Yes folks, we will be back on Blog Talk Radio on Sunday. Once again the panel will be my wife Jan, bloggernews’s Caylee Anthony maven, Ms Pickles our regular commenter, and Sean Krause enjoyed the call in questions last week, he will be joining us again from his hospital bed in New York. I am also working on a super secret guest, however with the developments that have happened in the last 48 hours they may not be able to fit us into their TV commitments, we shall have to wait and see.
This weeks show should be an interesting one. Everyone is waiting for the results of the skeleton that was found only a few hundred yards from the Anthony home. While it is too early for scientific results to be in, most people seem to have a pretty good idea that this indeed is all that remains of little Caylee Anthony.
Following the discovery of the skeletal remains the police took no time at all to get another search warrant for the Anthony home. Although they were tight lipped as to their findings, the comment ‘we absolutely found something of interest’ is telling. Obviously it is unknown exactly what was taken from the Anthony home, but camera crews did capture images of vacuum cleaners being loaded up. There is also much talk about Duct Tape, this ubiquitous accessory found in virtually every household in America, has some very unique properties. Even months after it is used, it is still sticky. The Duct Tape found inside the trash bag could contain fiber, hair, DNA, or even finger prints.

I have a question-the fact that LE took the vacuum cleaners made me think about the dogs. If little Yorkie hairs were sticking to the duct tape, would they be able to use that to say the crime occured in the ANthony household? If the dog hairs have unique DNA? I don’t know much about crime and sleuthing, but I know when we have a dog in the house, there seems to be hair on everything!

Back for a few minutes got done a few things finally around the house before Xmas…feeling a little more accomplished now. I too am wondering about the significance of the vaccums and in what role they are thinking of them. There too could be carpet fibers on the tape as well…I am really hoping that she was stupid enough to rip that roll with her teeth, then there would be absolutely no denying whatsoever it was in fact her. She is going to get the death penalty back for sure.

YES, dog hair might be what they want to get out of the vaccuums 6 months later….might of found some short white squiggly course hairs consistent with dog hair to link the tape coming from that house!

The vacuum cleaners can hold alot of evidence even when cleaned out. Especially since Cindy cleaned out the car, so they took all vacuums from the house.
Anna, that’s what the defense is trying to say, but it’s not true because she is charged with Murder, she can only see what the defense get back from FBI/LE, State.
If she premeditated and the parents were not home…I wouldn’t put it past her as to being stupid enough to pre-rip her duct tape and lay them out..hopefully on the carpet….Sociopaths are very determined people but they do not always think everything out in there haste…Hopefully this will nail her.
Yorkies actually have hair simmilar to humans,not fur like most dogs, so theydon’t shed very much at all. I think they are considered a hypo-allergenic breed for those with allergies. Bogus on leonard about the reward. What a fraud he is.

If their attorney actually got them to shut up at least for the moment, it has to be because they are really in trouble or the possibility of them implicating themselves in the crime has finally been driven home. I say that because they did not listen to their first spokesperson, Larry Garrison, or to their first defense attorney, Mark Nejame. I think they are finally realizing what hot water they are in!

Jen, Sean who is in the hospital, enjoyed answering our questions, he didn’t have “fun”, but he wants to be helpful because he really cares and has inside knowledge about this. You missed his post about being in TEARS apparently.
I was also thinking that keeping them quiet could also be because who knows who in that household used that duct tape last before monster mom. That person could have left their prints too on the roll..maybe this is also a thought their lawyer is thinking.

The only thing at all close to “fun” in a sense - in a desperate attemtp to find something positive out of all of this - is to hear the voices of our fellow bloggers. It helps us to feel closer and feel like we “know” the person a little better.

Look how the legal vultures are coming out for their 15 minutes of fame. I guess the book deals, and appearing on talk shows will give them their money. How are C&G paying to stay at the Ritz?
I don’t know about insurance. I would think the mother would have insurance on her child. But the grandparents? I really don’t think the child was killed for the insurance and particularly not a premeditated killing by all the ants (or C, G and M). They really loused it up from the start if that’s the case.
Paperwork could be anything including print outs of emails or bills or payments! Or Caylee’s birth certificate. Lots of possibilities.
Pesticides could be suspected as being part of what killed Caylee. Maybe some pesticides showed up the air sample from the trunk.
There’s lots of stuff that we aren’t going to know probably for a long while.

I have read in multiple articles that there were no clothes
Years back we use to be offered over time to sit in on the autopsies and file notes and reports of the pathologists findings..and even though overtime you develop a strong stomach for it and harden yourself there someimes just comes along one of them that really gets to you and I am certain this is one the pathologists are going to find very hard to deal with emotionally. It is not one I could be there for…I would not hold up too well and have to leave. I feel bad for them having to do this.
I am going to watch 20/20, although I think it is a re-hash of everything we know. Dateline is supposed to have C&G on. I will be flipping back and forth. I am worried that the “dream team” will get M off, maybe 2degree manslaughter and she ends up with about 10 years. But I bet she will get her a$$ kicked in prison, cause you know she is going to lie and steal there too.
SMARTY - I would think that Maggot being the next of kin would have to make an identification statement of some sort!

I was posting just before the time the cyberstalkers got banned and stopped posting because of all the strife. I have been a firefly ever since and kept up witih just reading the blog. The first time I ever posted on a blog was when I posted my thoughts about Caylee on this blog.
I was so impacted by the discovery of the remains that i felt drawn to post here again. Unfortunately, I seemed to have picked a time when the cowardly cyberstalker crew was at it again.
Anyway, I am not one of them and hope that I will be able to post again in a peaceful setting.
There we no clothes on the remains. But I believe they found clothes nearby.

Cindy said that bag of toys and stuff was not Caylee’s therefore why would we trust her to say whether or not those are Caylee’s remains or anything else for that matter.
They never explained what the toys were other than a gumby they thought was a shamrock. She wouldn’t have had many toys from the car, and the doll was still there.
I read something this afternoon stating that they were probably looking for the garbage bags in the ants house as well as any duct tape…I am very interested to know what they ended up taking

They are also looking for consistant fibers that were found with evidence.

That comment was just very strange..and I felt immediately like it could’ve been taken two ways. I gave the benefit of the doubt back then but no their actions speak volumes…No tears, no breaking down, no slumped shoulders, no feet dragging…simply no signs of grief that you would recognize and expect from a person surprised and blindsided by this new revelation…it is not right or adding up.
They took A LOT of stuff from that house. As for the remains, I bet they took plenty of pics and are literally in Casey’s face and showing those pics to her.

Kris, LV made a comment that c had been upset for weeks. That doesn’t match the story that she had been talking to M every day and everything was fine. LK asked G what happened the day Caylee went missing, and G evaded the question by saying they didn’t know she was missing for a month. Obviously they knew she hadn’t been seen since June 16 and he was the last one who said he saw her. I would have smacked him up the side of the head, but LK let it slide.
Here is another thought…maybe far fetched but still possible. If the ants did know and were trying to cover could they have stored her there with full knowledge and just used the tape to keep the fluids inside? I have heard of crazier things in other true crimes.
I flip flop on my emotions for C and G..I think of them as maybe really being that stupid to blindly believe thier daughter and C calling that day and really being upset..but then I wonder if they do know; maybe they didn’t at frst, but they know now but put up the charade to defend Casey
What if she broke her neck in front of her mother to punish her…and this is how C knows. I just don’t know what to think anymore.

They have the trash bag from the trunk that may match the perforation marks of the bag with the body. I hope they get prints off that duct tape.
In one of the emails between C’s mother and a friend of hers it was mentioned that M wasn’t letting C talk to Caylee supposedly because the child was too upset to talk to her grandma.
(This is in my words but close to what was said there). So I think M told her mother that it was her fault that she and Caylee left due to the fight (choking) that happened the night of Jund 15. OF COURSE C is not going to tell cops about THAT!
So yes I think C was worried and upset because she knew M was keeping Caylee away from her and blaming it on her.
Also, if there was duct tape on a living child, she could have been congested, or crying so she couldn’t breathe. They need to test this theory on M.
im watching dateline and have to say they seem like good actors
20/20 guest expert said Le would have tested the bag first for chloroform, said M’s dna may be on masking tape and that the prosecutor will have a much stronger case now.
Now watching Dateline, ants are there lying as usual. C says again, she said “anything” to get le to come to her house. In order words, she did not smell death in the car. lying grandmother.

IMO I am going to take the opposing side on this. I believe we aren’t seeing grief on C & G because 1) medication 2) they haven’t been seen much. I wouldn’t stay in that house either. I believe le gave them info that we don’t have and they now know that maybe Caylee died in that house. Plus the media being outside, and maybe protesters coming back. I don’t agree with how the Ants have handled everything… But I do believe they loved Caylee and are truly heartbroken. Not sure they have accepted that their own daughter did this.

Only time will now tell and trial of what will happen now. All of my theories are one out the window cause i sure dont know for certainty how she died. How could anyone hurt anything so innocent and beautiful. She was so unlike any of the other family members. Appeared that the only person who really cared for her was her great-grandpa. Everytime I see the clip of her hugging him I get chills. She clung to him as if she sensed something horrible about to happen. I saw fear in her eyes as she seemed to dread leaving him. That little kid knew there was safety there and I believe she felt an impending harm approaching.
Anyway, God bless her little soul. She does not have to be afraid or suffer anymore because safely in the care of Jesus, no one will ever take her sunshine away.

Just read the Ants may be facing charges soon! In additions to all the boxes, bags and other physical evidence collected at the Ants house, “papers and documents” were taken. I heard the possibility of a Life Insurance poilcy could have been a key factor in Caylee’s being killed to pay off all the Ants debts. The Ants new attorney stated, “any time the sheriff’s office cordons off your house and serves a search warrant,there are potential for charges”. Well, DUH! No, really! Ya Think? Hopefully, Lee won’t be far behind and he’ll get what he deserves!
The Ants are currently staying at the $300 a night Ritz Carlton and dining at Normans a $100 per person resturant! Wow! I guess if you’re going down, you go down with style! LOL What a pathetic family! Amazing how they have hired a “Dream Team” of defense lawyers and can afford all of this too! He must have called it in first to his supervisor and then someone from the utility’s field services or customer service called the police. I’m sure the poor man who found her was still upchucking in the woods.

Morning, anna! A stick with a little flag or strip of plastic/cloth on it is typically used by surveyors to mark things like maybe where the fence was supposed to go. I seriously doubt M would bury/hide the bag and then go to the trouble of making the spot more noticeable.

I already suggested that they sequester the astronauts when the shuttle landed. I expect they’re the only people who may not have heard about it - at least before getting back to earth. It’s probably too late now.

Like we never heard who “anonymous” was who bailed out M the second time. It was NOT the 2 bail agents - they were acting on someone else’s behalf. Probably a news organization. (The one that owns the National Inquirer and Globe). And of course they would do it so they can keep the “news” going. Same thing with the “high-profile” defense team.
But how the devil does a mystery thriller writer get on a defense team? Writing scripts for witnesses or Barbie or BB? No, that would require a television/film writer not a book writer. Well, I give up.

I disagree. I don’t think it’s Baez’s lack of intelligence or another attorney’s fullness of intelligence that will help m get off or get a shorter sentence.
Rather, I think the prosecution’s case will convict, especially if Caylee has been found. Plus, all the new evidence (hints thereof).
It won’t be difficult, imo, for jury to stay focused on the victim–NOT in this case, with a precious child who spent 6 months all alone in the woods, with duct tape around her head.
I don’t think the intelligence of Einstein, Stephen Hawking, or Marilyn vos Savant could help m in this case. jmo

Hi, CA! About the clothing. Maybe some was still in the bag. It’s difficult to believe that any clothing could still be out in the open and very near the bag. Clothing would float or blow away more easily than a bag with remains so if it had ever been there I don’t think it would still be (not near bag anyway).
And also why leave the bag and then drop even on article of loose clothing out in the open?
Remember, the bag must have been torn/broken for the skull to have fallen out. Maybe a piece of clothing came out of the bag before it was found.
But sure enough there must have been something that pointed straight at the ants’ house and that would not be clothing (IMO) unless there was a name tag sewn in (lol!). It would be something else - sheet, pillow case?

That’s going to be a big fight I’m sure. They will try to get some evidence thrown out and say some is tainted/planted and will throw doubt on every bit of it. Already one of our readers thinks yesterday’s find and the location are too convenient and the bag might have been planted!
And some may want to doubt that a mother could do this. We’ve met people on this blog who think like that.

I don’t know how pesticides will help. I suppose they could be proven to be the same ones on the ants’ lawn in June (did they take a sample in July and if so would it be same?)

It’s sad - tragic even - but in this world evil does win sometimes. It happens. I am hoping not in this case. There is a LOT against her. But who knows? Like I said, the defense can and probably will challenge every single statement and scrap of evidence and some of it may not even make it to the court room. Anything can happen.
It’s more likely than not that she’ll be convicted but I just don’t count on in being a “sure thing” at this point.

Hello All - I’ve been away for some time (I had a mild heart attack @ 37 yr) I’ve tried to keep up with the latest news about our little Caylee the best I could. And today brought a smile to my face (first in a long time) that they may have found our little one. I will not let myself get “worked up” until I see the headline that it is 100% positive it is Caylee. But I will be crossing my fingers and toe’s that it is.
I am writing this morning in secrete, as my teenage daughter has restricted me from the computer (hehe… she said I get too worked up and limited my use - Wow my teenager restricting MY internet use….

PS. C lies. Reporters make mistakes. I was leaning toward the fact that G did not describe himself as that when talking with the FBI (that I heard anyway). I don’t really care. But if even that kind of info is impossible to determine then what are we discussing? What are we basing our discussions and opinions on? The same rumors over and over again. Only PART of the evidence LE has.
We don’t know what the rest of it is - some of it could refute what’s been released and some could substantiate it. We don’t know. I guess I’m just tired of this. And now I don’t even know who the h I’m talking to.
Yep, concerned, and c~a, 20/20 was soooo good and it only was on about 15-20 minutes, so after I switched to dateline and I taped Larry King. The great thing about 20/20 was that C&G had appeared on the show, and they used excepts from their interview with all the footage of le finding little Caylee and it made C&G look like the big liars. I also watched Geraldo. I was taping programs upstairs and downstairs and I got to see them all. The consensus seems to be that M will be found guilty.

Did anyone else see this too, and if so does anyone know the latest? I always believed that they had a hand in this, and maybe this isnt what poor lil Caylee wanted for xmas, but MERRY Flicking Xmas to the Anthony family!!!!!! Well I will say this, I have faith in the State. They are not allowing the Defense to bring in BS games, either is the Judge.
I don’t see a trial starting in March either. There is a lot of work needing to be done. Either way, Casey still sits in jail. They may be able to finish off her other charges while they work on the murder charge though.
Yes, The State has a lot to do, But the Defense has even that much more to do.
BTW, Someone mentioned that Casey told Baez where Caylee was and sent the utility guy to find her body. Now that would be very stupid on Baez’s part. Why would he risk his client being put on the death penalty again? Yes, C&G were out of town. But I feel this is the first time something was actually coincidental in this case. Not only that, But when Baez left the jailhouse, That was the first time he didn’t have a smile or a smirk on his face and also would not talk to the media right away. He looked pissed off to me.

Attorneys are never happy when they are lied too, Bozos or not, that makes them look worse than they already looked. When all this is confirmed, I’d seriously be surprised if Baez stays on this case. A lot of lawyers walk away from their clients when they haven’t been honest and find out the truth through forensics ect. But if he does stay, then it’s on him when the State shows him even more telling truths.

The weirdest thing to me is the the new attorney, Ms Kenney-Baden is married to Dr Baden, who is one of the “talking heads” on shows such as Nancy Grace and Greta Von Susteren.

Hope they do move venue, and I would so much love to sit on this jury, however I know to much about the case, just like anyone else in this nation, that they wont let me!! That means she is back on the front page. This case was getting buried in the papers, news, etc, now its in our face again. And, isn’t she just loving it? Yeah, sure, she had to be sedated, , as her new attorney stated.
Like they would think we believe she needs sedation from grief? Everyone knows the jig is up and the body is found. I think that fact alone would make a muderer need sedation!
She feels she has been smarter than everyone else all these months. Probably laughing to herself about the wild goose chases everyone has been participating in. Saying “she is close’, etc, she must have gone back to her cell and giggled all night.
And, if Cindy Anthony thinks those released tapes of jailhouse visits puts her daughter in a good light (showing emotion, etc), then she is sicker than we thought. Doesn’t she realize that everyone sees HER face and hears HER voice and questions, trying to get information from that lying daughter? And, there sits Casey, laughing, enjoying it all.
In the tapes, she and George tell Casey that the “whole family” is behind her. They mention her own grandparents and uncles, etc. Don’t they know that the world has read the emails from her OWN mother and brother? Her own family called her and George morons and insisted she finally do something about Casey and her lying. Her brother came right out and said Casey did something to the little girl. So, why on earth would Cindy think any taped interview with their daughter would shed a good light?
When Cindy forced her daughter to keep that baby, she became an accomplice to the eventual death of that child. I know she is grieving now,and who would wish that on any grandparent, even a dumb one? But she put her daughter before that baby since day one of this mess. Wake up, lady.. start behaving like a grieving grandparent. Help your daughter in any other way you can, but stop insisting we all believe her lies.

I think M’s plan fell apart when she ditched the car. Borrowing a gas can from Amy makes me think she planned on moving that car, perhaps to a river, but she had no money and no gas can to go back and move it. No one has said that it had gas in it. If she had disappeared the car she could have kept up the charade for years, disowning her parents, and living happily ever after with Tony, and the other Tony, and whoever. She didn’t know the car had been towed or might have assumed it got stolen, which would implicate someone else.
Hello All…Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I noticed that one of the items taken from the Ant’s home was a pillowcase. They showed a closeup of it on HLN. You could see it sticking up out of the bag. I found this interesting, possibly Caylee died in the house. Just as i was surmising this, I saw Greta van Susteren’s show. She replayed some segments from the show she did in July at the Ant’s home, and that same pillow was in Caylee’s room. She also replayed the part of the interview where C & G talk about the 24th of June and the gas can incident and they tell it quite differently than G’s version of it to the FBI. Possibly Caylee died in the house on June 15 and G did not see M and Caylee leaving the house on June 16th. I always felt it was a bit iffy that he would recall what everyone was wearing on that day so precisely. There may be a possibility in my opinion that M removed the child’s body after G left for work.

Saluki, G’s testimony that he saw them on the 16th in the afternoon seemed very pat to me. Describing the clothes is not a guy thing, and I certainly can’t remember what I wore yesterday! If there was a big blow up on the 15th I thought M fled the house with Caylee so she couldn’t have been there unless she came back. Casual encounter with her Dad seems odd; she would wait until the house was empty. She was also seen in a hotel parking lot on her cell at 2 a.m. like they had no place to go. So where did she stay on the 15th?
Saluki, I think there’s a strong possiblity Caylee died in that house! Possibly smothered with the pillow? M couldn’t sleep in the room where she and Caylee always slept for a reason. Those night seats M had make more sense now too!

Well, whose word do we have that M left the house on the 15th anyway. There was a fight indeed, the neighbors heard it!. So if there was such a huge fight, why then would she return to the house to sleep there and be seen leaving on the 16th by G? That part has always confused me. Could she possibly have locked herself in her room that night, killed the baby and left the home after Daddy-O left for work? Or worse might something have happened to the baby during the fight?
Supposedly she was seen on the 15th at a hotel parking lot, but the only time I have heard this was from Paddy and we know how he throws wild theories out there. The timeline has always had a cloud over it almost as though the Ant’s, all five fingered excercise of them, could not or did not get their stories straight on time.
All those scenarios wouldn’t surprise me. I’d be very nervous living in that house, especially if there was life insurance. If g cheated I could see researching poisons, but wives typically don’t go for neck breaking or household weapons; one takes too much strength and the other is too messy.

She’d claim she paid Zanny under the table, or that she didn’t make enough to file taxes, because she wasn’t working! Was she claimed as a dependent on her parents form? That would show they knew she wasn’t working.

A horrible accident would have shown more grieving on M’s part. They wouldn’t have ditched the car with decomposition and would never have made the panicked 911 call. G would have known how to dispose of a body with LE experience and it wouldn’t have been tossed in a local pond by M borrowing the neighbor’s shovel.

Anyone else moved to tears when NG plays the video of Caylee singing , ‘Please Don’t Take My Sunshine Away’? I get a lump in my throat everytime I see it! My oldest daughter looked just like Caylee when she was two! She even recently watched that video and said, “that looks like me”!!! So sad! How ironic is that song???

I don’t know if any of you have seen any recent pictures of George Anthony…but he looks like a broken man. As a father of a young daughter, I feel for the man. And out of all the Anthonys…I think that he has been the most forthcoming and helpful (having testified against his daughter at her indictment, and in his statements to OCSO).
As for Cindy Anthony…if at this point, she keeps her mouth shut…I can extend the same sympathy to her
(even after her crime of obstruction…at least for now, while she grieves).
The amount of grief that Casey has put her parents through is so completely unbelievable. Not only are they robbed of their loving granddaughter…but now they are having to come to the realization that their daughter is a thief, a murderer and a debt to society. That must be a tough pill to swallow…especially for George (being an ex-homicide detective).
Let’s pray for George and Cindy…that they may find peace in the midst of this storm…and that they may be comforted as they grieve.

What IS our business is all the garbage they have shoved down our throats as they go coast to coast on tv interviews. Then, they wonder why everyone seems against them. Now, they come back from CA and Larry King (what a joke that was) and their “spokesperson/lawyer” says they want privacy? Sorry, you can’t spew nonsense to anyone who will listen and then expect privacy overnight.
Cindy is so used to her family treating her like she is Moses on the Mountain and everything she says is RULE. She is seeing that her little empire really only exists in her own home. Apparently, she can’t understand how her power doesn’t follow her out her front door and into the police station or onto tv shows or vigils. I almost feel bad for her, being she has made such a fool of herself and her husband. How does someone like that go back to leading a normal life? At least, as normal as someone can live who’s daughter has killer her own daughter.
I know there isn’t a handbook for dealing with a murdered family member (a child!}. But I’m sure if there was, this woman has broken every rule in that book. For them to get any privacy after the trial, they will all have to change names, move to South America and just shut up.
I am a supporter of the death penalty. But, if FL wants to put this baby killer behind bars for the rest of her life without parole, I will be at peace with that. Just keep her from reproducing and keep her away from society.

I have been reading speculation as to why the Anthonys are being quiet…I think it has finally hit them that their granddaughter is dead. I think they are legitimately grieving.

The amateuristic way Caylee was dumped by M, confirms my belief that she had no help initially. Just cover up by the Ants after the facts. Maybe even BB suggested to the Ants to keep the myth of Caylee is alive in various ways since that was going to be his defense.
If Caylee was murdered at the Ants house that also throws out accidental death in car.
I am convinced that M made many other stupid mistakes that will tie her to Caylee’s death.
No clever elaborate thinking went into the disposing of Caylee’s body task.
I”m sure even gullible, stupid people go through the grieving process. Unfortunately, these 2 people (or her?) should have been grieving the past six months. And, maybe they have, we don’t know. What grandparent wants to admit that their baby is dead? What a horror. But, if the facts are in front of your face and you still demand that the world listen to and accept your nonsense, then, you have created your own monster.
But, during those months, it seems everything they did was against the people that were actually trying to help them. When the help didn’t do as they said, they got rid of them and then badmouthed them. The only person.. ONLY .. person they listened to and believed was their lying daughter. The daughter that they knew to be a liar and a thief. There is definitely wrong with the thought process in Cindy’s brain. And, by the look in her eyes, she must be on some strong meds. I’m not sure how much of all this junk George believed, but he did stand by her, so he, also, is to be blamed.
Lee is no where to be seen. More blah blah from Cindy that he is out looking for work, he can’t find anything close to home because of the notoriety of the case. Bull! I think that man tried to make his parents see the truth about his sister, but they refused and he has given up. Odd how he was visiting his sister and high fiving her, etc and now he is invisible.

My theory, before Cayless was found, was that Casey was either using the vsacant sawgrass apartment to hide drugged Caylee, and would make sense if she duct taped the mouth. Also she mentions in the recorded interview when describing the sawgrass apartment layout to cops , there was some shed and a welcome sign, she may have thought that meant her
But many people have thier motives for doing what they do, NG geraldo, Padilla, etc, but i do thin Padilla felt Casey would be so glad to be out of jail that she’d either decide she didn;t wanna go back, or felt he could maybe really help find zenaida since he was after all a bounty hunter, HAD there been a real Zenaida, who better to be the one there ?

I have never been in his position, and I can’t imagine how I would react. But I imagine it is like being cheated on…you have a feeling that something is up, that things just don’t add up…but when you talk about it to your significant other, you accept their explanations because you WANT TO…you aren’t ready for it to be over. I feel yu naturally would defend your child, I would too. But there comes a time when you need to face the facts. But it’s not all about supporting M, it’s about the lies and the obstruction of a murder….and caylee paid with her life. That is what is so hard to digest. Not the support. Anyone who loves their child would support and hold out hope. I also don’t think I would ever stop loving my child if my child did something so horrendous. It would be a love of a person I once had. If my child committed murder I could not love that person, but the person I had lost to his/her actions of murder…because it is still my child. But to lie and obstruct…Takes a different kind of person to go above the law to lie and obstruct when it’s your grandaughter that is deceased at the hands of your child!

Just had an argument with me 23 year old daughter, who complained that feeding her three cats is getting too expensive. I told her that if she does anything cruel to her cats, I will disown her. And these are just pets, she has no children. I can just imagine what I would do if one of my children would do something despicable to a human child. I have no grandchildren.
I did tell her I will take two cats of her hands and to bring them to my house though..

When the first document dump came out I noticed one of the evidence thingies was a video tape from the security cameras at the Sawgrass Apartment. They have proof she was not there on the 6/16 , I believe.
They’d be showing that vacant apartment at Sawgrass. There are maintenance men also so I don’t think she’s have access.

C~A…I have been looking all over for that footage on the internet and I have been unable to find it yet. I believe I saw it on Channel 9 news yesterday evening, it was footage of them leaving the house. However, the only footage they have on their site is the Anthonys arriving home. I will keep a look out for it, though. I thought it was compelling, and illustrated the pain they are feeling.
About Mark Nejame…his interview with the Orlando Sentinel was awesome. If you haven’t seen it, you need to. He stated that he made it clear that “IN NO WAY” would he help Casey.
Sick, what was also compelling was when they arrived. Cindy looked at Caylee’s picture on the front door, then they walked to the side door of the garage.

Hi everyone just got in from work…only have a few minutes before leaving…have to drive down south about 75 miles to help out family with something..so if I come back today it will be late if at all.
I just wanted to say that I really am unsure about the insurance policy angle. I know that monster stole all that money but still it doesn’t mesh with the original thoughts everyone had that she was gonna skip town possibly or the missing child searches. When I talked to my mother earlier she said depending on how decomposed the body is depends on if the skull would roll out or fall out, She also said when they x-ray the bones, they will be able to tell if the neck was broken. When she said that this morning, that’s when I got the sickening feeling and it’s still there.

and…wonder if that pesticide container was taken because traces were found in the tests done on the bags found (one in trunk, one Paddy searchers found) and that possible M thought if she sprayed that inside the bag with Caylee that it would deter insects and small animals. Maybe she intended to move the body a third time or thought she would be found much sooner and more intact for proper burial.

Pickles…I don’t know been all over just google skeletonization and you’ll find same sites…yes, florida is hot, two day in dark trunk…decomp big time…but wanting to find out how long it would take for body to be totally skeletonized in a dark bag partially submerged in water where the skull would detach?
So in the trunk decomp was going pretty fast, then slowed down when under water.

ABSTRACT
Abstract: This study, conducted at the University of Tennessee’s Anthropological Research Facility (ARF), lists and ranks the primary chemical constituents which define the odor of decomposition of human remains as detected at the soil surface of shallow burial sites. Triple sorbent traps were used to collect air samples in the field and revealed eight major classes of chemicals which now contain 478 specific volatile compounds associated with burial decomposition. Samples were analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and were collected below and above the body, and at the soil surface of 1.5–3.5 ft. (0.46–1.07 m) deep burial sites of four individuals over a 4-year time span. New data were incorporated into the previously established Decompositional Odor Analysis (DOA) Database providing identification, chemical trends, and semi-quantitation of chemicals for evaluation. This research identifies the “odor signatures” unique to the decomposition of buried human remains with projected ramifications on human remains detection canine training procedures and in the development of field portable analytical instruments which can be used to locate human remains in shallow burial sites.

If there are no animals to destroy the body, hair, nails and teeth become detached within a few weeks, and after a month or so the tissues become liquefied and the main body cavities burst open.
PAW that would be my understanding….dark hot trunk is perfect conditions for decomp. semi sealed bag wholly or patially submerged in water would slow down decomp. process. That is why there is still a bit of soft tissue left.
Decomposition in the air is twice as fast as when the body is under water and four times as fast as underground. Corpses are preserved longer when buried deeper, as long as the ground isn’t waterlogged

good afternoon/evening e1. can’t stay long but I just wanted to share a thougt. I was talking to one of my friends last night, her fam’s business is to go into a house, car,ect. and cleans after death (once the body has been removed). I know I know gross! but someone has to do it. She said that within 24 hrs of death a body will exspell fluids from the whole body. and the longer it sits the more fluid. but m only had a stain the size of a basketball in the trunk. so I’m thinkin the body was most likely put in that plastic bag either right after or during. and when m went to take the bag out of the trunk it may have started leaking which would explain the size of stain and the smelly pants m was wearing. and maybe even the reason she didn’t take the body further in to the woods.
They will know fully how Caylee died soon… I wonder tho…did she break her neck is that why the skull was detachd

I have been sitting on this thought since they mentioned the duct tape around the mouth.
Does everyone remember the comment that Jesee Grund made to LE in July when he was intrigated?
Jesse said that Casey would most likely place the child body in or around her play house.
He also said that if Casey did this that it most likely was a staged kidnapping that went wrong.
I know I haven’t been on for a while with everyone new, but I have been on and off with this blog site since July.

I just watched and listend to the link that someone posted about little Caylee Angel, and i tell you all that i cried. I saw beautiful pix of that sweet child that I had never seen before. My husband had to get up and go away. When he came back, he said that every time he hears that song, he will remember Caylee. I think any of us on here will remember her if we hear it. i am so sad. Punishment for M———play that tribute to Caylee with sound all day and all nite in her cell. I don’t know they could do it, but I wish they could.

It has been months since I posted on this blog site. But I always found the conversations on here full of good tips and information not in other places. So I was drawn back here now that her remains have been found.
I feel relieved that they have found her. God bless that utility worker. Caylee can have justice and a funeral. The real truth (or as close as possible) will come out now with the forensics. I am a Buddhist, so I wish suffering on none, yet I believe in Karma. I hope Casey’s Karma for what she has done is swift and complete. I also hope the folks she has to interact with in jail cut her no slack. May there be no legal technicalities that spare this she-demon her due. If she lives, she will have to live with people who know exactly what she did for every day she continues to walk this earth. Whatever the disgusting details are about how she killed Caylee or allowed her to die, it is the most heinous kind of crime and betrayal a human being can commit.
Dear Caylee, we are so sorry you had to endure these things. May all our tears and heartfelt concern support your journey away from this short life to be with God. The whole world is bearing witness to your pain; you can let it go completely. May your spirit rest in the peace and love which you have always deserved.
Caylee, thankfully will have the respect that she deserves. With a proper burial fit for a little princess.. Just sad however that the reality is what it is..

I have a hard time believing that Casey cleaned all this up and carried that bag by herself out into the woods. If c &/or g helped her, I hope the forensics leaves a good trail. But to be honest none of it makes any sense (ie. if they helped, why call 911 later etc etc).
I guess since they only found one hair in the trunk, it was obvious someone vacuumed it. The trunk may have been sprayed with pesticides because there were flies, and Caylee was there, so it would show up in the vacuum as well. I wonder if the duct tape has pesticide residue.

Hey I’m glad you said that cause in my opinion the only two witnesses that claim to have seen Caylee last are two of the biggest liars.
I too do not believe that G saw the two of them THAT day leave. And C testomony from the bond hearing is a little shady too.
I think c & g cleaned up the crime scene car when they smelled decomposition. C in a state of panic did the 911 call stating there was a dead body smell, when M gave her the kidnap story. Then they scrambled to cover evidence and didn’t mention the smell again to the missing persons investigators. They went into damage control mode so M wouldn’t be convicted, since they all felt some guilt in the death.
IMO, even though the dream team is in place, I think she’s going away for a long time, and perhaps there maybe implications for the family as well

When i go to sleep in an unfamiliar surrounding I usually sleep in a fetal postion or curled up. If Caylee was in the trunk and not her own bed then it is likely that she was curled up in that position when she dead. Leaving behind the “Not so round shape in the trunk”
I guess we all have been doing a lot of speculations since the new finding. But, I think that if it makes sense it most likely happen in that order.

The good news is this is a top-priority case, and DNA results should be back in a few days.
The DNA must then be compared to something. Investigators revealed in August they have Caylee’s DNA, but they are not disclosing how. DNA samples have also been taken from Cindy and George Anthony.
c stated that their investigators have told them that everything M has told them is the truth. I can’t wait for them to testify for the Defense under oath! Why wouldn’t their investigators be sharing this info with LE all along, since the Ants are angry that LE wasn’t searching. If they knew M told the truth, then they would start….ummm, too late now. C definitely and deliberately looks you straight in the eye when she lies. It’s chilling.

this was kawasaki police 1000 motorcycle ,, he was a funeral escort and special event escort, but it gives u the visual of the type of bike, He had on the steel toed boots, but still the foot was damaged so badly, the smallest 2 toes were basically amputated at the moment it hit, the middle toe about halfway detached, the big toe and its neighbor were crushed bad where that crease is. In an attempt to save them the doctors put pins thru them like shsih ka bobbed em,and he spent most of a week in hyperbaric chamber , finally the point came they had to stop it was not working as they hoped,
Within the next 24 hours the toes blackened and the top of the foot almost as I watched began sink in with hugh ( well they seemed hugh) black craters, where the skin and tissue were dying, it was weird cause i was so distraught I had to go into it with a medical fascination approach and the doctors explained it all as it happened, this has been like 10 years ago, anyway, It may happen different because he is a live being that had a body part dying, I don’t really know, But I was assuming because I saw this happen so fast it would be even faster on a dead person,

I just served on jury duty for a guy that was charged with 2 counts of posession of a deadly weapon and 1 count of assult with a deadly weapon, the case began in 1994, He jumped bail and avoided arrest until 2008
It was interesting to see how it all worked,
and what is allowed into evidence and what is not, and why.
Also we had a hung jury on one of the counts of possession of a gun by a felon. All due to the wording in the information book given us , that somewhat defines each count and the technicalites under which you base your decision, this one part said a weapon, and did not include (s) to allow for more than one, we knew the guy was aware of 4 weapons but the 1 that was in the car with him, was questionable to if he knew it was there, it was a crock, but 3 people felt unsure if the other 4 weapons counted
anyway he got off that charge on a technicality, You never know how small a thing like a (s) can change something so important,

IMO, this case is a sensitive one cause the victim is a 2 year old defenseless child, toddler, not an adult crime on crime. Has there ever been a case where this much evidence points to one person and that person walks? On a Child?
I think every juror will be emotionally touch by this case. For some reason its easier to convict a guilty verdict to a adult that has committed a crime on a child of 2 years old.

Duct tape was found on the remains as well as outside of the bag. It IS POSSIBLE that the duct tape stayed in place, especially if duct tape was either on her mouth or around her skull, because she would have duct taped her head area AGAIN on the outer part of the bag as well.
This would keep the duct tape on the remains in place.
