So what new happened this week in the Caylee Anthony story? Mom Casey Anthony is still cooling her heels behind bars. It is reported that she has provided a composite sketch of the elusive nanny, however the Police seem so skeptical, they have not even bothered to release it.
George and Cindy Anthony continue to crusade for finding Caylee alive, which is becoming an increasingly unlikely situation. Cindy is also telling a somewhat dubious tale of her computer being hacked, and emails being sent to news organizations. I suspect our special guest will have one or two things to say about that.
The prosecution are beavering away in the background preparing for trial on Jan 5. Though few people in the know think that this date is realistic. The defense are strutting their stuff in public. yet there are rumors floating around that they have done little in the way of trial preparation, expert witnesses have yet to see the evidence. To many the question of a continuance being sought is not an ‘if’, but a when.

That’s exciting you have someone who knows C and imagine this, has left C standing alone by M! Those jailhouse tapes reveal quite a bit of damaging evidence against M! Lots of past tense references!
I do worry about this. Every defense attorney that comments on this case always says, “no crime scene, date of murder, no time of murder, so no murder conviction”. It is my hope the State and I’m sure they have, have this case laid out with all the details peovided! I guess 143 witnesses for the Stae to 3 for the defense should provide enough details for a jury!
I’d say if the defense continues this case, it will benefit the State’s chances of recovering Caylee’s remains! I’d love to see this sketch M has put together! LOL The drawing should be of a: 22 year old female, black hair,blue eyes and was last seen wearing a light blue hoodie with jenas that smelled to the hgih heavens of a dead body!

Here’s a lady that was in the process of breaking up with her husband, getting ready to file for custody of Caylee and had choked her her beloved M(for stealing from her Mother’s nursing home fund) to the point of almost passing out, just prior to Caylee’s disappearence! He puts on quite a show that is cute and charming to any juror! See O.J. Simpson’s murder case. Still, O.J.’s case is the only high prfile murder case I can recall where the suspects DNA was directly connected to the murder scene…and O.J. walked! Dr. Lee put on quite a performance!
Dr. Lee’s broken english is hard to understand and is hard to translate therefore effect in confusing a jury! He was on NG stating some jiberish about garbage in the trunk. He’s slick, I tell ya he’s the key and I want to see who and how he gets paid!

Did she leave her keys and her wallet, or just the empty purse as bait for a car thief? I can’t imagine a car thief not tipping off the police once they smelled that car. If all her ID was left, was the car left locked? Then she probably took the keys. If she was planning to go back for the car it would have to be to dispose of it, as the odor was unbearable, and her attempts to deoderize it failed. Did she realize it was towed or did she never check?

I seem to remember him saying he was with the Sheriff’s Office in OH during his interviews - but he did not claim to either be a detective or with homicide, just that he had worked on cases involving decomposing bodies. And other sources saying he served for about 10 years - Cindy met him when he had been in 9 years and did not want to be married to a cop so asked him to quit.

I am new to this, and i will post my comment shortly on what i have been listing too and reading on this blog, as well as the radio show today…..I am very familiar with this case as i have been in tune since the beginning….
caylee would be way too heavy on the end of a shovel…plus…she was little but she certainly wouldn’t be able to balance a “body” on a shovel…think about the size of the shovel and the size of an almost 3 year old..I think it would be physically impossible on a numer of levels…the shovel did not touch the child JMO

If she went by and the car was gone she’d have no way to know if it was towed or stolen. In fact I bet she’d assume it was stolen. And there’d be no way to find out it was towed without calling the tow yard to ask and they’d remember that I’m sure.
And that’s correct about the neighbor’s shovel NOT having any decomp on it. Just one tiny unidentifiable hair stuck to a label.
I have forgotten the date that she took Tony L over to her parents’ house and had HIM break into the shed for the gas cans. He did it because she said it was okay. (This is in his statement) But when was it and why did she need those gas cans at the time? What story could she tell Tony to make him do that rather than just fill up the stupid tank with a cheap plastic gas can?
I think M said “Of course not” when C asked her if she knew where Caylee was because she’d been saying that all along! She could not admit at that point that she knew.
I do so wonder what it was like at the ants’ house when M was bonded out 1st by Padilla (whose security person probably got in the way of any open conversations between M and family) and when “anonymous” bailed her out.
I’m sure there were no guarded questions then!
Don’t you think C would have grilled her 24/7 except when M went to BB’s to escape? Or maybe by then C KNEW and didn’t want to ask any questions? At the moment I’m in favor of the

The audio on the show was a bit confusing to me. I could hear a lot of background noise and the volume on the different voices seemed to vary.
I am leaving one comment on this is my views, then i gotta get, but i will come back, The broad sitting in Jail, is guilty…The baby is dead…The father George is innocent and protecting his wife, and himself, ex cop, why not, the Grandmother Cindy is hysterical, mom, remember the night of the call? “Where is my grandchild”? And hence I would agree with Nancy Grace this lady, thanks too her ill daughter has flipped her mom upside down, and cindy, what every hysterical mom would do in her shoes, is believe her ill daughter, not believing she could have murdered her. I also don’t agree with Sean about Tony L.
He may be shady or whatever but my impression about his asking that M not bring Caylee with her is that he knew as most civilized people know that bringing a child to the apartment on a booty call is NOT cool! You remember M had Caylee stay over at Morales’s when she was seeing him. So I put that to Tony’s credit. I mean as far as he knew M had a nanny “on call” AND parents who could baby sit so it’s not like he would have expected M to leave the child in the car (which she may have done) nevermind kill her.

Val: No, not the same Tony. The one you are thinking of with the text messages (”should I bring snothead?”) was Tony Rusciano the now former cop. He was coarse to say the least. I don’t know when she saw him. Sometime before or during the Morales - earlier in the year I think.
The Tony I’m talking about is Tony Lazzaro, the last one she was with prior to arrest. And I’m sure I read recently in a second doc released of more of his statements that he said that about being taken to the house by M to break into the shed for the gas cans. So that had to be June/July. That’s when she was seeing him the most.

The bad friends paid Zanny who was hurting for money after 2 yrs. of free babysitting, to kidnap the child because they were teaching M a 55 day lesson. Don’t forget one of these associates gave swamp tours on his boat to see alligators.
mytwocents - forgive me not being able to back this up with the reference, but I believe Tony said they had broken into the shed on the 23rd - the day before George supposedly discovered and reported it to police - as well as had the infamous “gas can” incident with Casey on the 24th. I believe that also corroborates the neighbor Brian’s statement about seeing Casey and Tony there on or about the 23rd.
I read somewhere that the reports are wrong, Tony is actually 21 - a year younger than Casey (and she also makes reference to this to someone who is interviewed). He is a college kid who is going to Full Sail, a small private school for entertainment arts that is very expensive, for a degree in music management or something and worked at a local bar Fusian(it’s on his website). I’m sure there were all kinds of typical druggie type things going there, and I’m sure he knew kids into drugs - and may have been himself. But this kind of college drug scene is nowhere near the serious drug stuff that was say, the kind of cartel business connected to that little boy in Nevada. The kind of people that would kidnap a child. And the kind of stuff that Cindy is making allusions to in her claims. As usual she is grasping for straw, using TV plots to spin stories that will exonerate her own child for murder even though no one else has the least little motive.
Cindy is trying to paint all of Casey’s new friends as these nefarious underworld types to make her daughter look innocent, as usual. Grief, she was also trying to make Jesse Grund, (who is going to police school and whose father is a minister), and Casey’s friend Amy, (basically a waitress), look like violent and dangerous individuals who would kidnap and harm her granddaughter.
I think Casey may have been into drugs since the end of high school (that mysterious “fit” Jesse took her to the hospital for sounds a lot like a homemade chemical overdose to me) - but I seriously doubt that she or those kids that worked at Fusian were pros and a lot of serious money changed hands. I’m sure it was a lot of ecstasy and xanax and all kinds of other stuff found in rave bars and college campuses all over the U.S. When I went back to school about 10 years ago, the worst ones into coke and even heroin were law students. I don’t know how half of them graduated. But all of them went on to be upstanding professionals.
I don’t think Tony is the most mature kid in the world, but a lot of them aren’t these days at that age. But I’m sure whatever party people and party drugs he was into before have probably disappeared. Casey and this situation has probably scared everybody concerned stoned cold sober.
Val, then I think the best way to go is say that M took Caylee out with that guy on his boat and Caylee fell overboard so the ants should sue the guy. LOL! (only not funny really)

Val & MTC - According to the transcript, Tony L. can’t remember the exact date he and Casey went to get the gas cans, but they narrow it down to June 11, 12, or 13.
Later during the week of June 22 to 28 (he can’t recall the exact date of this incident either), Casey called Tony L. (again) and told him she had run out of gas (again) and he came and picked her up from the AmScot; she told him that she would see about the car later but apparently she left it until it was towed on June 30.
By the way, George told the tow yard guy that he believed Cindy would divorce him over the Caylee situation, and he also told him that Casey was feeding them a bunch of lies. This was George’s idea of small talk as they were walking to the vehicle…

I contacted the FBI and OCSD, as she has an open case for credit card fraud, but it’s these people who are frauds and taking money in the name of your granddaughter. What you should know is that Gale St. John’s team, SOS, originally
found the dress (the size 6 disney dress), lead by Wyatt Locke and Jordan James, and they were with TES on the day of the search. He disassociated with them, but Locke’s group
admitted to planting the dress. David Lohr reported the facts that it wasn’t
TES that found the dress but Locke and James are the ones responsible for
planting the dress. It wasn’t until Miller learned of Wyatt Locke’s criminal record (grand theft fraud) and the scuminess with Gale St. John and Brian’s charity fraud, did he back off when he learned who it was. He wanted to take credit for it, but ran away from it.
Skippy - I must have made a mistake - I thought they broke into the shed the day before George filed the report. And I thought they had narrowed down the day Tony picked her up to June 27th.
That is interesting about George talking to the guy from Johnson’s. He always acts like he is a secret hostage trying to give hints for someone to rescue him. What a crock - he must have already known that Cindy couldn’t divorce him or she would have had to split their assets and give him alimony according to Florida law. He is just as good at acting the victim as Cindy IMO.

I think Casey left her moms house on June 16th with her daughter alive. Went down the road, killed her however she did it. Then she made all those phone calls to her mother and home, to make sure noone was at the house, so she could easily come back and hide the body in the playhouse till she could think of something else. Hell, she had to go on her date to Blockbuster so didnt want to have to take too much time about it. Later she called to check damage control, seeing if anyone would say anything about a dead body at the house, when she got no negative responses, she knew all was fine. I think that later she went and got her daughter and put her in the trunk. I think she had thought about burying her in the yard but that was too time consuming and too much work, so returned the shovel. Could be wrong, but is my thought on it. I think she got gas later to pour onto her daugher after she got tired of smelling her in the car. I think what ever was left of her she burned. Obviously the clothes are not with her daughter due to the statement that “They have not even found her clothes yet.” In my opinion
I think Lee is hiding out as he doesn’t want to draw attention to himself and the fact that he is the fathers baby. Which is why he went from asking for answers from his sister to doing hi fives. He realized if anyone digs too deep or finds that kid, he may well be found out. He would have no reason to not provide DNA to the police otherwise, unless he has something to hide. Why else would his fiancee leave him, she may know he is the father too. Of course who in their right mind would want to be in that fam? But I feel that Caylee, being part Casey and LEE is Lee’s daughter. Just my opinion
You are right about the date of the shed break-in George called it in on June 24. From what I can tell from the transcripts, Tony L. was not involved in breaking into the shed but he did indeed go with Casey to steal gas earlier in June prior to the shed being locked.
George corroborates the fact that Casey had stolen gas from him multiple times earlier. He apparently bought the lock for the shed after hearing about gas thefts elsewhere in the neighborhood (wonder if they investigated whether Casey stole those too). I don’t think anyone was with her when she came back on June 23 or 24 and had to break the lock.
Novalis - I agree with you about Tony L and Amy and the other folks (Nathan etc) in M’s last group of friends. I don’t think they have anything to do with it at all. In fact I remember someone saying that at least one party goer took M aside and said “why did you bring your kid? This is no place for a kid.” one of those times that poor Caylee was kept out and supposedly “sleeping” on the couch. And remember Amy saying she remembered Caylee waking up one time and looking at her and then going back to sleep in spite of all the noise?
That’s one of the things that made me think way back then that M may have been drugging her.
It’s a small step (to someone like M) to be upset at being criticized for bringing Caylee to a party and next time drugging her (again) and leaving her in the car. Obviously I’m theorizing here. And it’s another small step (for M) to get rid of Caylee when she’s finally found a guy like Tony - possibly from a family with money, getting an education in a “cool” field etc. She was doodling her name with his last name. And he said he wanted sons. And he had the good sense to know that Caylee should not be dragged around to stay over at his place.
So I think everything came together in a way - all of that and being caught stealing and getting hell from her mom - that something snapped. Or she left Caylee in the car one too many times. Where was Caylee when she and Tony were in Blockbuster the evening of June 16? (It just makes me shudder)
On the up side, Orange County LE can now close the case of the “Broken into shed and missing gas cans” at the ants!

We all know that you cannot have an abortion that late in the game, she just wanted to get the ole folks all riled up, then they would ask less questions about who the daddy was. Just threaten to kill the baby and see how upset mommy gets. IT worked once, why not do it for real the next time?

mytwocents - that makes a lot of “cents” what you said. It was a logical progression for Casey to go from using xanax to make Caylee sleep through parties to just leaving her in the car. And when kids that age even criticize someone in their peer group they don’t know well it ususally means they are a bit shocked at something they are doing. I’m sure since some of them were not parents they did not feel as if they were experts or could say much.
Maybe she also started putting her in the car that she couldn’t get George or Cindy to babysit and she needed to go clubbing (which frankly does not sound like it was all that often until about February or March). I think it would have had to have been at night because that child would have died in less than half an hour if it had been during the day in Florida during that time of year, drugged or not. And you are right, it does not seem like Casey would want to be criticized by her new single, hip friends - or pointed out in any way for being encumbered by her child. She already thought she needed to impress them by saying she had a “nanny” and was only unmarried because the daddy was dead. It makes perfect sense that she would start leaving her in the car around that time. I cannot think it would have gone on for too long just due to the chance for mishap being so great.
I also remember another interview where a girl was visiting Tony’s and Caylee was there alone on the balcony while Casey was in another room. I think her friends felt a bit awkward about if they should intervene if the child’s mother was there, but this girl thought it odd she was in the other room and not watching her at all, especially because apartment balconies are not all that safe. Jesse Grund’s dad made a similar inference about her just sort of letting whoever was around watch the baby while she was at his house while she ran around and did her thing.
That is so not normal for a new mother. God nothing that girl did is normal.

It’s so hard to keep track of the facts through this huge web of lies… There are so many interviews and pages and pages and pages - I’m sure there’s more about the great gas can heist in all of this.
I checked the July 22 transcript w/ Tony L. and he doesn’t mention specifically breaking the lock. He just talks about going to get the gas can sometime around June 11, 12, 13; it was right before he, Casey and Caylee all went to Mall of Millennial together. He then mentions the second gas incident on or around June 28 when Casey claims to have run out of gas at the AmScot.
In Tony’s Sept 18 interview they don’t ask him about the gas cans at all and it never comes up.
LuvBugz- I don’t believe for a minute Cindy did not know that child was pregnant. Just like I don’t believe for a minute she thinks that child is alive. That is just what she says to everyone to make it look good. If those sonogram picture on the wall are even real, they would have been taken long before 7 month.
Cindy just makes Michelle Bart look like an amateur when it comes to trying to paint a perfect picture. She is the Queen of the Spin Cycle.

I still wonder if she was planning on killing her parents at one time and inheriting the house so she and Amy could live there. (Due to her computer searches) breaking necks etc She may have just used the information from those searches to kill Caylee later, maybe pre planned for either killing the folks or her daughter later. I also think her friend in Californa was just a way that she could get out of town and tell her folks that she and Caylee were ok, as she would be in California and could put them and their questions off indefinately at that point.
I notice I am saying “that child” a lot. It’s very idiomatic in my family to say that, but I also agree it is a form of distancing.
Sometimes I sure feel like distancing myself from “that family”.

LuvBugz - that has been my suspicion for a long time as well. Who needs to look up how to kill a child? That would be easy.
It would be harder to get rid of two adults and make it look like an accident. Neck-breaking and household killing products could look more accidental.
She had already had Amy start forwarding her mail. I think it was definitely something in the works.
She might have thought that she would go to CA for awhile and George and Cindy would think they had both disappeared. Then she could tell them that Caylee was kidnapped out of state - or string them along for awhile like she was already doing for the last month. Or maybe Cindy and George would think they had both been kidnapped - which would give her a perfect alibi for sneaking back in and doing away with her parents. Cindy had talked at some point about putting the house in Casey’s name so that she could divorce George with less financial repercussions. Maybe that was about the time she started doing those searches.
I also think it is kind of odd that some of them were done on both St. Patrick’s Day and two days later on Casey’s birthday. Maybe that is where Casey got her fixation with shamrocks. And maybe that was what she wished for when she blew out those candles on the cake. Sure makes you wonder.
Well, also, isn’t Cindy’s maiden name Plesea (spel)supposed to be Irish? If her daughter had been born two days after St. Paddy’s Day, she would have probably made a big thing of it during Casey’s childhood.
Her username in various places was caseyomarie or kayseeomarie I believe.
Novalis, That would make sense. If she had Amys mail forwarded I am sure it was to steal her banking information. LOL! I believe that any of those scenerios could be true. I also believe that unless you are crazy as she is, we will never be able to figure all of it out, as you would have to be crazy to do that. Crazy people do not do things the same way normal sane people would, which is why they have not cracked this case yet and found that girl. They need to be thinking more of how a crazed selfish person would do things, not a normal sane person.

That’s right! And that’s probably our weakest point in theorizing about the case. It’s very hard to think like that.
I thought maybe Amy had jumped the gun - started forwarding her mail to the house - before M knew it or had had time to think up a lie about why they were not going to move in.
I also thought that either she decided to stay with Tony OR she didn’t get the response she was looking for from Mark Hawkins when she was obviously angling for a ticket out there. I read that his response to her interest in going to see him was “Great! I’d love to see Caylee!” So that must have been a downer.
I do wonder what lie she was going to tell him that “her mother and Lee” already knew but she wasn’t sure how he’d take it. Maybe an excuse that she was giving child up for adoption or something? But she probably gave up on Mark because he didn’t pay for a ticket and/or she couldn’t figure out what excuse to give him for not bringing Caylee.

Poor Caylee didn’t stand a chance in this snake pit. Sorry if this is offensive to anyone, but sadly if Caylee had been raised to adulthood she might have turned out more dangerous than Casey… Imagine being raised under the double-whammy of Casey + Cindy.

But I don’t think Casey is crazy - she may have a personality disorder or be totally psychopathic or sociopathic.
I just think that she never had to think very far ahead and figure out a really airtight plan because George and Cindy were too tired from her years of telling lies or too lazy to follow up and call her on them.
The craziest part to me in this whole case is that the ridiculous lies she tells her parents and LE that first day - lies that would sound stupid to a child - her parents stand tall and back her up on - and act indignant that no one should believe them.
After seeing those tapes I am convinced that Cindy and George know the truth but they are letting their daughter know they are willing to perpetuate the story to save her skin. Casey does not seem worried in the least that nothing she says makes a lick of sense - so Cindy and George are gently coaching her and adding details so they can get something to work with that will throw everyone off the track.
The craziest part of this whole thing to me is why her parents would stand by her when they know she did something to her child. If they are in denial at all, it’s about who they raised, not what she did. IMHO
novalis I agree, her parents have believed her lies for so long without checking them out and calling her on the rug to account for the lying that she felt that LE was going to go for her BS just like her parents have. The sad fact is she is not crazy, however she is not smart either and it just makes me sick to think that this stupid selfish person is getting away with murder. I guess you can argue that anyone who kills is crazy but not always so. It is just that this whole family is so stupid and they are making even the police look stupid. She knows where her daughter is too bad they cant torture or something. I really feel that sometimes you just have to be smarter than the ones you are dealing with. That Cindy needs to be locked up for obstruction of justice and destroying evidence and just plain lying about everything that could help this case. I also think that Cindy and George are running the screens in the back. Putting out false information or lack or sufficient substantiated information and exaggerations of anything that would make Casey look not guilty. Why couldnt they just let the police do their jobs instead of playing the HEY look at this, not at that.

IF lets say IF Cindy and George were so lucky enough to get their daughter back home with them. TO what purpose would it serve? What would any of them have learned? What would Casey have learned? What happens when she gets mad at them again? What happens if she has another child?
They should let her deal with the reprocussions of what she has done without their manipulative input. They are in essence killing their grandaughter twice.

I think that all the media should ignore the Anthonys and not pay for or do any interviews with them at all. I have never watched one televised show with Cindy or George on it. I refuse to. I read the blogs and check out things on the internet, but if they were forced to shut up and take a back seat I feel things would have progressed better. Maybe the only reason they are not also locked up is that the police feel they may actually screw up and say something of real relevance and lead them to Caylee.

Hi guys..been reading the posts, and I often wondered about this…I always had a suspicion of something I never mentioned before and it would in fact explain the touchy-feely relationship with Baez too. If in fact Casey was into some escort service or something even worse…I often wondered if Baez could have been a previous client of hers, and her is who she called when she first got into trouble.
That would explain the the holding hands and innappropriate closness he shows her. I could be wrong but I never mentioned this suspicion before in here…Alot of people in all professions use these services so it could be possible I would think.

Pickles…I think so too..because she had to have been doing something for those two years when she wasn’t truly at universal. Not that it lumps them all into one group..but it has been known that lawyers do use those services (escort). So this theory would not surprise me in the least to be true.
I think the phone (MIA) could have definitely been a hooker phone. But what makes me perplexed is I would think that Cindy or George would have had some suspicions of her activities after that length of time. But perhaps that is not something they wish to share with anyone if they are covering for her and what a great “mother of the year” she is.

I think it is possible that she had some sort of personal connection to him prior to the charges and taking him on in a professional capacity (if that’s what you’d call it). But that missing phone could give away many of her clients so it was in everyones best interest that it turned up MIA.

Actually a lot of the lies that M told that LE debunked - the apt where she “dropped off Caylee” wasn’t occupied and even that there is no Zenaida are not being believed or touted to be the truth by C. Once C realized that LE had definitely proven those things to be lies she started telling LE that M was “talking in code.” That “Zanny” stood for whoever was watching Caylee at any given time. That the apartment where she dropped her off was really a different one in that complex (remember the other people who lived there?) Even the lies M told C on the phone all thru June, C tried to tell LE that those were code: when M mentioned Zanny’s mother she really meant Ricardo Morales’ mother etc. And she’s been making up alternate theories ever since.
What floored me was how well C was able to remember all the details, places and names of people she never heard of before and tell LE every single lie that M told her every day on the phone from the middle of June thru July.
The Hard Rock Hotel, Raquel, Annabelle, the car accident on and on and on. And she told them what DAY M told her each thing. But of course they weren’t lies they were “code” for what was really going on which M could not tell her because bad guys were out to get her!
LOL! She must have an excellent memory! It’s a shame it’s wasted on someone with no brains or morals.
Novalis - That’s a good way to put it. She always had a “back-up man” in the wings. I think she even tried to get back with Jesse possibly during this time. Remember she went over there and asked to take a shower at his place? And before that I think she called and was willing to spend the next weekend with him (That’s when Tony was going to be away). She’d already told him on the phone that if her mother called him he wasn’t to talk to her or tell her where M was or anything. Don’t know what she would have told him about where Caylee was though.
I think she should have learned her lesson about trying to pin paternity on the wrong guy after what happened with Jesse. Surely most guys these days would have wanted some proof - especially Mark after almost three years. Unless he’s really dumb. And he did like Caylee a lot so maybe it would have worked (for a while). No, I think she was going to make up a story that got Caylee out of the picture. (And she called Mark while she was shacking up with Tony, too).
I seriously doubt that M was with an escort service. At least not one that was very “professional.” Her availability was just not dependable. Where would she have put Caylee a year ago? And her mother was always calling her at a party at midnight to tell her to come home. She was on too tight a leash at home and burdened with the child. If she’d worked for an escort service she would have ended up being fired. Maybe that’s what happened! LOL!

Right! Because that (M) is a reflection on them (meaning C really). And it reflects on everything they did and didn’t do in dealing with M. So I really think that C is trying to protect her in order to protect HERSELF!
Ok. I’m the blog ‘ho tonight I guess. One last thought.
It’s kind of funny to realize that if C & G had behaved properly, cooperated with LE, handed over the brush (even if they had “accidentally” cleaned the car and clothes because they didn’t realize the severity of the situation) and if they didn’t go on talk shows etc. If they had behaved like every other parent or grandparent of a missing kid, none of this nastiness would be going on.
No nasty emails from brother Rick, no accusations of LV being the Dad, none of the really BAD stuff that’s coming out - some true, some theory. They are responsible for trashing themselves and possibly even making M look worse than she really is.
They still could have more quietly - and more believably - said, “We still want to believe that Caylee is alive and we’re still looking for her.” That probably would have worked better than all of this s..t they’ve spewed.

mytwocents - that is a good observation about Cindy. Anything Casey says that is not true just becomes “code” for something else that is true. Never a dead end. Never any accountability.
And I also think Cindy looks at Casey as an extension of herself. Her daughter couldn’t be seven months pregnant because she wouldn’t have a daughter that did that. Very Emperors New Clothes mentality. And Cindy dares people to dispute her. She may have the same personality disorder as her daughter but was never put into the same circumstances. They sure make a sick little team.
I have also heard people speculate that she might have taken the shower at Jesse’s apt (when he admits she does not look like she needs one) to “plant” Caylee’s clothes in his apartment. She certainly is willing to turn on anyone that doesn’t go with the program. She was mad a Tony for hanging up on her when she was in jail. She was ready to implicate Amy, a friend whose bank account she had just cleaned out because she was jealous and felt entitled to her money. Cindy was irked with her too because she wasn’t working hard enough to look for Caylee. It is surprising they would think Amy owed them anything seeing as how she had been burned by her deceit - Tony too.
I also love that “I forgive her” line to Zanny. Casey is Zanny - she doesn’t hold it against herself at all.
I also think that the fight she and Cindy had that night might possibly have also been about something else beyond stealing from her grandfather. Perhaps Casey charged a ticket or two to Puerto Rico on Cindy’s credit card.
I could never understand why Cindy would be reluctant to give LE her credit card statements. A little cross from JCPenny is not a big deal. Tickets to Puerto Rico would be a motive to abandon your child to LE. And perhaps a motive kill her if you got in a fight over it.

You are right - if everyone in that family had behaved in a way that would even come close to being normal none of this would have happened.
And I’ll bet none of us would now be so addicted to and fascinated with the bizarre details. This is like some kind of macabre comedy - an evil theater of the absurd. Something by Tim Burton and John Waters in partnership. Just needs a soundtrack.

1. I think when she left the car.and the stuff in it, she figured that

2. I think the idea of the babysitter just took Caylee, which left m
just devestated (LOL) would not be questioned… the babysitter did it. I had nothing to do with it,,, I truly beleive she thought that would be the end of the investigations….(poor Casey)

you all need to read caylee’s my space, i have been following this story from the very begining, read some of the stories on caylee’s my space, there is always more to a story, the media has sent alot of innocent people to prison, casey loves her daughter,it shows in all of the tears and emotions when she talks about her in the jail video tapes.
you cant fake that, she knows that she screwed up when she thought that she left her with someone that she could trust, that someone kidnapped her, if she was killed, they would of found a dead caylee somewhere, how come they cant find her? it tells me that she is still alive, something would of shown up by now from a dead body, clothing etc, nothing has been proven, nothing!

Casey was crying in jail all right - because she’s in jail! Really listen to her. It’s all about HER! She’s as fake as a three dollar bill. Unfortunately her parents may have fallen for it but there is a very telling point when Casey says that Caylee WAS lucky to have them for grandparents and then quickly corrects herself to say Caylee IS lucky.

Have you watched the interview tapes with C & G and LE and the FBI? Listened to Casey’s lies that first day she dragged LE all over and ended up at Universal? She admitted she was lying. They’d already investigaged and knew it! She just couldn’t come up with a better story on such short notice.
I’m sorry but you cannot blame the media for the murder Casey committed or the huge sickening mess that C & G have made out of this. That is entirely their doing.

No, it does not show in the videotape. What casey does show is tears for herself.
You can make your whatever claims you choose about the media (but your argument would be stronger with specific examples), but here at bloggernews, we don’t take anything out of context. The regulars here have read all the released docs, watched all the videos, and listened to the audios. We don’t take things out of context. Rather, we do our own research and then view the situation in its entirety, giving specific examples to back up arguments (unlike you have offered).
You are free to ignore the FBI Forensics Report, but we choose to trust the most respected lab in the world. They’ve offered the following:
1. The decomposing hair (100% certain that it was in a stage of decomposition) matched either Caylee or Casey (with 1.85% error).
2. Laser beam testing on stain indicates decomposition.
3. Chemicals released indicate human decomposition.
4. Chloroform in wheel well and in trunk (saturation, not trace elements, which is normally found in human decomp).
5. Smell of Decomposition: George, Cindy, law enforcement, tow guy, Lee, and Casey (Casey herself told Amy something “died” in her car, and “coincidentally” told Amy that she “GOT RID OF THE SMELL” just after she ditched the car–read the reports yourself; don’t take my word for it).
6. Cadaver Dogs (2 different dogs–hitting in backyard and trunk)
7. Computer searches: neck breaking, death, household weapons, how to make chloroform, missing person’s websites, etc.
Does Cindy’s website include all of the above? Or does she ignore scientific evidence because she doesn’t understand it?

Are you kidding me? You are saying it is logically easier to find a set of bones for a toddler hidden in the woods (or wherever) than it is to find an alive Caylee, who most people would recognize?
“Why can’t they find her?,” you ask. Ask Casey–perhaps she fed her to the gators? Perhaps she buried her. Perhaps she left her tiny body in the woods and animals have scattered her remains.
“Why can’t they find her,” you ask. I’ll tell you why they can’t find precious Caylee. Because she is NOT at this very moment safe and sound in her home eating dinner–because her mother killed her.
That picture only resembles Caylee from a distance. That child does not have the same features, and you can see this when you enlarge the picture.
Perhaps if Cindy would have assisted with TES’ search, they would have found her by now. But surely you remember that Cindy REFUSED to give LE an article of clothing for the cadaver dogs! Ask yourself why Cindy would do this, especially if she is so sure her daughter is innocent. What could she possibly have been afraid of?
I’ll tell you. She was afraid that Caylee’s body would have been found.
Why did Cindy give LE the wrong hairbrush, in order to hinder the investigation?
Why did Cindy say the smell came from pizza, when she KNEW there was no pizza and it was only an empty pizza box?
Why did Cindy wash Casey’s pants that smelled of decomposition?
If Cindy believes Caylee is alive, then why did she back up Casey’s story that Caylee is dead and that Jesse killed her?????????
Everything I’ve offered here, every single detail, came from reports released under FLA’s Sunshine Laws. None of it came from any newsperson who took it out of context. I’ve read or heard it myself. I suggest you do some research for yourself, as we do here, rather than just believing everything Cindy claims.

i believe she is alive and casey did nothing to hurt her daughter, she loves her daughter, i pray that she comes home soon, tapes are being released in calif too, the world is quick to judge without hearing the full story, its like the police and judicial system interfere with our private lives, if you dont respond and act a certain way, they judge you and try to make you look guilty, when in all acutallity you arent, that sends alot of inncocent people to prison!
nancy grace and padilla will hang thier heads in shame when they see caylee come home, they will have to answer to this family and to the world for their pride and stupidity, also the police will have alot to answer for too!

What would the motive be for this imagined Zanny to take this little girl?There has been no ransom requests, there has been no contact. Casey is only trying to save her own ass. She sounds ridiculous when she speaks.
