct link back to M acting alone. If they can prove that only M drove the car between June 15th and the 18th, when they believe the body was dumped then it also goes to prove that she was the one who drove around with her in the trunk and removed her from the trunk, the whole nanny thing is impossible now.

All these seemingly small things put together make a large finger pointing directly to M and M alone. I think she acted alone but I think all of the Ants were told a certain story by M, like it was an accident or something and they believed her for a while, now I think they see the light and will have to face their own guilt for helping in almost covering up the intentional murder , not accidental, of their grandaughter.

Doodle… I think you are right. Here is what I think. I think momster drugged the baby (for reasons I cannot figure out, given that she could have left her with psycho-granny).

I think she wanted it to look like a kidnapping, which is why she put tape on Caylee’s mouth (and explains the whole thing with the One Tree Hill research she was doing).

In other words, it was pre-meditated. But something went wrong with the car and she did not know or perhaps did not understand that bodies decompose quickly. She panicked and tried to get the smell out.

I think she fessed up to psych-granny after. I don’t think Lee or G are involved.

Just my thoughts… but I think the tape is the premeditation part, because it fits nicely with the kidnapping story.

I also agree with most of that, but I don’t think the duct tape proves premeditation. If she drove around with the baby’s body in the truck for two days, she may have spent that 2 days trying to come up with a plausible story, and when she thought to go with the kidnapping angle, she put the tape on before she dumped the body. (not suggesting I believe this, only that it wouldn’t necessarily prove pre-meditation.

Actually, all of it starts to fit, but for the drugs and the June 24 phone call when Jesse hears the baby in background. If Caylee was killed on/around the 15 (not sure what Jesse heard then), then I think it looks like this:

1. Momster puts Caylee to sleep by murdering her with an overdose.

2. She then puts duct tape on the body, as well as some clothes, so it looks like Caylee was missing all this time and killed by kidnappers Zanny.

3. She drives the body for those two days to several locations in order to create evidence on the bag and on the body that Caylee was taken to different places before her body was dumped.

4. But the smell started almost right away and she did not understand how hard that type of smell would be to get out. She panicked and through the baby into the woods.

Tim, that is the point of leaving the bag so close to her house yet with evidence that the child came from elsewhere… it supports the whole Zanny theory and her not being able to talk about where Caylee might be for fear of what would happen. Her story seemed to suggest that the kidnappers would hold it over her and by placing the body in the woods, when it clearly came from some other place (there are other pings too, right?) is a way to support that insanity.

I don’t think for a moment she is not capable of planning this out. The girl did some serious research into methods, and cover stories (One Tree Hill = nanny kidnaps baby).

Even getting ZFG’s name and car and apartment part of the story could not just have happened.

What I think she was not prepared for is that her mother would call the police rather than believe her as she always does.

Your question brings me back to my earlier theory. I wouldn’t be surprised if Hoover was in fact working for LE or the prosecution. I think he may have been hired to keep an eye on Dominic casey in case he came up with any evidence that he was privy to from the Ants or M.
My reason for suspecting this is because the Ants never hired him. He showed up at their door one day and offered to help with protestors free of charge. Then he started to forge a friendship with Dom Casey.

Here’s my theory

On June 15th CA and M had the huge chocking fight, M takes off and CA calls her and tells her to get back home, she has a child to look after. M comes back home that night.

But, I don’t believe that G saw them both the next morning on the 16th. He’s too exact about what each were wearing and states that they both came out of the bedroom with backbacks and left. If he is telling the truth then Casey did leave the house with Caylee but she was back by 3 pm within one hour of G leaving for work. This is proven from computer records. She uploaded some pics from photobucket at 3 pm and talked to Jesse and this is the phone call that he said he heard Caylee in the background. Jesse has since said he didn’t hear Caylee on the call of June 24th (which would now fit since we know she was already dead).

I think M did something to her on this day, June 16th. It would account for the 2 days of decomp in the car if she put the body in the woods on the evening of the 18th as LE are now suggesting.

I was confused about the dogs hitting on decomp in the Ants yard. M either panicked and took the bad from the trunk and hid it in the yard while she decided what to do or someone inaddvertantly got the scent of decomp in the yard in the sand box by maybe moving some toys or things from the trunk of the car. It could have been CA when she cleaned out the car, maybe there were beach toys or something and she put them back in the sand box. I’m not sure if that would be enough decomp for the dogs to hit, but maybe a possibility.

As for the remains, they are where she put them, or very close. With the water and animals they may have been buried a little and ended up on the surface instead. I don’t think she ever expected them to surface.

Which again goes back to wondering what their purpose was? It obviously couln’t have been to find her and turn her over to LE, or they wouldn’t have cared who found her.
It could have been for some sinister reason like moving her or changing evidence, but it may have just been their own concern that she may have done it, and needed to check any area they were familiar with that would be a likely burial spot so they could decide whether to keep supporting her or not.

I believe that shortly after the body was found, someone (can’t remember who) said that the Ants ould not use that money for the funeral and that they would give it to a charity for missing kids but they wanted to research exactly who they should give it to.
Regarding life insurance, I’m sure if there was any we would have heard about that by now because that would have provided the motive for the murder, and they said they had no clear motive, at least at the beginning. Surely they would have checked that possibility.

Had to hit the pause button to pee, so I looked even though I probably shouldn’t have.

The ant’s aren’t blameless but I do understand where they are at. If you had ever been with, lived with, loved, or had a child with a personality deficient person like Evil B. Again…know that all too well. I pity them and at the same time if they crossed the legal line I hope they get what they deserve full force.

Right now I just feel sorry for the ants. They were scared, desperate, and grasping.

Just my opinion tho…and that psycho baby killing count (without the ‘o’) in blue does need to get the DP. Hope the prosecution does go for a last minute injunction. Would like to see both her and her dream team sweat it out. Turds of a feather float together. Then they get flushed.

My baby’s momma is a fucking hard core addict…even she had enough sense to know when game was up with her daughter and tried to make things right even if it was beyond her.

With all things aside in this case, and the actions of the Ants regardless of what they did or didn’t do and everybody so against them and with some reason to be the thing I have an issue with at this point and no one has mentioned it, is the media hovering at the funeral home. Now if several media outlets are setting up house(so to speak)at the funeral home I find it very disgraceful to do it. I mean there are people who go into that funeral for their loved ones and I’m sure they wouldn’t like the news vans and stuff watching them.

But my biggest question..like all of you.. is when are they going to bury our baby?? The thought of her boxed up in cold storage makes me sick.
Does anyone know if there is something that can be done to make m release her body for a funeral service???

I do agree with your ideas of what m did with Caylee… I am sure she drugged her all the time. I am having major probs over the thought
of her ‘making money’ off of Caylee… that is too much for my brain
to take. THAT is absolutely sick.. although you could be absolutely
right… I just don’t want to think about that..sexual abuse of a 2 yr
old… that is just HORRIBLE.

Re your comments about some media hanging out side the funeral home ….

I had not thought about how the presence of the media might impact other people who go to this funeral home to make arrangements for their deceased loved ones. Good point - thanks for posting it.

I would hate it if I had to arrange a funeral and had to make my way through the media vultures.

It is a short but interesting piece but I wish that Fox had given the expert more air time so that she could have provided even more insight into M’s body language.

The information around Caylee’s death just keeps getting crazier and crazier as the days go by.

Fox Orlando also has a short written piece regarding a tip they received about M’s car being seen parked nearby the site where Caylee’s remains were found.

The article talks about Jim Hoover approaching one of Tim Miller’s Equusearch volunteers on November 8th and telling them about seeing M’s car parked near the site.

Regarding the Nancy Grace show ……

While I was watching Nancy Grace late last week, one of the video clips on her “memorial” to Caylee caught my attention. It was the one where Caylee is being held by her great grandfather.

I know that someone else mentioned a while back when that clip first aired, that Caylee looked like she was afraid of the person (Cindy) taking the video. At the time I did not think Caylee looked afraid but I could not identify the expression I saw on Caylee’s face.

When I saw that clip last week, it struck me that what I saw was that Caylee looked content with being held and cuddled by her great grand- father.

When she turned several times and looked at Cindy, the look that I saw on her face was one of not wanting to leave the comfort and security she was being given at the time. Sort of a “we are not going to go yet, grann?” look. Did anyone else see a different look on Caylee’s face.

It’s sad, but I am so glad that her great grandfather got to hold Caylee like that one more time before M murdered her.

Coolmoss: The first time I saw Caylee with her great granddad I thought she looked calm, at peace, comfortable, content and safe cuddling him. I think she was also very sensitive to him and concerned. Didn’t she ask, “Are you tired, Paw Paw?”

I could not interpret the look she gave the person shooting the camera but it sure was not any of those things. Except maybe a different kind of concern.

Yep, it is sick and horrid and makes my heart ache. But I cannot figure why she had to drag Caylee with her just to drug her when she could have left her with psycho-granny. Is it simply that she did not want to give her mother the satisfaction? Could be, I dunno.

But to the question on pre-meditation… anyone else think she likely dragged Caylee’s little dead body aaround for two days in order to create a fake evidence trail on the bag and body?

By way of the briefest possible explanation here … I would like to comment about, or respond to, the queries regarding the way this family behaves. Bottom line is — There is NO “reasonable” justification behind the thoughts and actions of someone who is entirely dysfunctional. In other words … Crazy people do and say things which are completely baffling to sane observers. Cindy Anthony evidently falls into the category of being extremely emotionally dysfunctional. Even her own brother, Rick Plesea, indicated that assessment of her directly to HER in an email he sent. And her husband George is passive within their marriage … and he just goes along with everything she says and does to maintain as much peace between them as possible. I personally have an aunt and uncle who are like this also …. and their family situation is equally dysfunctional as a result. Not excusing the deplorable actions of Casey Anthony here … but she is merely a product of her environment. The parents are the foundation of it — especially CINDY. And yes … They are a hopeless, sorry lot. That entire family is beyond “repair” at this point.
