I believe Casey Anthony should not be given the opportunity to go on parol. I think the law should make sure if her story is true because she lied to the judge before and i don’t think she comprehends that she brutally murderd her own daughter because she will and does regret it.She deserves to rot in jail for her dumb action to murder her own duaghter.I hope she dies regretfully because that was her only child.The thing that i don’t get is…WHY DOES SHE DO IT EVEN IF SHE CONTACTS THE POLICE?If you ask me i say she could of changed her name and moved to alaska and if they catch her she’ll be put on bigger charges and bigger penalties.The first thing i thought when i heard on the news was,”Is she serious?” If you agree with me please complain to the police and bring Casey down if thats not to harsh…if it is please leave commets if you think im right.

I don’t know if you have ever gotten mad at a little toddler before. I have they can be very frustrating sometime. I always feel super bad right away if I ever raise my voice or anger to quickly. They way my daughter reacts is so innocent and sweet. She did really mean to make me mad. Plus she can’t make me do anything I make myself mad, not the other way around! I am really good a keeping my cool, but this whole story makes me so sad! I am just in shock that a mother could do this! Little children are so sweet and pure. They are so loving and affectionate! I just couldn’t imagine a world without my sweet toddler daughter. It makes me so sad to think this little toddler had to suffer and die because she had a horrible mother. Those pictures of her on the news make me cry, she was so little and adorable!

Anyone who would kill a little sweet innocence toddler girl needs sit in prison the rest of her life and think about what she did. She is not going to heaven. She will suffer for eternity in the deep depths of hell. What a horrible person to kill a child. I am discussed by this! Just apolled that she could do this! I couldn’t posibly imagin the terror that little baby had to endure, I am so deeply sad that a mother would do this. There are so many women out there who will never be able to have there own children, and she was given a heavenly blessing. A beautiful baby girl, and she murdered her and lied about it. If she reads her scriptures she will find that the has broken major commandments and will never be forgive for what she has done. I think people like her who lie and alternate there reality, can never truly repent! She obviously doesn’t truly understand the steps it takes to truly repent. The main one is you have to confess your sins, so she will have to admit she did it. I doubt she will ever do that. There for she can’t ever fully repent. She will be judged in the next life and she will be in spiritual prison for eternity!

I have a comment on Casey finding God while in prison, too bad she had to go there to hunt for him. He has been here all the time Casey, all you had to do was ask. He would have helped to keep you on the straight so you could have raised the child instead of kill her. The pastor who has said Casey confessed, well, what did she say preacher? All we have seen is drivel on that story and if you say she confessed, we need to know what the heck she said. I just saw the latest report on the hearing today in regards to the photos and their placement with defense attorneys. Casey is still sitting there stoic in stature, no expression of sadness on her face still. She is smiling, speaking aloud as before, so where the heck is the grieving mother? Not in the hot body of hers for sure, someone else must be Caylees mother because Casey sure does not act like she is. Also she was asked to raise her right hand to take the oath to swear to tell the truth, that is a joke! She would not know the truth if it walked up and smacked her in the face so they waste time telling her that. Some of this information we see is a total joke, no truth in her, and we are wasting precious time. Go ahead and try her sorry butt, see that she is punished and for Gods sake, bury that baby girl!

I blog now and then on this subject. Cannot help but mention a couple of my observations. Has anyone noticed how Nancy Grace and all media people very abruptly started defending the Anthony family? I am referring to C. G. and Lee. IN the first few weeks Nancy Grace would ask Cindy the logical questions and made it obvious that she felt like we did about their lies and rediculous stories. Then, all of a sudden there was a change. Nancy bristles if someone mentions them in a critical light. I am wondering — What Happened to cause this? Did she make some sort of pact with them? I love Nancy but find this very weird for her.
Also, if it is true that Caylees book was found with the body. Casey mentioned on the phoney phone call she supposedly rec’d from Caylee on that day at ‘noon’ She said that Caylee was talking about her book and her shoes. I think Casey was setting up a scenario - like she left her with the book at the ‘nanny’s’.
Another thing I remember. A beautician way back in the beginning meiontioned that she noticed a swollen, red area around Caylee’s mouth at one time. Could it be that the duct tape was tried before ????
I am the most disgusted that the baby has not been buried. My husband died a few years ago and I could not rest with his body in the funeral home. It really got to me. I felt so bad. If it was my child - I would have been even more upset. I think that is a natural feeling for most people. How can the Anthony’s stand it. They are very cold if it does not bother them that she is alone in there in a cardboard box. I think there are money problems with the defense and no one can afford the ‘autopsy’. Just my 2 cents….

Last but not least… 99.9% of the populations believe highly in LE and everything it stands for… so I suggest that you, being on the opposite side of that majority statistic, omit calling 911 and call Casey to the rescue should a burglar, rapist, murderer, etc. confront you.

Like most of you, I also believe that if you are at the end of life, express sorrow for the bad things you have done, then, you will be accepted into those pearly gates.

BUT.. I also believe that God is a bit smarter than most of us and can tell if someone is lying. Sooooooo… lets leave it up to Him!

Just to add my opinion I too believe that anyone who finds God, accepts Jesus as their saviour and is saved at their time of death is forgiven by God but I also believe that they have to really and truly do so in order for that to happen.

It is so sad but I know so many that have claimed to turn to God while serving time in jail and not even a week once released they forget all about that change and they go right back to their old ways. As far as I am concerned that is not someone who has repented and accepts Jesus as their saviour.

BooBoo stepped in a big pile when he chose to countersue Zenaida. Counter suing means that Zenaida’s lawyer can depose M! Not something BB ought to want. So the only way to avoid it as far as I know (and I’m not an expert) is to drop the counter suit. I can’t see any good in allowing the deposition if all M can respond is “I take the FIfth.” Maybe he’s looking at this as a chance to see how well she can lie?
If any of her lies will be believed? I mean really, M has no money. So what Zenaida and her lawyer think they will “win” in any tangible way is beyond me.

hello everyone, can’t stay but thought I’d read up tody so I won’t have as much to catch up on tonight….I always miss everyone when I get done reading all the blog at night.

Anyway, good blogging, well except for a couple of wannabe preachers like Delcanton. It always amazes me how they can come in judge the article and the group of bloggers and then jus “disappear”……where I live we call them “chicken sh**!”. People like that read what they want into the articles and then form their uneducated opinion. Why did George Anthony say (the other day in “off the record” talk) that he would “like to be able” to visit his daughter?

Who is telling him that he can’t visit? Wifey or daughter or lawyer? Certainly not authorities.

She has ordered hygine products but the details were not listed. No jail does not provide that, I know this for a fact. Texas had a lockdown a few months ago and inmates were not allowed commissary at that time. My bud in jail was miserable.

I just read somewhere on another blog that M has not ordered any feminine hygiene products from the commissary since she has been in jail.
Does anybody know how that works? do they just provide them to inmates? I hate to think what that could mean if (if they need to be purchased and she isn’t buying)I haven’t looked at the records myself, just repeating what someone else was wondering…

Okay…I did 7 days on a failure to appear in County lock up…it sucked butt..sooo bad then finally on the 7th day I said fluck it im just going to watch television and hang out till they let me go..my public pretender that day came and said I was getting released that evening…I ran around the pod like a chicken with my head cut off…woot..I missed court on some stupid thing…my cousin stole a car and I was witness to it and I didnt want to testify against him..so they put a warrant out for FTA…

I went to county here once because I couldn’t keep up with some court fees. Living effin nightmare and all I owed on was a bunch of traffic tickets for an expired inspection sticker (bad luck got 6 of them in a weeks time). TRAFFIC TICKETS AND I WAS IN GP!!!! WORST FRIGGIN TEN DAYS OF MY LIFE!!!

Judge Reprimands Casey’s Attorney In Court

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A hearing of sorts that Casey Anthony’s attorney called for Tuesday didn’t happen has he had hoped. Jose Baez had asked for the deposition of Casey Anthony, in a civil defamation suit filed against her by Zenaida Gonzalez, to be delayed.

Casey Anthony’s defense team wanted to avoid having her testify in connection with the civil trial, which could then be used against her in her criminal trial. Baez had hoped the deposition could be delayed until after the criminal trial.

During Tuesday morning’s brief meeting, the judge refused to hear the request and scolded Jose Baez’s team for personal attacks against Morgan and Morgan, the law firm representing Gonzalez, and said Baez was taking the profession to a new low.

The judge told Baez to stick to the law and said that the request for a hearing didn’t follow proper protocol and that there was not enough notice given to make such a request.

Casey is schedule to be deposed by Gonzalez’s attorney, John Morgan, on Monday. The judge said a hearing will be held before that time to address Baez’s concerns, but a specific date was not released.

Attorney John Morgan is representing the woman named Zenaida Gonzalez, who says Casey has ruined her name and her life after she claimed a woman by the same name had her daughter Caylee.

Morgan would be allowed to question Casey about details of the case during the deposition and any answers she gives could potentially be used against her in her murder trial. However, Casey does have the constitutional right against self incrimination, which means she could plead the Fifth Amendment and not answer Morgan’s questions.

Zenaida Gonzalez says she wants to clear her name. Casey Anthony told investigators that it was her nanny, named Zenaida Gonzalez, who took her child, Caylee.

A few days after a detective’s interview with Casey became public, Zenaida, a single mother of six, said her boss fired her from her cleaning job because of the intense publicity.

“I didn’t ask to be in this position. I like my life the way it was,” said Zenaida.

Well, it looks like Baez has officially pissed off the judge. This gives even more hope of him losing to the murder case.
