There is nothing more visceral than infanticide, not even patricide, since choosing to have a child is a choice, whereas, who your parents is NOT. A parent is supposed to care for and protect a child - the most basic form of innocent trust since the beginning of man! Rape, torture, sure, they are horrible but there is no presumed concept of trust from the person a child should trust most in the world!! What? You want to give Casey Anthony a prize because there are no broken bones, which is the only form of child abuse which could be diagnosed on autopsy from bare bones alone! I personally have always been opposed to the death penalty but for the first time, I just can't wait! Yeah, John Lloyd, get a freaking rope!!!! I can't even believe I read those words, "a LOT worse than a parent killing a child?" YOU are that 1 person I worry will sit on that jury. God protect children from your ilk, nothing worse, indeed!
