This case is filled with juicy tidbits sometimes just to fill the empty spaces of many news programs, but as we all know the spice does not convict the criminal. The Anthony case is rather simple. Will the jury believe the scientific evidence presented to them by the prosecution? The science of DNA is 99 9/10th accurate. DNA evidence alone has convicted many criminals in our court systems, however all circumstances must be examined as to the collection of the DNA, and the testing of the evidence. As for more advanced testing such as the air sampling there are no comparisons which may introduce doubt into the minds of a juror. Jose Baez may appear as a arrogant inexperienced attorney, but he is drawing off the minds of experts who are well respected in their fields. Don't under estimate Mr. Baez's ability to represent Ms. Anthony. I have watched him in the court room, and although I do not agree with his methods of practicing law I do respect him for making sure his client is protected under our constition. As to the facts that have been released by the Clerk of County Court to the public it does appear that Ms. Anthony has murdered her child. I certainly would not expect this trial to begin for at least another year. Mr. Baez has the legal right to ask for a change of venue along with a continuance. Due to the severity of punishment Ms. Anthony faces a continuance would fade the constant coverage of the case, and allow the public to calm their anger towards Ms. Anthony. In my opinion I do not feel Ms. Anthony will receive the death penalty, however I have not read the case file. I am sure there is much more evidence that could justify the death penalty. Your anger towards the Anthony family is justified, but Mr. and Mrs. Anthony are legally motivated to stand by their daughter by Mr. Baez. I would advise the Anthony family to conduct themselves with less media, and more vigils. Prayer certainly does not offend potential jurors. And that someone secretly passes some info to the reporter - usually info that is not their business to release. It could be real info or a guess on that person’s part. Anyway whatever is leaked may or may not be real or ever used at trial. In fact if it’s real the fact that it’s leaked could spoil it’s use at trial.

Someone posted the other day about an article they saw about this Judge Napolitano who said that all the info/evidence released (meaning intentionally released) would not be used at trial. I just find that so hard to believe!

I felt that pic looked so much like that child that I decided to superimpose them side by side and enlarge to view them. I am convinced that child in the mall pic could be her. So for sake of speculation lets say what could stop the Ants from either doing one of two things to create reasonable doubt on behalf of their daughters upcoming trial. I feel it is entirely possible that they could have either had someone tail that family from Voulusia until they snapped that photo at the mall unbeknownst to them, or maybe even offered the family hush money from their ill-gotten gains so far in this case...if they accepted, who would be the wiser? That could also explain why noone came forward so far to claim that child in the pic..and we all know as sad as it is to say that Caylee is dead.
