You are right, I really would never choke the life out of my daughter if she harmed my grandbaby.. because I DO love her(daughter) very, very much.. as a mother should. I know myself I could never hurt anyone, or anything.. This story just makes me so angry.

I don’t understand how c & g could sit back and watch as m unravled (eeks) as a mother, daughter,friend.. you name it.

I know for a fact, that they had to see ’something’ that would have indicated that m might harm Caylee…. I find it hard to believe that
m just woke up one day hating Caylee. It had to be a growing issue..
I feel that c & G are responsible for the fact they they knew something wasn’t right….

Also, c & g are responsible for covering up and all the other crap they have pulled.. Didn’t ANYONE see that little Caylee was unhappy???

I just read transcript from the Greta show with Jessee Grund. I feel vey sorry for him… he truly loved Caylee. I imagine a big piece of his heart is missing. Listening to people that actually knew Caylee, it certainly seems she was the lite of of whole lot of people lives.. except the bitch m.. so damn sad.

There have been reports that are open to public record like what she buys at the prison commissary - a deck of playing cards, art/sketch supplies, snacks. A prison “mission” type person is giving all inmates a candy cane and a pocket calendar.
And her xmas dinner is roast beef, potatoes, creamed corn served in her cell. WoW! Room Service!

Don’t know when the funeral will be. I guess the ants are glad of the 2nd autopsy before the remains are released so they have time to raise the money!

Something is just not right here, the ants have so much money at their disposal until it’s time to bury their grandaughter. Now they need to ask for donations cause what, the production company who is paying for m’s defense and thier ritzy stay at the the Carleton and their cross country flights just issn’t willing to help bury the child?

You are also incorrect in saying there is no physical evidence. First, you have no idea what they have. Nothing has been released related to what else was discovered where they found Caylee (and possible related items gathered at another official crime scene–the Anthony’s home).

Second, Caylee’s body IS physical evidence, including bones and hair. The duct tape may have fingerprints, which would be physical evidence. Other physical evidence includes the material (blanket, sheet, etc) left with her, the stain in the car, possible fibers, hair from someone other than Caylee, and on and on. DNA and chemicals found inside the car are also physical evidence (chloroform IS something physical).

I respect your opinion that it looks like a tough case for the prosecution, but I respectfully disagree. I agree with the multitude of experts, including Defense Attorneys, who believe the opposite: that the defense faces an insurmountable mountain.

It’s going to be difficult because there’s no physical evidence. Only circumstancial.

Of course the mother’s manner those weeks after the disappearance are going to way heavily on the case and the jury’s verdict. But it’s not just about that. The prosecution needs to prove Casey is guilty beyond resonable doubt and it looks like t tough case for the prosectution to do.

I pray for them and Caylee’s family, i believe Casey is guilty and like it’s been mentioned, i hope the prosecution doesn’t make any mistakes.

Casey Anthony won’t be able to attend her daughter’s funeral.

According to Orange County Corrections, the level of her charges and the security risks she would pose by being out in public prohibit her from leaving jail.

Jail policy lists several conditions that automatically make an inmate ineligible to participate in escorted or unescorted leaves into the community.

Among those are people charged with Capital crimes, or those considered a security threat.

Casey is charged with first-degree murder in Caylee’s death.

ANNA - VERY good point about the Ritz and 100 meals. Remember those fam beach vacation pics of the Ants? That hotel was NOT a $300/night hotel. More like $50/night.

Hell, I would personally fund the entire funeral if I could plan it and be in charge. But then we all know they will probably take in more than the cost of the funeral.

Here’s my perspective on the toys:
The house where Andrea Yates drowned her kids is very near where I live, and her 5 kids are buried very near my uncle’s gravesite. The kids are all buried next to one another, with one HUGE gravestone, with their photos on it (beautiful, in a somber way). Visitors (to this day) leave toys on top the the kids’ graves. Little stuffed animals, etc. are right on the grass.

One day I visited my uncle’s grave with several relatives, and one of the kids with us went over and took one of the toys. I went crazy and made the kid return the toy. To me it was the most disrespectful thing I’d ever seen in my life. I was horrified and embarrassed.

Of course, this isn’t an exact parallel comparison, but some people see it in a similar way.

I actually don’t have a problem with the Ants donating the toys. I just assume they’re doing it in part to make the family look good, and that irritates me.

yah i mean a burial is costly these days, very, but I dont think I could even allow donations to pay for a family members funeral, wouldnt seem right to me.. to even take anything i would find one way or another tocover the costs…better yet say BILL ME…
i mean most funeral homes are very kind and willing to help with funds and payment/.
