Cindy Anthony is one classy chic in the eye of a Trucker. Her demeanor proves one more thing she takes after her daughter in being deceitful and dishonest. Her behavior is appalling especially on the recent court hearings. I cant believe that the court allowed that behavior of disprespect and lack of cooperation…. made me wonder who ran the court the Anthonys or the judge?? It was sadly disgraceful. They continue to change their stories and make themselves look even more dishonest and coldhearted. How come all of a sudden now they claim they had phone numbers and addresses of Zanny and that Caylee talked about Zanny’s dog??? They have no respect at all for their little granddaughter if they did they would help and cooperate in putting Caylees mother the murder behind bars. Shame on the Anthonys they are just as awful as Casey

Did u see how the media repeats everything Lee said except the part about CMA I will keep my promise. He wasn’t talking to Caylee. He and sister r up to it to their necks. I think she killed her and he tried to help her cover it up.but why on earth did they put so much evidence with the body to point right to their home. Lot to know yet.Probably never will know the truth becausse it seems to have escaped the whole family.

I really think Kaylees Grandma should not have asked the PUBLIC to support her daughter,I supported OJ and got an awakening of my life when i found out he killed those 2 folks,And when we find out PSYCHO mom killed her baby,She will be given a date to meet Dr Death in a chamber with a needle,she should get the same sentance and die the way she killed her own daughter,I understand the familys side of supporting thier sister and daughter,But to ask the public? I watched the memorial today and I can’t help thinking that I am so glad that it is not me having to say good bye to one of my children or grandchildren. I feel for these people, but I think the only way they are going to get any peace is to accept that every day there is more and more evidence of what their daughter has done.
It’s ok that they still love her, she is their daughter.
As far as Lee, I do think he had something to do with it, he sure didn’t seem to be talking to Caylee today.

I think George’s grief is so genuine, how can anyone question that. George knows in his heart of hearts as an ex cop that Casey is guilty as sin, he knows she killed that little innocent child, that is probably the reason he lost it, he had allowed himself to really go deeply in himself and really see the truth and the reality of this tragic event in their lives.

Even after her father had this emotional brakedown, Casey Anthony only thinks of one person, herself. She cares nothing about her parent’s, look at what she did to her own child.

And to her pathetic lawyer Baez, I don’t care if he want’s to move this case to be tried in a cave somewhere, the whole country has been saturated by the story of how this little girl was murdered for month’s now, Casey you are going to fry for what you did.
I can’t wait till the trial so she can be sent away to prison never to see the light of day again, better enjoy your stay in that cell because that is heaven compared to where you are headed, have a good life rotting awaw in the Big House dear!…..oh and a real big girl named Big Bertha cannot wait to greet you at the gates of hell,,,,,,,,,,hahahhahahahaha….justice for Caylee may come late, but it will not be denied…..Believe It!

I heard the psychic say she was also a private investigator. Maybe she is friends with Mr Casey and he used her to try to find little Caylees body and at the same time proof of her involvement via cell phone records. I think Lee knew where little Caylee was,told Mr Casey and he in turn called the psychic to find out how to go about looking for a body and she was instructing him as his partner was recording the whole thing.The cops tracked Caseys whereabouts back to when her daughter went missing by cell phone pings so why not use the same tool to throw cops off track by actually talking to the psychic near the scene. As Mr Pedilla said they were looking near the WRONG concrete pavers. They had to be told to look for them and maybe Lee was lied to about the exact pavers to look around. After all Caseys chances were better without a body.

What I like to know is how the grandmother has not been arrested for tampering with evidence. You know what I’m talking about the pants in the back of the car with blood on them! If I know my grandbaby is missing and the last person she was with was her mother I would be wondering stuff like that. I believe the grandmother know something about what happened to the baby. I belive Casey confinded in her mother when she got out of jail the first time around.

Damn I used to be good at posting…suck at blogging…you guys talk too fast.

From what I see people are still on the ants. I say lay off them. You ever had to read someones who was charged with a felony’s wisdom through the vid cam or plate glass. Thought not. I had the ants pegged as dirty doers but I’m off that now that I have seen the convos without some asswipe expert analyzing it. Casey’s Mum n Dad were just trying to hold on to the idea that Caylee was alive but they were used to dealing with an exteeeeemmmlly psychotic manic family member. Daddy cop not wanting to talk to her in the jail visits tells me even more. OMG…he knows she ‘did something’ and as a cop his nature just says STAY THE FUGG AWAY. Know other peeps want to read it different but that is what I see.

Once, when my dog got out in PA, gone for 9 days (Amway person there with her kids running in and out doors), I didn’t look STRESSED and tense like the Anthony three look in that picture. I was just empty, exhausted, weak, BEAT, nothing there! I remember riding around in my car any time I could day or night, calling **SPIKE!!** Even cops pulled over to talk to me - they saw me out there so often. Looked so beat they told me they were getting worried about me. I could hardly eat. Stressed? No. Heart broken, yes!
The Anthony’s look *VERY stressed* and uptight for a photo. I think they are hiding sooo much. I would HATE to be them! Nothing like a family in mourning. BTW, Spike came back!! It was winter, and I think that affected his “scent”, and he couldn’t find his way home, snow, etc. Take care - later.

Anyhow-there is such creativity and minds in this group, some like steel traps, that many of you remind me of a GREAT famous group back in Philadelphia. It is called Vidocq. Pronounced veeDUCK. He was a famous French Detective. Anyhow, this group is made up of people from L.E., and Forensic Science people. All volunteers. They all vote on which Cold Case murders they will take on. All free. I honestly think some of you would be great in that group but might be missing the required “qualifications”. Darn. They meet in the Public Ledger Buiilding. Looks like we have formed our own similar group tho. Caylee gone, but not forgotten. R.I.P.

My heart breaks for Caylee and even more for her grandparents. I feel sorry for Casey because she is who she is and made such horrible decisions with such dire consequences,and she does need to prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

But someone had asked why Paddy did not mention the evidence in the car as the most convincing. Mytwocents, I think that everything you said in your 5:42 pm post regarding the most incriminating evidence is right on. Regardless what the defense forensics experts will argue about the test results from the car, I think the tests results will hold true. (Padilla himself said that he was “old fashion and totally believed in the air tests”)

All that you mentioned tied together with finding Caylee dead is the puzzle the prosecutor will put together before the juries eyes. It will plainly display a vivid picture of the murderer. Yes, the defense will try to punch holes in all the evidence but a jury with half a brain will be able to follow the truth. The jury may not go for a death sentence, if the state brings it back, but nevertheless M’s going down.

I’m sure M believes her lies will prevail, so she’s counting the days until she is home with the enablers.

I apologize for getting off topic for such a length of time before… I’ll try to be more careful!

I hate to say this because Leonard Padilla seems like a nice guy but other than him being right that Casey would not walk far out into the woods to dispose of a body, is there anything else he was correct about? As someone else mentioned, he tends to state his theories as if they are facts. I could name about a dozen of his theories that fell by the wayside. He’s not of the expert caliber that Nancy Grace normally has on her show, especially as a regular.

I’m afraid that what we’ve been hearing is that the defense forensics experts will argue about the test results from the car. There was only one tiny piece of hair with a so-far debatable “death band” on it. And supposedly there are a variety of reasons that chloroform etc could be in there plus the stain was “possibly” from decomp. Okay. To try to straighten out some of this. I have not heard that Padilla said the PI told him WHERE the body was. Only that it had been found dead. (Please see article below). And if Paddy told LE that back in November then it was LE’s responsibility to follow up on it. Maybe they didn’t believe him, who knows?

Forensic sceintist on now. Says Ants under pressure and agrees LE won’t go after Ants unless they have something huge, like moving body. Thinks they’re putting pressure on Casey. Good luck with that.

Foresnic guy speculates Casey tried to sedate Caylee (not without criminality) and panicked and tossed body.

Def. lawyer says that would be good for defence, if true. She might not get DP, but she’ll still go to jail for life.

Texas law says you can use any form of discipline that does not cause extreme harm, like shooting them. HA He even sends parents of teens to classes to learn pressure point that can be grabbed and bring teens bigger than parents, to their knees. Just a thought here… but take the little story that I wrote for you and tell it to her every once in a while but add your own flair to it so it’s a little more personal for her. This may help her to understand what’s expected of a little princess who lives in a castle.

Good luck… I know it’s not easy! But, you sound like a terrific mother who needs no advice from me.

It brought back memories when you said that your daughter is being “mouthy” because I raised two girls and two boys and I can tell you that’s the difference between them…. My 5 year old G/son is here while parents go to movie. He’s pissed that they forgot to bring the cord to his PS2 and is on the floor saying he never wants to come here again ’cause all there is to do is watch Sponge Bob. I brought the paintstick down and laid it on the table. He knows Gran will use it if he doesn’t improve his attitude. Love all the kids but sometimes wish I lived too far away to babysit.

Although I don’t believe that G is Caylee’s father, I do believe what TimBit said regarding “Maybe the immunity is not for purposes of giving evidence against her at all.”

Which I believe is true. I don’t think the Ants are giving up on their rotten daughter yet, but I do believe that there may be another skeleton hanging in their closet that could get them in trouble. Nothing like them being involved in the murder or cover up… just something weird.

Caylee prolly does have a case workr with the dept of child services…wether or not they will be bringing killr up on charges I have no clue..but as long as there is an open case for Caylee there will be some type of case worker or advocate for her..I think…Im not sure

HAPPY NEW YEAR BLOGGERS!

Hearing that C wants M at Caylee’s funeral tells me that she is either in a black hole of denial or she’s putting on a big act all in the name of protecting her murderous daughter from paying the price for her despicable act.

In my opinion, if C continues to turn a blind eye to all the facts and evidence that points to M as ending her innocent granddaughter’s life and C chooses to believe, or pretend to believe, M’s outrageous, diabolical lies, then C must live with Caylee’s blood on her hands.

C will have made her choice and be responsible for trying to let M get away with murder while denying justice of Caylee.

I believe that how we as parents react to difficult situations that our children face says a lot about how we brought them up. (Ask any teacher!)

IMO, M probably got away with everything at a very young age with absolutely no consequences and it progressed as she grew up. For instance, she probably got away with being sassy, then with not having to share, then with being obstinate, then throwing tantrums, then talking back, then lying, then stealing, etc.

Let’s not forget the old saying that people use behind a mother’s back of unruly kids…

“She lets them get away with murder.”

Like if we could find an email address or even a snail mail address to write and say “NO IMMUNITY FOR ANY ANTS!” EVER! TRUTH OR JAIL!
(or TRUTH AND JAIL! we won’t quibble over the details)

But I’m serious. Can anyone think of anything that we can actually DO? And I don’t mean starting up the protesting at the house again.
If for no other reason than the poor neighbors.
Plus the timing for that would not be even remotely acceptable until after Caylee’s funeral.

So Brad Conman Conway doesn’t KNOW what C & G would say? He doesn’t THINK they’d say anything that would land them in legal trouble?
That’s why they hired Nejame way back when - because they KNEW THEN that they’d done and said some things that were wrong.

NO IMMUNITY for any of the ants.
I know this is not nice and I am somehow obsessed with the ants and Planet of the Apes but do go to cfnews13.com and the article that I posted above and look at the picture of C & G! Good gosh! They wouldn’t even need costumes for a re-make of the movie!

And I agree with those of you who think that the funeral/memorial is being put off on the excuse of a 2nd autopsy so that all this wheeling and dealing can take place AND so that Sindee can get the most money from whichever news org for photo rights at the memorial. They are SO focused on not letting anyone make money off it that I KNOW THEY are the ones who want that money. And it seems that poor little Caylee is way down the list of their priorities. Someone should just decide that these people no longer have the right to even have a say about her (funeral, future books, mags etc). Caylee needs a child advocate who can “divorce” her from her family. I swear. I’m sure it cannot be done postmortem but if ever there was a good reason to TRY this is it!

This from cfnews13.com today:ORLANDO — A judge says there will have to be a hearing before he makes a decision on the latest request from Casey Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez.

Baez was looking for a special master to sit in on any questioning between investigators and a private investigator he hired to look for Casey’s daughter, Caylee, after Casey was first arrested earlier this year.

He said the investigator has privileged information deputies shouldn’t be allowed to hear.

However, the judge said he won’t rule on the issue out of court, and there will need to be a hearing.

Meanwhile, the lawyer for Casey’s parents said he wants his clients to have immunity before they speak with prosecutors again about their daughter.

Brad Conway said George and Cindy Anthony likely wouldn’t say anything that would land them in legal trouble, but he wants them to be able to speak without fear of prosecution.

Casey remains locked up without bond charged with her daughter’s murder.

If that is the secret they are hiding, they might think it would help with M’s defence, so she’ll spill the beans so they would like the immunity in place before that happens…

SHAN I saw some of the marathon myself lol the mask is a favorite along with many actually… I think the william shatner one is my fav, on the airplane, and the one with telly savales and the talking tina doll…lol

i had it on last night too, i also saw some of the lucy marathon..

all in all a quiet new years, my friend got stood up by her man and so i consoled her on the phone, at midnight we were on the phone remarking how DICK CLARK has someone to kiss ( his wife) and here we sit with noone…lol lol
