If you listen to Garrison’s interview, he points out that a lawyer doesn’t sit down on his own and make stuff up. He is there to speak FOR his client…sounds credible. the lawyer will always consult their client before saying things such as ” get her out of jail and casey will lead you to caylee.”

I am sure Leonard Padilla was told that Casey said she would help lead him to her daughter if he got her out of jail. she would have said anything to get out thinking she would be free again.

I really don’t see how anyone can fault the man. Anyone really think that by now he hasn’t already got all the publicity he needs? And every day that he and Rob Dick or any of his other people are not out bounty hunting they are losing money.
At least he’s trying to find the child and get to the truth of the matter.

So Padilla bailed her out fully expecting her to give him some clues as to where kidnapping nanny took the child/ Finding people is what he does and he was ready to put all his resources and experience behind that search.
But when he gets there he gets the cold shoulder. M won’t talk with him.
Barely a week later comes the news that decomp was found in the car.
That’s when Padilla’s view of M changed (and quite understandably in my opinion)

As her attorney, BB would have had to get M’s permission to bring in Padilla. So they both knew what he did for a living and why he was bailing her out. Either BB or M or both purposely gave Padilla the wrong idea and tricked him into putting up her bail.

Mandy Albritton, search director for EquuSearch, told the Orlando Sentinel on Saturday that the California-based bounty hunter will join the group when it returns to Orlando on Nov. 8.

Padilla has organized a group of other bounty hunters who are going to join in the search and have also help raise money to finance it. Equusearch is going to train the bounty hunters to be search team leader, Albritton said.

Earlier, EquuSearch organizers said it will determine later where the command center will be, Albritton said. The group suspended its search last month because the high water levels caused by Tropical Storm Fay prevented a thorough examination of the search areas — many of which were areas of thick brush and woods in east Orange County near the Anthony family home.
