The judge I heard speak on Fox also said just from bones, they might be able to tell how she died and if she suffered before dying or just fell asleep and then died. I’ve no idea how, but that is what he said.

M could be convicted to die.

I’m thankful for one single thing–Whether Caylee or another precious child, I’m grateful that the remains were all in one place. If nothing else, this innocent child deserves a dignified resting place, which can now be done.

I know its her…it all fits in with what killr wus sayng b4..her being close..and I guess cant get no safer then being wrapped in plastic and duct taped..I mean hell…

I hope we can get some kind of answers tonight.

“Mandy Albritton, a member of EquuSearch — one of the groups that searched for the missing toddler — said their volunteers did not check the location in early September because it was submerged in water. When they returned in November, the site had been fenced off.

One of EquuSearch’s volunteers, Deborah Smith, searched the area three times and said “she had a bad feeling” because Anthony had said her daughter was nearby. She said, “it’s really wet and steep and there’s lots of snakes back there.”

The same wftv.com article said LE is setting up a permeter near a small retention pond. I’m wondering if the bag was in the pond at first and with all the rains and flooding ended up on land when the waters receded. That may be why searchers did not find it sooner. “All in God’s time” I guess.
