Wednesday morning two men, which police believe to be Mexican drug dealers, entered a home of 6 year old Cole Puffinburger posing as police officers and tied up the boy’s mother and her fiancé and then ransacked the apartment apparently looking for money. When they couldn’t find it they took little Cole by gunpoint and left. Police think there was possibly a third man involved also, all were Hispanic.
During the investigation it was discovered that the little boy’s grandfather, Clemons Fred Tinnemeyer, who was last seen by family members in May and had been reported as missing just last month, possibly has stolen a large sum of money , all of which was from illegal drug activity.
Nevada authorities say that the grandfather has been named as a “person of interest” in connection with the kidnapping of his grandson. Tinnemeyer has been captured in Southern California, in the city of Riverside and he was arrested for questioning.
A nationwide Amber Alert was issued for Cole Puffinburger. Cole is described to have blond hair and blue eyes. He wears eye glasses with a silver rim on them and he is 3’11” tall and weighs about 48 lbs.
Unfortunately statistics show that the violent drug cartel in Mexico are blamed for up to 500 kidnappings a month , and more than 3700 murders so far this year according to CBS correspondent Bill Whitaker.
Money is obviously a huge factor in this case as is drugs. This little boy is an innocent party in all this and he shouldn’t be submitted to the fear they are putting him through. I pray to God that they release little Cole unharmed and that this doesn’t leave a permanent scar in his mind. I pray that they are at least taking care of him properly while waiting to get their money. It breaks my heart to think of them mistreating this innocent child. Cole shouldn’t have to pay for his grandfather’s mistakes or for anyone else’s for that matter.
If anyone has any information in this case that could lead investigators to finding Cole, please call the Las Vegas police department or your local police department. All it takes is one tip and it could possibly save this child’s life.

We need to close the border - Now! The violence is increasing in Mexico and will continue to spill over into the US.
He should have turned himself in as soon as they story broke and his grandson was missing. Obviously he cares more for himself than little Cole. Trade him for the boy, he’ll get what he deserves.
Closing the border will have little to no impact on situations like this. In an industry with that much money involved, Cartels will always find a way to circumvent paperwork, fences, and the minutemen guarding the borders. If we legalized or decriminalized drugs, there wouldn’t be anything left for the Cartels to fight over, and i guarantee we’d see a huge decrease in violent crime in both Mexico and the United States.
Whatever happens to that boy, the grandfather should be held fully responsible himself and hopefully his grandfather will be charged with a capital crime.
I am praying for that little boy and really hope that he is returned safely. But, when you read here who has abducted this little boy he is certainly in grave danger you have to admit it. My prayers are with Cole and hope that someone angel is watching over him.

Kinda odd that the mother hasn’t made a public plea for the safe return of her son. His grandad is a convicted felon and was living with him at one time. What parent lets their kid live with a convicted felon and drug dealer. Guess it takes all kinds to make the world go around. I have a feeling the family is in this drug dealing too. It’s too bad that if Cole is found he won’t be spending much time with Mommy and boyfriend cuz I strongly suspect that they will be sharing a jail cell with his grandad in all this. I think his Mom and her boyfriend are dealing drugs too. To me this explains her absense in front of the cameras and only his dad has been on TV. Watched Nancy Grace last nite and a reporter said that the whole family is being investigated in this drug trade thing except for Cole’s dad. I hope the whole lot of them rot in jail and Cole is found and his dad is given permanent custody and lives a happy life with his dad without the threat of his being kidnapped again.
This is yet again, another sad story. I honestly don’t think Cole is alive anymore- just heard on FoxNews.com that the amber alert was canceled.
I also believe the family - all of them - are involved here. Sad

What world do you live in? We have junkies and addicts roaming the streets, working in our hospitals, airports, churches, schools, government, police departments, courtrooms, daycare’s and EVERY aspect of American life. You should take those rose colored glasses off and join us here in REALITY.
