The whole Anthony family makes me ill.
A 2 yr old child was missing for a month(?) and the grandparents didnt think it was strange? Casey is found? Says the nanny took her and she cant say anything or someone will harm the Anthony’s? no wait, she left her at nanny’s apartment while she went to work? no wait, no one has been in that apartment and Casey didnt have a job and there is no nanny? Casey’s car is found? Cindy tells the world that Casey’s car trunk smelled like a dead body? Still no Caylee? Oh wait, it was dead squirrels that climbed up under the car and died? George and Cindy try to clean car? Casey parties and then flaunts herself around with a Caylee t-shirt and button? George and Cindy tell the public they are not doing enough to find a LIVE Caylee and George tells us that the kidnappers are being watched and Caylee is alive. Casey talks to Lee in code?
Bones are found near the Anthony home and they are confirmed to be Caylee Marie! These lil bones are STILL waiting to be layed to rest?

What is wrong with this family?!?!?

THANKS so much, “Concerned in TX”.Will do! Have 3 friends in TX, 2 in Dallas, 1 in Beaumont. Great people!Now, I have been thinking .. (ooops dangerous) some of my friends say. I think that TV might have made some people think a “Circumstantial Case” (which this is), is a weak one. Not at all!Rarely does one kill in front of an audience. It can be VERY, VERY STRONG! **It is the systematic use of “building blocks”, one brick at a time …** Defense Lawyers, I think will always try to “muddy the waters”tho in every case. Can you imagine *that additional choas* on top of this case as we know it? The Dream Team fighting the good guys, the Prosecution - fighting hard - for that quality human being - Casey Anthony? I hope no one on the Prosecution Team get a heart attack, as the Lead Counsel did on the OJ case. I think too they should have a Shrink - “on call” for the Judge, Prosecution Team, Jurors, etc. “Fasten your seat belts - this is going to be a bumpy ride!”

I heard someone say on TV last night, that all this flurry is coming from Jose B. It seems to be fast and furious! He is trying to do just that, make our heads spin, confuse us, make DOUBT (the BIG Legal thing) about Casey. ALL it willtake will be one holdout Juror! Just ONE! He knows he is hitting the Jury Pool via T.V. now. No rules, can get in ANYTHING he wants. Trying his case on TV?? Media?? Who of us knows WHO of us will be called for that Jury - he doesn’t either. Trying to confuse ALL of us even BEFORE the Trial starts. ANYTHING goes, anything can come in! Jose, the spinning TOP! He and Casey are a match made in Heaven. Might be much ado about NOTHING actually. But, I’ll bet this Trial will last close to a year, with all the characters that he intends to bring in - why? To confuse the poor Jury! Lawyers throw EVERYTHING up at the wall, hoping SOME of it - will STICK!That the Jury will “buy it”).
Who was it that said First kill all the Lawyers?
(Not sure of exact words - so no quotes.) What a sleezy, sleezy bunch they are. Yes our heads are spinning, and it might just be much ado about nothing. Who knows? He has interesting “timing” too, doesn’t he? Machine gun pace. All stops are being pulled out already - by the lovely Dream Team. HOW can they sleep nights - or look at themselves in the mirror? I couldn’t. Some of us were raised with principles… I hope I don’t LOSE this group … not great with computers.
That poor poor Jury.

Diane, I know these HUGE groups are very helpful. I used them for other things. I used for instance, the American Lung Association. Great group! Saved my life! (Worked in second hand smoke - musician.) Try to find one for R.A. Also search for holistic helps for R.A., and Natural remedies for R.A. etc.

This does not cast doubt, but rather shows me that someone else knew about this and has tried to keep that body from being reported to the authorities. Foul play is present, but M is still Guilty. Maybe her family will be joining her in Jail very soon. Who knows, maybe some of the defense team, too.

The only doubt I see this presenting is the doubt that mags will be the only one charged in this case. Wherever the body was in August, November, December IMO does not change that fact casey killed her child! It means someone else is going down with her.

Does any of this change your minds on who did it? Not me, it only makes me question who is helping her? How does this change all the facts to December 11th?

hello all. Can’t stay but wanted to let everyone know I read the blogs today, watched NG and my head is spinning out of control. I can not believe how many twists and turns this story has taken on from day one. Just when you think it’s beginning to make sense, Kronk appears, the p.i.’s appear and bb is aksing for a master to preside over any questioning of the p.i.??????? I have always felt Lv was being way to quiet and out of the scene for a reason and I believe it was to keep the focus off of him and help M get rid of evidence or move a body or whatever she needed him to do. If he don’t do what she says, she will probably come out with details of them having sex and he does NOT want that coming out. I dunno anymore………..my head is spinning wiht all the new b.s. coming out……..if this case isn’t already confusing. What a way to put doubt in the minds of jurors……
Anyway, late so going to bed. Just wanted to say hello and I haven’t forgot everyone!

Where could I read about the Caylee Memorial? What a field day this is turning out for the Anthonys. A Caylee windfall? Knowing their cold hearts, I’d bet they forget all about Caylee in another month or two. Then onto managing their $$$$$$$$$. I think I have it right, a family member kills another family member a baby, and they decide to beg for money. I’m not giving up yet. More people than not believe M is guilty, and since the defense strategy of creating doubt is being put out there on NG, they’ll be wise to it. I also still believe the FBI has more than we know. I, too, and enraged by all the crap that came out on NG tonight. Bet my BP was off the charts! But I refuse to believe anyone in this country will be stupid enough to ignore the evidence from her car, her lack of emotion, 31 days “missing,” and all the rest. Maybe I’m in denail like c, but I just can’t bring myself to believe this murdering ho will go free.

Hi, I’m new here, but am wondering if the P.I. saying that he was sent there to video tape is exactly the information that Casey’s lawyer was afraid he would spill when he asked to be present at the interview. It is possible that Casey has confessed all to her lawyer and that he has known her whereabouts since the PI was working for him. If that is the case, the PI may have known where the body was before he ever went to work for the Anthonys, and may have decided to videotape in case it ever came to something like this. If so, he may have deliberately photographed around the evidence so it wouldn’t show. If he was privy to that while working for Casey’s lawyer, would he have been obligated to tell LE, or would it have fallen under privileged info from client?

C-A yes I too have noticed the “CASEY STRUT”, I call it. I am not sure if she can do it now. Hopefully might be starting to get into reality - somewhat beaten down. Jose can’t keep her out of jail THIS TIME! Jose isn’t even smiling anymore. Have you noticed that? Maybe that’s because Casey doesn’t spend 6 hours a day in his Conference Room? And because they FOUND Caylee’s body? Might be both… I have to work out now. Can’t take any more of this maddness! I could spit nails! I could NEVER be a mental health worker. Anna, I too thought I was hearing wrong. Yes, Paddy said on the NG show, that the P.I.was asked if Caylee was found? He said YES. Then someone asked him if Caylee was ALIVE? He said NO. This was a month before Caylee was found. I think he was hired by the Anthonys. They all knew then?? They sent him up there to video the area? How did they KNOW about “the area”? The Meter Reader was an honest guy that stumbled upon it … back in August, then again when re-assigned back to the “Anthony area”- in Dec.? BTW Nancy Grace will be on again, here in OR at 10:00PM. That would be 1:00AM in the east. I will watch it again too. Something truly stinks to HIGH HEAVEN here!!! So many, many games are being played. So many filthy unscrupulous people involved in the murder of this darling little baby. It’s really SICKENING! I wonder WHO will make money from her death? Cindy? Anyone connected with the case? MMT, knowing the essence of Cindy’s character now, it is quite a miracle that she made the call to 911 and that this child will/may get a chance at justice. the infinitessamlly small part of her that thinks rationally, morally, protectively lasted only a few hours or days at best. How narrowly close the world came to not knowing this child existed. More so than the missing children we know about, its the missing children that no one knows about…the ones where no one is looking. Caylee so narrowly close, could have been one of them.

I am so friggin angry right now I could spit nails so only step in front of me at your own risk.

After watching N.G. tonight I see the exact same thing happening that happen with the OJ case. All the evidence points directly to the murderer and a herd of defense connivers step in and put on a big sham show then happily walk away with another notch in their belt.

It’s become a game with defense attorneys. Who can become famous and make the most money. Who cares about the truth or if they put a guilty person back in to society. Fame is the name of the game… Money and power is what they seek.

M killed her daughter… she doesn’t deserve all this help she’s getting and all the money that’s being spent on her to plant reasonable doubt in the minds of potential jurors. Why is everyone falling all over themselves trying to help this tramp?

I’m sick of the whole egotistical bunch of them.

There seem to be lies,98% of the time by everyone involved, father ex cop knows all about how a “case” is built,(and how to thwart it), Tim Miller searching, “H.T. Barnum” Baez whose “all knowing smile” has disappeared - what was that from? :), controlling TANK Mother-nurse Cindy - champion “game player”,(both know about decomposition), Zanny, Xenex, Bounty Hunter from across the country putting up Bond?, obstruction of justice (family playing with the ENEMY - “the FBI” when they are only trying to find the murderer of their Granddaughter),”coded talk” from prison, misguided love for a little one, TOTAL TURNAROUND of the grandparents - SO TRANSPARENT, stealing/checks from many, the Meter reader with so many calls to LE to come to the”site”, the Dream team(why for Casey Anthony???), “talk - of incest”, mysterious video of the exact spot where the body was found by P.I. much earlier?,plenty of sex, WHO is the father?, DUCT tape with long hair wrapped all around the skull and mouth of this tiny skull, Casey and the family using jail videos to clean up her persona “Oh I miss her so, I just WANT her back home!”,cop fired because of having a sexual affair with the Principle, and at the center of it all, an absolutely beautiful, sweet, little baby so FULL OF LIFE, and now dead. I can SEE how it has taken off! WHAT A CAST of CHARACTERS! What a PLOT! I am SURE I have left out many other things too.GADS, even Alfred Hitchcock couldn’t write a script like this! Amazing case! NG tonight sounded like video may be trouble for Prosecution. Her forensic expert seems to think EVERYTHING benefits the defense. Please, God, don’t let this be true!

Paddy claims FBI has video, etc. and that the video was “off” by about 200 yds; however, it was also said that Dominic Casey TOLD video guy to make the video because he’d found Caylee’s body and wanted it documented. That was a MONTH before she was actually found.

I’m confused a little, but praying this whole mess isn’t in defense favor. I personally think it’s all being done to raise reasonable doubt. Thoughts?

How convenient for Baez. He has a PI who happens to have video’d the same exact spot where Caylee was found. And it just so happens the same PI, Baez argues, cannot SPEAK ABOUT ANYTHING because what he knows is priviledged.

Does Baez really think anyone is going to fall for his BS?

I think m’s arrogance is rubbing off on Baez.

Also, on NG, they just said the videographer originally said he had taped over that video. Now suddenly it appears?

I just hope that forensics experts prove that the tape is a fake and that someone is charged, hopefully even Baez himself!

CIT - You may be right about LE adding pressure to C & G by potentially charging LV.
But C & G already asked for immunity. I think LE needs to charge all of them with everything and anything they can to get them to talk.
No deals. No immunity. Nothing. Talk or go to jail. Or go to jail AND talk. Again I just can’t fathom who the heck these people think they are to refuse to cooperate! It’s obvious they are hiding goodness knows what. That’s why they hired Nejame way back when. They already knew then that they had done wrong and could be in trouble.

anna - you mentioned the long wait until trial. I can’t even imagine what else will come out. It’s is absurd–nearly every day, BLOCKBUSTER news jumps out in this case. Talk about a rollercoaster!

I personally think this supposed video from the PI makes the defense look bad. I don’t think it will help them at all! Is Baez REALLY that stupid?

LEE’S POSSIBLE CHARGES:
I think that perhaps rumors are flying about Lee possibly being charged so that LE can put pressure on C to talk. She may not talk to save herself, but I think she will talk to save Lee. She’s lost too much already, and she seems to adore Lee (she pretty much does what he tells her to do).

What do you guys think about this idea?

Have you noticed Lee is getting “white” hair,almost overnight? In his 20’s?? Wonder why? I think I am getting some too from this case! Poor baby Caylee raised in a family with such misguided love and standards. Seems money and *THINGS* are ALL the Anthonys know. Caylee needed intelligent love, good protection from any harm, to be raised with decent principles, taught priorities, books, NOT a thousand stuffed animals! Cindy should have worked LESS, made less MONEY, and spent that time raising Caylee, knowing that her mother was a nut case! I think Cindy was raising her just like Casey. The baby, still 2 when she went “missing”, even had a “wardrobe” of sunglasses! THINGS! Things!Things! Wonder what the ratio of books was - to stuffed animals? 3 to 100? Not surprising to me that this family imploded! George with his gambling, his stupidity with the Nigerian SCAM, his marriage on the rocks, daughter who discovered her sexuality and can’t put it in it’s “proper place” in her life,(always in the FOREFRONT - her very ESSENCE!), son a slick slick dude that I wouldn’t trust, Cindy - Nurse Ratchet (sp?). How would you like HER for your Nurse. Wonder if she really ever learned in life to LISTEN?? I would HATE to have been her patient! No ears, just a mouth!

Hi, Betty! It will be interesting to unravel LV and the PI’s role with the bag, video etc.

This case is a study in something - lying maybe? Interfering in an investigation? CYA?
Maybe just lack of caring for a little toddler.
That’s what all the ants will be remembered for. Hope they’re pleased with themselves!

And I’m sure if/when M is convicted she will be put into general population. But if LV is arrested now for something he’ll probably get the same kind of protection M is getting now.
I don’t know but seems like that’s the way it works. Maybe it depends on what he gets arrested for.

Hi “My two cents - The Original said”.Finally getting back to you. Agreed about the time frame, and Lee moving the body around. I hadn’t quite thought it thru - like when. Just a general theory I felt. I wasn’t sure when - or IF ANY moving around of the body happened - via Lee. It might have been EARLIER, if at all? Nothing to do with her final resting spot? They WERE able tho, to prevent LE from finding Caylee early on, when good forensic evidence against Casey would have been there. We could have found out the “cause” of death, etc. Would have been GOOD for the Prosecution, I think. But, the ants weren’t quite good enough, tho, we DID find her! Thank God!BUMMER for them! I just have this feeling about Lee. I think he is very involved with helping Casey - another male doing her “bidding”. After all, he’s all she has! She lost all her friends by shafting them, big time - all of them. The latest “marks”, Cindy took care of by telling those newbies, WHAT she really is! Have you EVER known of any murder case as STINKING, UGLY, COMPLICATED, full of new twists and turns almost daily, and a cast of players, such as this one? Good grief, all the main players are World Class LIARS, and mentally ill people. I hate to say it, but this is one for the books! Literally. Maybe the lead Prosecution Attorney should write a book to be used by Psychiatry students.BTW, Dr. Perper said on the NG show, that people don’t put duct tape across the mouths of dead people! Either do it to 1. Keep someone quiet or 2. Suffocate them! We know it was #2, Caylee is dead.Both are crimes, he said. What a sick, sick B___ch!!
