I am just sick to my stomach about this new discovery. Just to think she was planning on killing her for months!!! She knew Caylee would never reach her 3rd birthday. It is just so sad.. I have never in my life wished bad on someone(except little things) but I wish death upon her.. not a quick needle in the arm, but a slow painful death. (I am Catholic, I hope I an not excumunicated(sp).LOL but this is truly how I feel. As a mother and a grandmother I can not even imagine ever, ever hurting my child, or my grandchild.
There is not a penalty harsh enough for her…

Lee raped Casey and ended up pregnant with Caylee. Cindy called Casey a liar. She didn’t want to keep Caylee cause she was an everyday reminder of what Lee did to her. She hates her mother for making her keep Caylee. She became so depressed and couldn’t take it anymore, so the only way she could get out of this depressing situation was by killing Caylee.

That will be the big shocker we’re all suppose to wait for trial to hear.

Nearly 700 pages of evidence released in the Casey Anthony case contain disturbing internet searches, accusations of a frame-up and allegations of potential incest in the Anthony family.

The investigation has brought out accusations Casey had been making against those closest to her, namely that her father George has abused her, and that her brother Lee made inappropriate sexual advances toward her once when she was in junior high. The documents show Casey said her mother Cindy did not believe that to be true.

The newly released court documents show Casey Anthony searched for information on chloroform, types of shovels and neck-breaking on her computer in the time before her young daughter Caylee disappeared.

The documents reveal that Casey searched those items in March, at the same time she was also looking on missing children web sites. Casey reported her daughter missing in June. Casey claims she left Caylee with a babysitter but that person has never been found and Casey now stands charged with Caylee’s murder.

That may be true, but what I presented is pure deductive reasoning, which is how we conclude facts are facts. Their only chance would be to dispute a premise in the reasoning process. (such as arguing that someone broke into the car). That’s their only chance to argue against it with reason.

EXACTLY! Look at the position the State is in. They do not want to prosecute her. Yet she seems to be begging for it! Their best option is to try to get her to shut up. Yes, she hurts Casey’s case every time she speaks. But the State doesn’t even need her help. They have the evidence to convict. Slam dunk (imo).

C looked like a broken woman yesterday, as if she would topple over any second. The human mind cannot hold two opposing ideas for very long. The time is up. She honestly believes Casey is innocent and at the same time she honestly knows Casey is guilty. Two opposing ideas–she genuinely believes one and knows the other to be true (imo). A pot of water reaching the boiling stage. She needs to be rescued by her family, or she may never recover.

It is time for George, Lee, or Casey to do the right thing. This is their test. They must speak up and save Cindy. If they don’t, they are all morally responsible for the end of C.

It feels so wrong to be talking about this case like this, I almost lose sight of the fact that we’re talking about a poor baby girl here….

Methinks perhaps the same people that grant this notion to the defense would change their tune rather quickly.

Read the Forensics–she WILL be convicted. Heartbreakingly, the evidence is there, in black and white.

HARD FACTS:
1. Caylee was decomposing in the trunk.
2. Casey left the car there.
3. Car not broken into since Casey abandoned it. No one opened it with a key.

THEREFORE: Casey was in possession of the car when Caylee’s body was decomposing in it.

And if they threatened to get full custody of Caylee, they had to know she would have taken Caylee away JUST so they wouldn’t ‘win’ the battle.

What’s SO sad is that her parents really were the ones supporting & taking care of all of Caylee’s needs. The one thing they failed to do was to hire a full time nanny for the baby so there didn’t have to be the fighting with Casey. If Caylee had a nanny, Casey could have come & gone as she liked & partied 24/7. Casey could have assumed a role of disinterested big sister & Caylee would have had a nanny & her grandparents to nurture her.

If only they admitted to themselves that Casey was NOT a fit mother & let her do her own thing & hit her rock bottom… I think things would have worked out ok for Caylee.

There was one boy in foster care who was severely abused, heavily medicated for rage and anxiety, became suicidal if he went off meds, pathological liar, and his goal in life was to be a police officer. Everyone involved with him seemed fine with this plan.

Casey is very immature for her age… not surprising now that we see how her mother makes excuses for her behavior even when it comes to murdering her own baby.

The saddest thing about this case is that if Casey wasn’t such a selfish pig, she could have simply left Caylee at her parents’ house & moved out & sponged off her friends for as long as they could stand her lazy, lying butt.

Instead, Casey used her baby as a weapon to HURT her family because they had the nerve to expect her to grow up & become a responsible adult.

She dserves NO sympathy & NO break when it’s time to sentence her… she made a conscious decision to NO do what was in the best interests of that innocent baby.

And, imo, her parents ALSO looked the other way when they found her lying, stealing & not being a fit mother. They did NOTHING to protect Caylee from a women they KNEW was an incompetent mother & a seriously impaired adult. Maybe it’s the guilt of knowing how THEY FAILED CAYLEE they forces them to cling onto the belief that maybe they might still have a chance to protect her after all.

The one person I feel sorry for is George… at least he was able to tell the truth at the beginning so investigators could seek justice for poor Caylee. That had to break his heart.

Last night, I read the Forensics Report and wanted to share a few thoughts. First, the issue on the pizza is confirmed by the FBI that NO pizza was in the box (an issue that keeps returning, thanks to C). Second, the report does not say that nuclear DNA testing was not done–sorta leaves it open (so we’re still not sure). (it’s more exact)

Even though we know Caylee is gone, it was very upsetting to read the report. Reading the exact chemicals released into the air, coming from fluids that came from her body–it is OVERWHELMING to read in print. A reality check.

Any jury member who may become desensitized to the info on this case bc of media circus, imo, will be brought back to reality by the scientific evidence. I think the jury will react the way I did–in sheer horror, esp when learning that Caylee was in the trunk decomposing for 2.5 days. Presumably, while Mom just drove the car hither and yon.

I’m far less concerned about the jury after reading this report and wanted to share my reaction to it.

I also have a suggestion to the state of Florida for the punishment for the Monster of the Century.
…Casey Marie Anthony should receive a life sentence, to be spent in a tiny cell, no electronics (tv, computer, music), and her bed is to be in the TRUNK OF THE CAR. If that was a good enough place for her daughter to lie, then it’s good enough for so-called mom.
