Try and find McCain’s records for high school or his detailed medical records so that you can get a clue. My gosh we’re dumb.

BERG premise insists on muslim laws from Indonesia or muslim testimony from kenya. This is the same BERG who tried to sue BUSH and CHENY! Do you remember who BERG is now???

One thing CAN be admitted… muslims are smarter about our laws and their purposes, than us republicans. They’ve even outsmarted the Conservative Christians and its publications into supporting them and BERG against our own laws. BERG has never worked for anything Republican; he works for Hillary.

Berg has tried to remove our own President from office using 9/11. WAKE-UP! Google it if you’re uneducated. You have a computer so google Berg + Bush + 9/11 + Cheney or any version of that.

In 1961 there was no “Kenya” per se. That area was a British Protectorate known as East Africa.

Kenya did not become an independent country until 1963.

CRW, sorry but no way would he have been labelled “African”. African is not a nationality. If he were labelled anything but Negro the country in question would have been listed - Kenyan.

Labelling him African makes no sense.

But as I said earlier, the document on his website can be issued to someone that was born outside the state with no qualifiers. None.

Choprzrul, Obama travelled to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport.

I don’t know if Indonesia allows dual citizenship (if not he actually did himself in by obtaining that passport) but that’s purely a matter for the Indonesian courts. The US cannot provide any opinion on that.

Plus, while the US does specifically allow dual citizenship (the Supreme Court has ruled it is a right) there was a time when any American taking out citizenship in another country was deemed to have given up their US citizenship. Effectively at age 18 you had to make a choice.

Kennedy (never answered to the driving incident), Barney Franks (never answered to the prostiution run by his boyfriend in their basement), Larry Craig (never really received an answer, but at least he is out of office). Now we have our court saying that the American public has NO RIGHT to request information, which is needed to make an Constitutional decision, from a politician. This is a “Free” country. Please, just explain how a 20 year old Barak legally travelled to Pakistan? It was a banned country at the time just like Cuba is now. Explain why Barak needed to stop over in Indonesia on his way to Pakistan. Since everyone contends that he has obtained a US passport based on his US citizenship, how about a look at that passport to see about his Pakistan travels.

The truth is, he stopped in Indonesia to get his Indonesian passport updated. Since only Indonesians can hold an Indonesian passport, where is the documentation showing Barak’s oath of allegiance to regain his US citizenship? What, doesn’t have one? That means he is currently an illegal allien.

CRW, not true. In my case I have an option re birth certificates. There is a “short form” that looks about like the one published on Obama’s website. I also have a “long form” that I obtained when I was applying for a second passport - that country required a lot more detail than is contained on the short form (they also required my parent’s birth certificates and marriage license). The long form not only contains details of the hospital I was born in but lists my parents’ occupations at the time. And their birth certificates include details of my grandparent’s occupations. In comparison the form on Obama’s site says nothing.

Point of trivia - the “certifcation of birth” on Obama’s website is dated very recently (the date it was issued is on the back) but in the early sixties his father would not have been labelled as “African”. “Negro” yes but African no.

FYI, it is not a “birth certificate” and, under Hawaiian law, can be issued to someone that was born outside the state.

P.S. blankman send off for a new copy of your birth certificate and you will get one back the looks just like Obama’s a certification of live birth not a certificate of live birth which is a legal document issued by the state and accepted in all U.S. states and territories.

If Berg were really interested in the truth, rather than promoting the idea of “Philip Berg”, he would have sued in the spring, when all these allegations were already all over the web, thus allowing orderly discovery and filing and hearing of motions all through the spring and summer. But Berg wanted the timing to be such that he would maximize his chance to be on right-wing radio in the weeks before the election. So he waited. This is a guy who sued President Bush for causing 9/11. Etc. It would be funny if so many people did not pay attention to this tripe. Ah, what the heck. It’s still funny.

I’m shocked that the constitutional rights of the citizens of this country are not being upheld by the courts. A disappointing sign of the times.

This could have been over a long time ago and he chose not to respond. Apparently he doesn’t have to be held to the same standards as others. Again, a disappointing sign of the times.

I will continue to respect those folks that feel there is no need for him to release information for public scrutiny. In return I expect to be respected — if not acknowledged — for continuing to post Obama’s background, legislation and obscurely published info on my site.
