I hope sooooo badly that LE has all of their ducks in a row on this one….Their evidence must be solid so the defense cannot punch holes in their theories…..and they WILL have theories…..It’s not necessary in a court of law but I think it’s expected….

I know the body farm is introducing a new test(the air testing) never presented in a court before but not too many years ago DNA was introduced for the first time too….So lets all keep our fingers crossed….

She later used the chloroform to put Caylee to sleep while she partied with her friends, but when she returned to her car she found the baby had OD’ed so she threw her into the trunk until she could think of a story to tell everyone what had happened. Since she had all the info of Zanny she decided to use that as an excuse.

First, When my oldest daughter was 4 years old she was kidnapped from my home…I spent about 1/2 hour checking apartments in the complex (I actually knocked on every door) then I immediately called the police….It would have never occured to me as a loving mother to wait 31 days before telling anyone….I am happy to say my daughter was found & she is now 37 years with two beautiful children of her own….and Law Enforcement are the ones who found her…..Why would I be afraid of them…

Second, if like the Anthony’s say they have evidence that Caylee was alive why would they wait 4 or 5 days to have a press conference…As a mother of 4 & grandmother of 11 I would have been in my car or on a plane to get there asap….not getting on the TV saying I will reveal it in a few days!!!!!

I really wish George, Cindy & Casey would stop insulting our intelligence & put an end to this fiasco…..Haven’t enough people been hurt & dragged thru the mud for them yet….Cindy has tried to blame Caylee’s disappearce on Casey’s friends & ex boyfriend…She needs to look in her own back yard….no pun intended…..

How many people have to bail on this family?? WOW! You are correct in that I don’t know what exactly is going on. But, if your kid was taken and you were under the impression that someone had her. Would you be out doing the things M was doing? Would you wait 30 days, then get caught, by accident, and finally be forced to tell, “Caylee’s been missing for 30 days. Some fake named person has her”? Who knows how long M would have gone without telling if ever that Caylee was gone, had C not caught up with her! That isn’t murder, but it is a crime! There is a missing child, a car that smells to the high heavens, lies out the a** and a family refusing to take a lie detector test!

There is not one sign of a LIVE Caylee. Photos on a cellphone are “tips! Psycics are giving “tips”. A prominient lawyer bails on the family and the kid finding group the Ants are now aligned with has a past of financial crimes and has not one child found to it’s credit!

Did police lie about their employment/babysitter? There are so many lies concerning other events in this case, I can’t possibly type them all! All from M, not LE!

I can’t get over your statement about police. It reminds me of the type of attitude so present in people today. For example, I recently saw a fella get pulled. Police searched him, after asking if it was ok prior to doing so. LE found Meth in this guy’s pocket. He starts shouting, “I just bought thses pants at the Thrift Store! I never checked the pockets! That stuff was in the pockets”! I’m sure he’s never had any trouble in his past a nd LE was singling him out! Right!

If your cell records indicated you spent time in the woods near an airport at about the time Caylee came up missing and you lied out your teeth, I don’t think we should question LE credibility.

By the way, if you have a bottle of cholorform in your trunk, get rid off it! It’s illegal for the general public to possess it! Could the wet bathing suit have been the one a drowned Caylee had on when she was riding around in M’s trunk?

I agree that it looks like Casey knows something but all info has come from the police and police are allowed to make things up. We do not know if there is anything on her computor. Did you really believe that the police were not aware that the bounty hunter was calling a press conference and claiming he found toys and finger bones last week while Casey just happened to be watching TV?????? That entire game was played out to see if they were close to the body and then they expected Casey to break…….it did not work most likely because Casey knew the child was not there. And yes I do believe that Casey knows something but so far there is no proof this child is dead. The police covered their tracks with this claim that they are going to put the bounty hunter on a lie detector test but I have a bridge to nowhere to sell you if you really believe that the police were not in this with the bounty hunter.

Do you know how many people have spent time in jail because police failed to do their job. Look at the 8 year old that claims he “thinks” he shot his Father and watch the interview and the way the police lead him to say he did it. Those men were shot twice each with a single shot 22…….do you really think an 8 year old shot his Father and reloaded and shot again and reloaded and shot the second man and reloaded and shot him again?????? When sitting on a jury one needs to realize that police testimony should only be believed when it can be proven with evidence other than a policeman’s word.

As for the picture of the girl that looks like Caylee……..who knows but the particular cut of the bangs causing the bare spot in a triangle shape when the hair is in a pony tail would have made me look twice at that girl…..infact I would have called police if I had seen that girl because she looks enough like Caylee for such a call.

Hey, Cindy choked M almost to the point of passing out! These people are nuts and fought all the time like this! So, M most certainly could kill her daughter after having her mother almost choke her to death!

Also, if M witnessed this murder, had she been straight with LE, there would have been no public tapes released! In fact, M and the Ants would have been protected and this would have all been kept under wraps. LE would have pursued the suspect and we would have been kept out of the loop!

If this is what M plans to tell everyone, shame on her! She must not have a brain in her head! She endangered her child, maybe lost her child, because of this story? NO WAY! More Red Falgs for the Ants! Their attorney has bailed and the FBI has confirmed Caylee is dead. NeJame said Casey knows the truth about what happened! I say, add another witness to the State’s list!

Last night, some clown defense attorney on NG called the FBI’s science “junk science”! I would never refer to anything associated with the FBI as “junk”…those boys and girls don’t play games! When the get involved in a case, you can bet they will be serious before amking any public statement! It is my hope, after all the facts are revealed in Court, that the entire Ant family will serve jail time for doing this to poor Caylee!

The other thing that I wondered about…in the LE interview they were already at universal and doing the interview there. They knew she didn’ work there…so when m starts spewing off about what happened to caylee….

Local 6 News confirmed that George and Cindy Anthony are planning to write a book, but a deal is not yet in place.

The book will not be a tell-all about the case involving their missing granddaughter, Local 6 News reported.

The book will focus on what families should do if their child is missing.

Mason said it’s very difficult to prove a murder case without a body.

“There’s absolutely no evidence other than somebody saying they think they smelled what smelled like a dead body,” Mason said. “What if they’re right? What if there is a dead body? Does that prove there’s an unlawful killing? The answer is no, because every homicide is not murder. This child could have accidentally died any number of ways, and they’ll never be able to prove without a body or a confession.”

Pipitone said the state does have scientific evidence that it could use, including chemicals indicating a decomposing human body were found in the trunk of Casey Anthony’s car.

“They’re going to have to present evidence to convince the court that such tests are generally accepted by the scientific community. And since you’ve called me, I’ve inquired. I’m not aware of a single case that’s been admitted anywhere,” Mason said.

“So this is hocus pocus science?” Pipitone said.

“Yes. I’d just have to agree with that,” Mason said.

“How can I put this person on trial for her life when the scientific evidence has not been used anywhere else?” Pipitone asked Rahter.

“They have to show that it’s accepted in the scientific community. It’s hard, a high hurdle in Florida to pass,” she said.

“So that’s going to be tough for the prosecution?” Pipitone said.

“Yeah, but it’s helpful that it’s corroborated,” Rahter said.

A hair pulled from the car trunk was consistent in length and color with Caylee’s hair, showing signs of decomposition, Pipitone said. DNA tests reveal the hair came from Caylee or any of her maternal ancestors, from her mother to her great-grandmother, Pipitone said.

“Is that not evidence of death?” Pipitone asked Mason.

“I don’t believe it necessarily is. They can certainly argue it, but I don’t think it proves it’s a death. “He’s good. He’s tearing apart the state’s case here, and basically says there is no case,” Pipitone said.

“They thought that by bringing an indictment, charging first-degree murder, which could potentially lead to the death penalty that that would be coercive enough to cause this defendant to start talking,” Mason said
