Blogger news hosted another in their continuing series of radio shows, a call in show where our listeners had the opportunity to air their concerns and comments. It was a lively discussion, and there was lots to talk about.
Casey remains locked up, which likely is the best place for her, but that does not mean that there is no new news on the case. Last week was a busy one.
There were hundreds of pages of early interviews released. This might not sound like new news, but indeed it is. You get a real sense of just how strange this case really is. These interviews reveal a serious internal struggle, the need to tell the truth, and yet the need to protect their own.
Kidfinders have a falling out with WFTV channel 9, banning all interviews with the station. Oh, and of course Kidfinders have a unique marriage with the Anthony’s in spokesperson Michelle Bart. Although not talked about in the MSM (Main Stream Media) a great deal is what exactly does Kidfinders do? Is the printing of posters and T-Shirts the sum total of their organization?
Our favorite bounty hunter with the hat the size of Texas claims he is coming back to Florida.
The suggested Gag Order was denied by the Florida court system. Who would have gained from the Gag Order, and who would have lost? The denial of the Gag Order was hardly surprising, Florida law is pretty clear about the rules of issuing them. In my mind this is a real battle between the Freedom Of Information Act and the rights to privacy and a fair trial.

Only in America such things make such people top news. She belongs in jail where she is now, and they should loose the key. Let her rot in jail for what she did to everyone involved in this case. Too bad she lives at these times, otherwise she would have been stoned to death a long time ago, or burned alive at the stake. Her poor little daughter lost her life because of her evil mother.
This case is so sad to me. How can a mother do something so horrific to their own child. I am not yet a mother, but could not begin to imagine doing something to hurt my child. Casey Anthony deserves everything she gets for if nothing else witholding information where someone can find that sweet baby Caylee. Personally, I have a gut feeling that Caylee is not dead. I believe that her “mother” sold her off to someone or sent her out of the country with someone so she could go out and live life the way SHE wanted to. Not the way she had to in order to make sure that Caylee was stable.
I’m outraged cindy has not been charged with obstruction and destruction of evidence !
Instead, she gets her hand held by LE.
Cindy cleaned up key evidence AFTER she KNEW caylee was dead!! I’m sick of her lies.
If anyone still thinks Casey Anthony is innocent, I’ll sell you some land in the Everglades. She has been guilty from Day ONE and her poor mother, Cindy, is now trying to prevent her from getting life in prison. I understand she doesn’t want her spending her lifetime in prison, but she killed the little girl either accidentally or on purpose and needs to pay for it. She won’t get the death penalty, so just give her life and let the public move on. This is getting tiresome. She’s guilty. Everyone knows it. Her family knows it. The public knows it. Just put her away for good. Let it rest and let little Caylee finally rest.

PAW69 – I commiserate with the cable problems. I’ve had much the same and it is SO frustrating! Also THANK YOU for finding the report about the possibility that M was going to talk to police twice. I was one who mentioned it too but could not find the report.
Of course the author of that report is the one who assumed she was going to confess. We really don’t know what she wanted to do.
I suppose our new friend Attorney John would know this but I’ll stick my neck out anyway.
Since M has already invoked her right to an attorney she would have to waive her rights formally to talk to the police without him present. She did not do that. She called him before talking to the cops. And he talked her out of it. Maybe she just wanted him to try for another plea deal of some kind. Maybe she was just postponing going to the jail for a few minutes longer. And about the time she wanted to talk to her father I really can’t imagine what that was about. I seriously doubt she’d confess to him. There must have been something else she wanted to talk to him about.
Since none of her family has visited her even once since she’s been in jail this time I wonder if BB said no visits – for fear she’d either tell the truth or tell another lie that would complicate things for the case. If he did not forbid the visits I am really surprised that C, G and LV have not visited – especially since they’re busy defending her.
I would like a straight answer from George as to why he allowed Cindy to take evidence from the car, which he knows from his years in homicide is likely to be part of a homicide investigation due to the smell of death permeating the car, a smell he states over and over during his interviews he knows to mean Caylee is dead, yet he personally tried to “air the car out” and Cindy took items and washed them. The police seem to have cleared these as actions of grandparents unaware that Caylee was missing or dead, but we now know both Cindy and George felt something was wrong with their not having seen the girl in almost a month and George was already thinking she was dead. My other question would be, why would anyone take a car with a stench so horrible that everyone who was in contact with the vehicle commented on the stink and then put that vehicle into your garage with the trunk up to “air it out”. Wouldn’t a normal person have left the car outside during this period? It seems to me, they were attempting to keep anyone else from accidentally coming across the smell and perhaps alerting authorities.
My next question would be to Cindy. At the time of the hairbrush incident, we all believed that Cindy believed Caylee to be missing and that Cindy was doing everything any frantic granny would do to find her grandchild. Now we find out that Cindy already believed Caylee to be dead and Casey responsible because she gave the FBI a hairbrush she knew not to be the best for the samples of Caylee’s hair. Why would Cindy risk hindering an investigation to find her granddaughter? If the motive was not to protect Casey, what was it? No more lies about her mind was not working as it should since the correspondence with Garrison makes it clear the choice of hairbrush was a choice of thoughtfulness on Cindy’s part, she chose it purposely and now is the time to come clean as to the reason.
For many, many weeks, I really liked George, felt for him, felt for his burdens after watching the antics of his wife and child, felt for him because he seemed honest and forthright and seemed to be putting finding Caylee above all else. Now we know he was trying to hide massive debts from some kind of e-mail scam (there is a lot more to that story than has been told, I personally believe the e-mail story is another scam to cover up something he really doesn’t want found out – notice how he tries to gloss over it in the FBI interview) and he now has some kind of weird deal going with KidFinders.
As strange as this case seems, as crazy as the incidents that have already occured, as shocking as many of the devolpments have been, there is far more coming. There is so much more here than any of us are able to see right now. Every piece of evidence released by the state destroys yet another piece of Anthony credibility and stretches the limit of our ability to believe any family could behave in this manner. This case will become far more bizarre once the trial starts.
Yes indeed last week was a busy one! I read just a small portion of e-mails from C’s brother. First, it is surprising that family memebers would e-mail anything concerning this case. It is so easy for LE to gain acess to these. But, it seems blogs, e-mails and texting have replaced conversations between most people these days.
I’d say Rick (C’s) brother has had it. I had commented last week that we have never heard comments, good or bad, from any of G or C’s extended family. Well, now I see why! C’s brother amd mother have had it with M. C’s mother wants to press charges on M and Rick has told C she is “stupid”! In fact, they sound as if they have had enough of C’s denial! Very interesting…
It does seem that several family members, friends and neighbors describe the Ant family differently than what C has to the public! I’d say all of us would hope that our family is precieved as “decent” by others we come in contact with. However, not many people with this much dysfunction in their family would blindly state such delusional ideas about themselves as C has. It is kind of creepy after you hear first hand accounts from family and friends of what the Ants are about!
C states constanly that she and G “were in shock” back when they were first interviewed. Heck, I’m not sure they will ever be over the shock of all this. Did time make the shock go away? This case is a very complicated. But, if you just slice your way through the muck, you see something that screams through loud and clear. C & M were at odds! From the first time they put Caylee in C’s arms at birth, to the huge fight(C was choking M) they had on June 15th! There was major resentment!
For those who think M is innocent, always remember, crimes of passion occur on a daily basis. Loved ones kill loved ones everyday! When you are dealing with strong willed, unstable people, one of them is going to be the “winner”, come hell or high water! I’m no Detective Columbo, but I do think there was a motive to eliminate Caylee and it all points to the resentment between M and C! Also to M’s lifestyle being cramped by someone she never wanted in the first place.
Now, the State has it’s work cut out for itself in proving how all the pieces to this puzzle fit, how the murder occured and a significant number of important details related to the murder occured, at trial. But it does look more and more like a crime of passion occured, with “spite” as the motivation. To be continued…..starting Jan. 5th!
Spacely, I too believe something’s fishy about however it was that G lost all that money. In fact when I watched his talk with the FBI it occurred to me that he might very well have lost it gambling – but now that it’s come to light it’s the last thing he’d want publicized.
He’s supposed to be a security guard – or that was his line of work. And who wants a security guard with a gambling problem? So I wouldn’t be surprised if he changed his story to the email scam to cover that up.
Charge cindy with obstruction and destruction of evidence already….

It is so typical for this story in general- no one can relate to NOT getting the correct hairbrush for LE. Lying by ommission is still lying. If you truly want to find your grandchild (‘cos you feel it she is alive) you would insist they take all the brushes that could possibly have that baby’s hair. You would want them to be able to verify the evidence and know which items lead to Caylee.
I was shocked by allegations that George said he wished Cindy and given LE the dog’s toothbrushes.

we know from her friends she wanted to give the baby up. Speculation also that she did not get prenatal care up thru 7 mos. So prior to the first holding, M shows she was not making gestures to bond/care for this unborn child. You would be completely feeling this baby move around by this point, and yet not inclined to see an ultrasound? No capacity for bonding evident.
I saw a clip of the vigil last night. C was hunched over, and G was rubbing her back. Didn’t see Lee anywhere. Maybe reality is creeping in. Don’t laugh- I know it’s a long shot.
I keep thinking about Attny John’s comment about the publicity dying down. I just don’t see that- this is such a travesty, tragedy, and unbelievably mind boggling case. The more you know, the more you are unable to forget or walk away from the case.

Actually my sister in law was my coach and got to hold my baby girl first, and was the one who handed her to me. She was closest to where they were cleaning her and doing the apgar test.
Speaking of ultrasound– how did she manage to get those?? I thought M denied being pregnant all the way to 7 months at her Uncle Rick’s wedding. The Ants were in denial and said she was just putting on weight. Her Uncle said she would die of the baby sized tumor in her belly- so they took her to the doctor and found out she was pregnant. The picture on the wall in the home tour video of the ultrasound sure did not look like a 7 month baby

I can kind of see why M doesn’t say anything. I mean what’s she going to say? (other than lies) “Baby is buried in x spot” Well that would not get her out of jail and it might lead to LE finding evidence that she did in fact kill her. So there’s no “UP” side for M to talk. The only thing that might have been an incentive was to offer to take the death penalty off the table. But then we hear that LE doesn’t have enough to go for the death penalty. Haven’t heard anything since then so I’m still not sure what the situation really is. Haven’t heard they have formally removed it. Maybe some negotiations are going on that we don’t know about. Or, worst case, BB is telling M she stands a chance of getting off scot free if she keeps her mouth shut and no one finds the child (and C keeps finding look-alikes all over the place)

ocean sorry I know it makes people cry but i try to let us all know that the life shes already chosen for herself is indeed grim and cold and just over.. we who have freedom to drive over and pick out the tree, come home and doa ll our festivities, go to church she has nothing, not even a loving fam really… she driven her paretns insane, her bro is gone.. its a tragic life for her.. I picture her in there day in day out, i would be having panic attacks from one day in jail much less eternity

There was actual video from the inside of the church.. it was a suprise, but is was definitely from the inside of the church. The pews were very empty, people were spread out throughout. They showed a picture of Caylee in the church with a candle in from of it.
One of the things I kept thinking was that if C hadn’t of called 911, we would not know about this case until/unless someone would stumble upon the remains in the woods. At which point it becomes a 2 yr old baby Doe. A huge public outcry would ensue: who is this baby doe, what did she look like, who is her family, why did she die, why did not one family member make a call, why not one family member losing sleep over missing baby?
Because of C’s call we know or can speculate on some of these questions. Somewhere in C is a grain of decency in having made a call, I wish she would find her way back to that part of herself.
The only way that killr will cough up Caylees bones is if she is truelly facng the death penalty…and only then…not till her skin is on the choppng blok…if not she will keep it a secret…but she’ll use Caylee one last time if her butt gets threatnd with death..

‘Tis okay PammyLiz, I cry easy. My baby girl is 21 and I live with her and a couple of her college friends, so I get to hold her any time I like. The sadness is because I know the joy of Christmas in my heart, for so many reasons.
As mothers we all feel the loss of this child as deeply as we love our own babies.
I wonder how much longer C will be able to function, she seems to be closer to losing it for good every day (not that I can blame her at all).
I used to pity G , but lately that is fading to me feeling the same as I do about C. Why are these supposedly ‘loving grandparents’ not pushing M for info about Caylee??? It’s another example of how love in this family is warped to the extreme into something we don’t recognize or comprehend.

my thought on hypothetical confession:
I often found justice system to not necessarily follow up with justice for the victim, such as life in prison or death penalty, but rather looking at the cost of housing prisoners and reserving life for those that were a danger to community. They could say, although M killed Caylee, would she necessarily kill any others? without any indication she is a threat to others, perhaps they’d give her enough yrs to pass her childbearing yrs, to ensure she doesn’t do the same with other offspring.
Not my wish, but just what I’ve seen.
My observation is that children are not well served in the justice system. Adults rights more protected. Sad.

I don’t believe the state will offer any deal so long as M refuses to tell the truth. See one of the usual requirements for a plea is truthfully admitting to details of the crime….it will never happen. I truly do not believe M has the ability to tell the truth, anymore than C can see reality in front of her. They both live in alternate realities with motivations and emotions we cannot fathom.

Initially – like the first few days or couple of weeks – I had some respect for C but I’ve lost it. Lost all of it. And after reading so much more about them I am beginning to believe that C is not doing what she’s doing now to protect M. I don’t think she really loved M the way a good mother would. I think C is doing all of this for herself. For how this reflects on HERSELF!
I think she got all the way thru her life – up until July 15 – thinking SHE was in control, she could handle anything, if she said something was so or wanted it to be so then it would be so. Like M’s behavior. It never changed but C pretended it had or pretended M never did anything wrong in the first place. She is her own kind of arrogant egotistical control freak. M could not have hurt Caylee and Caylee cannot be dead because that would not happen to HER!
OceanBlues I agree with your posts. If M “confessed” she probably would not tell how Caylee really died (unless she was sure LE would be able to tell). So all she’d do at most is tell where the remains are.
And I agree about the so-called justice system caring more about overcrowded jails and prison budgets than real justice. And caring more about criminals than children (living or dead)
I can only hope that when it’s time to sentence M that all the mental health professionals we’ve been hearing from will testify that M is the kind of person who will kill whoever gets in her way. Caylee may have been the first but with M’s mentality, she may not be the last. That’s the only way she’ll get put away for life.
I had been talking in response to Pammyliz’ hypothetical if M confesses… there would be no jury and there are plea bargaining as to sentancing, which is where reduced sentances come into play.
another thing, if LE thought they had a weak case, they would have had an option to try the fraud/theft charges first, then put them into play during the murder trial by showing her to be a habitual offender, adding some yrs. But they agreed to put the murder first, to me means they feel pretty confident. I believe there is more evidence not yet released.
It is interesting to speculate on what would have happened if there had not been a 911 call.
I think that M would have convinced her parents of a kidnapping and “we can’t call LE because they’ll hurt Caylee” story OR C and G would realize she’d killed the baby. But they would have covered it up. They would have sent M away OR simply said that they allowed her to give up the child for adoption. That’s the only way that C could save face. On the one hand, it would make sense to try the stronger case first; the fraud case does seem a slam dunk. On the other hand, it makes sense to me to try the most serious of crimes first. IF it ultimately turns out that a jury convicts and m is assigned the DP, then it really makes the fraud charges a moot point.

well email can be hacked into anywhere you just need to unlock the password and is traceable only by the network or url they are using to log on to it with…good hackers have those things that change the url’s frequently so they are harder to track.
To say that someone logged into thier computer to do the searches is less likely unless they can prove outside activty breaking into thier network.

I truly think that pic was that Kaylee girl from Volusia..she was in the media early on in the investigation. She did look a bit older than Caylee too. Those pics blown up look to be the same..I wish LE would look into that possibility and talk to that family again. Maybe the Ants had them tailed or offered them hush money to snap that photo for reasonable doubt.
I just don’t put anything past them when it comes to saving their daughter in this trial.

Besides the obvious insanity of believing that anyone holding on to Caylee (alive) would take her to and Orlando Mall to play because of course they don’t know she is being looked for. Kris, they say LE knows who took the phote. This photo taker originally called the tip line, tried to call LE and didn’t get the response they thought they should get from LE so they called the Ants. Of course C used it for yet anther press conference after waiting days to hold said press conference after announcing she once again had undeniable proof of Caylee alive.
It came on the heels of the Gainsville sighting where a family had to prove it was really their baby.
IMO there is no need for LE to investigate this or other local sightings for reasons I stated above.
At this point I agree with those who think that the Ants are trying to raise reasonable doubt to help M. They know Caylee is gone – deep down they do IMO.
I am still truly hoping that they have a chance to still go for the death penalty..I feel this will be their last chance to see if that monster mother will roll over and fold her cards to save her own butt. To me that idea of being able to burn a body makes her way worse than just calling her a monster. There is no term that could fit a person who could look upon the child they gave birth to and be able to do something so mortifying and degrading such as that. In the State of Florida vs John Couey the prosecution charged Mr. Couey with first degree murder for the death of Jessica Lundsford. Mr. Couey confessed to murdering Jessica, and led LE to Jessica’s grave in the hope of bypassing a trial and accepting a life sentence in prison without parole. Mr Couey asked for an attorney during his interview with LE. Mr. Couey’s confession was thrown out, because his constitutional rights were violated, because an attorney was not present during his interview with LE. The defense filed a motion for a change of venue which was granted. The defense believed that Mr. Couey’s defense was that their client was mentally retarted and therefore would be confined to a mental institution. After two years the case was heard and Mr. Couey was found guilty of first degree murder. The jury recommended the death penalty 10-2. The judge agreed with the jurors recommendation, and also penalized Mr. Couey with three consecutive life sentences for this horrible crime which resulted in the death of this beautiful nine year old child. Mr. Couey has filed one appeal which has been denied. He has since filed another appeal, and currrently is on death row awaiting the appellate court decision of overturning his sentence. His appeal states he is mentally retarded and therefore he was not mentally fit to stand trial.
I have cited the John Couey case because Mr. Couey confessed to his crime to LE, and the confession was not admissable in court due to his constitutional rights being violated, and yet Mr. Couey received a guilty verdict and the maximum punishment of death.
The State of Florida vs Casey Marie Anthony
Ms. Anthony has been charged with Murder 1 and under Florida law she is eligble for the death penalty due to the fact the crime against her involves a minor under the age of twelve years old. The prosecution must inform potential jurors during the voir dire if the evidence proves beyond a reasonable doubt that Ms. Anthony murdered her child can they hand down guilty verdict with a death penalty recommendation to the presiding judge. The judge will take the recommendation from the jurors into consideration when he passes down the sentence to Ms. Anthony. Ms. Anthony’s parents may ask the judge to have mercy on their daughter and consider a lessor sentence of life without parole, however the prosecution who is actually representing Caylee Marie Anthony will also ask the judge to deliver the maximum sentence to Ms. Anthony. After sentencing Ms. Anthony will be processed, and the appeal process will be begin by her attorney.
The prosecution has a job of proving beyond a reasonable doubt that Ms. Anthony murdered her child. The prosecution’s job is to present the testimonies of their witnesses, and the evidence that points to a guilty verdict. The jurors are instructed that the death penalty is an option they can recommend to the judge for the crime Ms. Anthony has committed against her child. The recommendation is considered by the judge and does carry much weight in the sentencing phase. If the jurors decide the prosecution did not prove their case beyond a reaqsonable doubt they have the lessor charge of manslaughter to consider or they may feel the state has not proven their case and find Ms. Anthony not guilty. In the event Ms. Anthony is found guilty her attorney will start the appeal process. She will remain in custody and presumed guilty as charged during the appeal process.

Skimming through the list, I noticed that most cases involve a body having been dumped in a body of water or burned (surprising number of bodies were dropped into ocean from airplanes—who knew?).
A number were convicted based on DNA, with no body (in other words, no witness). Some not even with DNA (such as a single fingerprint on a piece of duct tape, case in Texas).

I’m starting to think that the trial will be delayed.
It can be a good thing for the State as well too. They may have a solid case, but delaying the trial will help them make it even more solid.
The reason we all want it to start now is because we want to know what Baez is talking about when he said, at trial when he tells us what happened, we’ll understand.
Yet, we all know that there’s NO EXCUSES when you kill someone, ESPECIALLY A CHILD.
No matter which side of the fence your on in this case, It’s frustrating for everyone.
But no matter what, Casey will remain in jail for the rest of her life.
She is accountable for someone’s dead body in her trunk, If not Caylee’s, then someone else’s. She’s the only one who can’t explain where she truly was. Cindy can put blame on Casey’s friends all she wants. It won’t get her anywhere.

Hi, PAW69! If BB gets the case delayed it will be because he says he needs more time to prepare for it – so that would not mean he’d have the additional time to prepare for the fraud trial. I’m afraid that trial will follow the murder one if it happens at all.
Not sure about the Zenaida case. It’s kind of separate. Haven’t heard much about it since BB’s ridiculous counter-suit which seems to require him to put M on the stand! Wow, I would really like to see that!

Does anyone remember whether LE took the boots and shoes that were in M’s car? Or did the stupid oafs miss those too? (Sorry. I am usually very supportive of LE but I am po’d about how they messed up the first days of this case).
The reason I ask is that I was reminded of a case in which a man had killed a child and washed his clothes and I think his sneakers too but LE found blood in the seam of the shoes.
Also I read some report of C saying that M had not opportunity to be near her car after they picked it up from towing and that’s a lie. (surprise! not) LV’s statement says he and M sat out in the garage when the cops were there! They could have done anything to the car or the stuff in it.

Did you read what the ants’ second-rate slimy looking “private investigator” said when talking about who might have hacked into C’s email? He said that they had done background checks on some of the protesters. Why on earth would anyone do that? Where is the money coming from for this kind of idiocy?
He mentioned that because obviously he knew of some protesters from Ocala I guess. So if Yahoo said the hacking came from Ocala then he was linking it to a protester. But why do background checks? Who is paying for this? For the PI? ETC???? This drives me nuts!
CA – I don’t think the judge has any special insight. He just knows that if someone is convicted of murder that it would render small charges like fraud fairly moot, irrelevant and pointless. If prosecution gets Murder 1 conviction then yes fraud and theft are moot point. but that is a big if. The reason prosecutors might want to consider a fraud/theft charge first is that they know that a jury on Murder 1 charge has an option to convict on lesser charge of Manslaughter if they do not believe the evidence is 100% solid, rather some missing pieces yet more than enough to aquit her. If jury chooses to convict on manslaughter, the sentance would be much less in yrs. If accused has 2 other prior offenses, however, they could use a habitual offender laws to add yrs to whatever manslaughter sentancing she gets and give the prosecution some sense of justice. If there hasn’t been other offenses however that is not an option.
“Three strikes laws are statutes enacted by state governments in the United States which require the state courts to hand down a mandatory and extended period of incarceration to persons who have been convicted of a serious criminal offense on three or more separate occasions. These statutes became very popular in the 1990s. I believe the state would have liked to try fraud first for the very reasons you mentioned. If the murder 1 case tanked then M could still have gotten a long sentence because of a previous conviction for fraud.
However the judge did not allow the fraud case to be tried first. That’s to M’s benefit in a way. I do not think it shows any insight/knowledge on the judge’s part as far as knowing whether or not she will be convicted of murder. Frankly these days I believe he was probably thinking of cost! Yes! Cost to the state! M is going to be tried for murder for sure and that will be expensive. And it might get her locked up for long enough that the state will not bother to spend the extra money trying her for fraud. Or maybe he made the decision based on the fact that presumably she committed the murder first (mid-June) and the fraud later (mid-July). Who knows why judges decide what they do?
In any case it is what it is.
I wanted to ask you all about the last visit that LE and FBI made to the ants house. It has not been made public what that was about. I was thinking it may have been the obligatory call on the family to inform them that their grandbaby is dead. Obviously as a result of their findings, the position the state has taken to prosecute for murder and LE’s announcement that they are no longer searching for a live Caylee. Of course the ants would reject what they said but the timing of that visit fits well with LE’s announcement that they are no longer looking for a live Caylee.

I am not up on Florida Law, but I think they can wait until the 5th of Jan. to get a continuance. I am sure the State is expecting that, which also gives them more time to move forward.
Otherwise, the Jury selection should begin on the 5th and once selected, the actual trial will begin. Jury selection can take a week or so in some cases. Murder trials are especially time consuming and will last for weeks.

But, back to the case, if by some chance they can’t convict for murder1, and she gets manslaughter, what are FLA’s laws regarding time spent in jail waiting? I am from Canada and here, sexual crimes against women and children don’t usually carry very harsh sentences. Here, time spent in jail awaiting trial counts toward time served.
Manslaughter sentance: just an offhand guess, less than 20 yrs with jail time awaiting trial included.

THe only drawback for me is having read about Susan Smith for example, who killed her two little sons in a horrible way and deliberately so she could be with some guy. Susan has had sex with two male guards (both got fired) and has a lesbo relationship with another inmate.
So “life goes on” such as it is for these people. I guess it’s not much of a life – and maybe that should be enough for me. I sure don’t want to make M into some martyr or famous because she was executed. Especially if there remains any doubt whatsoever in anyone’s mind about whether Caylee is dead.
Oh, meant to add that I’d really be perfectly fine with life IF they could switch out her cot for that stinky trunk.

Pickles and M2C, you make excellent points for the death penalty option. Yes, precious Caylee did not get to live her life and M deserves to pay and pay for that. I just think if she stays in prison for life, she will see her physical body deteriorate as the years pass. It would kill her to lose her looks as she puts so much store by them and what they can get her. So in my book, that is so much more satisfying than her being executed with her looks intact. Plus, some might just give her martyr status as M2C said. I am sure her parents would be first to start that.

There is one thing that bothers me in this case. Casey gave LE a description of Zenaida in the beginning but lE decided not to release the description to the media. I know they say there is no Zenaida but the description may be a description of someone else involved.

Above that you should see a standard windows tool bar with file, edit, view, favorites, tools, help. Go to the View drop-down menu. you should see an option for text size. Change to medium or large. Should work. I just tried it on my home page and it worked.

I’ve been reading the blog and would like to comment on a few posts. Someone mentioned that George helped clean out the car but if I remember correctly July 16th was a Wednesday and George went to the impound lot twice because the first time he didn’t have certified funds to pay the towing company. So, by the time George brought the car home from the impound lot it was time for him to go to work. I don’t think he took the day off because he didn’t want to alarm Cindy about the smell in the car so he simply agreed that it was a rotting pizza. If I’m correct I don’t think George would have had too much time to clean out the car, so Cindy was pretty much on her own.
Also, in reference to another post: I can’t see this as being a “crime of passion.” A crime of passion is done in an instant of anger and from what the investigation documents reveal it’s pretty clear to me that Casey had been planning Caylee’s death for a while. I do believe, however, that the argument that Cindy and M had on June 15th provided the power and determination for Casey to follow through with her plans.
Last but not least regarding LE not releasing Casey’s description of Zenaida to the public, which I feel was a wise move. LE was right to stand by their decision if they couldn’t establish that Zenaida existed. When there is no shred of evidence of a person’s existence it would be wrong of LE to get the public involved in a bogus hunt. They could not afford to have thousands of people reporting possible sightings of a nonexistent person when they have verified that the suspect had given false statements about Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. Doing so would have become a fiasco much like the Caylee sightings. Let me put it this way, in this day and age it is not difficult to prove that a person exists. Especially for LE even if a person does not have any type of police record. The person Casey described never lived at the addresses she gave, never worked at the place she claimed and the man who she claimed introduced them did not do so, in fact he never heard of Zenaida. There is so much more to add to this but I’ve already made my comment much too lengthy.
Does anyone think that some member of the family,perhaps Lee moved the body. Remember the night that C dragged M home from Tony’, M spent quite a bit of time with Lee. He has often said that he and his sister have a special bond. He would have had some time to get the info that baby was buried in the yard and to move it. After all the yard search was not done until the next day.He would also have had time to help M cook up the Zanny story.
By the way i was just listening to his initial court appearence and he mentioned that he only moved out of the family home in 2006. Strange family, isn’t he quite a bit older than M?
Saluki – LV may have helped M but it was probably after she was jailed. Maybe moving the body or getting rid of evidence then.
But he could not have helped cook up the zanny story – at least not the night of the 15th. M told the cops about that during her mother’s thrid 911 call. And I don’t think anyone could have moved a body the 15th or 16th from the back yard. Some of us do think that M moved it from there to elsewhere sometime in June.
Saluki @ 3:26. Very good point. M has always maintained she has no idea where Caylee is. This could be true if Lee moved the body from the backyard. He could have been the male person spotted with M at the woods. Maybe he carried the baby in and she stood as lookout? Then she would really “have no idea where Caylee is”. At this point, I put nothing past these people, LV included. I have never fully trusted him and have always been suspicious of his involvement.
Okay, in addition to looking for Caylee look-alikes all over the place, now we have to look for a woman in her twenties? 5′ 7″, 140 lbs, half-black and half-puerto rican, with curly hair that was straightened and no tattoos or distinguishing marks from a family with money (who may or may not have a sister named Samantha). BTW how would M know she had no tattoos or distinguishing marks? I can understand chatting about tattoos but distinguishing marks? Round ‘em up, LE!
We’ll line up all the women who look like that for M to identify!!! Better get hoppin!

That’s why we have brilliant, professional detectives working on the case rather than amateur arm chair sleuth.
Detectives come to their conclusions by investigating every little fact… even things that we don’t know about. Amateurs believe whatever pops into their head.

SALUKI, please help me out here… I don’t see anything that leads me to believe that anyone moved Caylee’s body. I think that would have been too dangerous of a task for anyone to perform with this case being so high profiled.
Plus my belief stands with Casey’s thinking of “Trust no one” I feel that she did not confide in anyone. However, except for Cindy, I imagine that most of the Ants at least suspect that Casey is guilty of this heinous crime.
I agree no accomplice either during or after the fact. M did this on her own. Armchair amateurs we all are here. No harm in throwing out a thought and speculating on it as we have no real bearing on the outcome of this case anyways. However, controversial speculation gets us thinking and reasoning out the possibilities tho’. In a good way.

MotherEve – Some of us do think that brother LV may have helped in some way at least early on. For example, why did he take it upon himself to go to Tony Lazarro’s apt the night of July 15 to get M’s stuff? He said he found her computer and the last month of emails was erased! He also said her bag was neatly packed (M was NOT neat so who packed her bag?) At home he and M spent time in the garage together. Could have done anything with the car or what was in it. AND a few days later C gave LV her credit card statements – instead of giving them to LE. I suppose LE eventually got them and I don’t suppose LV could have messed with them but he could have found a purchase and gotten rid of it (what was all that about a cross?) So he’s still a little suspect in my book. Not sure how far he’d go to cover for M.
Did he really live at home until 2006? Was that when M and baby Caylee were there or were M and Caylee at Jesse Grund’s family home at that time?

Pickles, all that phone stuff confuses me mostly because I do not understand cell phones. But I thought that she told LE that she lost the phone but had removed the SIM card first. So the SIM card in the phone she did have was the same as the one from the phone she “lost.” (She was telling LV the same thing during one of the jail phone calls).
The excuse she gave for not having some numbers was that they were stored on the phone that was lost. The numbers had not been stored on that SIM card.
Although I would think he would be too busy condeming souls.

I just know how hard these guys and gals work to solve crimes and they risk their lives on a daily basis and receive such little credit. They deserve so much more but you will never hear that coming from them because they are absolutely dedicated. Of course we all hear of bad apple every now and then but that’s in every profession. mytwocents, did anyone verified that indeed her email was hacked? With them being in the spotlight I would think that they would have the best security, on their computer that money can buy.
I just want to mention that as much as I respect G for coming forward with the truth about his daughter, his statement about the Nigerian money scam puzzles me. It’s been around for at least 15 years and from what I understand mostly the elderly get caught up in it because they don’t understand it or haven’t read about it. I would think that G being a former police officer he would be interested in reading things of that nature in the newspaper. So, maybe there is more to that story about him losing that money than meets the eye. But, now that I’m typing this it just hit me that he’s not the one on trial so why should I care.

Hey Pickles, this is just for joo! As I was blogging, I was also listened to BNN’s talk radio that was recorded Sunday. All of you did a good job in representing the whole gang!
Sunday’s are a bad day for me because I start the day with a standing breakfast date with a good friend… we’ve been doing that for five years. Sunday is also family day so I try to take turns going to my kid’s homes to visit if they’re not coming to my house. I have grandchildren so I ALWAYS carry an overnight bag in my trunk in case they beg me to stay!
I still can’t get over your voice… it’s very nice and sweet and I noticed that you’re writing somewhat like you speak now. I think that’s great… I understand a lot of the (what do they call it? Is it text messaging lingo?) But I don’t understand all of it so sometimes I have to read your post a couple of times before I totally understand the entire message. MMT – Supposedly the FBI is investigating the hacking. I imagine they can get to the bottom of it. I think for C & G to arrange it would have been dangerous – only because I suspect that a real investigation could uncover who did it.
It’s interesting that this comes after Larry Garrison’s release of C’s email. I wonder if there was some info on the copy of the email that Garrison released that a hacker used to get access – or at least helped. For one reason because C may want to have a way to “cover up” other emails she’s written (so that would back-up the “she had it done herself” theory). Or it gave the hacker the idea.

Many have commented lately that the blog has been better than it’s ever been, and I agree. SO many have returned and say they’re now comfortable to post comments, whereas before they were not.
My observation has been that everyone, returning and new, have been welcomed with open arms.

Sabrina was banned for sending a nasty email to Jan (which bashed both Simon and Jan.) Some of those decided to leave the blog b/c Sabrina was banned. To my knowledge everyone has been accounted for still… except Mamabear, Catherine and Cecybeans.
As many will attest, the blog has been a happier, healthier place since Sabrina was banned. If those individuals were truly here for the blog and all the other awesome bloggers on here……they would not have left. Evidently their allegiance was to Sabrina only, so they made the choice best for them. We have many new bloggers who have come in since Sabrina was banned and I have to agree with what others have said at times. It is a much better blog now.
I know that Cecybeans is missed by many and we have asked her to come back. To my knowledge she has not come back, but maybe in time she will. She had alot to offer the blog.

Our church goes from church to church donating food for Christmas dinners, and coats and blankets and heaters, and candy, nuts, fruit to make baskets for the needy. This is an annual thing. Poor anna and I are usually the ones on first thing in the morning and still miss each other by 30 minutes. Maybe it IS me and no one wants to blog with me. That would be more understandable than thinking that no one wants to blog with either of you!

Maybe C is afraid to report it because in the process of investigating the cops would have to see some of her other emails!!! LOL! Oh and she doesn’t trust them right? She’s a better investigator than they are, right? So she’s probably investigating it now and will soon drive up to the jail with someone for the cops to put in jail. LOL! Wery said she was waiting at an AirTran gate with her husband and son with their Yorkshire Terrier dog, when a little girl she believes was Caylee Anthony came up to them to play with the dog. The Anthony’s have always said Caylee loved her dogs, fueling Wery’s belief.

“When she came up to me, she said her name,” Wery said. “I asked her three times. She said ‘Caylee Me-Antony’ all in one word. I didn’t expect that. Then the woman she was with spoke up and said, ‘She’s trying to tell you her name is Caylee Marie Anthony.”
Wery said she boarded the flight to Atlanta, and so did the girl and woman. She added the woman told her Caylee was from here, but that she lived in New York or New Jersey.
By the time Wery returned from her vacation, the Anthony’s had already reported Caylee missing. That happened on July 15th, and on July 16th police arrested Casey and the Anthony’s began their still ongoing media blitz.
Wery said when she saw Caylee’s picture on TV., she immediately called the Sheriff’s Office. She filed an official report, they interviewed her and her son, and even made a sketch of the woman she said was with Caylee. In the end, though, the Sheriff’s Office told her and us they and the FBI thoroughly investigated that tip and it was completely unfounded.
But still Wery insists that despite the fact that the Orange County Sheriff’s office believes that Caylee is dead and the state is building a case of murder against the mother, she said that she is “Absolutely certain,” that the little girl she saw was Caylee Anthony, very much alive.

‘morning, pammyliz! Yes about same/similar names. Wasn’t one of the little girls who was investigated by LE actually named Kaylee? They spelled it differently. I think the family’s neighbor reported them because the child looked similar and her name was virtually the same. But cops went to their house and saw birth cert etc.
C has been harping on this one sighting since it was first reported. She even mentioned it in one of her videotaped talks with LE not long after July 15. And she mentioned it to the FBI in that taped interview. She was putting down OCSO because she’d heard OCSO interviewed the woman and her son at a MacDonald’s. Like doing that was being disrespectful and disinterested in the woman’s info. Anyway I assume that LE and FBI investigated that thoroughly SURELY!

Investigation of a person’s home and property without valid cause would seem to me to be improper. Stupid anthony’s have already created undue harassment to hundreds of innocent people, including Ms Gonzalez. Now because of another doofus claiming she had “sighted Caylee” does not in my opinion give officials the right to invade these people’s privacy. Sounds like another attention whore just like the anthony’s. No way, without a court order, would I release personal documents (birth certificate of my child) to someone accusing me of kidnapping a child. Amazing thing is how this bunch gets away with creating havoc because of their own negligence.
The lady with the child actually enunciated the child’s full name FOR her! To the “witness.”
So do we have the most brazen kidnapper of all time? Or is it someone to whom M GAVE the child and who thought she had every legal right to the child (so not doing anything wrong)?

I wish the cops would tell us what they did to rule this out as a possibility. I’d feel better if LE said they actually found that woman and child.

Actually, your post probably applies to all of us at one time or another, so it’s a good reminder. We all have sensitive, vulnerable days. I know I do and have to remind myself that if I feel overlooked, there’s probably a reason other than me.

Flash, you’re right. And that may be the reason that no one has come forward to say that the most recent photo of a little girl playing at a mall is their child and not Caylee. I mean who wants LE up their butt and all over their house, business and children?
Why is it up to them to defend themselves – just because the ants are insanely arrogant and so stupidly stubborn?
So far I think the people who were investigated have been awfully nice about it. I know LE showed up at the door of one family very very early in the morning demanding to see their child and the paperwork etc. They were wonderful about it – I guess they put themselves in the place of the ants. But not everybody feels that way nor should they.
One thing that’s been bothering me is that M and I believe C said that “Zanny” had everything Caylee needed – clothes, toothbrush, nappies, toys etc. So M never needed to give zanny anything of Caylees. But what about that doll baby? Her favorite doll baby? We all know how children are about their favorite stuffed animal or doll. They go everywhere with it and the world WILL come to an end if that thing goes missing for even five minutes. No one has said that Caylee had two of those dolls and I’m sure she did not.
And that’s the doll they found in the stinking car.

I think we all have felt ignored at some point. Part of it is the way the blog works technically. When I “refresh” some new posts appear and then if I refresh again sometimes more appear and if I hadn’t looked BACK I would not have seen them. And sometimes people have something else on their mind and state that instead of reading or responding to others’ posts.
But we should try to take care and try not to leave people out. For example, Minnie was MIA for a while and I should have taken more note of that. I just thought she was busy. But turns out something was wrong and we didnt’ know it until she came back to post about it.
Now all is well I believe.
I guess we just have to encourage trust in here and also encourage people to ASK us – kind of like tapping us on the shoulder to say “HEY! I’m here! Are you ignoring me?” I hope people will do that before assuming they are being ignored and leaving.

Yes, C continues to harp on this sighting, yet according to Padilla’s sworn statement to LE, he heard both Casey (with Cindy backing up the story) tell Baez that “Jesse killed Caylee” and put her in the car to frame Casey and that Jesse had a set of keys (per new docs–anyone want link, let me know).
If “Jesse killed Caylee,” then how would she be in any mall?
AND
Casey also told Amy about horrid smell in her car on 6/25, even saying it “smelled like something died” (perhaps only truth she’s ever told). On 6/27 Casey told Amy that she “GOT RID” of the smell by removing the animal that was “plastered to the frame of her car” (ditto on link).
So, were there 2 different decompositional events that occurred in m’s car within a period of 3 weeks? First, an animal on 6/27, and then another when “Jesse killed Caylee?”
So, Cindy, which is it? Or did Jesse kill some other child and put her in the back of m’s car?

I think it is someone who had good intentions and the girl sounded like caylee anthony somehow.. I believe 100% that the id can be confirmed by photo experts (FBI, LE, etc.). I blew up the pic and do not think she has same features as Caylee.

I have wondered and worried about Lv not taking the dna test. I think it may have been because when he and m were in the garage, he went into the trunk of that car, and thought he may have left some evidence there. Pickles – The lady and her son (Wery or whatever their name is) called LE shortly after July 15 when they saw Caylee’s photo on the TV. This is not a new sighting. They are just continuing to insist that the child they saw was Caylee and that LE and FBI did not investigate thoroughly. And of course C & G are backing them up.
My husband said this is like an Italian opera. Much drama!

Orange County Deputies say they don’t have any new leads in the case, but they have been able to rule out a possible Caylee sighting.
A witness reported seeing Caylee at Orlando International Airport. She even said the little girl said her name was Caylee Marie Anthony.
After further investigation, deputies said the age of the little girl and Caylee did not match up.
That is just one of nearly 300 tips that investigators have been following. They say they have had tips and even potential sightings from across the country.

And MollyBear it was me who mentioned about LE and FBI visiting the house maybe the week before Thanksgiving but I did not see a report on what was said. I guessed that it might have been a “notification” of sorts. I still can’t find the news report on it. It was just a paragraph within an article about some other aspect of the case. Nothing big was made of it at the time.
And I’m sure the defense knows what the state has but the defense is going to fight the forensics I guess. Hoping jurors are too dumb to believe in the science.
Somewhere I read that Cindy said they are watching those that have Caylee and they will get her back when she’s safe. Does anyone here understand this? Perhaps I read it wrong. Oh and the emails between Cindy’s mother and brother have her mother saying that Cindy has supported George since forever and covered for Casey’s lies and stealing for sometime.

It is completely irresponsible that they don’t look up their own reports from back then to provide what the police said in response to that sighting. Some people will say anything to get their 15 min of fame. That woman at the airport who “met” Caylee-me-antony. I think she heard the kid say Caylee-me-antony because that is what she wanted to hear. Then she could be the hero. I don’t think it is possible to take a child on a plane without producing ID for the child even if the flight is free for under 12. Just crossing the border from Canada to US at Detroit we had to produce birth certif for both our kids. They were even asked what their names were.

I got an idea!!! I had a big red glass ornament, I pasted a cute pix I had downloaded of Caylee and put it on the ball. It looks good, I’m kinda always messing around with arts and crafts and hot-glue, etc. whenever I have the x.

MotherEve if anyone is going from state to state they don’t have to show birth certificate or ID since it is within the US which Canada is not. Also I don’t think lE did or will investigate the sighting at the mall as per the the fact they stated that they weren’t doing anymore sighting investigations, so don’t count on LE for it. Also I don’t think LE really fully investigated the airport sighting as they said. I also don’t think they investigated all the 5000 tips either I’ll be willing to bet that they only investigated half of them, as they have only turned over 1000 to the defense and since they are under orders from the judge to turn over all completed tip investigations tells me they didn’t investigate all that they should of.

I understand that Cindy and George have a right to believe anything they want regarding Caylee, regardless of all the evidence pointing to Caylee’s death and their daughter being responsible for her death. However, I don’t believe they have the right to ignore privacy issues and claim that a child is Caylee when it is not.
If the little girl’s picture at the mall is not a phony composite picture of Caylee then this little girl’s parents may be in the process of hiring an attorney to sue the Anthony’s and the people responsible for plastering her picture all over the media.
In my opinion, Cindy and George are using the world as their stage to benefit their daughter’s defense by creating reasonable doubt in the minds of potential jurors.
All this brings a question to mind. Does anyone know that if Casey is convicted of murder would a death certificate be issued shortly thereafter? I would think that since the state proved, beyond reasonable doubt, that Caylee is deceased that perhaps a death certificate would be in order. Does anyone know for sure?
Okay first of all you don’t issue a death certificate for someone who is not dead.
The reason I was asking about the death certificate was because I would think that if a death certificate was issued Cindy and George would no longer be able to use the media, as they do, to search for a living granddaughter.
If there was even a shred of evidence that Caylee was alive I would stand behind searching for her but sadly all evidence points to her being dead that once the state proves their case it’s all over.
MMT: I am so glad you are answering Dak, cause I just don’t feel like arguing. Nothing we can say, nothing that le says, fbi says, is gonna convince Dak that Caylee is dead. And that is a good question about the death certificate. We need Retired Lawyer to answer that one. Maybe he will read your post and reply, but I thought you had to have a body to issue a death certificate. But if le can convict without a body, then ohhhhh I am confused. I hope all those parents who have children plastered all over the web and news do sue the Ants for invasion of privacy and stress.

Dak, ah I see. I wasn’t sure about the US laws on producing ID when travelling stateside only. I still think it was a bogus sighting. I would bet that because of the sensationalism of this case world wide, Caylee sightings are popping up like BFF’s after a lotto win.

Okay as far as I know death certificates can only be issued under one of the following conditions 1)either the parent(s) have to file a claim the child is dead to issue it or 2)the person has to be missing for a certain amount of time.

Got to thinking as there are people out there who believe Caylee is not dead. Yes, the evidence so far is only circumstantial, and that may not be enough to convince some people, but, and this is a BIG but, there is just soooooo much of it. Weeks and weeks worth of testimonies, documents, etc. What has been published is probably just a fraction of what is. We just don’t know. I think the evidence held back for trial has got to be very strong. We don’t know a lot of what the FBI has, they, the FBI has not made public. Most of what we get in the media has come directly/indirectly from OCSD, not the FBI. Also, remember Annie Dowling and Dante? They were interviewed but their statements were never made public. Must be some pretty damning evidence coming from that quarter.

The baby has been missing for six months if she is alive why hasn’t the reward been claimed? Surely if you’d take the child out in public(sightings)you would claim the reward. If the A’s believe she is alive why haven’t they been on t.v. begging for her return instead of there lies and stupid stories.Perhaps leave her at a hospital or fire station late at night.
According to what I could find I believe that without a cause of death a certificate cannot be issued atleast without parental consent and you know Casey won’t do it.
Even if someone did find Caylee alive right now they couldn’t collect the reward since it was only available for 90 days.
Dak, I would venture to guess that there are exceptions when the only parent listed on the birth certificate is in jail for her murder. That is if Casey indeed gets convicted.

I’ve read Dante’s interview, but who knows if they released it in its entirety. Annie is who Casey said (in online chat) she bought xanax from, so that may be kept private.
The evidence connecting Casey to the murder may be circumstantial, but the evidence indicating that Caylee is dead is not circumstantial. The scientific evidence indicating that Caylee was dead and decomposing in the trunk was released as an FBI doc.
Having said that, I also still think there are more tests not revealed yet. Namely, the stain. So far only the laser beam testing on the stain has been released. Not any DNA testing of it, & they could have that. Plus, no testing on maggots has been released yet.
Then I believe it would fall to Cindy or George.
Or they would have to wait for the legal amount of time to pass to claim a person deceased which I think is 7 years, I may be wrong.

You’re so right! Plus not once have they expressed worry about is Caylee being taken care of properly, is she cold, hungry or crying.
To me that speaks volumes and proves that they really know that Caylee is dead. What they are doing is all for Casey and her defense.

It was funny when I posted that yesterday I scrolled up and read that you left the blog and were going home and your home computer didn’t work.
I thought to myself… Dang… that’s me always a day late and a dollar short! LOL
A few articles I found said most states require the person to be missing at least 7 years prior to being declared dead. HOWEVER, this is a different type of case, and the articles mentioned there are exceptions (in natural disasters, etc).
Perhaps we can look up some of the cases on the website that lists those convicted of murder without a body.

Yes, you were right the first time. For a while the body had been stored in trunk, but authorities never found it.
So, one year ago in Florida, a man was sentenced to death for killing a child whose body was never found.
Gives us hope for justice! I’ll report what I find (unless someone else already knows about it).

Dak – Are you referring to the mistrials? In a mistrial, someone can be tried again, without it being double jeopardy.
Maybe what appears to be dbl jeop is one court trial for the actual crime and if it didn’t work out, the other trial could be a civic suit. I think that is what happened in the OJ case. He got off on the murder trial but the Goldmans and Browns filed a civil suit and I think they won that?
CIT I think that case the guy may have confessed to the crime that is if you are talking about the guy who was convicted back in 2007 for the murder that took place in 1998.
Thanks, Dak. I’ll check it out. I do know he has about 300 cases listed — convictions with no body. Some life sentences (which I prefer, actually) and some death sentences.
I noticed on his forum, he has a few blogs on Caylee. Also, he appeared on NG recently to discuss the case.
Heres an interesting one back in 1886 a man was tried twice for the murder of his lovers husband. Lover testified against him and he was executed on Dec 30 1892. The victim was later found alive in Kansas.
That just goes to show that you should never give someone the death penalty without a body. That porr guy died for no reason at all.

Sorry I haven’t been on much.
I have the WONDERFUL COMCASTIC and it’s been going out a lot since Saturday night. So I have tried to get on in between the disconnections.
Hopefully they have fixed it right this time.
As for the case, Well I almost broke my TV. There is a chip in it now though.
Sometimes I want to walk away from this case. But I feel that if I do that, than I’m walking away from Caylee, and I just can’t do that.
Then to hear about the 17 yr old boy who was chained like a slave made my night even worse last night. It seems like we here more and more about kids being harmed or killed. My heart and soul can’t take it anymore.
I feel we need stiffer laws PERIOD!
Anyways, Hope everyone is doing good. I think about EVERYONE here a lot, Yes Dak, even you lol.
