Blogger News will be back on the airwaves on Sunday Jan/4. What happened this week? For many, the answer would be ‘not much’. Yet if you peek under the hood, all sorts of unsavory aspects are floating to the surface.
Casey Anthony sits in jail awaiting trial on first degree murder, the discovery and identification of a bag of bones has deflated the senior Anthony clan (George and Anthony) from their quest for persuading the general public that we should be seeking a live Caylee.
Having spent many years following high profile cases, I have to admit that I am completely stumped by the antics of the defense team. It is not a Dream Team but rather a Nightmare Team! No attorney in their right mind would allow, or in this case encourage, a paid ‘expert witness’ to appear on the Nancy Grace show day after day.
Of course you can also view this entire case as a charade. Casey Anthony is in a win/win situation. If Bozo the Clown Jose Baez manages to get this killer off, Casey will be happy. If Bozo gets her a life sentence, the appeal will be based on incompetence of council. What a wonderful situation!
A common theory in business is that if you are incompetent, surround yourself by people that are even more incompetent!

I would agree, but who would’ve dreamed that Drew Peterson would still be attracting young women/victims? There are some folks who just thrive on the notoriety/excitement of being involved with whackos. Look at Charlie Manson and Scott Peterson.
Of course, I can’t really think of many women who are pursued in the same way…
I just don’t think she will be home anytime soon. She hired Mr. Baez and frankly, what more would you have the guy do? The appellate court isn’t going to look for Mr. Baez to pull a rabbit out of his hat to qualify as competent counsel. He’s doing the best he can with a weird client with a messed-up family. The judge can’t hold Baez responsible for that family yammering on to the press or the bodyguards or the bondsmen. She won’t win that appeal.
I have no idea what she will finally be charged with, but she will be seeing the inside of a state penitentiary for years to come.

I don’t have anything to hide, well, I don’t want to start up all that old business we are finished with now. But do you remember when we were having trouble with certain people on the blog? I asked you to check my IP and tell the people on the blog that I wasn’t a mole. I just liked MamaBear and when she asked for me to e-mail her I did. The next thing I knew, I was accused of being a mole. I tried to clear my name. I then saw that horrible post on the blog from MamaBear. I would love to see a real biography with fleshed out details about Caylee’s family, at least the side we know about (Casey’s) to show who Cindy was married to previously, who fathered Lee, who George was married to previously, any kids there? Where did Lee and Casey grow up, when did they start living together in the same house? Are there other siblings/cousins to Caylee? Where specifically did Cindy and George used to work? Doing what? For how long? What is Lee’s education, profession? Did Caylee have little playmates? Did the Anthonys have friends, did they go to church, did they go on vacations, did they do voluntee work, etc.? I just don’t have much of a “picture” of Caylee’s life and I wonder if anybody has researched/published any of this.
I firmly believe what another has said that if Casey walks, it will be a short walk for her. Lots of folks out there near where she is do not take kindly to child murderers. If she is not set free and does go to permanent prison, she might have to be in solitary confinement if she lives through it. We have to remember that there are inmates who are in prisons who are there because they took care of someone who has harmed a child of theirs. In other words nature takes care of its own, if it is faulty, it is discarded. Just like she discarded her own baby, it will come back to her and on this we can rely. Personally, I see justice in this. Look what happened to Jeffrey Dahmer. He got his right where he was without us having to pay for a lifetime of upkeep. She is in his category if anyone ever was, right along with Charles Manson who still survives today unfortunately. Yours is coming Casey girl! You can bet on that. Glad you will be airing another show, great job that you are doing. We all appreciate your efforts on this as we grieve for baby Caylee. Our hearts are still sore with the pain of the loss of this child but deep down, we all seek justice for her. This baby will not rest in peace until her murderer is brought to justice as well as those who continue to cover for her. Have heard it said we need to pray for the Anthonys, maybe but it is hard for me to do that no matter how hard I try. I still say that no matter who the murdering low life is, even their daughter/sister, they should do what they can to see that person convicted. At least their daughter is still alive, not scattered over an acre of land for the animals to pick from. How on Gods green earth can these folks live with the knowledge that she allowed her baby girl to rot away to bare bones without confessing to her demise? What kind of hideous monster can do this with anyones body, much less her own child? Darn it, she did it now do something about it!!! And before anybody chastizes me for convicting her without benefit of trial, as I said before if it looks like a duck, waddles like a duck and quacks like a duck, its a blooming duck!
Mak took the words right out of my mouth. Casey Anthony’s life is over. It doesn’t matter if she lives it rotting in jail or not. Why on earth would she want to get out? She won’t be able to walk the streets let alone get a job or find a life partner.
Mommy and Daddy might let her live at home, doing nothing all day… but it won’t be long before she gets cabin fever and wants to leave the house, which would be the second biggest mistake she has ever made. First being, harming that beautiful baby of hers.
Face it Casey… you have a lonely, boring, regrettful life ahead. You have nowhere to turn. You can’t take back what you’ve done and you will pay for it one way or another.
I agree with Gannieto4. She did it. We all know it! She’ll probably write a book called “If I Did it” and make money in prison. Better for her to write “Living in Black and White” or “Cooking Behind Bars” or “How to Make the Best of Your Cell When All Else Fails”.
Casey can have a brilliant writing career ahead of her…. writing scary fairy tales, tales of being possessed by aliens, tales of being framed and set up by drug dealing La†in warlords, tales of sudden religious enlightenment and ready to live her life in a whole new way…. lots of possibilities.

I live in So. CA and would really like to participate in this event. I have followed this from day 1 and feel like I could write the book at this point. This liar is going down and people want to talk about it. Her attitude and actions bother us so much that the public has learned to hate her. I never use the word hate … but in this case, it is now in my vocabulary.

Does anyone know if the trial will begin in March {or will Baez ask for more time?} I hope they don’t get a “Clown-Judge” like Larry Seidlin {ANS case.} Watching Lee’s anger when he snatched up Caylee’s memorial is still disturbing me..just can’t get it out of my mind. Still think it strange that no-one visited Casey for Chrissy..two scenarios..Casey scared that she might get tripped up..or..”Ant’s” know she killed Caylee and are too disgusted with her.

Hello again! If you’ll read the documents and watch the videos related to this case, many of your questions will be answered.
The “common knowledge” (by now), quick list:
Caylee has no siblings and no cousins. Casey only had one child, and Lee has none. No first cousins bc Lee & Casey are only children of C&G. [C&G have siblings and (both parents of both C&G are alive) but NONE of these family members have offered public support of Casey)].
Cindy is a nurse and worked for a clinic until mid July. George used to be a policeman. More recently, he was a security guard.
They attend a Baptist church, whose pastor has visited Casey in jail.
For instance, according to C, both Lee and Casey are bio children of C&G. Her brother Rick (who has been v critical of Cindy on public forums) confirms that Lee & Casey are C&G’s bio kids.
Personally, I believe Rick bc I’ve read his public comments as well as his private emails to his sister, Cindy (those email exchanges are in the released docs, as are emails between C and her mother regarding this case). Also, for now, I believe him because nothing says otherwise, other than blog rumors.
I suggest doing some research. All the regulars here have spent the time to do extensive research, to avoid speculation. In this case, no need at all to wait for a book!! The amount of documents & materials released is unbelievable (thanks to the Sunshine Laws of Florida).

Searches, The Anthony’s fighting back, protesters, the Police at their house searching , carrying all sorts of bags out even Vaccum cleaners ,name it for evidents ,, Arresting the daughter , police searching their back yard where the dogs hit twice 2 cadaver dogs (hit)which means decomposition”" in the trunk of car, All these things were happening, arrest were made, Casey trotting back & forth to jail or to her Lawyers office after bail.
Cindy out on the lawn with a hammer, hammering stakes in the ground argueing with reporters , George yelling” “its not my grand daughter ” ALL this time wasted (In the mean time , little baby was in a bag rotting in the woods (((15 houses )))from their home,in the woods near Hopespring Drive? this went on for weeks ,
why weren’t the protesters out on foot searching instead of yelling at the sicko Anthonys who were Lureing them to hang around as long as the anthonys were getting attention from the protesters why would they go & search ?
From the crime videos,where caylees remains were found , it doesn’t look like a densely populated wooded area at all,
Anyone could have gone in there on foot seaching ,well the killer did Yes I can understand if it was flooded … It didn’t look like a hurricane when those videos were shot out side their house , Casey was wearing those lg white sun Glasses , to my knowledge ,the weather looked fine hot Dry , & sunny . why was the meter reader so fortunate to find the remains 6 months later?
So these people out searching , like 1000 or more ? where did they search? near airport Econ river ? IF the killer wanted to get rid of body RIGHT away immediatly after murdering the child , the killer WOULD have dumped her in the river NOT leave her in the car for weeks , the child was in the trunk for some time , for a long time…then the killer decided to drop it off like a bag of garbage near the anthony home ,,,(close to Home)” not Far ” Damn when she stated that OMG that was a give away

The whole story from g saying casey knows who has her child and the kidnappers are being watched bullcrap….was all to delay finding the baby so the evidence could waste away about the cause of death….and in hopes that she would never be found …eaten by animals and maggot would never have to pay for her mistake and they would just go on with their lives without caylee and hope maggot learned from her mistakes….after they cleaned up for her again.

pammy - toys all over the floor reminds me of when my son first went to Montessori School. I loved the way they had everything organized and liked their theories so I read a few books and followed the same line of thinking at home.
It didn’t solve every problem but it certainly helped! At school, he would choose what educational toy to ‘play’ with and return it to its place afterwards. So I had him do that at home. It really did help. In fact, I learned many good things from reading those theories. He stayed in Montessori until he was 6.

Those tapes from the jail the way G&C talk to her so sweet dont want to make her made why didn’t they ask her why Caylee was with the nanny if she didn’t have a job. Hi nana ~ yup…more and more and time and time again c ( the control freak and caregiver to that child) let that baby down…especially those 31 days….I have said before….she would go day after day knowing the last time she saw that baby was when she choked maggott….buying all her lies even if she talk to maggot everyday which I doubt, cause mags was avoiding her. Even if she did talk to her, she didn’t talk to caylee and ever night laid her head down and went to sleep. Not doing A DAMN THING TO MAKE SURE SHE WAS OK. An entire month….only after 30 days does she ever get a feeling that something is WRONG…MY A$$….SHE knew something was wrong after a few days…and she didn’t bother to move heaven and earth to ensure baby was ok! Just like after her death, never ONCE went out physically to look for that baby…they ran around doing interviews spewing the same shit every time and neveer once had any proof M WASN’T GUILTY! and a whle of evidence circumstantial or not, that she WAS GUILTY OF MURDER…Maggot never ONCE acted like a grieving or worried mother that was innocent…NEVER NEVER ONCE DID SHE SHOW SIGNS OF DISTRESS…JUST DOUBLE TALK AND CODE TALK…I pray the Ants have secretly gone ahead and buried her already…I really do! I think this week will bring us alot of new information….however twisted and f’d up it might be, we are slowly gettin to the bottom of WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO CAYLEE AND ALL INVOLVED! Seems like Hoover is in big trouble if he had inside info about the body location. Why did he film that particular area? Val, Maybe M did not tell them. It’s possible that Leevil or C or G figured out that the remains could be there and sent Hoover to check it out. He might have seen the bag or not. That tape must have had something on it Hoover didn’t want seen. They already know it existed from Casey’s statement, so it would incriminate Hoover somehow. And what happened to the Greta tape of the same area her crew took? Padilla said it wasn’t the same area as the body, so it should not have been of interest. Hoover is spooked about something, and on TV Guy they said that Casey was on the tape talking with someone on the phone, and they want to know WHO.

That implied that the skull was moved there for some unknown reason, which was what Greta ran with showing her tape.

Eyewitness News has learned the Anthonys’ two private investigators came to the discovery scene on November 15 and 16, a Saturday and Sunday, possibly because they didn’t find Caylee’s remains right away.
Law enforcement is trying to find out whether inside information led them there.
Eyewitness News has learned that the Anthonys’ private investigator, Dominic Casey, is seen a month before the body was found on the November 15 videotape at the scene on the phone. California bounty hunter Leonard Padilla, who first sprung Casey out of jail, says he saw Dominic Casey on the videotape, because the person who shot it, private investigator Jim Hoover, showed it to him.
“He’s standing there, or somebody’s standing there, filming Dominic down the road and Dominic’s on a cell phone, and you can see the fence, the signs on the left, the fence is there, everything is there,” Padilla told Eyewitness News.
Finding out who Dominic Casey was talking to that day on the phone at the scene could be important to investigators in finding out whether inside information brought him and the other private eye to the area.
Padilla told Eyewitness News that Hoover claims Dominic Casey told him on November 15 that Caylee’s remains had been found and that the two of them were going to look for them. Dominic Casey told Eyewitness News on Friday he was talking to his ill daughter on the phone that day and insists he was only there to rule out a tip from one of Casey’s friends.
Padilla said he asked Hoover about Dominic Casey’s phone call.
“I even asked him, ‘Who’s he talking to?’ He said, ‘I don’t know.’ ‘Could you hear what he was saying?’ ‘No, I couldn’t hear.’ He was 100 yards away,” Padilla explained.
Both Dominic Casey and Padilla said Hoover claims to have recorded over most of the tape he shot at the scene, but Eyewitness News has learned that Hoover is planning a news conference for Monday.

A former bodyguard for Casey Anthony has addressed accusations that he knew where Caylee Anthony’s remains were before they were found in December.
Dominic Casey, a private investigator, is still in the inner circle of the Anthony family and he has blasted reports that in November, while searching the area where Caylee’s remains were later found, he came across the remains himself.
“Had I the misfortune of stumbling across any remains the first thing I would have done is, I would have prayed,” Casey said. “The second thing I would have done is stayed at the location and called 911.”
On Nov. 15, Casey said he walked the same general wooded area where Caylee’s remains were later found. He said he was in the area to try to substantiate a sworn statement from one of Casey Anthony’s friends, which said that the area was a known hangout of Anthony’s when she was a teenager.
Casey Anthony is charged with Caylee’s murder.
Casey said he took photos of the bottles, tires and trash in the area, much of which was taken by investigators when the remains were found a month later.
Casey said he feels there is no way to tell if the remains were there at the time based on what he saw and his footage.
Casey’s walk through the woods was recorded by another private investigator, James Hoover. Casey, along with multiple other sources, said Hoover is trying to sell the forage to various media organizations as proof that Caylee’s remains were not in the area in November. Casey said Hoover’s claims are false.
A sheriff’s spokesman said this week that the sheriff’s office would like to see the tape, but he would not verify if Hoover had given it to them.
Phone calls to Hoover were not returned. Casey said he plans to pursue legal action against Hoover for making false claims.
“I find it appalling that someone would profit from a missing child. It sickens me,” Casey said.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) — The Anthony family has made it clear that they will do any on camera interviews until after Caylee Marie is laid to rest.
The toddler was missing from June of last year until December when her remains were found near the East Orange County home where she lived with her grandparents George and Cindy and her mother Casey who is in jail charged with her murder.
Friday George Anthony spoke off camera with FOX 35 about a few things he said we could share.
Anthony said he can’t drive down Suburban Drive, where the remains were found, because he’s not ready to see the makeshift memorial left for his granddaughter. He doesn’t know if he’ll ever be able to drive further down Suburban drive near the area where a meter reader found Caylee Marie’s remains.
Anthony said he is doing all right, at least as well as could be expected under the circumstances.
Lee, the Anthony’s son and brother to Casey, has moved back home to be with his parents.
George Anthony says his family has not yet made funeral arrangements for Caylee. They are still waiting for Casey Anthony’s defense team to wrap up their second autopsy.

C-A, I think the EXACT times & EXACT dates of ALL the searches will shed more light on M’s thought process.
Most important will probably be what she searched for before & after the very incriminating searches.
For instance, did she search for chloroform and then look at drug use OR as cleaning agents or did she then look for “household weapons” or “neck breaking.”
I think we’ve only seen a very small glimpse into all the info LE has collected in this circumstantial case.
I also think there will be LOTS of interviews from people we haven’t even heard of yet.
Let’s not assume that the media would be so callous that they would try to force LE to disclose documents that might jeopardize justice for Caylee. IMO, LE has only disclosed enough to help them keep the pressure on the Ants & the defense.

Cremation?….probably not. I hate to say this because it is upsetting but here goes. Many, many times, when there are only bones left, esp. from a small child, the bones are merely crushed to grainy powder. No need for cremation. I know someone who worked at a crematorium and that’s what he told me. There’s no happy final ending for this sweet child at all. All too sad.

C~A, that’s what’s SO sad to me. I do believe Caylee’s grandparents loved her deeply & completely! I think they did MANY things they wouldn’t have done normally only to keep Caylee in their lives.
Hearing M whine on tape about how the only thing everyone wants is to find Caylee & how she blasts her parents for caring about Caylee more…. all I can think of is EMOTIONAL BLACKMAIL.
If only they had the foresight to take hiring a REAL nanny or babysitter into their own hands, they would have been able to deal with M’s growing pathologies without having Caylee in the middle.
Being willing to look the other way when your daughter lies about a job & a nanny is one thing…. leaving the child unprotected because you HOPE your daughter will be responsible was a DEADLY error in judgment.
M was “boinking” or “boning” anyone and everyone. Probably trying to burn off all those booze calories. She knew more at 22 than I ever knew at that age.
I too think that c and g loved Caylee with all there heart but somewhere…along the way..after Caylees murder and killrs arrest they have blurred the line of innocence and criminal

I agree with whoever said m’s friends were going “somewhere” and m was going “nowhere” in her life. Too bad she lacked common sense and was so immature to lie and talk to someone about how to manage her situation being a single mom.
Somebody like M should be surgically permanently removed from society. She created so many victims, even the Ants, no matter how stupid and disgusting they have been, they are basically victims and not murderers. I donot think the Ants would have ever hurt Caylee intentionally. They are just plain stupid and did not see the signs.
Now in the aftermath, we have all the disgusting scavengers(like Bozo, Hoover, Dominick,some of the media vultures etc) picking up the crumbs to make a buck.

FWIW though, I still DO feel deep in my heart that when push comes to shove & the trial starts, George will stand up & do what’s right for Caylee.
IMO, I think he’s trying to stand by his wife & has done & said things for HER well being. I just can’t hate him for that… I think he does it out of compassion.
I wish he wouldn’t enable an enabler but we know he was brutally truthful with investigators when it counted so I feel he’s probably just trying to keep his whole family from falling completely apart.

Pickles, what I’m very anxious to hear is the testimony about WHEN Casey’s behavior really started to spin out of control.
We’ve only heard very little about M from people who knew her before she had Caylee. Jesse says, he doesn’t even know this new M….. he can’t say for sure that this NEW M wouldn’t kill her daughter.
Up until she had Caylee, she led a pretty typical life…. did very well in h.s. (but failed to graduate) and then had a job.
Lots of families have controlling mothers and separations & affairs & talk of divorce. Lots of young women get pregnant & live with their families & her parents raise or help raise the baby. That doesn’t create the sociopath but a sociopath CAN create those problems inside their families & many more.
Something went TERRIBLY wrong with M. But when did it go wrong?
Even the worst of families do NOT cause mothers to lash out & kill their babies…. that pathology comes from inside.
I really hope that leevil and the ants are also brought to justice and the state tells em to jam their immunity up their holes..

My husband of 39 yrs. died 5 weeks ago tonight and I can tell you he “SUFFERED” for 5 months with 4th. stage throat cancer. His death brought and end to the suffering. Casey is NOT suffering. Please no death penalty. She NEEDS so suffer and the only way she will is to be put in general population in prison. Oh, she’ll probably die in a short time anyway. Just like Jeffery Dahmer. She need to PAY for what shes done and death is to kind I believe. No….make her suffer. Let karma take care of her, in a sloooooow but constant way.

Unless there was forensic evidence found with the remains that they can directly link to M, it will be one long-azz circumstantial case.
Starting with her life before Caylee, her lifestyle AFTER she had Caylee, moving to the internet searches & ending with her reaction when it was announced they found the remains….
I just can’t see a jury being able to dismiss ALL the evidence & having any doubt that she’s not fit for society.
I’m not so sure Fl will want to waste money trying her for her financial crimes though if they know she won’t be getting out until she’s old & gray or hopefully longer.
It would be a lot to ask Amy to testify at 2 trials for this monster…. that poor girl wants to put this behind her & move on with her life, I’m sure.

One thing that struck me watching the tape when G&C visited M at jail… the time G is telling her that the family are like the fingers on his hand….
I got the distinct impression that M suddenly saw her parents through new eyes & not just as a self-centered brat who was jealous that other people might seem to like Caylee more than they like her.
I think she realized what she had thrown away…. her daughter AND her family and any chance at living a happy life.
Considering how insecure M is, I think the worst punishment for her will be when she realizes her family & friends have healed as best they can from this nightmare and are out there living their lives without her. Laughing, eating, enjoying life…. welcoming new babies who will be showered with love and spoiled.
This is going to hit her hard once the trial is over & she’s NOT the center of attention anymore. Just one more prison inmate serving a long sentence hoping for a visit or a letter to keep in touch with the real world.

G just started a new job..so he has nothing….only income if any is sindys disability…but like i said, that crap don’t happen overnight…someone is footin the bill at home and at the Ritz…PIGS!
No prob Tomuchreading…I dont know how they are payng for there daily xpenses and bills…I would imagine they are using the funds from the Caylee Memorial wich has been up and running since around the time they found out Caylee was missing..and oh they have provided documents showing the deposits and donations but…what they provided only shows a couple of deposits…when in fact there has been from what I understand thousands of dollars donated to the Memorial..I cant remember who posted it..

I despise the Ant’s……I don’t even know if that is a strong enough word. There are two things I struggle with the most and I AM a parent and grandparent! #1 is how they (C&G) could go along with M all along. Many have said this and I will reiterate it……I would STILL love my child if something like this happened in my family, but I would love my grandchild even more and want my child to pay for the crime they committed. I couldn’t look past the obvious facts or be a part in ANY coverup. #2 is how, even after getting the DNA results that they could still continue to disprect Caylee, by supporting M. I have tried looking at this frontwards, backwards, upside down, standing on my head, and I still can not see how anyone could have one ounce of sympathy for the Ants?????? Yes….they lost a grandaughter, but lying and covering up for their daughter is not “justification” for their actions. Some have said…..”well they lost a grandaughter and they don’t want to lose a daughter too”……..so at the expense of Caylee’s death, they are WILLING to “SAVE” their daughter by supporting her???????? I must be screwed up in the head b/c I do not and can not accept ANY of their (Ant’s) actions from day one!

Pickles, I think 99% of mother’s and father’s would react exactly as your parents would have! I know mine would have too. They would have called me on my lies from the beginning and knocked the living snot right out of me once I got bailed out. Course, they wouldn’t have let me move back into the house again anyway once i was bailed out! AND they certainly wouldn’t have let me talk to them like M talked to c&g!!!! My parents were not mean parents either…..they loved all 8 of us kids……but they are protective of all their grandchildren! I am a respectful, kind person today b/c of their sterness!

I think in the beginning, there were alot more of us who felt some sympathy for them…..but as the case (and facts) have unfolded, that sympathy dissipitated (spell check?). Anyone who doesn’t see past the facts of their guilt (Ants) in this cherade is because they choose to be like the Ants and not look at this all for what it is…..MURDER 1. The ONLY sympathy I feel for the Ant’s is the fact that they lost an adorable, loving, grandchild and they will never get to enjoy watching her grow up, graduate, get married, have kids and all the fun things that grandparents look forward to. To the Ants: YOUR OWN DAUGHTER took that away from you…..how can you want to “save” her?????

On the cfnews13.com website, upload “documents released November 6, 2008 and go to Department of Children and Families Files. You will see that on JULY 17 2008there is a request for TANF Funds for Caylee and Casey Anthony! Interesting! The Estimated Family income was shown as $0. What do you make of that?

The request didn’t say who made the application or when. The request was dated 7/17/08 so PERHAPS (just guessing) it was a follow up to something Casey had filed a few days previously? It only lists Casey and Caylee on it and that THEIR income is $0, and that they live with family.

totaly off topic but have to share this bizarre one. tonight at my clients they had on this show, a caught on camera thing, well in Israel, there was this HUGE beautiful wedding taking place, 300 people on the floor, dancing bride and groom kissing, all of a sudden the entire building floor collapes right on camera you even see the bride and grom kiss and fall, they fell 90 feet down through 2 other floors!!! all caught on this film.. i could not believe my eyes!!! there were 24 people died, 300 injred bride and groom lived and father of the bride but with injuries.. they said the building was poorly built is why the collapsse, just amazed me only that few died, you just had to see it, like something out of a movie… just all of them in one spot boom down within second the good thing was not alot fell on top of them all or i suspectmore would have died. they just were standing, imagine the floor literally fell under them… i guess it made me realzie how blessed we are to be alive and well. you just never know… ok just wanted to share that,

Yeah, it’s a part of the welfare system. They have TANF, POWER, FOOD STAMPS, MEDICAID PROGRAMS, AND SUCH. It’s all part of welfare but the requirements for each program are a little different. You can qualify for one but might not qualify for another.

Let’s see…….have I ever wrecked snowmobiling? ummmmmmm, I’d be lying if I said “no” (heeeee….heeeeee…) Yes, have had a number of wrecks. Mostly minor things and it didn’t hurt….snow is pretty soft when it’s 3-6 feet deep! lol. Had 2 more “severe” wrecks that leave me driving a little….OK ALOT…. SLOWER now! Went up an icy hill trying to be like the big boys……but came down with no brakes and hit a tree……all I could think of was “ohhhhhh…..this is gonna hurt!”…..and it DID! couldn’t bail off was going to fast!…..needless to say….I leave the steep hills for the “MEN” now! lol….never drink and drive anything…..don’t drink no more b/c of the med’s I take anyway.

i work in direct care and don’t have to dress a certain way, not dressed up, but you can wear jeans and stuff.. most do, some wear nurse scrubs, just cause we do meds and we clean too..i would looke better in a nurse scrubs with like dora or boots on my top then that hilarious get up i had on yesterday as u can see i am still laughing! even my pink coat had filthy sleeves… from the snow and car i guess.. I see pride in that appearences seem more important to them than being genuine. They automatically hide anything bad, with cover-ups, lies, etc. Lots of secrets I bet.

I think she bounced around to whoever would put up with her for a short while. She spent all her time trolling for people on the phone and internet. Sociopaths get bored easily, so she would be going from one thing to the next looking for excitement.
but what keeps a person from cracking or even admitting ‘i was wrong’? i was always taught it was stubborn pride, bull headed but it all equaled false pride. i’m not an expert on human behavior, picked some dandy situations myself.

I was watching LV’s prison visit again tonight and now that I know the names and places I could fill in the blanks. She was lying to him with the same facts she was telling LE about who to question, where Caylee might be, Zenaida; it was all there. I can see why he disappeared after he figured out she lied to him after he stated they were so close.

G was interesting on his visit. He tried his hardest to use emotion to break her, talking about family, love, willing to trade places with her to spare her pain, talking about Caylee (which would break any normal mother) etc. I was impressed at his efforts, but her tears were feeling sorry for herself and she had no intention of breaking.

Good Morning….Just wonderng WHY the 2nd. autopsy?? What does Henry Lee hope to find that Dr. G. missed (didn’t!). Why is the defense team letting little Caylees remains just lay at the funeral home??. All they are doing is prolonging a funeral for Caylee. For what reason?? I will say one thing tho. Dr. G. said all the bones were clean with no sign of trauma. Now, I would have thought the bones would show signs of gnaw marks from animals. What does anyone else think?
Who knows why they need a second autopsy….I mean if yur gonna have a man like mr.lee you might as well make him useful for somthng…
The bones may not have gnaw marks depending on the weather and what types of animals culd get near them….
Or could be that if the plastic bag was torn in places, once the water receeded (sp?), the bones merely floated out and landed where found. Maybe????
Hi, Pickles and everyone! I don’t think Dr Wee Wee is a bone doctor. That can be a specialty totally separate from pathologists who conduct normal autopsies.
I thought one of the others on the defense team was the expert on bones. Anyway I don’t know why they haven’t had the 2nd autopsy except that free help is hard to “control” and it’s been the holidays. Not to mention that demanding one is probably just another one of BB’s tantrums trying to get sympathy and reasonable doubt from the public.

You’d imagine there wuld be some sort of gnaw marks from when the body was first dumpd and the smell of decomp wuld lure animals to her..but I wuld think the weather wuld keep some critters bak…that and I think she coverd the body with dirt and such to disquise it…I just dont see her dumping the body without at least burying it some…but who knows with that twit…and if by the time the bones got scatterd it had all ready been a hurricanes and floods.then I doubt animals would really bother with the bones well if they had no flesh or any odor any longer due to the weatherization effects from the storms..

Maribeth - Yes. It’s possible that all or most of the decomposition happened under water -hence no animal teeth marks. In fact there is a small body of water in those woods I believe. I would not be surprised if that’s where the bag was originally and then the storms raised the water level and bag floated out, broke, and when waters receded the bones were scattered all over the woods.

Initially, I didn’t know what to think of Mark Nejame (in all honesty, I thought he was high profile piece of scum…Jose Baez, only much more successful). But after reading about him, my opinion has changed. The dude appears to have some integrity. I am sure you have read his statement after he quit on the Anthony’s…but for those that haven’t, here it is:
“Unfortunately, I have made the decision that it is best not to continue my representation of George and Cindy Anthony.
“George and Cindy have a belief that their beloved granddaughter, Caylee, is still alive. Tips and leads continue to come in. I believe strongly that they should have every right to maintain their hope and faith that one of these “sightings” will miraculously be the one that brings Caylee home to them. What parent or grandparent would surrender such hope?
“Who is one person to tell another parent or grandparent when it is time for them to abandon their faith? When does a stranger have the right to judge another who has endured such a loss? The attacks made against them by some are deplorable.
“Let them be to do what they feel they must to find their beloved granddaughter, Caylee. Knowing this case as well as probably anyone on earth, there is no doubt that they do not know where Caylee is. Allow them to walk their own path.

Lilred, re:9+ post. I don’t currently have it but I tested positive for it and did some reading. My family has weird health so I read medical info trying to figure it out, and have had more than my share of specialists. You will learn a lot more from a rheumatologist about inflammatory triggers, medication, diet, lifestyle changes and prognosis. Like I said, take really good care of it and you will do well. I put 0 stock in what most GP’s say unless I have something requiring aspirin. Feel better soon!

Incongruities I see about the body location. Kronk says he went in about 25 feet to find the bag. It looked like dense brush in the photos, and there was a tall fence, so how did he do that and why that spot? Padilla said you could be standing feet away and not see anything. Further to the comments regarding Mark Nejame. There is a new video on wesh.com where he speaks quite openly regarding his feelings for M. He indicates that all roads lead and have led for a long time to M as the person responsible for Caylee’s death and all the statements that all the Ants including M have made will be something that will damn them in the end. He said taht there is a folk statement that says “YOU CANNOT CATCH A FISH WHOSE MOUTH IS CLOSED” is something that the Ants should have kept in mind.
i think they ruled out it drifting cuz of the brush being marked as if it was there for a long time. i’m not sure it’s consistent w/ a mother burying a child either val, i think it’s a control issue to need to know where the body is, to check on it??

TRASH BAGS:
The colors of the bags needs to be confirmed. Such confusion! I’ve heard multiple times that the bag Caylee was found in was black. And I’ve heard the bag in the car trunk was white.
I also heard that Kronk said he saw something white last Aug but I never heard that the white item was identified as a bag. I’ve only heard the bag he saw from Aug was grey.
On NG, they recently brought up the issue (but didn’t resolve it) that the bag Kronk saw in August was grey, yet the bag Caylee was in was black.
It’s so confusing! Don’t know how to confirm any of it, but I’ll do some research later on. If anyone else finds anything on this, please share it here!

I was curious about the photos of Cindy taken after Caylee was pronounced missing, she seems awfully tan and has kept that tan up, that is very telling, still maintaining what she thinks looks good in this time of crisis. I guess that stood out to me because I was just diagnosed with melanoma and will have surgery at MD Anderson next week. Yeah, I was young and dumb and tanned in my 20’s - I’m now 41 and it just surfaced, so if anyone who is young and tanning on here, I hope my story will help you stop. Thanks again! I don’t know about corrupt, but the cops had never heard of him before. When they asked how she got him, she took his name from a couple people being booked the same time as she was. That’s the lawyer I would surely pick, get their name from a couple dudes dumb enough to get arrested.

Well let’s hold off on believing that M has a computer in jail until there’s some dependable report. I know that BB screamed for permission to bring his laptop to the jail when he met with her - and he did get permission AND the jail changed the rules so now all lawyers can bring their laptops to client meetings there - BUT that’s a far cry from M having a new computer.
Maybe her parents bought her one for Christmas in absentia so to speak! LOL! So is Leevil going to move in to Caylee’s room or M’s room?

CA - I don’t think that M stole the money that g lost. I think he did lose it one way or another. Remember he and C were separated for a while. He went to live with his parents somewhere else in Florida. And that was one of the reasons (possibly an affair too but I’m not sure about that). I kind of doubt the affair because I’d think C could divorce him for that without having to pay him alimony which she found out she would have to pay.
So I do think he lost big money AND M stole other money from her mother.

She goes on to say she thinks Casey learned to lie from George because Casey was there when it all went down (Scam that lost all their money.) Apparently g lied about the scam to keep it from c and Casey was privy to those lies. All pointing fingers. I believe Casey got her “personality” from BOTH of the ants.

C~A I don’t believe the story about George and the Nigerian Scam either. He is an ex police officer so he should have known better than to fall for that. I don’t think he gambled it away either. I think Casey probably had been stealing money from them causing them to have to go into a lot of debt and this is the only way they could explain it without getting Casey into trouble. I’m sure that Baez is only allowed to bring a laptop into the jail that does NOT have internet access. It’s the quickest way to take notes so I can understand the jail now approving this for all attorneys.
It would only take a few seconds for a guard to check a laptop to make sure it’s internet free before allowing Baez to visit his client. The guard would not have access to any notes on the laptop so Baez and M’s privacy would stay intact.
I do find I have way more patients with my grandkids than I did with my own!

I am new here posting from Germany. Would just like to comment on some saying that no friends or family have backed Casey or her family up. I noticed that and couldn’t help thinking about Madeleine McCann. I have never heard a bad word about her parents from their friends or family.

At this point I blame C&G for a lot of things but I don’t see any evidence linking G to assisting M with a cover up. I think LE would have discovered that by now and had G in jail for being an accessory to the crime after the fact. However, I do believe that C and G were out there saying Caylee was alive to raise reasonable doubt in the minds of potential jurors.
From my observation I still believe that G is very passive and C rules the house and was trying to rule the world.
I guess what I am trying to say is that the McCanns’ family and friends weren’t shy of putting themselves in the front line to defend little Madeleine parents. But nothing like that happens in Casey’s case. And as I have read on another blog: It is strange calling your brother Darling. But that may be a culture thing?

Hi Gina, the refresh button looks like a recycle symbol to me. I google Blogger News, then put Caylee into the search on that page to pull up the latest article. Then to get the latest posts hit refresh. That way you don’t have to mess with e-mail. If they have moved on there is a bread crumb trail…

Monday - Why do ants want immunity? Planting reasonable doubt is NOT a crime! Believeing in the innocense however diluted and holding onto hope is also not a crime…you know that….why would Ants want immunity then if they, one or both of c and g were only guilty of loving their daughter?
LE is looking at them under a criminal microscope because they have strong reason to believe they have covered up! Maybe just not so sure if they can prove it or if it’s worth going after them, or give them immunity for their crimes in order to convict the real murderer here. It will depend on their case and the evidence we don’t know.
and exactly…you havent’ seen evidence to prove g or c have covered up (NOT YET ANYWAY) but they sure are liars…right….right to our faces on national tv…That is NOT innocense here…askin for immunity..???

My computer says the refresh button is also the F5 button on the keyboard. If you move the arrow over each icon without clicking it will tell you what it is.

Put your cursor over to the white part of the margin…(not in this square) and then right click your mouse.
A menu will come up and scroll down to “refresh”
and click on it and it will take a second but it will refresh your screen if new comments were written.
Oh! I don’t have a Mac. Wish I did, though. Sorry.

to tell you the honest truth I do not think that those tests are accountable in UK and Europe. But why would a guilty couple release another appeal at xmas 2008 if they were guilty.
gina..once ou hit F5 or the circular arrow..if it doesn’t bring you to bottom of page….you can then hit the “end ” button will bring you down automatically…

Hi C~A… you have to remember that I said that “I blame C&G for a lot of things” I just happen to only give one example in that post. I believe that they are guilty of many things, one being obstruction justice, which is a crime.
I try not to read too much in to anything unless there is some evidence, that I’ve read, directly pointing to a person possibly being involved.
But, I may have missed where LE said that they are “looking at them under a criminal microscope because they have strong reason to believe they have covered up! Maybe just not so sure if they can prove it or if it’s worth going after them.”
Please let me know where I can find that piece of information because I’ve been very busy lately and have relied on this blog for a lot of detail.

Dee, I’m not blaming the McCanns because those tests are not accountable here either but they are reliable. It’s the defense attorneys who are against them and deny there reliability. I just wondered if the McCann’s took one because C, G and Lv did not and I believe it’s because they told so many lies thereby obstructing justice all in the name of trying to save their rotten daughter from a life in prison.

c-a i think that means they know they lied trying to save thier own a**es. they all need to go to jail for obstruction.but when they turned there backs on a completly helpless child i sought no sympathy for them people at all.i have noticed no one from there side of the family even comments on those people at all. they proubly want to stay clear of them. bad seeds all of em.
