I thought all of you were amamzingly restrained when it came to describing the Ants. I’m not sure I would have been able to keep myself so reined. And seeing how your friend Mondo is a member of the publishing empire that we have been discussing of late, I might have had asked a couple of questions he may have preferred not answer (very politely of course).

Jan and Simon - since your speaking voices indicate you grew up many miles apart - I’m sure you have an interesting story on how you met and came to be together. Maybe a topic for another radio show…

for those of you who have reported that C is backing off saying she’s writing a book, might that be because she is still named as part of the Zenaida lawsuit and does not want that attorney to see she has any potential future assets in case the judgment does not go her way?

Also, in regards to the Zani lawsuit, Florida is an at-will state and has been for some time, but if you can prove a third party caused you to be terminated or made you unemployable, or if there is ancillary pain and suffering (ie: the death threats she claims she received), then Zenaida may have a case. She is not suing her former employer, she is suing the Ants specifically for causing her employer to feel he needed to terminate her employment to protect his reputation. Much different. This is more related to libel than labor law I believe.

pammy - it’s easy to use - all you need is a computer mic and you’re set to talk to anyone anywhere in the world. I keep touch with peeps in Scotland and Bratislava - you name it. Very cheap - just cuts in and out sometimes cuz VoIP is not perfect yet. If you have a built in camera you can even see each other.

Sherri Milstead is 45 years old and Dennis is in his late 40’s. So I guess they had to have Michelle when they in elementary school. Please do more research before making accusations like this.

ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) — Punctuated by a rendition of “Lean on Me,” sung by George Anthony, grandfather of missing Orlando toddler Caylee Marie, dozens showed up for a candlelight vigil on Sunday evening.

The media was invited to attend, but video cameras were not allowed inside the Eastside Baptist Church.

“I lean on Cindy,” George said of his wife. “I’m in a storm, and I’m looking to The StormChaser,” Cindy said to the small crowd, referring to her faith.

After the service, which lasted about an hour, the Anthonys talked to reporters. They said a “questionable” search for their missing granddaughter, conducted last week by California bounty hunter Leonard Padilla, has interfered with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office investigation.

“It’s obstructing justice too,” said Cindy. “If he’s out there, planting evidence, it’s not going to help. It is tying them up, when they should be focusing on other things.”

The Anthonys also addressed the speculation surrounding last week’s search, when it was announced that divers for Padilla had discovered some bones and various toys in the Little Econ River.

“Last Thursday wasn’t that rough,” said George. “The roughest part was dealing with all of you,” he said pointing to reporters. “Because of all the speculation again, when I got text messages about them supposedly finding bones, I knew in my heart, it wasn’t Caylee.”

The Sheriff’s Office dismissed all artifacts found by Padilla’s divers on Thursday of last week as unrelated to the case.

“We know for a fact, that the Sheriff’s Office came out and said Leonard found absolutely nothing,” said Anthony Family spokesperson Michelle Bart. When asked about her thoughts on Leonard Padilla’s efforts to find missing Caylee, Bart simply responded, “no comment,”

Bart said a press conference will be held later this week, when the Anthonys intend to release information about leads which they believe indicate that Caylee is still alive.

“We thought it necessary to wait for the Anthony’s attorney, Mark (NeJame), to get back from his trip, so we could have a panel of all those involved … that the media will want to ask questions to,” Bart said.

I had some sympathy for G but this has put a stop to that. He just hit rock bottom in my book.

The prosecution isn’t going to even need to have them on the stand. All it has to do is play C’s 911 calls and their first interviews - where it’s obvious C and G knew exactly what’s going on. It doesn’t matter what they turned around and said or tried to project after that. That was their first impression, their gut reaction and, guess what? IT’S GONNA BE THE JURY’S TOO!

Hello everyone and radio celebrities! I just have a few minutes to read some of your comments as well as leave one myself.

Instead of meet and greet, I would like to ask Cindy and George the following question:

‘If your daughter did not have a job then why in the world did she need to hire a babysitter on June 16th? (The day Caylee went missing) Where did you daughter tell you she spent that day and what was she doing?’

I’m hoping that the prosecutor will somehow incorporate that message to the jury in his opening statement. We all know that M had no job, no money and no babysitter. Her cell phone pings on that day will be evidence that she drove around town, beginning her hunt for a place to hide Caylee’s body where, she felt, it would never be found.

I’m of the belief that M knows that she should “trust no one” so she never told C or anyone that she killed and buried Caylee. M will go on with her deceitful lies because she’s under the impression that as long as she doesn’t confess, no one can ever prove otherwise… it’s always worked for her before.

M got away with so many lies in the past that lying is her nature it’s part of her sociopathic mind. But this time, she has taken on the entire nation and then some as her listeners. People who will not believe her far-fetched lies. We are not her naive parents, we look for truth, facts and evidence so without a doubt this young evil woman will spend the rest of her life in jail.

We are Caylee’s voice, which will be thundering through the days, weeks and months ahead, as long as it takes to seek the justice that Caylee so deserves.

I think it’s important to keep this story alive. I know it irritates the Anthony family so I would hate to think of us not going on and talking about it for as long as it takes to get what we’re seeking…. Justice for Caylee!

There is no way that monster, the sleaze-bag, is going to get away with murder… no way!

I agree MMT there is no way she’s gettin away with this, we all need to remember that, you just cant get away with losing your child and then having it proved she died, ( by pros) that you can’t get away with that in this day and age… they will try i feel confident she won’t…

MMT - thank you for so eloquently reminding us that our true focus is that we collectively speak for that child.

If I were the prosecution I would not bother asking the Ants anything at all - they lie almost as well as their daughter. C gave such an incredibly detailed account to LE of the “calls” she got from M about the week she spent in Tampa with Zanny. M had even dummied up emails to look like she had an actual event planning job with a crazy schedule.

I am sure they were exhausted from years and years of M’s lies and would have had to hire an investigative team to corroborate them to sort out truth, half truth and fiction. I think they were those frogs in the boiling water - nothing she had ever told them did they consider serious enough that it would lead to murder. And if she was anything like her mom, she would probably blow up and become defensive and angry when questioned about her activities. I’m sure their entire relationship was walking on eggshells with M trying not to get her mad because she might end up leaving with Caylee.

I think they were so involved and had so much fun taking care of Caylee that they probably did not notice how little M actually did - or they chalked it up to the fact that they forced her to keep her or they just did not mind. C was an empty-nester and I’m sure Caylee brought them a lot of joy - not to mention something to hold over her daughter’s head. I don’t think for a minute they thought M would really and truly get the upper hand and call their bluff by taking her away from them, much less actually killing her.

If they have any guilt at all, it’s that they did not truly realize how serious the situation was - that they enabled their daughter to become what she is and should have known better. C has taken that guilt and spun it into something that appeared to us at first to be denial Caylee is dead, but I think it is more like denial that she helped create a murderer. If she maintains the fiction that Caylee is alive she can maintain the fiction that her own daughter is not a savage killer.

I know it sounds strange, but I believe that the prosecution does not need to and probably won’t cross-examine the grandparents - no matter what we believe about their involvement, it would be a risky strategy that might backfire. A jury could be sympathetic - even if it involved a cover-up. They know C and G lost a granddaughter and a daughter - even if she is a murderer. They have behaved despicably but it really has no bearing on this case. This will be about whether M is the one and the only who murdered that child.

If anyone will want to have C and G brought into the case it will be BB because he can muddy the water by creating mitigating factors for his client - dysfunctional family, a fight with M where C assaulted her, etc.

If C and G are hiring a PR agency it is probably more about repairing their image as people so that M’s defense cannot implicate them somehow. I think they are staging this whole Caylee Is Alive-Our Daughter Is A Wonderful Mommy farce with Nejame’s help so that M does not throw them under the bus at the trial. Nejame and BB are NOT on the same side even though they may be after the same result.

I just remembered that I wanted to share something that was brought to mind by your post yesterday, cecy. (Watch for the reference to Nashville in this part of what you wrote:
“Todd Black, in an early BB press release referenced a non-active/non-existant PR firm called AIM Productions in Nashville. Other employees/businesses at that same address show a Neal Pond, VP of Country Weekly Magaine, owned by American Media, Inc. a privately held company that owns The National Enquirer, Globe and Star magazines.”

When I read “Nashville” I remembered way back when M was about to be bailed out for the second time by “anonymous,” Padilla said on NG that someone with a Nashville area code called to ask him if he thought she would be a flight risk.
I always thought that some major media outlet provided the money behind the two bail companies AND the ants’ “promissory note” to get her out on half a million the second time.
So going back to the connection with Nashville MAYBE (theory, speculation here) it WAS the company company that owns The National Enquirer, Globe and Star magazines. I sure wouldn’t put it past them!

Before I thought they were being courteous to grieving grandparents (I must have been NUTS - since when is the media courteous???) but now I think part of it is so they don’t get “banned” from BB’s press conferences? Or don’t get anymore “exclusives” like C screamed to a reporter last time M went to jail. Even then it is unbelievable to see the media kow-tow (sp?) to these money grubbing scamming side show freaks!

Well I’ve been gone for week. And I must say the comments are getting lesser by the day. I know everyone is exhausted by the whole circus of the Ants, and even today their on the local news saying more of the same old stuff.

Casey may not by that dumb after all, she has kepted her mouth closed for the most part…I wish I could say that about Cindy.

SO, I hear today the Ants are going to give a press conference this week. Along for the ride is the Ants lawyer, Mark Nejiame(whatever). I would like to know what more Bull Crap these people think, we the viewers want to hear? Let me guess the opening statemnet,” we believe Caylee is still out there somewhere and we have leads that can prove it.” Boring!!!!

Like Jan said “If they were watching someone of interest, why not just go and get Caylee?”
The reason is “there is nobody!” The only person of interest in sitting in jail as a suspect.

Cecybeans, I agree with most everything you said in your 1:07 pm post. I’m a fan of your comments and follow them whenever I can. You’re a great writer with a logical mind and deserve the compliments that you receive from so many bloggers!

I agree that prosecution should not bring Cindy to the stand but they will have to have G’s testimony. I probably didn’t make myself clear, with my earlier comment, but what I meant is that I would have liked to have asked Cindy and George that question at that ridiculous ‘meet and greet’ fiasco….not on the witness stand.

However, I would like to see the prosecutor address, just in their opening statement, that Casey had no reason to hire a baby sitter on June 16th. Monster didn’t have a job she had to go to. She didn’t have any money to even pay a babysitter and in fact… she didn’t even have a babysitter. To me that would be the starting of the picture they want to paint of Casey and her lies. It’s going to be interesting, don’t you think?

What you said about G and C being exhausted from years of M’s lies is so right on… I can’t even imagine what really went on in that home and how many lies that C & G believed. Even now, they haven’t learned that when you support your child, you better make sure that you’re also supporting the truth. In this case, C & G are oblivious to the truth and again hanging on to their daughter’s lies, thereby simply adding fuel to the fire. It’s making monster even stronger in her belief that she is perfect, unfaultable and above everyone else.

But, this time, it’s not going to work for Casey and her family. Too many lies by too many people. But, still this is the reason, I feel, that we have to keep Caylee’s voice alive and LOUD and clear!

The juror is going to hear a lot of evidence in this case, but the most incredible is the lies! If the child was taken wellingly or unwillingly, why wait 31 days to have a family member report it…

The juror are everyday people who watch tv and news, and nobody’s fooling nobody here. When the defense gives the reason why Momster did what she did, the juror is going to laugh and say, ” Why believe this liar, now?”

I used to think that those protestors yelling things at them on the lawn were so horrible and rude and insensitive. Of course their actions were out of line and just fueled the initial sympathy the ants received, but I have been feeling for some time that the cynicism they showed was not misplaced and their anger justified even if their behavior was out of line. We all started out trying to be compassionate and give them the benefit of the doubt, but their continued actions in the public are enough to harden the softest heart and their interviews to LE show they were in spin-cycle from Day One. As evidenced by the contrast between C’s initial 911 calls and her subsequent cagey interviews with LE and G’s equal reluctance to tell the truth, even though he appears to cooperate more than his wife.

My first wish, as I’m sure is yours, would be to hog-tie that murderous little brat and get her to cough up the facts and the location of Caylee’s remains, using any number of illegal methods. Then I’d like to sit the Ants down and have another come to Jesus session with them. C is about two pills away from being on a truth-serum cocktail anyway it looks like. Michelle may have to insist these people don’t show up at more events if their behavior continues to deteriorate.

And I agree, the opening statements of the prosecution will be very interesting. I hope they lay out the facts in a crisp, brisk way. From what Cat has told us, Linda, the head prosecutor is good at things like that - very no-nonsense.

In fact, we will all probably be sorry about the stuff that is left out - things we have discussed in here and feel strongly about or want to hear that the prosecution may not think is relevant or germaine in their objective of convicting her for murder.

In answer to your question, I posted on 11-15 at 1:36 a little diatribe about KFN/NLHF and then Todd Black’s connections to the publishing empire that included the National Enquirer. I may have speculated that they are bankrolling or helping to fund any or all of the Ant-related enterprises, including the BB defense team, but also the “PR” connected with any other Ant publicity or publshing effort to keep this profitable for them and all concerned.

You later posted something specific about Michelle and KFN and we narrowed down the conversation to that organization. I forgot later to bring it back to my real interest, which was the relation that the Nashville connection might have to all the players.

You can tell with those comments Michelle is trying her best to back them out of the limelight because a Druggy C is a yapper. And Loose Lips Anthony might sink ships…

Thanks Cecy. My parents used to drink all the time and yelled at each other and us kids, and I try not to be like my parents, especially my dad. I did love my dad(rip)and mom(rip) but my dad wasn’t really there for me as much as he should have been doing the father and son things, he spent more time trying to make me more of a masculine son, but I was raised with 3 sisters so I kind of have a sensitive side and am very domesticated(more than my wife).

seriously, from what I remember (even though it’s different all over the world and the US is changing stuff for wine and beer by volume) - but in liquor, generally the proof of a drink is about 2X the % of alochol as volume. So 50% alcohol = 100 proof. 40% = 80 proof, etc.

A glass of pure alcohol would be 200 proof.

My parents drank and my dad was abusive mostly to my mom. I married that same person.(divorced ) re married and although we like our beer, it’s our only vice.
I am grateful that beast and I can show our children what loving parents are. I never wanted to show my children the same live I grew up! And in turn never making same relationship mistakes as thinking “it’s normal” to fight all the time…very dysfunctional.
When I left older kids dad…they were all under 5 and I can remember thinkin 25 years down the road, I will not stay (for the kids) bullshitt…and be responsible for setting them up for divorce and joint custody.

I actually dealt with an alcoholic for too many years and so i know firsthand the agony for others around, my family never did drink, wasn’t raised around it, but I always found men who were drinkers or had problems with it??? why??? LOL.. go figure…

Hi guys - I know it’s hard to understand H. Lee - his accent is as thick as the slope on Purpur’s head is steep.

I think he was saying there was a BOX in the car that had at one time contained frozen food - like maybe from the grocery store. A lot of people use them for moving or storing things. If he thinks for one minute he is fooling any of us he has another think coming.

And the thing about maggots - the tow truck guy and G both said there were maggots and flies that flew out of the trunk. Maggots were on the outside of the plastic bag (the one they threw over the fence that had the empty pizza box in it, the one LE came back to get). So it looks like they were at least from something on the OUTSIDE of the bag. And it may mean there still some in the trunk when LE carted it away (maybe C just washed the clothes and didn’t clean the rest well). There could have been small eggs that didn’t even hatch until they got to the Body Farm for all we know.

At least Lee said there were maggots. I think they need an entymology expert (like William Peterson plays on the the original CSI) to pinpoint the kinds of maggots in there and what they feed on. Bet it ain’t pizza.

And where did that crazy Lee come up with stuff like ham? Because at one time someone put groceries in the car?

I seriously doubt M put any food in that trunk after she left home and had that body in the trunk. If she was stealing food during the day from her parents it went in the front seat I’ll bet. She might have used Tony to drive her there when he got back from school “to save gas” and just mostly left it parked until she finally dumped it.

I was reading through old articles here and came across that same name - spelled two different ways. They showed up in the Aug. 15 article. Very similar grammar, syntax, etc. to the one from the other blog. Called cops LEOs - Law Enforcement Officers - which not everyone does. Makes allusions to the fact that G might have been a crooked cop or something for not being on the force in OH very long, leaving mysteriously. A lot of other cryptic hoola as well. I wonder if it might have been M herself on your little site. It was right after the Mrs. C posts that had everyone convinced C herself was on, so it didn’t get much attention. I’ll post it right after this. Tell me what you think about it.

Caylee’s body was in that trunk for quite a few days before Casey got rid of the body. That is why the smell is still there. The heat and humidity made it even worse. It is very hard if at all possible to get death out of a car. Myth Busters proved that you can’t ever get the smell of death out of a car no matter what you use. Unless of course you just blow up the car.

although the skank drove around for days like a gypsy woman, with her belongings, nothing for caylee tho) it would not surprise me to see her throwing all her trash into the back and trunk to either mask odor, or cause she was a pig, and basically homeless at the time..LOL you know how bad mc’ds smells in a car even under normal usage or keeping it in your car for a few days smells bad!

cecy, to my knowledge he was NEVER with Orlando. He was with the Sheriff’s Dept for 10 yrs in Warren, OH. Then C talked him into moving to FL to work with his dad @ his dad’s car lot. The only thing I know of him being in LE in Orlando (or FL at all) is the security jobs he has had. (and thats not LE IMO)

PAW - what is the most telling is that they knew immediately - both of them - it smelled like a crime scene. Instead of calling LE right away - C says “it’s pizza, right?” to G and he goes merrily off to work.

I’m not sure if C “put on a load” of laundry right then or if she waited until she got her hands on M and realized there was going to be no Caylee ever. “we’ve lost her”

either way, they were waiting to prove it to themselves by finding M before they decided to hand over any evidence to LE. This has become such a high-profile case, bigger than O.J., that every person that has ever wanted their name in lights is coming out of the woodwork. I will not be surporised at anything the defense pulls from now until the trial, and even during the trial. It hasn’t been about justice for Caylee from the start, and now it’s not even all about justice for M, the so-called victim. It’s about who can be seen/heard in the media and who can make a dollar off the case.

i am trying not to give up hope on haleigh being with us. time has been so long since this angel has been gone. i read about the road trip while scanning this am. i am in. tickets to fly are not that bad, perhaps they will b even cheaper by the time the trial is over. it took us 13 hours from nashville, we went 60 miles futher than orlando. we can all take turns slapping sin.
