My wife Jan and I have decided to have another radio show about the Caylee Anthony story. It will be airing at 3pm CST next Sunday. Joining us is going to be the infamous Pickles from the wilds of Oregon. If it is anything like last weeks show, it will be must hear stuff.
This week we are going to be focusing on more recent developments in the case, and you can bet your last dollar that it will be a lively discussion. There might be a mystery guest, but, before you get your hopes up, the Anthony family likely think that Jan and Simon Barrett are the Anti Christ, and Leonard Padilla doesn’t answer my emails. I guess I am not as cute as Nancy Grace, and I doubt that Nancy would appear on any show where someone else had the ‘mute’ button (and I have one). Even Koby has got fed up with being slapped by the rather obnoxious Nancy Grace, so I doubt he would enjoy a good chewing from the Piranhas that lurk here on Blogger News!
Whats new this week? Well actually lots, there is the on again, off again Anthony tell all book deal, except now they are talking more in terms of a ‘Dummies Guide To Missing Grandchildren’. My personal view is that the family would be far better qualified to write the ‘Dummies Guide To Dummies’! Although not being covered by the MSM (main stream media) there are many questions being raised about Kidfinders and another organization, The Never Lose Hope Foundation, are they what they seem? There are rumors of a TV or cable deal for Padilla. Defense attorney Jose Baez continues to make significant mistakes that are calling into question his competence. There is also the question of what Texas based Equusearch are doing. Will they continue, will they pull out?
New video from the FBI also reveals that the Anthony family is not as squeaky clean as they might have us believe.
If last weeks show is anything to go by, this week will be even better.

I am aware that some of the others have left but there was a reason why other than the fighting, I am sure. They were following the one that got banned from here the night before last I think. She wrote me an ugly email about me stopping her from leaving the comments she was making to Dak when he wasn’t here to respond. She accused me of saying something to her because I was worried about her with my husband which was the last thing in the world I was worried about.
She had a couple of close friends on here that apparently thought more of her friendship than staying here and blogging with you all. After the things she had to say was said, she told me I could ban her if I wanted to because she was never going to log back onto Blogger News to join in here anyway.
Once Simon and I talked about it we decided to go on and ban her. Then I got another email back from her calling me a liar for banning her because when I responded to the first email I apologized for calling her down in here but we understood her decision to leave. Apparently she was one that lied though since she had to have logged back in to find out that she had been banned.
With all this said, I wold like to tell you all that you are welcome to stay here. I read comments from a few others that left accusing us of being partial but that was an unfair statement to us. Simon and I have been trying really hard to be fair about all of this and to be honest with the exception of one or two occasions we have always tried to work around it when we got complaints about someone.
But when we receive emails such as the ones this one sent to me, I don’t have time to argue with them back and forth and play her childish games. I try to solve the problems the best way I can without having to literally shut down the comment section completely. I just wish that everyone could get along with each other no matter what their opinions are.
There was only one that was banned from here out of the group that left so if the others truly wanted to come back they would be able to with no problems on their own, we are not stopping them. We are sorry they chose to leave but that was their choice not ours. Oh and btw… I did ban that Lvn person also, whoever they were because I did not like how they acted in here with everyone.
If any of you have a complaint about any of this you are welcome to email me to talk about it but this is basically the only way we can handle this.
We hope you all will listen in for our radio show tomorrow and feel free to call in during the show if you have something you’d like to say about the Caylee Anthony case.

Hello everyone…did anyone listen to the portion on the G FBI tapes where he talks about Jesse Grund stating that he took M to the hospital because she was having a Grand Mal seizure? Could M have been playing with the chloroform recreationally and overdid it?
Apparently some people use chloroform for that purpose. I think it is disgusting that G tries to put doubt as to Jesse’s involvement in Caylee’s disappearence. Jesse is the most honest of the bunch of characters in this theatre of the absurd. C keeps insinuating that M was always saying to C to stay away from Jesse because he is dangerous…yes probably he is dangerous to her, because he tells it like it is!!
Furthermore C trying to infer that Amy and Ricardo Morales are Zanny is totally reprehensible. They should sue her for defamation of character. The whole C interview with FBI made me want to throw something at tyhe laptop screen. What are your thoughts?

“Passing Gas” Gets Student Arrested

STUART, Fla. — A student at a Florida school has been arrested after authorities say he was “passing gas” and turned off his classmates’ computers.
According to a report released Friday by the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, the 13-year-old boy “continually disrupted his classroom environment” by intentionally breaking wind. He then shut off some computers other students were using.
The Spectrum Junior-Senior High School was arrested Nov. 4.
A school resource officer placed the boy under arrest after he confessed about his behavior, according to the report. He was charged with disruption of school function and released to his mother.

hello Anna. What do you mean by saying that C is telling the FBI what is important? I really think that C was trying to CONVINCE the FBI of her beliefs, which are skewed in favor of her daughter. The FBI was not buying it, because the first thing they spoke to G about on the first G interview was how C was not facing the truth. As I mentioned before it is reprehensible that C and G are trying to blame Amy, Ricardo Morales and Jesse Grund for Caylee’s disappearence instead of pointing out that their daughter is a criminal. How can any parent put up with for years, a child who steals, lies and lives a dissolute child. Whoever states the AntPhoneys are scared of M is correct. C cannot face the facts and G cannot face C.

Anna, that makes me positive that she couldn’t have claimed that Caylee died by accident. She likes to make up dramatic scenarios and get sympathy, but she knew there was too much evidence that would prove murder.

Val, The state is actually going to court way before they needed to. They reset the trial date sooner instead of later. They also did the grand jury sooner rather than later.

Wow, I don’t remember this much time spent on the OJ case. I guess my memory is faulty, because I know these cases can drag on. How long did the other cases (S. Peterson’s) take to go to trial I wonder.

LOL, Paw, it makes you wonder about FLA that they can smell a dead body and not even be alarmed enough to notify police of a possible crime scene.
Just return the car to its owner, body in trunk, except that G insisted that the tow guy witness that the trunk was empty. The tow guy already knew what the smell was, so better make sure he knows the body isn’t there. Otherwise who would know until they brought the car home?
im gonna have faith in our justice system that the right things will be done, i personally would like to know the truth, but like the judge said the truth and m are far apart(something to that effect)

Sorry, I dropped out for a bit, One of the dogs got out and travelled quite a distance. My truck has broken down, so i had to go look for her by bicycle, I am getting too old for things like that.
at any rate, i think the FBI let C carry on like that because the more she talked the more discrepencies came up. Does everyone remember C screaming, there was n o smell when they picked up the car, NO SMELL. Well on the FBI tape she says that there was a smell when the car was picked up and that the smell was really bad and everyone at the tow yard noticed it. She also mentioned that it would have been stupid for M to leave the car at Amscot because she(Cindy) would have noticed it on her way to work. I think M was planning to disappear and make everyone think that she & caylee had been kidnapped. That is why she ditched the car there and left her purse in the car as well. unfortunately sex with Tony held her up and she never imagined that mommy dearest would find her. I bet Amy is regretting helping C now!
let us not forget that all these interviews will be on tape and it should be quite enlightning to the jury to hear all the discrepancies. Don’t forget that Amber’s tapes hung Scott Peterson.
The tow guy who picked up the car at Amscot, stated he had no smell due to a recent cold. Subsequently he did not notice any suspicious odor. The car was locked so he could not open it either.
I wonder if some investigation was done as to why C wanted custody of Caylee. Stealing doesnot justify removing a baby from it’s mother. C is holding an awful lot back from LE/FBI.

I just haven’t had time or quiet to hear all the FBI tapes of G & C, I am getting the just from you guys here tho…
this is not my child not my fam and i feel so upset about that statment, it tells all shes not the same at least i have the comfort of knowing she is with god and angels now im crying, how cant c see what happened , i believe that m gave caylee zanax put her in the trunk (probably been doing this for awhile) but didnt account for summer heat, and the dif in a car, when she went to get her realized what had happened frantically call e1 no answer left her there, thinking of what to do, finally smell got to her, so she went home burried her in back yard, panicked unburried her and took her somewhere else, used the gas from cans to go somewhere not usual, that one statement says alot!
What was M’s reason when she asked to borrow the gas can from Amy? If she planned on leaving the car there to be discovered, why the gas? I think she was planning on burning it, destroying the smell after she tried to clean it, and then disappearing to meet that guy in California. I still want to know why she was looking up Escort Services, since that would be her most lucrative talent.

If she moved out of state she could keep the Caylee story going for years. There was a recent case where a child disappeared 20 years ago and they just figured out the mother lied about her whereabouts.

I am a former anxiety sufferer, ( healed thank god!) and what I saw C doing in all those tapes is fidgeting with some severe anxiety going on, thats what happens your so anxiety ridden, you start fidgeting massaging, some people pace, I did that too…lol.. its actually a horrible thing to have, but its apparent to me watching her, for that I sympathize… hopefully they used some short term meds on her to help cause that can lead to heart troubles, chest pain and I wouldn’t want to see that happen to anyone…

yes val exactly, i had kept suffering it was so bad could not drive sometimes, go down a freeway, it was awful i made it to his office one day having an attack he was a heart specialist when i cam in is aid look at me I am sick can’t you see this? he took my hands into his and said, PAM you are FINE your hearts is FINE, nothing wrong but up in your mind, he explained it like this, when a person feels upset in the stomach you throw up you feel better, he said the mind cannot throw up, so what it does is seep into the physcial body and cause all sorts of havoc.. it made sense and ever since that day I determined to heal for my girls sake.. we could not even make it down a road at times cause of me… i still feel it from time to time, but know now what is wrong… after 2 years now I am a different person and of course from god above! i gained back maybe 10 pounds i was down to like 90… but yah I can only imagine this families suffering I mean even with the lying, covering and all behaviours I try to remember that we become what tragedy makes us, its up to us though to come to terms with it, and thats what God wants us to do!

There is not much mystery left in this case anymore. Only some fuzzy details. No missing/kidnapped alive child. No suspect on the run or unknown killer on the run. M effectively removed from media.

I like to give the ants the benefit of doubt on the car. I bet G was very relieved when there was no body or bodies in the trunk. He just wanted to get the car home and was probably not thinking straight. I find it unusual that he left right for work but then he just got a new job I believe and by all accounts, the Ants were nor financially stable.
Besides, he wanted to get away from C probably too.
As to C, she had been worrying herself sick for weeks not seeing Caylee. When she finally located M, sans Caylee, she really lost it.
Her 9/11 phone calls, was more likely the only time she really was truthful. Protecting M kicked in the next day.
Frankly, I donot think that even the Ants know what really happened to Caylee, except that she is dead. M has , to date, not told a soul.

Don’t think I need to choose between stupid and dishonest. He is both.
He knew the car had been picked up on 6-30 and that notification had been subject to delay. He and Cindy had heard from Casey after that date, so probably knew she was not in trunk but alive. In story he first told LE, it was only Caylee he was worried about being in trunk, not Casey. He changed that for FBI and included Casey in his story. But he knew they had heard from her after the car had been towed. So it could have only been Caylee in the trunk.
He went to work and left Cindy to clean the car because he knew that is what she always did - clean up after Casey. He did his part - picked up the car without calling LE. He let Cindy do what she wanted to cover for their daughter.
Interesting theory for real use of chloroform. It is also a cleaning solvent used in body shops, which George would have also known.

The fact he was certain a dead body had been in his daughter’s abandoned car and went in to finish his shift means he did not want LE to find it until he and his wife could decide exactly what had happened and what they wanted to do about it.
If he did not think his daughter was guilty of something he would have refused to take the car off the lot, say it had been stolen and used in the commission of a crime, and saved himself the $500 - which they could ill afford. They had to find out first how Casey was involved.

She would have nothing to show for her work but failure. She appears very possessive also - as if they are an extension of herself. He also has anger management issues that he squelches throughout his interview.
People are looking for forensic evidence but there is plenty of other evidence in the interviews of the family that give things away.
I do not think you have to worry that LE or FBI overlooked these things if we can see them plainly.

I saw some of Cindy’s. It’s funny that they call them “FBI Interviews of Cindy Anthony.” As far as I can see it’s much more like “Cindy Anthony telling stories to FBI” Poor FBI guys hardly get a word in! I guess that’s part of their technique. Let the person talk all they want! But still I don’t know how they can stand it! I’m sure they wanted to smack her and say, “Don’t you realize all this is BS! Your daughter can tell us her story straight - with no code and no danger to the child in total privacy if she wants but she won’t because she killed her baby!”
And it is very difficult to watch Cindy. Can we pitch in and buy her some anti-itch cream? That’s annoying and nasty to have to watch. Wonder if she really itches that much or if it’s a nervous thing?
It is SO pathetic to see her try to make up a story from bits and pieces of the ordinary lies her sicko daughter has told her. Defense has no witnesses because they are all on prosecution list. They tried to get Tony but it didn’t go well.

He criticizes LE’s failure to impound car or search yard and house right away to FBI. That is to cover up the fact that he and his wife got there first. He knows FBI is often at odds with local LE and think they are better. He is playing into their egos to redirect the attention away from himself.

The fact that it is not required for family member to go to GJ means it removes suspicion from George and the family. To appear to cooperate when unnecessary is a strategy to appear innocent that will extend to rest of family. It is designed to minimize damage and prevent investigation from including anyone else.

And the FBI guy said, “They were the first hours after YOU found out about Caylee’s disappearance.” Meaning NOT the first precious hours after the child really disappeared. But that didn’t phase C. She just glossed over it! That’s what she does with everything that she does not want to accept.

Why on earth would he reveal that M stole money from Caylee’s piggy bank. What has that to do with the price of tea in China. Does he really think that such info would give the FBI a cozy feeling that everything else he spouts is the truth?

Also think George is taking the fall for the missing credit card money. Many people speculaate the $10K was a theft by Casey who forged a card in his name. That would be serious fraud. He admits Casey stole to FBI, but never big amounts. He minimizes her crimes.
I think he invented a story in which he looks stupid for the FBI so they will not look too closely. He pretends to them he told his wife it is a gambling debt. It is paid for with his credit card. No wife would prefer a serious addiction to a mistake. He is lying. It may be why he left Cindy and lived with his parents in Fort Myers for a while. He did not like that she was covering for Casey. That may have been the cover story they used but it might have been for something else Cindy preferred not to be made public. IMHO.
Yep, Novalis, the only place the ants ever looked for Caylee, was in their own backyard/sheds and probably the house, garage, freezer too. That was the first and the last time.
C and M were and are the controllers in that house. Can we say G has been whooped with no way out? Of course. Kinda like when someone has been abused for years and feels they have no way out. The only difference is, C isn’t punching G and throwing him around (that we know of). He’s just been abused in different ways. But with the same results ( No way out).
Noavlis there was nothing in any report that the care was stolen and when G picked up the car he didn’t it would be a crime secene.
George did testify against his daughter. But he did not tell anything he had not already said in LE and FBI interviews, which could be put into evidence with or without his presence.
He is testifying to appear he is doing the right thing and that the family is above board. It serves will to exonerate his family of any cover up.
He cannot undo the damage Casey has already done, but he does not worry too much because the truly incriminating evidence has already been destroyed.
When he testifies about the gas cans he does not say anything about an odor. The gas can incident can appear to be damaging but it is not really if you look at it. It does not prove anything definite.
All his testimony is based on partial truths to cover up hidden lies. IMHO.

We can all say what we would have done. But how many of us don’t do what we say we would do. I haven’t been in a situation like this and hope I never have to be in a situation like this. But I can’t say ,,, I’d do this or I’d do that, Because I don’t know what I’d do especially if I was scared and didn’t know what was going on.

When G picked up the car, smelled it, and found maggots in it, as a former LEO he should have known something was really wrong and called police then. But he didn’t. He knew something was wrong but wanted to figure it out first without the cops involved. Or wanted to clean up the car before calling the cops.

Also in interview with FBI C lied to them saying that M never had a chance to go into the garage when the car was there. BS!
Brother LV’s sworn statement says that he and M sat in the garage while the police were at the home after the 911 calls.
George refers once to his car as stolen in the FBI interview. He was subtly suggesting it might not be his daughter who was at fault, only that she had not reported it.
I believe Cindy also refers to it as stolen in a previous interview or media clip. But I will have to look that up.
IMHO George knew that the car would be traced back to his daughter if he called LE at the tow yard. So he chose to take it home and deal with it there.

My two cents, you are correct, that was so funny C trying so desperately to try to tie in Amy’s new car to the wrecked Zanny car replacement. Does she not realize that in each of her monster daughter’s stories there is something borrowed from reality? I am telling you all, this case is exhausting, can you imagine how difficult and intricate it will be for LE to put this case together? The paperwork alone must be daunting. And the whole time you have M sitting on her bottom grinning like a cheshire cat. I know that just listening to C on those tapes makes me want to join a convent, preferably where no speaking is allowed. It fries the brain and strains credulity. Both of their reasonings are so exhausting in nature, perhaps that is why G is so bland and seems so lost. Try to imagine such a life.

- I do not think LE or FBI thinks the case is complicated. They go for the simple explanation. What is most plausible. Not what is being said. They knew everything the daughter said was a lie. They knew that her mother was helping her. They knew George would use enough only truth to appear credible. But the entire family has given away what they really think happened at one point or another.
The Anthonys are trying to play this from best-case scenario down to worst case. Law enforcement approaches it the opposite way, from worst to best. They stop when it becomes difficult or labored to make it look better.

I would treat everything in the Anthony interviews the same way as I would treat hearsay. It needs to be credibly corroborated or it may not be accurate. Because they have ulterior motives and reason to withold all of the truth.

Jan & Simon, those that of us who were here for the blog and your articles are still here, and will be till the end. I would venture to guess others that appear to have left, are still reading the blog, maybe just not commenting. It would be hard to leave such a great blog as this one, and if they voluntarily left, then they weren’t here for the blog anyway. You and Simon are the only two that knows what goes on “behind the scenes” of this blog and I feel that if someone is banned, you had justifiable reasons and we may not always know what that was. I trust that you are both fair and it is YOUR blog, you just allow us a place to express our opinions.

It is difficult to feel sorry for George IMO. He knew exactly the type of person Cindy was and he still went back to her. It has come to my attention that donations, intended for Texas EquuSearch (TES), have been solicited on websites other than the official TES websites (www.texasequusearch.org and http://www.pleasefindcaylee.com) . These donations are being looked at and investigated at this time.
This is in no way a vendetta against any person, company or organization. I am only concerned with protecting the integrity of the Texas EquuSearch organization and the many, many people who have supported our organization spiritually, emotionally and financially since our beginning.
At this time, I feel that we have a problem with donations which were made on a website created by another organization. My concern is that all those who have donated through that website feel as though these monies went directly to TES. The many who donated did so from their heart, for the search for Caylee, and with the intent of the money being sent to a non-profit organization, with full tax donation benefits.
Unfortunately, any donations that were directed to any account, other than Texas EquuSearch will not qualify for IRS tax deductions in accordance with rules associated with 501(c)3 organizations. Those donations were deposited into an account other than a Texas EquuSearch owned account and were never forwarded to TES. Because the account is not owned or registered to a 501(c)3 organization, monies contributed cannot be claimed on tax returns. This may become very confusing when donors begin filing their taxes.
When people begin filing their tax returns, claiming donations which they believe went to Texas EquuSearch and which we never received, TES will be audited. We are asking for any and all donation receipts from any website or pay mechanism other than those on the TES websites noted above, be forwarded to me at tim.miller@texasequusearch.org so that we may attempt to eliminate any misunderstanding between us and our donors.
Again, this is not a vendetta against anyone or any organization. Please stay focused on the mission at hand, which is ALL of our missing loved ones. Always remember, “Lost is Not Alone”.

M said she left Caylee between 9.00 am and 1.00pm on 6/16 at Sawgrass. George said she left at 12.50 pm inserting additional unnecessary details on a cooking show he was watching to make it sound more truthful IMO.
That alone makes me suspicious of G. My gosh, can’t they even get their stories straight. Or maybe, it was really on 6/9 and not 6/16.
CHSAH I never fully supported Casey’s innocence I do believ she is giulty of the fraud charges. As for murder I stand by my opinion about her not being guilty or atleast partly guilty of murder since LE has not proven SHE did it.

I don’t think Paddy planted the evidence, from what they say, it appeared to have been there for quite sometime. I think the only thing that may come out of this poly is that Paddy has sensationalized on this case just like everyone else involved. But in his defense, atleast he is still looking. Snookers - I think that the details the public and media agonize over are of little importance to LE and the prosecution.
They know the child is dead and there is only the remotest possibility anyone did it other than the mother.
Even if the defense can cast doubt on the forensic evidence, it has much more substance than any other possible scenario. It is the simplest and most believable explanation and is not plausibly contradicted by any existing alternate theory.
Snookers, I have not ever bought G’s story that he remembers that last time he saw M and Caylee. For one, what Grandpa could tell you exactly what both individuals were wearing that day over a month later????? I couldn’t tell you what my grandaughter wore two days ago and I babysit her everyday! Seem suspicious to me….

I can’t honestly say that Tim or Paddy either one lied about the search or what was said or wasn’t said. Everyone’s perception or interpretation of an incident can be so different but it doesn’t mean that anyone lied. I’m referring to the conversation that Tim says that Paddy and him had about the divers. Tim says Paddy said this and Paddy says he said that…….It’s like putting all of us into a room together, playing a conversation and then asking us all to interpret what was “said” or “meant”. You will probably get 10 different answers to the quetsion. It doesn’t mean that any of us “lied”, it just means that we interpreted it differently. I do believe that Paddy was begging Tim to stay with his divers and would say whatever it took to keep them there, but I still believe that Paddy felt with all his heart that Caylee was in the little Econ. Tim does not usually “bash” anyone but when he gets upset with someone, he does tend to say negative things. Then later, he says, it was all a misundertanding. I have the utmost respect for both Tim and Padilla and I believe they both want to find Caylee and for that reason alone, I support them both.

Evidence is the best tool any defense or prosection can have, but COMMON SENSE also has to come into play in even the best cases of forensics. I believe they will prosecute M for murder one, based on what evidence we know they have…..the evidence we dont’ know about yet, and COMMON SENSE.
The fact that M has been cold, calloused, uncooperative, and a liar from day one will lend alot of weight to the prosecutions case. Given ALL the evidence, it will be a multitude of information (facts) that will be combined to give the prosecution the guilty verdict they are seeking. Any jury is still going to go back and say…….why did she not report her daughter missing from day 1????? They won’t buy the lies she has told so far. JMO

hi molly hi c~a still cant get over thoes words in c interview, ive always known caylee was gone, but to hear c say that and all the stunts she pulls amazes me that statment made me physically ill yesterday, along with g admitting that caylee never regestered the name zanni, why would they keep ths sharade going?? i can understand being behind your child right or wrong but this is a little to much, if they truly believe caylee is alive then they need to look, not talk about looking, all these sightings i wouldnt be suprised if they paid people to send these photos in, i did call 13 news and ask about publishing a childs photo without parents permmision, the ants especially c are taking this to the extreme, all evedince points to caylee being desieced along with m history of lies, thats one of the reasons g left was m and her lies, as for money, and m”s theft and no job g knew for along time c just wouldnt let him say anything was she that afraid of loosing m, i dont think m would have left for long no one would be able to support her, and after she ripped whoever off shed have to come back home, m didnt realize how easy she really had it, food, shelter, acces to money everyones dream she had alot but was so spoiled didnt reallise it always wanting more! i hope everyday there is proof positive that child is gone the fbi has to have more evedince or that someone will find some part of her or clothes, thats the only way c will back off, she will prob end up in the nut house she always states that she wont stop untill proof from le i think they have given her that but maybe not enough

I went back and read what caused all the ruckus. In a nutshell, nothing significant IMO, Sabrina was a little tipsy IMO and lost some inhibitions then the whole silly thing escalated into absurdity. Then Jan got involved and really was given no choice.
The problem with blogging is that you donot see facial expressions, and written words can so easily be read and taken the wrong way.
I think MAMABEAR enjoyed this blog but because of misplaced loyalty instilled by her “friends” felt ,she had to leave. That I think, is very sad.
Let us blame this episode on “The curse of the Ants”.

BOP, I’m not sure g is being truthful with the cops, because he sounds sincere but he leaves huge holes in his story, like the whys of his actions. Sure, he looked for clues when he smelled the car, but did he notify police of a crime scene? He said the tow guy had to open the trunk with him because he didn’t want to do it alone, but did he want a witness instead? He left the car in the garage, went to work, but why not in the driveway, so C could clean it out without witnesses? Why did he use the term “cleaning fluid” unless they were cleaning? He says he told C it was rotten pizza, so again, why parked in the garage where that smell would go into the house, unless they had another reason. These are my questions when I hear him throw the investigators crumbs that implicate M.

#1 he is truly Caylee’s Father (incest) Cay (CAseY) (LEE) Caylee.(hence not wanting to do polygraph nor DNA. And he was told where she was and moved her.
#2 He’s fed up with the BS and wants no part of it.
even if they determine that it was caylee in the back of that trunk they have no evidence how she died, won’t it be harder to get a murder 1 conviction without cause of death,

My guess would be he is an intern - maybe working for Lemon. The visit was supposed to be an interview or some kind. So perhaps he is writing an article.
