Sorry I haven’t been on much.
I have the WONDERFUL COMCASTIC and it’s been going out a lot since Saturday night. So I have tried to get on in between the disconnections.
Hopefully they have fixed it right this time.

As for the case, Well I almost broke my TV. There is a chip in it now though.

Sometimes I want to walk away from this case. But I feel that if I do that, than I’m walking away from Caylee, and I just can’t do that.

Then to hear about the 17 yr old boy who was chained like a slave made my night even worse last night. It seems like we here more and more about kids being harmed or killed. My heart and soul can’t take it anymore.

I feel we need stiffer laws PERIOD!

Anyways, Hope everyone is doing good. I think about EVERYONE here a lot, Yes Dak, even you lol.

I’m glad we have a place to express how we feel about this case and others like it.

My computer is really slow and it’s taking ten minutes between every click. I didn’t mean to ignore you, I just didn’t see your post until now.

I may be back on later when this crazy thing works itself out. I even tried rebooting and it’s not a bit better.

Maybe all of Michigan collapsed under the pressure of the recession and I’m the last one to know because I’ve been busy working on this computer problem.

I noticed on his forum, he has a few blogs on Caylee. Also, he appeared on NG recently to discuss the case.

So, one year ago in Florida, a man was sentenced to death for killing a child whose body was never found.

Gives us hope for justice! I’ll report what I find (unless someone else already knows about it).

(correction: I meant eerily, not eerie similar!) lol

Perhaps we can look up some of the cases on the website that lists those convicted of murder without a body.

I’ve been wanting to research the 2007 FLA case where the guy was sentenced to death (without a body) for killing a 5 yr old child, whose body had been stored in the car trunk for a while. (eerie similar…)

It was funny when I posted that yesterday I scrolled up and read that you left the blog and were going home and your home computer didn’t work.

I feel that what you wrote when you said…

You’re so right! Plus not once have they expressed worry about is Caylee being taken care of properly, is she cold, hungry or crying.

To me that speaks volumes and proves that they really know that Caylee is dead. What they are doing is all for Casey and her defense.

Did you see the chatter here about your appearance? Seems that some thought you look like Gov Palin (my interpretation of their comments). Before someone told us otherwise bc she’d seen a picture, I had thought the others were right about Gov Palin—EXCEPT with the hair down, not in a bun! (Hope you take that as a compliment, no matter your politics–she’s a beautiful lady)

The evidence connecting Casey to the murder may be circumstantial, but the evidence indicating that Caylee is dead is not circumstantial. The scientific evidence indicating that Caylee was dead and decomposing in the trunk was released as an FBI doc.

Having said that, I also still think there are more tests not revealed yet. Namely, the stain. So far only the laser beam testing on the stain has been released. Not any DNA testing of it, & they could have that. Plus, no testing on maggots has been released yet.

It was a form of apology but even as I read it back now it doesn’t sound like it… so please excuse my harshness… I sometimes get carried away not realizing how it’s coming across.

If the state proves their case then that means Caylee is DEAD.

I was hoping John the retired attorney could answer that for me.

If there was even a shred of evidence that Caylee was alive I would stand behind searching for her but sadly all evidence points to her being dead that once the state proves their case it’s all over.

If the little girl’s picture at the mall is not a phony composite picture of Caylee then this little girl’s parents may be in the process of hiring an attorney to sue the Anthony’s and the people responsible for plastering her picture all over the media.

In my opinion, Cindy and George are using the world as their stage to benefit their daughter’s defense by creating reasonable doubt in the minds of potential jurors.

All this brings a question to mind. Does anyone know that if Casey is convicted of murder would a death certificate be issued shortly thereafter? I would think that since the state proved, beyond reasonable doubt, that Caylee is deceased that perhaps a death certificate would be in order. Does anyone know for sure?

I agree with the doubters of Lee!I heard Padilla mention long ago on NG, something to the effect that Lee is Caylee’s father. So, as things unfold. More twists and turns are uncovered, nothing will surprise me! Also, I think Lee moved Caylee’s remains or eliminated them! I don’t trust him!

Did anyone see a photo in the last couple of days of a “Caylee sighting”? It was Caylee when she was younger and her hair was shorter. It was so obvious that it was her at an earlier age it was insulting! C & G are grasping at anything they can to deny the truth, it’s sad! Have a good day all! Love readin’ your posts!

One of our bloggers said that one of the PI’s (I think the one named Dominic Casey) was working for free. I don’t know about the “team” they supposedly have. I can’t believe that everyone is working for them free - except it really isn’t free. Look at the publicity that doofus Dominic got - his pic in the news and everything. You can’t buy publicity like that!

And the ants should be broke IF they haven’t taken any money from “anonymous” or any of the news orgs or publisher/movie producer types.
Neither one has been working as far as I know.

And I just remembered that claim that BB made I think about a photo that someone had of Caylee and Zenaida and someone else. Did anyone ever hear if that photo was obtained?
You’d think BB would have publicized it so we can all be on the lookout for the REAL zenaida! (Poop and hogwash)

I haven’t seen where Cindy has said this lately.

If the reward is up to $250,000. and Caylee is alive why hasn’t it been claimed?

Last I read the A’s are just about broke.

– “Caylee’s grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, said a big development in the case is on the way.

George Anthony wouldn’t elaborate much further, but said a team of private investigators are working on a new lead that could lead to the discovery of the girl.

“There is just a lot of positive things that are still happening. A lot more people are coming forward because they can see some progress of bringing Caylee home and it’s pretty awesome stuff. I can’t be too specific with you but we believe we’re close,” he said.

And what C’s mom says about C supporting G for a long time is right as far as I can figure out.

I am so sick of hearing that. The only two developments (well three) that I’m interested in is finding the baby, putting M away for life and shutting up C permanently.

And CIT- THANK YOU too for reminding me about LE’s response to the airport sighting. They Did investigate that to the fullest.

And MollyBear it was me who mentioned about LE and FBI visiting the house maybe the week before Thanksgiving but I did not see a report on what was said. I guessed that it might have been a “notification” of sorts. I still can’t find the news report on it. It was just a paragraph within an article about some other aspect of the case. Nothing big was made of it at the time.

And I’m sure the defense knows what the state has but the defense is going to fight the forensics I guess. Hoping jurors are too dumb to believe in the science.
