Unfortunately I think the ants will claim that they had to get Caylee’s photos out there because they were LOOKING for her! But why they’d accept that kind of money (if they did) is another thing. I’m sure there excuse will be that they had to stop working to look for Caylee etc etc etc.

In this motion, the state argues that substantial licensing fees have been paid for pictures and video of Caylee taken while she was alive. That is why prosecutors want the judge to place special restrictions on digitized images of the remains before they hand them over to attorney Jose Baez and his defense team.

Like you said, first of all M would have to admit to committing the murder and she hasn’t. Next M knows right from wrong, does not hear voices and lying is not a form of any mental illness. LE did ship some stuff to Quantico. Not sure what. The pos. DNA indent. was done at Quantico too, I believe. Sooner or later the FBI will release all that stuff to the FLA. prosecution. I guess at that time the sunshine laws do apply.

I totally agree with you. The defense is not going to waste any money on a second autopsy if the first one comes back with no negative results for the defense. They are just waiting for those results. Hopefully they will get them today. Although I donot think they will get FBI(Quantico) ones till closer to the trial. M is a classic sociopath, guilty of total insensitivity to others. Lives one day at a time. Does not really think about tomorrow or any consequences as a result of her current actions. She is not insane. She is dangerous however, to the community and should be locked away till the end of her days.
Each new day is a day of new lies/new opportunities to satisfy her totally selfish needs/pleasures. Pity the person that could prohibit that. They could end up dead.

There is always a paper trial even on a cop who runs a license plate. A cop is not allowed to run a plate just randomly, he has to have a reason. Do all cops abide by that? No, but it will come up if a case is being investigated and point to the cop who did it. I’m sure LE checked that out but we don’t know the result.

As for Casey Anthony I hope her brother goes down too. You can see in the jail tapes her was totally coaching that Evil BI!@#. This woman is use to manipulating her friend, patents and boyfriends. I agree with lhunnings NG is not responsible for driving Trenton Duckett’s mom to suicide or even driving her into feeling guilty. Hubby wonders if MAYBE G & C have finally accepted what Casey has done and, since they can’t get a do-over with the choke hold, perhaps their denial has turned to rage and they’re ready to help convict her, only they need immunity to ensure that they don’t get whacked for holding back information/evidence. Doubtful, but something to ponder.

On Nancy G last night, there was a brief mention that the PI had worked for the Anthony’s for free ever since he was released by Jose. Was he paid when he worked for Jose? Does he expect pay for “taping over” whatever bogus evidence he claimed to have? Did he ever collect a paycheck from KidFinders? I find it hard to believe this guy has been working for free since August, although it seems that is what his quality or work is worth, since he is also the guy that was “investigating” the famous bogus mall pic.

I think it is now clear that Jose and his defense team will sink to any low, tell any lie, cash any check, and point fingers at anyone to attempt to win their fragile case.

This whole thing reminds me of the Scott Peterson case. Everyone knew he was guilty of killing his beautiful pregnant wife. Now he sits on death row, getting special treatment and marriage proposals and probably won’t be put to death for years, if ever.

As for Baez, from the beginning, everyone realized he was in way above his head. I guess publicity and dollar signs for interviews, etc got in his way of any common sense. Why else would he continue on this case. Yes, he has brought in specialists, but he continues to be the team leader, so who knows what even his specialists think of him?

I recall looking at his website in the beginning of this mess and remarking WHY would anyone use him for a murder case? And, that was way before this case became the circus it has become.

I love the part on the jail visit tapes, where George (I think?) asks Casey where she found Baez. She answers that someone (another prisoner!) mentioned his name and said he is “good”. Well, that would cement it for me!

And as far as paying the nanny, that would have been M’s job (M for murdering maggot monster) and as we all know she didn’t pay for anything - at least not with her own money. In fact M said the nanny was “rich.” So I too would like to know if the police (LE for law enforcement) were ever able to find any evidence. I don’t think they’ve found one iota of evidence that a nanny ever took care of Caylee (except for one babysitter - a friend of M’s way back when Caylee was a baby. The police have talked to her and cleared her).

1. Any grandparents would know who was the “nanny” don’t you think? and at the very least have a telephone number incase of emergencies? let alone have met her?

2. Who paid this nanny and where are the checks showing who they were made out too?
