Alas our panel was a ‘man down’ this week, and I think I speak for all of us here at Blogger News in wishing Sean Krause a speedy recovery, we miss your acerbic wit!
It was as always a lively discussion. Maybe the most interesting aspect of a talk radio show are the callers. This week we had some great callers, with some great questions. maybe the best came from a caller who brought up the subject of Jose Baez and the use of his Lap Top computer. Baez whined about his need to have it when visiting Casey Anthony, and going against established principals in the Florida jail systems, he has been bringing in his portable computer. More than one listener called in on this subject, “is she able to use it?’ one caller asked. I would think not. But I am not part of the inner group that would know the answer.
Lee Anthony has moved back in with mom and dad. I have to ask why? Is he just homesick? I doubt that.
We also have the mysterious video, is there a video of the site where the remains were found? This video was supposed to blow the doors off the case, yet, it has strangely, or maybe not so strangely disappeared.

Looks their lawyer wrote a nice tight Trust. Covered all bases for them. Wrote it so they wouldn’t have to give back ANY money - no matter how it ended. I think Cremation is about $700. and a Burial could be $7,000. and up? It will be interesting to see what these loving grandparents do with little Caylee. Of course, they know the country is watching them, so that might affect their decision. C~A I am sorry you have to go back to work.Can the kids have cell phones? Might make it easier…

FoxNews had an article “off the record” with George Anthony. As we would imagine, he is grieving and said his heard had a hole so big “a truck could drive through it”. Yes, that makes me feel sad for the man.
But, then, his next comment is that they will bury Caylee only after the defense finishes a second autopsy. My question is,, WHEN??
WHEN does this happen? The state finished all its testing of the remains over a week ago and turned them over to a funeral home. The defense, for some odd reason, says it needs it “own” autopsy and tests. What is taking them so long and has it even begun?
Who is running this show, anyway? Why can’t the grandparents tell the defense .. ENOUGH is ENOUGH, we want to bury this child? It is STILL all for the sake of their daughter. I guess they really haven’t learned anything or changed their minds.
I have sympathy for George for the huge hole in his heart, but resent him for the big hole in his head. Time to be a man and do what’s best for that child, finally!

I can’t imagine what evidence the defense thinks will come from a second autopsy.
This whole thing just makes my stomach churn. I’ve never seen such disrespect towards a dead family member.
All the speculation of the grandparents finally acknowledging the death of the child and perhaps the guilt of their daughter is a load of crap.
At this point, I have no idea where this case is going. I wish the trial hadn’t been set back to March. It should have stayed in January.
I still have faith in the FL system and the FBI. They have probably never run into anything like this case. I think they have much more evidence that any of us know and have a tight case.
How can a family just refuse to help solve their 2 year old granddaughter’s murder? This is beyond anything. I hope to God that they tell the Anthony’s they do not need their information, hence, no immunity. Then they can be prosecuted, even if its only for being stupid morons.
That little girls body has been at a funeral home since Dec 23.
G & C have custody of the remains. Why are they dragging out giving that innocent girl a proper burial?

I would like to know when the grandparents realized Caylee was dead and when their deception to investigators began. Any ideas? It seems that in the first 30 days after Cindy’s initial 911 phone call to report Caylee dead, that the grandparents thought Caylee had been abducted. Help me out here.
It seems like when they picked up the car on July 15th they went into damage control, just in case. Clothes were washed, car was vacuumed, cleaned, parked in the garage out of sight. Then they seemed to hold out hope that they were wrong, but I wonder if all those prison visits weren’t just trying to break Casey down, by pretending to go along with the Nanny story. There were so many lies that protected their daughter after that point that were obviously trying to get her off or a lighter sentence.
They didn’t take polys, made a plea to the kidnapper to return her, or seemed to be actively searching. They were more defensive than devastated from the beginning, insulted LE, Tim Miller, and anyone else who was trying to help, preferring to conduct their own investigations vs. cooperating with LE. This leads one to believe that they knew she wasn’t coming home early on, and they certainly blocked attempts to find the body even though abducted kids often turn up murdered.

Here’s my prediction on what the Ants will do with Caylee’s remains. I think they will cremate her and keep her in an urn in their house. I do not think they will have a gravesite per se’ for people to go mourn b/c they will not want anyone other than them having a place to leave memorials, etc for Caylee b/c they feel it is their place and THEIR place only to mourn the loss of Caylee. You know if they have a gravesite, people will visit it to pay respects and leave memorials and the Ants will HATE that, knowing they can’t stop people from visiting her grave at a cemetary! Just my prediction…..

Wondering how much law enforcement in Florida and the FBI have spent on this case so far? If there’s no plea deal, Florida will have to foot a very expensive trial. Proceeds from any book or movie should pay Florida for this circus

Pickles, your totally right, first and foremost, a computer is most definitly a security risk in jail. Especially for lying coniving maggots like her that will “in her own words” lie and steal but not to get caylee back, to get her own a$$ outta a murder charge!
I am aware that most folks do not like NG show but last night here in NC, the show that aired did indeed let us hear the actual interviews that the police did with the maggot mother of little Caylee. It was obvious that she did this and that she did know where the baby was. The police were aware of that at the time also, this is why it got to where it did with them. Now, the second autopsy will most likely be done by Dr. Henry Lee. This is a big disappointment for me, I used to admire him for his crime solving abilities and now he is on the side of the defense team, again, where is all this money coming from? I do not believe for one second that any of these experts are donating their time. The Ants are grabbing funds from someplace, this is still nagging on my own mind as to where they come up with all these funds. For a grandfather who is a gambler, who no longer works and a wife who obviously does not work a lot, they sure must have made a fortune being a security guard and a nurse. Boy am I in the wrong profession! Lee has moved home to be support for his parents in this difficult time, yeah right! This is indeed so they can all be under the same roof and plot their next move to prove the maggot innocent. They have known all along and nobody will ever convince me different. Just a total family of evil and liars, we should wish them all locked up to get them from the midst of society. They do need to go ahead with the funeral, that will only give partial closure to the public but it should be done out of common decency. It should be unlawful for them to cremate her remains under the circumstances. Who knows, years down the line with progressing techniques in forensics, maybe there may someday be a way to examine the remains as they are and discover the method of death for little Caylee. Matter of fact, I am not so sure they don’t already know this and are leaving the facts out of public view. I for one know that they most certainly have not disclosed all they know, they have a tight case or it would not be brought to trial. We have to remember that FBI is involved and those folks are tough to fool. Just sitting here in anticipation waiting for the whole darn evil family to go down in flames! This gives a whole new meaning to dysfunctional family!

I haven’t read all the posts. Don’t know about this “Casey having a laptop in jail” deal. I know BB takes his laptop in with him when seeing Casey. But inmates aren’t allowed laptops in jail.
When the toxicology report comes in we’ll know cause of death I’m sure. They have hair and bone marrow. If there are drugs and even a high amount of chloroform or even chemicals, The toxicology report will show all of that, even now. Especially in the bone marrow. I hope we get word soon, even on the duct tape (finger prints).
I’m just going to be patient and wait from here on out. There is too much other BS going on with the defense side and everyone else on that side.

Excuse me, but it is totally inhumane to cremate the remains of this poor little child. Hasn’t enough insult already been imposed upon her? Cremation should be reserved ONLY for individuals capable of making that decision prior to demise. She has been tortured, probably all her short life and now tossed into an incinerator, (again treated like a piece of common garbage). Why not place what’s left of her little person away with dignity? These have to be the most despisable ingrates to breathe the breath of life! Why are they all so desperate to destroy every last molecule of the poor little baby?

Other than the actual crime, the idea of cremation is, to me, absolutely the most bizarre of all events surrounding this tragedy. For older individuals, cremation is sometimes the choice because of less expense involved. But for a grandchild (who “supposedly” meant so much, and we wonder about that) why in the hell would they prefer to toss her away in this manner? I fully understand that the deceased feels no pain; their physical life is over but I feel this is totally repulsive and a deplorable means of putting a 3-year-old child to rest.
What kind of damn crazies are these, anyway, and first thing that needs to take place is that the legal system needs to stop giving in to their asinine demands and to stop treating them like something they are not. They are all lunatics: They need to be told to shut their damn mouths and go back to whatever rock they crawled out from under!

I think Baez and Casey should be thinking about a possible plea bargain prior to trial. If they want to take their chances on the distinct possibility Casey will get life in prison without the chance of parole ever, so be it. I’m sure manslaughter carries a fairly hefty sentence, but not near the amount of time Casey truly deserves. Anyway, Baez isn’t too swift, IMO, and eventually he may end up being the excuse for that maggot Casey to win an appeal. So much speculation and my patience is running thin.

I worked in the funeral industry and cremation is not a pretty site..

Hi everyone, I’m new to the group, but I also have followed this case closely since it was first made public, although at times I’ve gotten so frustrated and saddened that there was no way I could leave a post, not one that would be allowed anyway. I agree with Jill–there surely is much more known by le than what they comment on to the general public (true in any case of this magnitude). I also agree that Caylee’s remains DEFINITELY should NOT be cremated!! Just look at the great accomplishments made in the fields of testing DNA over the last two decades. I’m sure it will only get better in the future. Many murderers are brought to justice decades after they comitted the actual crime by just such DNA testing-just watch Cold Case Files on A&E to see this. I also agree with Pickles in saying that she “wished the trial would just start”. The murder of this innocent child of God needs to be atoned for soon!!!

A former bodyguard for Casey Anthony has addressed accusations that he knew where Caylee Anthony’s remains were before they were found in December.
Dominic Casey, a private investigator, is still in the inner circle of the Anthony family and he has blasted reports that in November, while searching the area where Caylee’s remains were later found, he came across the remains himself.
“Had I the misfortune of stumbling across any remains the first thing I would have done is, I would have prayed,” Casey said. “The second thing I would have done is stayed at the location and called 911.”
On Nov. 15, Casey said he walked the same general wooded area where Caylee’s remains were later found. He said he was in the area to try to substantiate a sworn statement from one of Casey Anthony’s friends, which said that the area was a known hangout of Anthony’s when she was a teenager
Casey’s walk through the woods was recorded by another private investigator, James Hoover. Casey, along with multiple other sources, said Hoover is trying to sell the forage to various media organizations as proof that Caylee’s remains were not in the area in November. Casey said Hoover’s claims are false

I think that came from some news org report. It’s possible that even the ants’ attorney, conman conway said that. It does not amount to a hill of beans since the very fact that they are on the prosecution’s witness list implies that they are being asked to convict M.
Even if they end up being considered hostile witnesses - doesn’t matter - by being called to testify by the prosecution it ain’t good for M.
Seems to me that their asking for immunity (and believe me THEY are asking for it-their attorney has no right to do so on his own without their permission) does more than imply that they have done wrong. They want to be absolved of all responsibility for whatever they’ve done wrong before talking with investigators again. I hope that does not happen. I hope LE either doesn’t need them to say anymore and/or can put them on the stand and make them tell the truth (possibly with threat of perjury etc). And can you imagine the effect it would have on the jury if they had to respond on the stand by pleading the Fifth Amendment (that by answering that question they would be incriminating themselves). That would do them no good - or M - either.
Casey is definitely NOT special. She is just another mother who killed her child. That might sound too simple, but if not for the grandmother’s actions, this case might never have even come to the public.
Cindy is the one who has made it the circus that it has become. If the authorities and FBI didn’t have roadblocks thrown up by this family, we would be watching a trial right now.
Caylee had been missing for a month before her grandmother called the police. If Casey had time to talk with the family before that call, I’m sure she would have convinced them it was an “accident” and they would have covered it up. No one would ever know that Caylee was gone and their lives would have gone on as usual. Usual being a bunch of lying idiots.
Civilized people can’t understand a parent, especially a mother, killing a small child. She isn’t a psycho who went into the house and blew up her family or said she hears voices telling her to kill. She seems to be just an ordinary selfish, manipulative woman who’s child stood in the way of her living the life she wanted. So, she “handled it”.
The main thing we have been shown of this woman is that she is definitely a congenital liar. She has apparently lied all her life and has been enabled by her family. I’m sure no one in that family thought her lying, selfishness would escalate to killing this child.
But, here it is, in front of their faces. Do they accept it, continue loving her, and help in anyway they can to force her into truth? NO! They coddle her and listen to her lies and softly ask her if she knows anything else. They circle the wagons and try to help her get away with murder.
Again, I say, I hope the authorities tell them NO to immunity, they have enough evidence without their help. They had their chance to help, they decided instead to help the killer of their grandchild.
Even if she is convicted and appeals are made citing moronic defense, the evidence will convict her again.
All I hope is that child has a proper burial soon and we don’t have to look at the faces of these stupid people any longer. There are thousands of missing children and their families would be so grateful for all the media help. They sit in the shadows and wonder and wait while this family hogs the airwaves and continue to lie and work against authorities.

My exes family had enough sense to protect their grand daughter and take her away from the dangerous psycho. When she lost her second baby in jail even though they know she is a COMPLETE LOST CAUSE they still had the respect and decency to take care of the body.
They didn’t need cameras in front of their faces and wads of dough to know how to do the right thing. They just knew it.
I missed seeing my daughter terribly over the holidays this year because this disgusting family is all over the place. pammyliz - I don’t think M will ever confess - at least not ever tell the truth. And so far BB has prevented her from telling anything. So they’ve lost a lot of opportunities for dealing.
And I remember a psychologist and other such sources saying that someone like M when backed up to a wall will stick to the lie forever. Just will not back down.
The threat of the death penalty didn’t even do it. I thought it would but either M was so sure of herself or BB advised against it and they held out. So the only other thing that could maybe maybe make her “confess” would be for state to have unquestionable proof that could put her away for life but to offer life with possibility of parole or something if she confessed. But even then, what would her confession consist of? How would we know it was the truth? She’d probably come up with (a) it was a horrible accident - not my fault or (b) someone else did it and threatened me.
At this point I don’t even want to hear a confession from her because I would never really know it was the truth. The only good it would do is if it would be enough to get her locked up for life

Arrest Cindy Today - I’m amazed at how kind LE has been to C and G too. I’m hoping that LE’s patience is going to pay off in having let them talk so freakin’ much that they’ve put the noose around their own necks. Very possible since they’re asking for immunity now.
Also if LE had acted against the poor “grieving but still looking for baby” grandparents the tide of public opinion could have gone against LE and toward the ants. I sure don’t want that. So as much as I want to see them behind bars I’m willing to wait.
I just hope to heck that LE doesn’t let them slide totally on this.

The other day on the “off the record” talk from George, he said he misses Casey and is worried about her,but they don’t visit her. HEY.. if he wants to see her, why not go? I don’t think they (Cand G) are asking for immunity to help convict Casey. They are protecting themselves while they back-peddle anything that has been previously stated.
As for Casey confessing, there is no legal reason to do so (morally yes, but not legally). She is going to spend her life behind bars if she confesses or is found Guilty.
Now, if the State were to pursue the death penalty, she might be inclined; however, even then, I think BB has her convinced they have a shot at a mistrial, so of course, she will never admit.
I think one of the biggest hints that George, Cindy, and Lee were all in the know (maybe not immediately, but at some point before the air test results came back, and probably after 4 days into the investigation - there is a police video of Cindy talking to Melich stating that LE was so great for the first 4 days - which makes me think she knew a little before because LE quit talking with her soon after because she had and would not give up any actual knowledge) is that not one of them in all their TV time and media appearance ever (this is important NOT ONE TIME EVER) had a message for Caylee. Not once did they yell out Caylee We Love You or Caylee Hang In There We Are Coming For You and We Will Never Give Up or Caylee We Will Get You Back or anything to the child herself. I know that if it was me on TV and my child was out there, half of every message would be directly to them since that would be my only opportunity to get a message to her. Every broadcast would begin with me talking directly to my child and every broadcast would end the same way and you would have probably seen me go off a few times on reporters for cutting me off. Just another reason I think they all knew she was dead early on.
On the flip side, you notice they never had a message for any of the kidnappers either, never a message to Zanny, never an offer to pay whatever she wanted, never a plea to bring her back, just bull bull and more bull about wanting to find her - which is so odd in a kidnapping case to start with, usually the emphasis is on having her returned, not actual location as most kidnappers would keep the victim under lock n key out of the public view.
Granted, I have never seen any of the local Orlando broadcasts, so maybe they did on there, but never that I can remember on any of the national news sources.

I think you are so right, Spacely, they figured it out (commen sense or maybe she talked to her family), but they all knew she was deceased before that first week was over and they knew M was responsible. This has been nothing but a show for them. I am sure they grieve in their own way, but they are more concerned with protecting Casey than loosing their precious grandchild. It is so disturbing.
I showed more emotion when my recycle bin came up missing on trash day. Oddly enough, it came back the next week. LOL. I guess they accidentally took it with them, but they brought it back.

I, too, have put in a lot more effort finding my lost TV remote or a misplaced Free Big Mac coupon than what I saw put forth by the Ants for their granddaughter, although I did see lots of effort at misdirection and finger pointing.
I also find it odd that the PI’s last name is Casey - is that just too freaky to be coincidence or is that just me? At least it was not Tony Casey.

This will just allow them to further manipulate the system. There is no guarantees with this family including with L that the truth will be told. They have sent out so many misleading, false, contradicting and obstructive statements that they cannot be trusted nor should be.

Another odd thing I have noticed in relation to the dates the Ants reported last seeing Caylee:
If you are a reg of this blog, you have probably seen my focus on the date all the Ants intitially repeatedly agreed they last saw Caylee - June 9th - which I believe to be a conspiracy between all of them in order to implicate someone who would later come forward with a diff last date - fingerpoint and yell “they did it”.
On the original 911 call, Cindy states the last day she saw Caylee as June 7. I believe this to be a mistake in the midst of intense stress - her demeanor on the phone convinces me that C was not in the know at that point and had lost it like any of us would at the terrible realization all our worst fears have come true. However, Casey was right there. I now believe she seized on this error, changing it in her statement later that night to police to Jun 9.
Although the problem here again with C is that if your granddaughter was missing and you were so freaked out you finally decided to call the cops on your own daughter, and you personally took the child on the 16th to see your own father, would you have misstated this date on the 911 call? So, I believe C was stressed out and made an error, but I find it so hard to believe this date would have been the error because I myself would have been fixated on the last time I saw her before I called 911.

Yes, I think Cincy was genuinely reporting her missing granddaughter,at first. I think M stated June 9th as the day she took Caylee to the “sitter” and Cindy just believed it. Casey just forgot for a bit what she had previously told her mother.

OK, here is my theory on Lee: I have never trusted him, he is SHADY and SLIMY. I think he and Casey the wonder-snatch did the nasty and Caylee was the result. He is the baby daddy and the whole family has tried to conceal that. Lee would never want this to come out. It would ruin his “normal” life forever. That is why I think he helped M hide or move Caylee’s little body, at least once, so the ugly truth could stay buried with Caylee. Well, life will never be normal for any of them ever anyway now.

I keep seeing a jailvid of Lee telling Casey that there discussions are taped, but that if she writes stuff down and sends it as a letter, it is confidential.
I always thought that anything a prisoner wrote and mailed was subject to security screenings for content and possible censor.
Does anyone know the real truth here? Is it possible she is writing letters that are reaching the next party unread? If so, are the letters seizable as evidence for the prosecution?
I do believe that the date thing is really fishy. We only have their word that they took Caylee to see GreatGrandfather on the 15th.
it is also suspicious to me how Leevil seemed to be coaching his sister in a jail conversation to correct her mistake on dates with law enforcement. He kept trying to reinforce to M how it was not the 9th taht was the day she dropped off Caylee with the Nanny but the 15th. Odd don’t you think? It really seemed odd to me because M the stated ” Oh yeah, I was thinking of that very subject last night and you are right it was the 15th. Now, if you were a grieving Mom would you not remember the last SECOND that you saw your child?
My other question is that just a few days into the investigation, Casey is in jail on charges of Child Neglect, but Lee is giving her advice on how not to let the cops in on the things she wants to say to the family.

What was it Lee thought at that point needed to be kept a secret? What info could Lee possibly believe was more important to keep secret than to reveal to find Caylee?
This is another reason I believe Lee was in on it from the very beginning, possibly since before C ever called 911.

But he also told her earlier on that leters that are funneled through her lawyer are protected from ajail officials, which of cours leads us bak to the laptop situation. m does not have to be actually on the PC to filter messages back and forth, Baez could be doing it for her and in full view of jail officials.

Casey told investigators that she met Zani Christmas 2004 when she was pregnant with Caylee, and that Zani’s been watching Caylee for almost 2 years.
So Zani’s name has been thrown around for quite a while among friends and family.
Casey provides considerable detail about Zani and her family. She’s Puerto Rican. Her father’s black. She was born in NY. Moved to Miami with her mother Gloria and her sister Samantha. She has a brother who’s still in NY. She went to Univ of Florida and has a seasonal ID for Universal, but is basically just a nanny, who’s had at least 3 different phone numbers between Sprint and Cingular. She has 2 roommates, Raquel Ferrel and Jennifer Rosa.
And Casey goes through all this sometimes lapsing in her impatient singsong voice as if she has to explain it to you for the 20th time.
But the really disturbing thing she said was when she was describing the brief phone call from Caylee on July 15 from an unlisted number. Casey started arguing with the investigator about whether or not it was odd that Caylee didn’t seem upset. (Casey’s famous line, “She said, ‘Hi, Mommy!’”) The disturbing moment was in the middle of the argument when Casey explained that Casey never got upset — Even After She Didn’t See Her Until The Next Morning.
So, again, I must ask. If we know that Zani the Nanny did not exist June/July 2008, and we can conclude that she did not exist 2004-2008, THEN WHERE THE HELL was Caylee spending the night all those nights before June 16 that she was supposedly with Zani the Nanny?

Here in Texas prisoners are not given immunity from having letters screened to their lawyers for 90 days. Don’t know if that is true in Florida or not.
regarding that conversation with LE regarding how Caylee was not upset to speak to her after such a long absence…she throws in ther that Caylee would have been upset if she had not seen C all that time…MOTIVE…jealousy?

Casey could easily be typing letters into the laptop as word files or text files or any number of diff programs and Jose could be printing them later.
I am assuming that lawyers are not allowed to act as mail drops for their clients and that any personal letters they wish to take from the jail would be subject to the same scrutiny as regular mail, but if it is all in the laptop, there is no letter to alert a jail official to check it.

I kept wondering what the big deal about a laptop with no live internet connection could be. Now I can’t believe the judge allowed that request.
I too thought it was odd that Casey was so insistent that Caylee “never gets upset when she talks to me”.
I have been around a fair number of 2 year olds and have never found them to be so in control of their emotions that they are always on an even keel. In fact, my experience is that they vary wildly throughout the day as to being happy, sad, estatic, angry, sleepy, hungry, etc. but they do tend to get upset and cry several times a day, either for a denied request or to try to get out of a nap or some such thing.
I think this whole convo was Casey admitting that Caylee is more attached to someone else (Cindy), so that it doesn’t really matter to Caylee if Casey is ever around, she is 2nd fiddle to the real mom, Cindy. So, even in this early interview, Casey’s jealosy is rearing its head, but in a way she probably does not realize herself.

Spacely- About those dates: I too think that the whole family making the same “mistake” is suspicious. My theory on that is that they used the ninth because they did not want anyone to realize it had been right after the fight between M and C that took place on the 15th. The neighbor said that they had a very loud fight, and someone else talked about C choking M. I think that the Ants realized that that might look like a possible “reason” for M to have done something to that baby out of revenge, so they chose a different date to rule out the possibility that that the fight could be construed as motive.
By choosing an earlier date, the fight would not be viewed as a possible motive for revenge on C.
I think thats weird too..her consoling c during the jail visits…hearing that makes it seem completely obvious that she did something to Caylee and that she was fully aware it would hurt c the worst..Diabla!!

It’s my belief that C enabled M to this hideous point of no return. I’m sure what started out 22 years ago as a sincere sense of love and devotion to a beautiful baby crossed over the line from C being a supportive and empowering mother to the only thing she knew how to be… controlling. A mother who minimized M’s mistakes, made excuses for her and covered up M’s every downfall. M never got to experience any consequences for her misdeeds which, in my opinion, resulted in M being a spoiled, devious killer who thinks her lies are more powerful than the law. She just has to be proven wrong!
I do believe that all of the above contributed to M learning, at a young age, to falsely transform herself into other people’s personalities in order to fit in and hide the hatred she had toward everyone around her. This went hand in hand with her pathological lying in order to make herself look good. After that everyone M touched became a victim of her lies, even dear Jessie who still doesn’t recognize that he’d been had by an expert chameleon. Jessie continues to believe that M was a different person when he was dating her but in reality she had the ability to reflect his personality in order for him to fall in love with her. Once she was bored with him and her acting she moved on to what she thought was a more exciting life with new characters to impress and victimize.
Poor Caylee was the ultimate victim so C and G should not be allowed to let their daughter get away with murder.

By the way, I TOTALLY agree with you that C and G probably created the Monster with their unwillingness to make her accountable her whole life. Therapist, Casey’s little trick is to lead people away from a hot spot. When her mother confronted her at her boyfriend’s apartment, Casey knew that Cindy would use Amy to help lay siege so she left with them to get Cindy out of there. When law enforcement came to question her, she led them on the wild goose chase to Universal, to get them as far away from the body as possible. Cindy on the other hand is more in your face. She won’t let anybody win an argument against her. She was going to drag Casey into police headquarters to get some answers. Casey was saved by the bell there, but her moves after that around her mom were all defensive. I would think that from the fortress of the jailhouse, it would be very tempting now to Casey to really let her mom HAVE IT. I can see that being a driving force for her through all this.
BB is playing the defense game. Just like in football he’s trying to use strategy and block the prosecuting team from scoring a touchdown.
The defense team was caught cheating once before when they tried to pretend there was a picture of Casey, Zenaida and Caylee in Blanchard Park. They made a huge deal of it then produced nothing.
Will the defense, once again, be forwarding these tips on to LE then yelling for a penalty because LE will not follow up on the tips that psychics and idiots are sure to call in?

But, I’m sure that Baez is letting M know that she needs her parents now more than ever because they are the only ones, except for her brother, who are out there supporting her innocence and helping them to plant reasonable doubt in the minds of potential jurors.
Just like one of the defense attorneys on NG said “Casey runs the show.” I’m sure M is the one who refused to even consider a plea-bargain. Baez can advise her but he can’t plea-deal on his own without her approval.
I don’t believe for a minute that M told anyone that she killed Caylee. M believes in that message she had on her computer that said “Trust No One.” I believe that M thinks as long as she sticks with her lies, tells no one and waits it out all will blow over. I think she’s that immature and stupid. Her lies always worked for her before with her parents, her brother, her friends, even Jessie. So M can’t comprehend that she’s up against much more than her parent’s blind faith and weak parenting.

As I read more today, M went and told everyone about the nanny, and how Caylee was having fun and playing at Disney,the beach, and seaworld.
M made it sound as if there was nothing to worry about, but she then tells everyone one that she was doing her own investigation the whole 31 days.
How could a juror listen to that and not think that is sounds contradicting to her story about the kidnapping?
How can you tell everyone that your child is fine and act like thing is wrong, but then when you have to produce a child, you said that she was taking 31 days ago.
Why is BB looking for tips? Didn’t he say on national TV that his client is innocent? Looks like his doesn’t have a leg to stand on..!

I have a question…in one of the conversations with the police regarding when he saw Caylee last,Dad Anthony says that he saw them (meaning Caylee and Casey) that morning after Father’s day with Casey going off to work with Caylee with their backpacks and dropping Caylee off at the nanny before she went to work. Where was she going off to work? Why was he not questioning this???He had to have known that Casey didn’t really have a job and why weren’t they inquiring how she was paying for this supposed Nanny? I listened to the show yesterday and thought it was very good. I have to say Pickles that you made a extremely good point during the conversation that I had not really thought of, yet makes total sense. I paraphrase here but you stated that Casey never planned for it to go this far and never expected the attention this case has gotten. She thought she could just report her daughter taken…and that would be that…and no one would really question her. I think she probably looked at Missing Child website to get statistics on how many kids are reported missing and how many are ever found… Also…I think she had something else up her sleeve as well…which may have already been discussed by all of you regulars…but she had to be thinking of something else after leaving her purse and ID in the car that was left at the Amscot lot. She was obviously on her way to Tony’s house…because she had ice cream bars and the like…which wouldn’t hold up in the Florida heat…but why would she leave all of her personal things… Sorry I am rambling… Again…nice program yesterday

Hi guys, just listened to the interogation of M part 2. Sheriff: Parents didn’t report boy missing for a decade–
Authorities in Kansas are looking for a boy who disappeared about a decade ago, but was not reported missing until a few weeks ago.
Adam Herrman has not been seen since 1999, when he was 11 or 12.
“We don’t know what happened to Adam Herrman past ‘99, when he was last seen,” Butler County Sheriff Craig Murphy said at a news conference in El Dorado.
“Is he alive, is he dead? That one I can’t answer because we don’t know,” he added.
Adam was 11 or 12 when he was last seen, Murphy said. At the time, he was living in a mobile home park in Towanda, a small town in southern Kansas, with his adoptive parents, Doug and Valerie Herrman. The couple did not report him missing, Murphy said.
A few weeks ago, a person notified Sedgwick County Exploited and Missing Children’s Unit of a “concern” regarding Adam, Murphy said.
The agency did not immediately return CNN’s phone call seeking additional information.
Wichita attorney Warner Eisenbise, who is representing Adam’s adoptive parents, said the couple “really rue the fact that they didn’t” report the boy missing.
“They feel very guilty” about not doing that, he said in a telephone interview. The couple told him the boy had run away frequently, he said, and they believed him to be either with his biological parents or homeless.
Although the Herrmans did not report him missing, “they were very worried about him,” he said.
Authorities have searched the Pine Ridge Mobile Home Park, where the family had lived, and discovered an “answer” to one of their questions, Murphy said, without explaining.
“We did find one of the answers we were looking for, but I am holding that one very tightly,” he said.
Eisenbise said authorities also executed a search warrant on December 15 at the Herrmans’ home in Derby, a town just outside of Wichita. They took the couple’s computer, he said.
Murphy said the couple is cooperating and had not been charged with anything.
Citing a relative, the Wichita Eagle reported the Herrmans had taken Adam into foster care and later adopted him.
Michelle Ponce of the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services, which oversees adoption and foster care, said she could not release any details regard Adam’s case, and could confirm only that he had been in foster care at some point, but was no longer in foster care in 1999.
Adam had been placed in the Herrmans’ care when he was about 2, Murphy said in a phone interview. He had been named Irvin Groeninger III when he was born on June 8, 1987, Murphy said, and it was not clear when his name was changed.
His biological parents relinquished their rights as parents about two decades ago, and Adam and his siblings were put in different foster homes, CNN affiliate KWCH reported.
“I thought what I was doing for them was in the best interest of the children and evidently it wasn’t,” Irvin Groeninger told KWCH. “If he was still in my custody this would have never happened.”
Adam’s sister, Tiffany Broadfoot, 22, said she last saw her brother about 14 years ago at a birthday party.
A year or two later, he sent her a Christmas card, she said. “And that was the end of my contact with him,” she told KWCH.
“He had the cutest little round face, little bitty freckles right up here on the tip of his cheek,” she remembered.
“I’m just awestruck as how something like that could actually happen, and how he could be missing as long as he’s been and nobody say anything,” she said.
Murphy said Adam’s name appears on a legal document later than 1999. “We know that he was listed in a legal action as if he was still living at home, and I’m not certain of the date, but it was beyond 1999,” he told
