ORLANDO, Fla. — It’s proof that anybody can sue anybody, even Casey Anthony. Eyewitness News uncovered a lawsuit filed by Casey Anthony against a woman she’s never met.
The woman’s name is Zenaida Gonzalez. She got caught up in the whole saga simply because she has the same name as the so-called babysitter who Casey claimed took her daughter Caylee.

Casey Anthony’s attorneys have filed a counter-claim seeking money from Zenaida Gonzalez, calling Zenaida’s lawsuit an attempt to cash in on a high profile case.
Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzales is the name of the mystery baby sitter Casey Anthony says took her daughter Caylee. In September, Eyewitness News broke the story that a Zenaida Fernandez- Gonzalez from Osceola County and her high-profile attorney, John Morgan, were suing Casey Anthony for defamation and infliction of emotional distress.
“Zenaida’s world has been turned upside down. She is in hiding. The mention of her name is red-flagged everywhere,” Morgan said.
Eyewitness News found out Friday that Casey Anthony’s lawyer has filed a counter claim calling Zenaida’s “a frivolous lawsuit which was filed for no other reason but to harass and embarrass” Casey Anthony.
It also calls it an “attempt to cash in on a high-profile media case” and contends John Morgan’s firm did it to “generate publicity for their law firm.”
The counter complaint goes on to claim Casey Anthony made truthful statements to investigators about a separate Zenaida Gonzalez and the woman suing her is not the mystery babysitter.
Now, Casey Anthony is seeking damages in excess of $15,000 and to recoup court fees and attorney fees.

AS FOR NG AND THE ANTS. I WAS DISAPOINTED THAT SHE WAS GONNA HAVE THEM ON. I HATE TO SEE THEM HAVE A PLATFORM FOR THE SPEW OF THE TONGUE.

I REALLY HOPE THEY DID DECIDE NOT TO GO.

I know I have NO doubts about her guilt,but some people on here had me very upset.. this has been so emotional for all of us. I guess I just needed a reality check.. so, thank you, thank you…
I am sure like the rest of you guys, this game has gone on long enough. I just want to see our baby home. The crap going on between Tim & Paddy.. the ants and Paddy & Tim..etc is just bullshit(oops) I guess I should have said the bullshit from the ants and everyone else
has gone on way too long.. Lets just start the healing process and see justice done!!!

From now on if anyone has a message personally to someone in particular PLEASE email them instead of leaving it in here as a comment. It does make others uncomfortable especially since there has been fights among you all in the past.

I need everyone on here to cooperate and follow the rules. Be nice and if you can’t be nice please don’t say anything at all. Don’t take everything so personal, sometimes things are said meant to come out one way but they come out another which starts fights.

I am famous for saying things the wrong way, ask my husband Simon, I always do things like that. He has learned not to take everything I say seriously until he figures out what I am talking about. He blames it on me being a southerner LOL

I can not take sides in this if I am going to be fair because everyone is at fault at one time or another. From what we see when we go over all of this we see where one time it is one person’s fault and another time the other ones are at fault.

We don’t want to shut this down so will you ALL PLEASE cooperate with me here and help me keep Blogger News a peaceful place for all of us to talk about what started this whole get together to begin with. We all know that each and everyone on us want our little Caylee found. Let’s remember that the next time someone that you don’t like or someone you think doesn’t like you says something that might not sound right to you. They don’t always mean the way it sounds. NO PERSONAL attacks!! PLEASE remember that.

Paddy’s heart is in a good place, as is murts and anyone else who is trying to contribute to the search for caylee….
any missing child is a tragedy but one whose own mother doesn’t even call the cops and then comes up with such wild stories makes this different.

None of us who are mothers can wrap our heads around this insanity….we are all so involved because someone has to stand in for such a cold, monster of a mother…for the child’s sake we care because her own mother doesn’t

Cant’ say that for anybody else including the f’ing ants!

the beads like those photographed in August and passed along to paddy looked like those m was seen beading with by one of the female bounty hunters babysitting m while paddy had her out on bail

Paddy said this in an interview today:
Also Friday, Padilla dropped a whole new theory involving the Anthony family pool. He believes, after Caylee die from a chloroform overdose, Casey put her body in the swimming pool to test the buoyancy of her body and then used the neighbors shovel to fish Caylee out of the pool before putting her inside a garbage bag.

He has/or had a show on TV. Entertainment to me interwoven with his profession.
Similar to Dog the bounty hunter IMO.
