I would really love to know why BB wants that laptop in the jail cell with him and M. I know he claims it is to prepare his case, but I know lawyers who use legal pads and BIC pens and do just fine. He just keeps thinking he can get away with anything and say “I didn’t know the rules”. I would like to know what the other 9 motions are he is asking for. ORLANDO - Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland set a date for next week to hear nearly a dozen motions filed in the Casey Anthony case.

The motions range from Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez asking to bring a laptop into the Orange County Jail so he can use it to prepare for trial with his client to another defense request to inspect the hairs found in the trunk of Anthony’s car.

Another filing includes a response from the Orlando Sentinel and WFTV-Channel 9 opposing a gag order requested by the state. The issues will be addressed Nov. 25 at 2 p.m.

Most of his time is spent in research now in his later years and he just takes these high profile cases for the dough. I saw the Nancy Grace show and he was pathetic. If any juror sees that, they will vote GUILTY!

I question the fact that a “gag order” continues to be put off. Is the judge in the pocket of the defense? It appears that way. The longer a “gag order” is not valid, Anthony’s have more time to build the defense for killer. Where I come from, a “gag order” is a “gag order”, and it is effective asap.Sounds fishy to me. All this bs is to build a stronger case for Casey. Thank you judge!

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Eyewitness News has uncovered more dirt on someone involved in the case against Casey Anthony. Todd Bosinski was the lead scuba diver who worked with bounty hunter Leonard Padilla to try to find Caylee’s body.

Eyewitness News found out Bosinski was recently asked to resign from the Orange County sheriff’s office, because he had lied to his captain when he said he was a Green Beret in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Worse yet for Bosinski, who is the owner of Blackwater Divers, the sheriff’s captain he lied to in February 2008 is an Army colonel who apparently sensed right away that Bosinski was full of it.

Blackwater Divers led the search last week in the Little Econ River. Bosinski gave Eyewitness News a hard time when we asked to see the bag of what he said were bones that he had pulled from the river that he said could be Caylee Anthony’s bones. Sheriff’s and FBI investigators had already dismissed them as nothing more than rocks from the river bed.

Bosinski gave the impression he had credibility as an investigator by telling California bounty hunter Leonard Padilla that he was a former Orange County deputy. But Eyewitness News has learned he’s a former deputy because, while he was still a trainee, he lied to his captain, Ralph Groover.

Capt. Groover’s memo obtained by Eyewitness News says Bosinski lied on February 18, 2008, that he had served in Iraq and Afghanistan as a Special Forces medic with the 4th Special Forces group. Nine days later, Capt. Groover asked Bosinski to confirm that, but Groover’s memo says, at that point, Bosinski said it was all “bulls***” and that none of it was true.

Bosinski resigned a half hour later.

Bosinski told Eyewitness News over the phone Tuesday that the memo is false and that he quit the sheriff’s office because you had to be in the right clique to get ahead. He would not talk on camera.

caylee is gone- anyone can put 2 & 2 together. I HOPE PADILLA FINDS HER REMAINS. He is searching the River by hands because he wants to exhast all efforts.

The Anthonys make alot of people sick= I am sooo tired of the way they behave. it is bizzare.

Also, if ANY of Lee’s DNA happened to show up in the trunk, for any reason, including throwing a jacket back there at any point, or anything, his DNA could put him on the hook. And if he is innocent, that could falsely incriminate him.

We don’t know what legal advice he is getting.

Is Lee Anthony on the prosecutions witness list?

Oops. There’s a slight problem with the state’s witness list filed Monday in the Casey Anthony case.

The defendant’s attorney, Jose Baez, is named among the 83 potential state witnesses. That would make defending her mighty difficult.

It was done in error, said State Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Danielle Tavernier. An amended list will be filed later today.

Others included on the list are law-enforcement officials and Anthony’s family and friends.

That it could have been something else in the trunk besides Caylee’s remains.

Correct?

I read in one of the news reports that the FBI conducted decomp tests on various animals; pig, dog plus pizza, other food items and found that the signature decomp smell from these is NOT the same as decomp from a human body. Human decomp releases very specific signature chemicals not found in any other animal or plant. Likely, the jury will be presented with the results of these tests so, even if they don’t know the difference at the time, the test results will prove human decomp was present and not the side of beef Dr. Wee wee is hinting at. He will be laughed out of the courtroom IMO.

You know…knock Caylee out and maybe…keep her in the trunk? Because if she’s at a club, and her kid is sleeping in the car, how hard would it be to go outside and just peek in on her? Just to make sure she was still sleeping.

But it’s all speculation, I know. But still. I’m just like…hello! I hope they can prove this.

And I pray that they can find Caylee…whether she is alive or dead, she deserves to be found.
