Mr. Hayes,
Thank you for your hard work in keeping The United States of America educated and free! I am only 43 years old, and have not heard about Bill Ayers until this election! I am EXTREMELY apalled that an animal such as he not only escaped prosecution, but was actually ELEVATED TO PROFESSOR AND IS ALLOWED TO SPEW HIS GARBAGE TO THIS VERY DAY...ONLY IN THE U.S.A., MR. AYERS!
The U.S.A. is suffering from a horrific spiritual illness, and now we may be reaping the results!
I don't believe Barack Hussein Obama for many reasons; Bill Ayers is just one of the many!
God bless and protect the U.S.A.!

Mr. Bob Hayes,

I read your blog piece from A-Z plus all links. Good work and thank you.

I have already linked it out on a special network of blogs who are set up to do the same. I hope you don't mind. I don't know how many come back and post comment here, but I wanted you to know.

A few comments on the link to Zombie’s story.

William Ayers' forgotten communist manifesto: Prairie Fire

I read it twice. It is interesting to note that Prairie Fire was written in 1974. That's just 15 year before both Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn (Prairie Fires' authors) became academics with others of their ilk in Chicago.

Yes, there are some serious issues concerning Obama over all this. As I am sure that aspirations for Obama at the Ayers home during his Senate campaign kick off were high for Bill Ayers and his wife Bernardine Dohrn and the other ilk in attendance.

What is notable here is Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn killed people. They advocated doing so, of course for a good cause in their minds. But now in academic educational endeavors his idoligical thinking is in his teaching. IIs this the kind of thing we want taught to our children and most of all poor children mostly black? This is all coming out now and needs to and your efforts are part of this awareness.

I am also encourage by the blind support that Ayers is receiving from young people who don’t know about all this as it helps us understand what and where we need to concentrate our efforts.

Additionally, the recent Pro-Ayers Petition going around the internet being signed by more than 3,000 Academics, lets us know who they are and where they teach. This is also good information. http://elections.foxnews.com/2008/10/22/academics-sign-pro-ayers-petition/comments/

Rich's comments to you........

"Maybe spending time on something constructive would be benificial, rather then promoting divisiveness."

If Richy had read Zombie’s essay on Prairie Fire and what Bill Ayers thinks and teaches, maybe he could show some intellectual honesty in discussing were the real divisiveness is and who is really promoting it. Of course, that is if he is intelectually honest and can come into the area of ideas and debate.

From the book itself…….

“PRAIRIE FIRE is written to communist-minded revolutionaries, independent organizers and anti-imperialists”

Given the hard efforts of the Communist to influence the minds of young adults in Collages and Universities across America the past 40 years, they have not been all that successful.

Thank goodness most Americans support both the Constitution of the Untied States, and those that are sworn to pretext it form all enemies, both foreign and domestic. Our success as a nation and its Constitution has created the greatest hurdle the communist. Both stand in their way and have for the past 90 years.

What Ayers and his ilk are working on today are school children, elementary school level, and they are starting with the communities of poor and mostly black to get it rolling as the carrot and stick approach and social justice that lay ahead for them in a socialist state thinking. This is going to only create rasism in the US by not preparing young blanks to egague into the greatest system of better your life that man has ever created. If that was not true, we would have in illegal immigration problems.

Rich seems also to care about your hits. That’s thoughtful of him. What he fails to realizes is most of the people who will read this and will, are hard at work right now bring home the bacon and paying taxes.

Keep the faith Rich, they get around to reading it both before and after the election. This one is a PRAIRIE FIRE of its own. And Rich, you say you want a revolution like Ayers? Well, we aren’t giving up our guns for just this reason.

I agree with Rich that this is on the fringes of the meaningful in this campaign. A bit like Sarah Palin's moose shooting. I would rather have a candidate who is not a conventional Party apparatchik than a narrow bigot who has only ever moved in one sphere. In that respect both Obama and McCain measure up well (as do Biden and Palin). The contrast with Bush is marked. I once spent some time in Houston with people close to the Bushes (signed photos of Dubya with my host in silver frames prominently on display!) and a pretty depressing experience it was. That Obama has had a rather wider circle of contacts over the years (including Ayers and Jeremiah Wright) is to his credit not to his discredit. Obama is not Ayers or Wright he is Obama. He will have listened to a wide range of people over the years before reaching the position he is now at.

Incidentally the use of the world “Socialist” as a term of abuse to be thrown at Obama is also nonsense. Socialism is, according to Wikipedia, “… a broad set of economic theories of social organization advocating state or collective ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods, and the creation of an egalitarian society.” There is a bit of that in America already (rather more in the last few weeks!) and Obama wants some more redistribution of incomes. But he is no socialist!

Just look at the number of hits you recieved on your previous entry and this one.

It clearly sparks little interest.

Maybe spending time on something constructive would be benificial, rather then promoting divisivness.

Why would I do that, Rich? This post is open for general purpose comments. The other, as was clearly mentioned and ignored repeatedly by you, was not.

As for how much interest the undecided voters have in this story, I think we can safely leave it for them to decide that on their own without your help.

John McCain is not George Bush, and Barak Obama is not Bill Ayers.

Let me give you some insight. The ones who will decide this election have little to no interest on this subject. It's "meaty" information for the base, but not for independents and undecided voters.

Hey Bob please delete and/or edit this so no one else sees it, like the other comments I have sent you.
