Mike Brooks (former LE) just said on tv that LE would not request a search warrant unless they had evidence to believe (such as clothing etc.) that it was Caylee……….so sad.

Tonight on local news - Jose leaks that the utility worker is in fact Zanny in disguise. She went so far as to have a sex change operation and to get a job working for a local utility planning the whole time to “discover” the body right before Christmas and the trial to mess up Casey as much as possible. She also cloned Caylee and sent the clones with her hundreds of Zanny staff to multiple world locations including puerto rico, california, and TN. Casey knew this was coming but couldnt tell anyone because Zanny’s helpers cast a spell on her when they held her to the ground in Blanchard Park while the abducted Caylee. Casey never even knew she was partying so hard, it was all part of the Zanny masterplan to destroy her credibility. But now that the body is found, the entire Zanny truth can be revealed.

mamma…the swelling isn’t as bad as before….I no longer feel like the side of my skull will blow off in the mornings from the pressure, but the infection still remains I can tell, the swimming feeling is still there. So in short..I guess it’s better.

She will not walk away if that is her. Florida is relatively conservative and they will give her life as a minimum.

Reasonable doubt that the child is alive is hopefully gone.

They can prove motive.

She will serve the remainder of her life behind bars no matter how many times her parents go on LK. (LOL)

By tomorrow, KidFinders will be releasing statements that the Utility Worker was only able to find the body because of the billboards and flyers they printed.

Cindy’s PI will claim that Zanny is dating the Utility Worker, so he only “found” the body because he brought it with him.

Dr K will claim the forensic evidence from the skeleton will not be able to prove it is really Caylee, that the DNA could be Casey or Cindy.

The defense lawyers on Nancy are going to call in sick tonight………

I think Jose is going to say this is Zanny’s kid and that is why she took Caylee, as a replacement.

Cindy is going to say this was the body that someone planted in the trunk too, it is all to frame Casey. Zanny snuck into the tow yard, put a dead kid in the trunk, snuck back in the day before the Ants picked it up, took the body and buried it near the house to make it look like Casey did it all because Casey owed her money and stole her cash.

George is going to say the body was a fake made of old pizza.

I agree they could still choose to seek the death penalty and with bones there are alot of tests they could perform. Like if she died from a broken neck, that would be evidenced in her bones. There could be enough material in the bones to test for toxins and things too. T

I think Todd is not smart, but they already know it is Caylee, BB saw M and told her about the body. The le said enough that if it wasn’t her she would have told him it wasn’t her. She knows where she left the body, if it was in a bag and she would know about the duct tape. If the tape was around the skull then the question becomes. Did she die of suffocation. You can’t accidentally duct tape somebody up. Why would you do that after she is dead?

Minnie - you are so right. I do pity the poor man that found her. I’m awfully afraid he’s going to remember this every time he has to pee for very long time. (sorry. it is kind of funny - but not)

Sheryl: The sheriff is saying that because the remains were found so close to the ants house and because they look to be the right age/size and there is no other child that age missing in the area right now. It’s not that he necessarily knows for sure evidence-wise.
I’m sure the forensics people are on this triple time! We’ll know for sure ASAP!
