right on snookers - BB has only made a travesty of making her seem the slightest bit sympathetic. Especially the idiocy of his “It Shall All Be Revealed” tactic. He overestimates the stomach of the public for that kind of drivel. he’s the prosecution’s best asset in this!

I agree that he looked at the forensics and police reports and probably said, cut the BS and lets get focused on a defense that’s plausible.

I liked the shrink on NG tonight that said PPD and depression would never fly as an explanation. Her behavior only fits a sociopath. And sociopath does not spell accidental death from temporary bad state of mind. It says permanently removing obstacles without remorse.

whatever they want to do to make this look accidental, they can’t explain away the missing child searches she did. that makes it look like her plans were a little more permanent than a baby-free Friday Night At Fusion.

Not confessing is her only control over anything in her entire life right now. She can’t control what she eats, breathes, hears, sees. She has no control over anything –except the knowledge od what she did to Caylee. As a sociopath, she will hold onto that one piece of control.

BB and his amateur Disneyland Defense - where C and G go on and on about her being alive in some magical land, and he thinks he is going to hug her into innocence and Kobe is going to refute the forensices - (all while he refuses to get a psych evaluation because you don’t need one if it’s a kidnapping) - all that looks like a bunch of crap to Lemon.

He is the lead on this and he won’t argue with the run-around Anthonys or play silly mind games with M - he’s just gonna do what he always does or is able to do - get what he knows perfectlly well is a Murder One case down to life sentence instead of death. Or plead it down to manslaughter. He knows that he probably doesn’t have much of chance, but is willing to throw in anything he can think of that would make it possibly not murder - like PPD or some other reasonable doubt - because he’s seen the forensics and probably thinks it’s strong enough on that. He figures if they find her this weekend, he won’t even stand a chance at that and went preemptive on accidental death for damage control.

If he leaked this, it’s possibly because he can’t get through to BB to fold up his sideshow tent of innocence and he’s gonna one-up him by leaking that and making it official. I don’t think Lemon is here to screw around with silly fairy tale defenses that will never work. IMHO

Whenever you go to a carnival and they play the shell game. THey always keep shuffling but never really show you the shell. It’s smoke and mirrors, Reasonable doubt gets her freed, maybe spares her life. Don’t get caught in their game.

How do you accidently sedate a baby with chloroform. That is IMO a murder attempt unless a professional does the sedating.

All the documents are is “hypothetical” Maybe they are posturing for a deal. But I don’t believe this is a confess.

C & G were given some false hope by M. C isn’t that good an actress she really believes something that m told them.

Thats not a confession or admitting to a death. They said “IF”it happened it was an accident
