According to cfnews13.com the Orlando Sentinel is reporting that Casey Anthony is receiving letters from a convicted murderer who is on California’s death row. They say that Scott Peterson is sending her letters but no one is saying what are in the letters or what the connection is between the two but the inmate correspondence is not public record. I always thought one inmate was not allowed to correspond to another inmate by mail, but I guess I am wrong.
Peterson is sitting on death row after being found guilty for the murder of his wife, Lacey and their unborn son, Connor three years ago. Lacey was 8 months pregnant at the time she was murdered. Some friends Casey has huh? If Scott Peterson wrote me a letter I would be too embarrassed to have the public know it. I personally wouldn’t want to be associated with him.
Is Peterson trying to send Casey some tips on how to get away with murder? I can’t imagine what he would have to say to her unless he thinks he could get her to tell him what happened to Caylee so he could use it to bargain with the prosecutors for a deal with his own sentence. Who knows what his motive would be?
Caylee Anthony has been missing since mid June and her mother, Casey Anthony is being held in jail without bond. Casey faces charges of first degree murder as well as several check fraud charges. Yesterday a judge set the date for the trial to begin January 5th after the state requested that the trial period be moved back from a previously set date in early February, possibly to put more pressure on the defense team. A pretrial date has been set for December 11.
Also yesterday Eyewitness News received copies of hundreds of the calls the police received as tips from people claiming they know what happened to Caylee. As we all know the Anthony’s have publicly accused the police for not following up on any of these tips. Well now we can see that they have definitely been doing their job. Eyewitness News found that most of the tips coming in are from psychics who think that Caylee is dead and that her mother or other relatives are responsible.
There have been drawings, photos and even maps sent in. One even said that Casey’s tattoo is a clue that could lead them to where Caylee is. Some say she is where a lot of exotic birds are and they are in cages. One says they see a hula dancer and a grass skirt. Another one said a drug dealer was involved who looks like Snoop Dog. One woman blames Casey’s ex boyfriend for killing Caylee. Other psychics claim that God, Caylee’s spirit and Caylee’s energy came to them leaving these tips.
After going through half of the 1800 pages they only found 2 tips that were not from a psychic. One of them told them that Casey killed Caylee’s father and the other believes they saw Caylee in June in Wyoming. Some say they had dreams or visions of Caylee’s body being in a swamp, underground, in the woods or burned. Some suggest that she had help. A few of the tips were from people that actually think that Caylee is alive. One psychic told the authorities that Casey has demons in her and will never give up any information.
I agree with that psychic about Casey never giving them any information that will help. All we have been hearing lately is that when we find out what really happened we will all suddenly understand. We might understand but we won’t excuse her for this. If she didn’t directly do anything to her daughter she is covering for someone who did which makes her just as guilty. And to be honest I wouldn’t believe them even if someone else came forward and admitted it because I would say they were only doing it to protect Casey to keep her out of prison. Why should anyone believe anything Casey Anthony has to say about this anyway? She has done nothing but lie from the very beginning, not only to us but to her family as well. If she did try telling the truth now it would be too late as far as I am concerned.
Caylee needs to be found now so all this can end. I feel though that if they do find her Casey will turn this around to someone else and blame them so she can save her own neck. By the way she seems to have certain people wrapped around her little finger to do whatever she wants them to do, it wouldn’t surprise me on bit if someone out there would take the murder rap for her so she can return to her wild lifestyle that she is so use to only now she won’t have that precious little girl in her way anymore. I can see her now dancing on a pole laughing calling who ever took the blame for her a fool. It would be just like something she would do.

The story of letters received from Scott Peterson are said to be not true. When Eyewitness News started asking questions, a spokesman from San Quentin State Prison in California looked into it and said, based on information developed at the prison, there is no truth to that story. The prison spokesman said he was never contacted about the story.

Inmates can communicate with one another - all they have to do is send their letters to a willing participant in the outside world - that person will then re-address it coming from them and send it off that way. Inmates are not allowed to send letters directly to one another, but can use a third party.

What right should either one of them have other than to sit on a metal bed all day, pee in a pot and read toilet paper! The law should be that whenever one is convicted of killing, as peterson, he has by his own actions revoked all rights of humanity. No TV, no books, no air conditioning, no heat, no blankets, nothing to drink other than water, and nothing to eat other than stale bread and spam (only on weekends). No contact with the outside world nor contact with any other convict. Period, end of subject.

In her opinion there is no doubt that there was a dead body or something that touched the dead body in that car. Based solely on the test results not factoring in anything else. She says basically the scientist took any chemical that could be explained by another source such as gasoline and didn’t use that as a factor. So the chemicals they were left with could ONLY have been caused by decompostion of body. Also she says when they used the words only human decop. She says scientists dont make positive comments in reports if the had ANY doubt.

She said that if Caylee had been wearing a dress when she died and some decomp got on it that would also have left signs behind too. Also in reference to the hair she said it is conclusive that at the very least a relative of M was decomposing recently in the trunk. MitDNA follows the mom’s side backwards. Would include Caylee, M, LV, C, all C’s relatives and up the chain. so the list might seem large, but given most of the relatives are either deceased years ago or can be accounted for will virtually leave only Caylee as the source of the hair with death band on it.

Here example was that if Caylee was in the trunk alive, and breathing she would over time consume all oxygen in the trunk. If the trunk is not opened there would be no more oxygen in that is the importance of bacteria without oxygen. Her guess is Caylee was alive when she was put in the trunk. I believe she probably used Chlorform to put her to sleep, came back next day and she was deceased, took her to C’s (borrowed shovel) put her in back yard. Went back and moved her from yard a couple of days later. I think she was in the trunk on 24th but had not been there the whole time and thats why it wasn’t so strong a smell. I think after 24 when she almost got caught by g. she began getting rid of evidence.

Been reading all the comments you folks have written and just wanted to say that this is a sad thing for any and all of us to even think of happening. I have four wonderful grandchildren and I would kill over any of them. I do not understand the Anthonys defense of the daughter, it is obvious what has happened here and they appear to cover for her. There is no excuse for Cindys attitude, if this had been one of my precious babies that was missing, it would darn sure not have taken me a month to find the car or wring the neck of the daughter until she fessed up to what happened! Now, as far as the letters in jail, she should get none at all from anyone. No phone calls, no mail, no t.v and radio and no reading materials. Only a blank wall with her childs photo enlarged to fit so she has no way of escaping the sight of her baby. Might run the little snit crazy and that would be too good for her. She should be awakened each hour and made to walk around the room so she would have to look at the pics of her dead baby. I can not imagine hurting a child under any circumstances. If you don’t want them, there are plenty of folks out there who can not have children and would love to give them a home and all the love they will ever need. How sick a person is this? He says they conclusively prove m never got that call from Zanni when she was with C. And I think that most of us agree with that statement. Who would help Paddy? He got the phone records in there entirety from one person: surprisingly Paddy says he got them from LV. I think we are going to be surpised by him. I think he is not involved in cover up. I think that is why we havent seen him in awhile. I had already heard the interview with report where he said he believed his sister or he wouldn’t be here. Now he is not here! yep it would be nice if we could believe their really are some truths in this. I was convinced in the begining that he was not involved. I also went to the webslueth sight and read his handwritten statement and did not seem to favor her at all. I think he is a good guy. I think he has great instincts, His info sometimes is off. but it could be just based on what he is allowed to tell us. I think he is dedicated to finding Caylee. He was saying in mid to late Sept that LV had sent all the cell phone records for m’s phone. That would seem to indicate that LV was cooperating with Paddy. He has also kinda said the dna results will shock us all, and that Caylee’s bio dad is dead. I think he is really good at what he does and sometimes he is going on instinct. Just like when he first came and he thought M had really given the baby to someone she trusted. He thought she would help….He was wrong, but that is not his fault. He was going with the info he had at the time.

WOMAN FROM CALIFORNIA SENDS CASEY $75
A third complete stranger has donated cash to Casey Anthony’s jail account. A woman from California sent Casey $75.
Eyewitness News was unable to contact Michelle St. Clair of Spring Valley. She’s the second Californian to send Casey money. Another woman, in Oxnard, California, told Eyewitness News last week she felt sorry for Casey.
A third stranger, from Apopka, also sent money last week.
The donations bring Casey’s jail account to $326.

Casey Rented Movie About Murder On Day Caylee May Have Died
Wednesday, October 29, 2008 – updated: 6:10 pm EDT October 29, 2008
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — June 16 is the date Caylee Anthony likely died.
Eyewitness News retraced Casey Anthony’s steps on that fateful day and talked to
the man who saw Casey just hours after Caylee’s death.
“No emotion, no tears and no regrets,” is how Casey was described on that day of death, when she rented a movie about a kidnapper and killer just hours after, detectives believe, she murdered her daughter.
Never before seen surveillance photos show accused killer Casey Anthony and her boyfriend walking into an east Orange County Blockbuster (see map) just before 8:00pm on Monday June 16, just hours after her daughter Caylee was last seen alive by Casey’s father at home.
The new photos show Casey without Caylee, arm in arm with her boyfriend, after they chose two movies to rent. One rented was “Untraceable,” about a kidnapper and killer. The other was “Jumper,” about a mother who abandons her 5-year-old child, who then can teleport himself.
“They came in, went out,” Johnny French told Eyewitness News. “Brought the movies back on time just like everybody else.”
French rented the movies to Casey and her boyfriend that night. He said there was nothing about the couple that stood out as unusual.
“They seemed normal and she seemed fine. If there was something wrong it would have stood out. I just don’t remember them doing anything unusual,” French said.
Casey’s phone records show she made seven phone calls in the three and half hours between 2:45pm and 6:15pm that afternoon, the time during which investigators think Caylee may have died. Two were made to Arden Villas Apartments off University and Alafaya, apparently to friends. Casey’s ex-best friend, Amy Huizenga, told investigators Casey called her that day and said she needed to find a place to live.
Caylee’s grandfather told investigators the last time he saw Caylee was at 12:50pm on June 16. He remembered her sunglasses and her ponytail as she left with Casey, who claimed they were spending that night at the nanny’s.
“That’s the last time I saw my granddaughter,” George Anthony told investigators.
Investigators say Casey stayed on the east side of town, as usual, during the six hours or so between
when Caylee was last seen alive and she showed up her with her boyfriend, but her exact whereabouts are unclear.
Caylee Anthony’s uncle, Lee Anthony, is allegedly opposed to EquuSearch’s involvement
in the case. Yesterday, Lee allegedly sent an email to a group of EquuSearch supporters that read in part:
“In regards to Caylee Anthony, do not let that influence your support of this group as they have done
NOTHING to help find this little girl. She is alive and they are wasting time and money to support a
system that is failing a missing 3 year old girl and her loved ones. Don’t even get me started on Tim Miller personally.”
Investigation Discovery has asked Lee for comment but as of this writing he has yet to respond.
Lee is apparently not the only one angry with EquuSearch. Earlier today, Todd Black allegedly sent out
a fax about Anthony’s alleged correspondences with Scott Peterson and EquuSearch’s involvement in
the search for Caylee. That fax read in part:
“Casey Anthony and family members have maintained that Caylee is alive, which is why they have not
participated in any search for remains. Authorities gave up on looking for Caylee, and have used the
media to whip the public into a frenzy of hatred against Casey, making it all but impossible to get a fair trial.
And insulting to any family who may suffer a missing child, the authorities refuse to mount an official search,
and instead allow an out of state group to collect tens-of-thousands of dollars in a nationwide fundraising
campaign, without a single accounting on where that money is going.”

Hey Mama, just finished watching NG to catch the end about LV. I too am frustrated with him. He gives mixed signals. The LE written statement by him, does not help M. neither do his interviews. he even says he doesn’t buy the squirrel stories, she would never ride in stinky car all that time doing investigations, He does forward alot of info to Le, and gives Paddy the phone records. Email is evidence to sugggest that he wants to sabotage the search. Could also be that the money is going to equui because didn’t Paddy say yesterday or day before that they had almost gotten 50,000 in. He would rather people give to the “live” search. Other thought is if it is done via email it could have been anyone. Again I am torn between what I think and what is thrown out there. and bb mentions kitchen sink. Well I don’t know if he really sent it or someone just used his email info. Since we haven’t seen him personally it is possible he sent it or that anyone with his email info could send it. For example our youth minister uses my computer alot for email and stuff and I know his yahoo info and password. I could send an email from him and no one would know the difference. Does that mean it wasn’t LV. no way to know. Does anyone know an email address for him. Yahoo and stuff can be accessed from any comp. but say an account that is from specific computer it would be harder to send an email from somewhere else.
