Having said that, I have wondered if the periodic release of information is significant, or a matter of strategy employed by LE. The camp that believes in the “Caylee is alive” rhetoric are far and few between, the rest are united in thought: Casey Anthony Is Guilty. Now what she is guilty of, we do not have the absolute facts to state, just high probabilities and possibilities. With sporadic information, the public maintains some grip on this case, whether firm or not is not entirely important because there are more of us who think she is guilty, including LE. Just as long as we are consistently reminded of the evidence, even if it is not new matter, it matters. The strategy is not to let this case slip through the crack. As long as we are reminded consistently, as long as the searches prove futile, as long as Casey Anthony remains silent - we will as Pavlov’s dogs did, react in the way that we are expected to. Note how the gag order has yet to be imposed. [It is also noteworthy that ‘Caylee Marie Anthony’ does not feature on the FBI Missing Persons’ or Kidnapped list].

Even without much more evidence than has been presented or released, I think there is a high probability that Casey Anthony will be found guilty. The forensic evidence is not nearly as sophisticated or as technical as it was when Marcia Clark introduced it during the OJ Simpson trial. We are a more learned or enlightened society since that trial. The fact that Casey Anthony was successfully charged with a capital crime is indicative of the highly probable outcome of this case.

When all is said and done, Jurors will be hard pressed to answer 1 pertinent question: Why did Casey Marie Anthony wait 31 days to report her missing child?

The absolute fact is, she did not. Faced with the presentation of the “smell of death” in backyard/car, chloroform, mitochondrial hair analysis, unsuccessful calls to CA/GA, rental videos at Blockbuster, washing clothes at ex-lover’s apartment, stealing gas cans, borrowed shovel, manicure, tattoo, pictures of dancing at nightclub, myspace/facebook Invitations to Fusian, abandoned car at Amscott with child-seat, diapers and personal clothing that were washed, maggots and rotting pizza, Cindy Anthony’s 911 calls, George Anthony’s audio interviews, Lee Anthony’s submission of shopping receipts, videos of shopping, banking and theft, Casey Anthony’s voice on the 911 call, audio files of Casey Anthony’s interviews with LE….
A jury would be pressed to declare her innocence.

No one here is suggesting anyone not receive a fair trial in a court of law. You’ll read of no plans here to drive to Florida to break someone out of jail and administer justice on the streets of Orlando. (You may, however, occasionally run across fantasies of consequences, administerd within said jail).

To speculate on what happened to an innocent, helpless child who has not been seen in 4 long months is not to “stone in the streets.”

We all join you in your dream of resolution. But more specifically, we want Justice for Caylee.

I pray everyday someone will either find Caylee or her mom will start talking some truth. Just that there can be some resolution.

For example earlier someone theorized that BB could say M witnessed a crime (murder of a jogger) and the murderer made M stay silent by taking Caylee. Just an example of a story that MIGHT be “compelling” enough for us to “understand” whatever she’s done or didn’t do. And it must be tricky to try to get an alternate theory like that across to the jury especially when the accused isn’t going to take the stand.

And it would be even trickier for the prosecution to try to refute it. I mean how would they find someone to refute it?
I suppose a cop could say in his experience with crime the murderer of the jogger would more likely kill the witness(M) and either kill the child too or let the child go.

I sure do wonder what the heck M talked about for three hours the other day with the visiting minister. She probably hasn’t had anyone to talk to in so long - and we all know she likes to talk - so he probably couldn’t get a word in. I also wonder if someone sent him in to try to talk her into telling the truth.

there is a small Lake Lee near directly north where Rusciano’s apt. is located. It’s across from a wooded area that looks like it runs N/NE from where Jay Blanchard Park is. Looks like it’s on the southwestern end of UCF campus.

I am addicted to show like Forensic Files, and Cold Case, etc…it is my belief and I have complete faith, that in this day and age there will be enough strong evidence in this case for the prosecutors to convince a Jury. So many cases involving the death of a child go in this direction. Nobody can be 100% objective when it comes to a child. This is not a woman who made any attempt at all to be honest with the police or detectives. Clearly she has had plenty to hide from the get go.

Most of the men, including her brother have admitted that Casey has always created a new scenario in her mind when she can’t handle the truth.

Maybe she IS Zenida and maybe she was able to spend her friends money so easily was because while she was driving her friends car she thought she WAS her too.

That doesn’t mean I think shes crazy as in insanity plea. I just mean she’s great at blocking things she thinks are unpleasant…..like killing the daughter that got in the way of her party lifestyle.

Maybe she was a good mom before she met a guy she didn’t want to lose. That seems to happen a lot. Husbands, wifes, girlfriends and boyfriends come and go, but your kids are with you forever.

ping charts for June 17 (and remember, neighbor says when she borrowed shovel could have been either 17th or 18th) - show her near Ant home from about 2:30 pm until 4:36 pm.

Also, all of the stuff later near the airport may have been disposing of other evidence or could have been moving body and then burning with gas (although I think she was stealing gas from dad for car - she couldn’t buy gas with her mom’s JCPenny or Sears card). Who knows?

Also - excuse this is gross - if body fluids leaked on to the trunk carpet and stayed there for a while then maybe that is what stank even after body was removed.

I think she kept Caylee out in the woods…

As far as two hits of decomp in the back yard - if M buried her there, that’s where the decomp would start. Then after 2 days or so she may have gone to move her - so decompe would be in the first burial place and the second could be from laying the body down on the ground in another place during the process.

OH SHIT! It is actually SNOWING here! Big fat flakes that are not sticking cuz it’s in the forties, but it must be cold higher up cuz there ARE FLAKES coming down!!! I’m sorry it is WAY too early for that noise. specially after the last one we had!

He went into total overdrive on the night of the 15th when M was picked up and the car was in the garage. Calling all her friends, picking up her computer, total clean sweep mode. He was emailing LE for days with results on little personal investigations. I think he wanted to look as cooperative as possible so they’d keep him in the loop. but I still think he knows. I just wonder if he ever visited M at BB’s cuz that would be client privilege.

I think Lake Lee is also close to those parks but not sure. okay, Orlando gals, time to get on and give us a geography lesson!

hope LE was watching closely all ant fam members movements early on….lee could have wanted to know where baby was so he could make sure she was disposed of properly….lee would know what she meant..(code) where m meant cause they have already talked about it…

if there are pings in the north at lake lee…(little bit of truth to remember where she put the baby…lee the brother)…Is ES splitting up the search or are they focussing only on the pings near airport? Prob. only one section at a time cause of command post…they might move on to rhe north if they don’t find her near airport…
Lee lake sounds like…HEY…remember when M told Lee on the phone from the jail….”SHE IS CLOSE”..could close mean “LEE” LAKE>>> I feel LEE knows little sis’s dirty secrets….

Even if body is then removed right after that, the fluids might start to smell at a later time and would get worse as time goes on, but would still retain the time of death signature.

if she killed baby and hid her in the yard on the 16, borrowed shovel on the 18th..baby is decomposing…carrying her out of the yard might have produced the fluid leaking onto second spot in the yard…which cadavers hit on…

The only thing is here..she would not have buried her yet…for the smell to be that putrid when they got the car back…baby had to be in trunk long time before she did away with her…don’t get the 2.5 days decomp. though the timeline between june 16 adn the day the car was towed? doesn’t make sense …seems to me baby was in car way more then 2 days to have such a smell…I AM CONFUSED…TOO MUCH TIME IN THE TIME LINE…AND THE SMELL …

My daughter was a big Smashing Pumpkins fan and Billy Corrigan had an apt in Roscoe Village in Chi. Every time I needed to go downtown for business she’d ask to come along - like she’d ever get a glimpse or something. LMAO!

some people are interested in her whereabouts on the 18th - 19th to see if she stashed her body up north at one of the parks or lake. I know there were pings in that area - near Rusciano’s apt. on one afternoon and also some phone dead space, but I can’t remember and am looking to see.

I think if she got rid of body evidence before G saw the trunk, it does not mean she got rid of smell or other incriminating tools.

the only explanation in my mind for the two hits is that baby was NOT killed in yard…decomposed in car for a few days and she did try to hide body in yard cause of smell…(sorry to be gruesome) but maybe dripping body fluids was what made the two hits..but only one hiding spot until she could figure out where she would eventually bury her?????

But it also begs the question - where was Caylee from June 16 to whenever she died if she didn’t die on June 16? No one saw her from then on. So that’s one of the reasons we think she died on the 16th.
