I have been following this story from the beginning and I have seen hundreds, perhaps even thousands of different opinions about what might have happened to little Caylee Anthony.
Caylee has been missing since mid- June and thanks to her mother, Casey Anthony’s lies the exact date she went missing is really just a guess taken from the evidence pieced together by the police. Casey didn’t even bother to report her missing for 31 days and she only did it then because of her mother making the 911 call.
With all the evidence gathered, including the smell of death coming from Casey’s own car, tests taken on hair samples from the car, tests done from DNA air samples, and even the cadaver dogs picking up death the only conclusion short of the body would be to assume this precious little girl is no longer alive.
Jose Baez, Casey Anthony’s attorney says, as well as George and Cindy Anthony say, that when they are ready to talk everyone is going to be surprised and then they will understand what happened. Baez still insists along with the Anthony’s that Caylee is still alive somewhere.
An interview on CNN got the attention of interested parties across America when Jose Baez’s own spokesperson, Todd Black made a statement saying, “This is a very serious case involving not just the loss of the life of this little girl, but the loss of whatever is going to happen with Casey Anthony.”
This morning Todd Black made another statement in regards to the CNN Headline News interview. It was in a faxed press release starting with a “Thank You” in large font and then it says, “We have to thank the few, but very respected news people who understood the misuse of a ‘delayed’ telephone interview along with deceptive editing to PURPOSELY MISLEAD the public.”
The press release accuses CNN of releasing a “complete fraud and stooped to the lowest low, shamefully toying with the life of Casey Anthony, who sits falsely accused of murder.” Black claims the statement CNN aired was taken out of context and edited. Baez claims that jokes were being made about their case during the interview and that was what Black was referring to.
CNN completely denies this accusation saying there were no jokes being said. Mike Brooks, CNN’s law-enforcement analyst had made a comment about Cindy Anthony drinking the Casey Kool-aid. Also CNN says the interview had only been shortened for Wednesday’s show but Black’s quote aired just as he said it.
Black still denies ever saying that Caylee Anthony was now deceased. He says those that were professional enough to get a complete copy of the October 14th interview reported it fairly and truthfully. He claims that the rest of the media must have been drinking too much Palmetto Bug Punch.
When News 13 was doing a phone interview with Black he told them that his statement was in reference to the way the case was being talked about, and was taken completely out of context. When they tried to ask him further questions about it, he hung up on them.
Jose Baez defends Todd Black’s statement saying, “We believe Caylee is alive. For reports to be thrown out there that we think otherwise is just inaccurate and completely false.”
“The only reason I am here responding to this is because we have a missing child, and I don’t want anyone to stop looking for Caylee because they think that we think she’s deceased,” Baez said.
It sounds to me like someone is desperate to cover their mistakes. They don’t know how else to cover it other than to blame the media as usual. I am not a huge fan of CNN, in fact I don’t even like CNN but let’s face it, why would a network program that is famous worldwide risk their reputation just to hurt one Florida woman that has been proven to be a liar. I know news programs will do what they can to sell a story but I think this would be too big of a mistake for them to try in this case.
Casey has been arrested after the Grand Jury handed down an indictment against her for murder charges. She is scheduled to be arraigned for the first degree murder charge on October 28, at 8:45 am before Orange County Circuit Judge Stran Strickland.
Casey also has a pre-trial hearing scheduled for November 5 for the child neglect charges and for the check fraud charges which will also be heard by Judge Strickland.
Thursday night Caylee’s grandfather, George Anthony spoke exclusively to News 13 about the family’s plans now to try and find Caylee. They are still insisting that she is alive. Since they have been cleared by the judge to have access to all 5000 tips that the sheriff’s office has received they plan to start investigating them on their own.
Anthony says his family’s private investigator is looking into a few of the potential sightings of Caylee in several parts of the country. George says that she has been reported to be seen in 9 different places. In the video he was asked when he plans to start looking at some of these places himself. He told the reporter that he has been to some of these places already. I don’t know but as much as this family has been in the public eye and followed in their every move, you would think it would be known nationwide if George Anthony personally left the state of Florida to go anywhere and search for Caylee.
OK now I am sure I am going to get a few people mad about this but please remember that this is just my opinion. I know that since George Anthony testified before the grand jury, he has gained an awful lot of sympathy from the public. Suddenly everyone is feeling sorry for him, including myself. After watching this interview I am wondering if perhaps the defense has deliberately been using George Anthony now to get the public back on their side here. Yes I do see that he loves Caylee deeply, but this man is still in denial. He still wants desperately to believe in his daughter.
Another question I have is why are they waiting until now? I don’t believe for one minute that they have been out looking all this time. In fact as I have said several times before but when Cindy told everyone on camera to get off their asses and go out and find her granddaughter, I asked how come she didn’t get off hers and go look along with her daughter. It sure didn’t take Cindy long once Casey was behind bars to appear live on TV again either. If they want to blame the media for everything that has gone wrong in this case then why do they constantly appear on one of their camera’s.
I am sorry to say this but I honestly believe little Caylee is with the angels in heaven right now where she can never be hurt anymore. I can imagine her looking down with her beautiful eyes watching us all. I say my prayers for her every day and night and yes I do hope I am wrong about this. If by some miracle she is found alive, I still stand by what I said in the beginning, that I will be the first to admit I was wrong. God Bless you Caylee!

I really have to think that they are partly in denial.
But, I think her mom in an enabler. And her dad is just trying to keep the piece at home.
I think the grandparents know exactly what happened to Caylee…the grandmother washed Casey’s clothes from the trunk after she called the police to tell them she found the car with a dead body smell…come on people. The grandfather is a retired sherrif, he is not stupid…he knows what has happened and Casey dated policemen…they know without a body, it will be hard to prove…they just messed up the car. Casey didnt report it stolen and left it WITH her purse in it…
I have had many professinals tell me that if you ever smell the scent of a dead body, you never forget it…it is a smell that smells like nothing else…those grandparents either know she did it, or they helped to get rid of the body after she buried it in the back yard….

I hope that baby gives her nightmares every night for the rest of her life…and I am more scared of God and his consiqences, than I am of any judge and jury…one way or another, even if we never find out…she will get her just rewards…and it wont be pretty….
I agree Pam, the Anthony’s are not stupid people, but they certainly think we are. You can deny, deny, deny just to bring enough doubt to perhaps save your daughter’s life. That’s the whole reason for their statements and actions. Great article, Jan, you nailed it!

I think Caylee drowned in the pool. If it was a true accident then why hide it. You don’t get locked up for accidents unless your proven to be drunk or high. Then it becomes an accident with negligence which could land a few yrs locked up and probation, but not a capitol murder charge. Caylee drowned in the pool, and they could not report it because they knew DNA would be done against Caylee and the mother, and when DNA test did not fork, that usually means one thing. Incest. George or Lee is the father. Because of the spelling I would pick Lee of coarse. He refused to give DNA and i read his past myspace blogs. He’s in love with his sister. If I didn’t commit a crime or had nothing to hide, I’d be more then happy to walk into any police station, ask for a cup, spit in it, say here is my DNA, and tell them have a nice day and walk out. Why won’t he? I’ll tell you why, Authorities already have Caylee’s DNA profile and he knows he is the other half of the DNA. The child was buried in the backyard, then dug up and put in the car until another plan was executed. The other plan would be a lake with gators and turtles so nothing will be left. Which is probably very close to one of the cell towers her phone pinged in a selected date range. The chloroform was found in the truck because George being a past cop, knew chloroform destroyed DNA. The whole missing body is all in part to hide the DNA to keep from revealing the family secret. Incest is a crime and if it is ever proven that in fact George or Lee is the father, you can bet charges will be filed against the individual.
I would love to see Caylee show up alive, & have there be some explanation for all of this. Mainly because my heart ACHES for her. But, ALSO to shut Nancy Grace up. That woman’s behavior is inappropriate and she needs to be stopped. OR, she should go back to the courtroom where her behavior IS appropriate! I’m sure there is a bandwagon of people who disagree with me, but I’ve never been one to jump on bandwagons. I think for myself. I was a victim of a violent crime that landed a man in prison for three years, but that does NOT give me a green light to act like an out of control, angry, hostile woman. Chill Nancy! Don’t forget that Richard Ricci did NOT kidnap Elizabeth Smart. Don’t forget that after you interviewed Trenton Duckett’s mother, she committed suicide. You’re not Mrs. “Know All”. Jan - great points as usual. And an interesting theory regarding G. The ants - all of them - have certainly flip-flopped in the most opportunistic way regarding the media and their statements. I think G is listening to his coach Nejame better than C.
this family has given a steady and swirling impression to the public that they are about half-truths or lies - although Casey has a gold medal in mendacity - and they seem to be defensive and angry any time their position is question.

If the laws of attraction work the way I expect them to, Casey Anthony will be finding herself ‘hidden’ away from the rest of the world by being jailed permanently to never be acknowledged again (after the affair dies down once and for all). I don’t expect that she’ll ever be sorry for what she did, but sorry that she didn’t get away with the crime.
I can’t say I understand the grandparents at all. I feel as if the evidence was tampered with prior to the police arriving and their attempting to save Casey might be their own demented way of making up for not saving Caylee prior to her disappearance.
Whatever the case might be, the facts are clear to see and this poor child will remain in our hearts forever. What a special child to have touched so many of us. I too send blessings to the heavens for her and all children who have had to endure crimes of violence.

i can’t think of anyone who has tried to lay the blame with others that their “missing” loved one was not being found - especially when it appears they spend more energy defending themselves than looking for that poor child they are supposedly so concerned about.
Or been rude to and refused to cooperate with people like Tim Miller who reluctantly end looking for remains instead of a live person because all solid evidence points to remains and only the lies of a sociopathic twit point to a live child.
Melissa - so true. Caylee Anthony will be remembered - and I’m sure her sweet little face, and final knowledge of what happened to her will eventually end up in setting wheels in motion that will save other innocent children from a similar fate.
So, we are promised by the Baez team that when this all comes out, we “will understand” why Casey has done what she has done and behaved the way that she has. Hmmm…I wonder what they could say to explain Casey stealing her friends money? I suppose that when this all comes out, we will understand Casey’s need for beer, a sweatshirt and those big white sunglasses that she purchased fraudulently with her friend’s forged check? A friend, I might add, who was kind enough to lend Casey her car while she was away.
And we will understand all the lies that she has told, because of course, there is always some kind of explanation for this behavior. I wonder about all the lies and stealing she has done before Caylee disappeared? Will Baez give us something to understand all of that too?
Casey is a spoiled rotten brat, and unfortunately, her Mom’s continues to enable her. Cindy, unfortunately, has helped to create the MONSTER that Casey now is. I am sure CINDY understands all of Casey’s lies and behavior (she did, afterall, tell a friend that Casey was a Sociopath), but I suspect there will be nothing that Baez can enlighten the public with, that will explain away Casey’s behavior. It is clearly not normal. No “loving” mother would fail to contact the police to let them know that their child was missing.
Beans, their demeanor is really unique. Angry, accusing, defensive, deflecting blame, alienating people who are working so hard, and not searching themselves. A normal person would be tearful, thankful of public concern, and search til they dropped for both an alive or dead child to bring her HOME. This family is one of a kind. Casey Koolaid is a family recipe.

Belle - the only story Baez could possibly construct was that Caylee was killed in a “tragic accident” and that m was too terrified to hurt G and C and that’s why she covered up the evidence and “pretended” everything was normal by hanging out at clubs and partying. And she concocted the kidnapping scenario so that she wouldn’t have to break her parents hearts by telling them their precious granddaughter had died through her single act of neglect.
And if any jury swallows that he can sell them acres of swampland.
I think we will end up calling it the Casey Coolaid Defense.

I’m beginning to think they’re all in this together now and following Drew Peterson’s lead–that is, if you deny, deny, deny and are certain no one can find the body, you won’t be convicted. What I can’t figure out is why Tim Miller, one of my personal heroes, seems to blow hot and cold about searching for Caylee. Is it a lack of money? If so, I would think law enforcement would help with funding or that Equusearch could ask for a special fund to be set up at a local bank where people could donate. From listening to Casey’s previous Prison calls, it is clear to see that everyone has always appeased Casey and that she has been led to believe that she can get whatever she wants and not let anyone or anything stand in her way. In reading the chat logs between Casey and her new beau shortly before Caylee’s disappearance, it was very very clear that Caylee was in the way, and that Casey was frustrated not being able to just do whatever she wanted, whenever she wanted. Didn’t Casey previously use a friend to babysit, on the pretext of “working” and the babysitter found out that Casey was lying and that she didn’t really have a job?
I wonder if Casey, fed up with having to look after her child and of not being able find anyone to use, decide to use Chloroform on Caylee and leave her sleeping in the truck of the car, so she could have her much desired alone time with her new boyfriend? I wonder if Casey got drunk and overslept and the child succumbed to the heat? Of she could suffocated or died from complications from the chloroform? Maybe Zani is short for Zanax and Casey was drugging her child, so she could go out for the night, and leaving Caylee who knows where?
All I know is that Casey is clearly a liar and who knows where precious little Caylee is now.
jenny - you might want to read yesterday’s blogs - we had a big discussion that he might have been asked to lay off because remains have been found and they are testing to see if they are hers. we all said he looked terribly sad and thought that might be why.
Somebody said today that Casey should be Drew’s fifth wife and I couldn’t agree more. I live about 5 miles from Drew and that whole thing is making us crazy here.

I can’t help but wonder why Casey spent so much time at Baez’s office? This seems odd to me. If you have had any dealings with a lawyer you know you want to spend as little as possible time with them because of the cost. Does Baez not have any other clients or cases he is working on? How did he get picked to be her lawyer? Now they say he does not have enough experience and cannot not defend her? I truly feel if Casey had stayed in jail she might have cracked before now. She needs to be put in general population and not given any special treatment. She needs a good dose of what jail is going to be like since more than likely she will spend the rest of her life there and it is what she deserves!

Hi rose - that is what quite a few of us were thinking. if remains were found and are being tested then it would make no sense to do an expensive search. LE doesn’t have to announce this to the public - or to the defense in discovery - until they are sure so that might explain the wavering.
I’m sure C’s crazed attitude hurt his feelings and for that I’m sorry, but he looked even sadder I thought. Like he knew something bad and couldn’t talk about it.

1whocares - I think Baez had her in his office for two reasons. One, it got her out of the Ant home so C couldn’t choke her to death the next time they had a fight. Two, it put cameras in front of his office all day. that lizard lost more of the few cases he handled than he won. he probably thinks any kind of notoriety is good for business.

The bag had pizza in it. G and the tow guy threw it over a fence, but police retrieved it. There were body fluids and maggots on the outside of the bag implying contact with a dead body.

this a bit gross, but anyway, in order for a blow fly to lay it’s eggs and for the eggs to hatch there has to be some moister / liquid/fluids, or else the eggs can’t hatch or grow into maggots, there has to be an odor of decomp for the blow fly to be attracted to it

I’m not sure about the maggots but they’ll probably have some CSI bug-guy at the trial to talk about all of that. They may help pin down the times depending on their stage of development (too long and they turn to flies,right?)

flies are attracted to decomp of any kind, but won’t lay eggs where there’s no fluids, such as, if you throw out rotten uncooked rotten meat they will lay eggs and become maggots and eventually flies, there has to be some degree of fluid, never a dry pizza, unless some of the fluid had spilled onto the pizza

There are people who enjoy saying mean things, especially shielded by the anonymity of the internet. I’ve seen much worse on other sites, unfortunately. I’m sure Mama is a savvy lady and would consider the source.

i think a worse punishment would be to keep them on and let us have at them. there is some pretty formidable strength in these numbers. they usually give up and go away.

This is to let everyone know that on October 16th I emailed someone using the name on here in our comment section as Reasonablevoice. I asked them to please stop the personal attacks on other people and they never responded to my email.
Now I have seen, after going over the comments from last night, that they came online once again and did basically the same thing so Reasonablevoice has now been banned from leaving any comments on here.
We hate doing this to anyone but we can not tolerate any personal attacks from anyone. Please remember that everyone is entitled to their own opinion and just because one doesn’t think the way you do, it doesn’t make them wrong.

EquuSearch founder Tim Miller told CNN’s Nancy Grace on Monday night that one of his team members found the dress near Orlando International Airport.
The search team has focused on the area near OIA since cell phone records showed pinging there.
Miller said the dress was a child’s size 6 and was found near a wooded area in some bushes.
“There have been several articles of clothing found during the search effort. Many of them were sent off to a lab for analysis, and this one was sent off, also,” Miller said.
Miller said his group plans to leave the area again because conditions near OIA are too wet for searching. They’ll return in a few weeks.

It was a white trashbag. One of the things in there was a pizza box besides other stuff/papers/maggots according to tow yard employee testimony.
Only him and George were at the car when trunk was opened, C was at the office..
LE was very astute to retrieve it on July 15th. Pity they did not do the same with the pontiac which they did not secure till the 16th.
Somehow, I think that bag will be very important evidence at the trial because LE did not release any info on the testing of it.

hey guys, if the ant believe Caylee is alive why haven’t they looked for her? If money is a problem, in M’s bond hearing C stated that where she works had a emergency fund she could use so instead of bonding out m she could have flown, drove or what ever to check out these sightings. Also if something is held over their heads its gonna come out in a few months and by then if its true whoever would have disposed& cleaned up any evidence there would have been, i mean people that live a life of crime have and know the resoueces for this, also if this were the case all the lying and deception along with the tv interviews has brought so much publicity to the case anyway. also if it were a true kidnapping and M was following whoevers instructions to live a normal life, how could you go out and party? and be around people? myself if i was doing something like that id be at home where no one could see me because id be crying and to stressed from worry to let any one else see me. If Caylee was kidnapped, there is a $250,000.00 reward for her return. It would seem the kidnappers could take advantage of this and turn Caylee in ancd collect the money. Cat I just saw that on a news article posted within the last hour and it made me really sick when i read it the artivle which made it sound as if it was not just a small stain but a large full stain. Not just a hint of fluid but perhaps, by the wrding more stained and large. UGGHHH! It made me even more sad and angry.

I have to wonder how she can plead not guilty on the murder charge before having a qualified lawyer to represent her on that charge. Maybe it’s just automatic. Or maybe there is a new lawyer advising but who has not been publicly announced yet.

I did suspect all along that the bottom of the trunk did contain the most crucial evidence since it was not released by LE.
All forensic scientists in the USA(and the rest of the world) will follow this upcoming trial closely. Since I suspect it will be cutting edge stuff and will put a damperas a copout on future murder trials where no complete body can be used as evidence.

I have been reading this post and all of your great comments for a while now and now i just have couple of things to share to see if anyone else shares my views…
1. Jose Baez said the other day, in a nutshell, that he thinks Lawson Lamar (i think is his name) is using missing Caylee to benefit in his career. I think Jose Baez is very much insulting our intelligence with this comment. I mean, what is it that we are supposed to think HE is doing with this case? He is representing Casey Anthony because he is truly trying to serve justice??? Please. Why would he ever even go there with a comment like this..? We are not stupid, Jose. I think that any lawyer with half a brain would not touch this case with a 10 foot pole. He was honestly looking for any way to get his name out there. Well, Jose, i have news for you… this was probably NOT the case to pursue but good luck to you and committing your career suicide
2. I have not seen anyone mention this but i think it is odd that Casey and her reps keep insisting that Caylee was kidnapped and keep insisting that she is alive. If she actually was kidnapped no one would know if she is alive or not? MOST of the time, if a child really is kidnapped by someone other than a family member, it is a miracle if they are ever found alive or at all. So why doesn’t she just say she doesn’t know if she truly “doesn’t know”. Especially since her excuse for not telling anyone she was missing was because she was scared someone would hurt Caylee. I just think insisting that Caylee is absolutely without-a-doubt alive only makes her look more guilty and makes all of them, family included, look like they also know Caylee is gone and Casey is lying. They just don’t want to admit it to themselves or anyone else that it is even a possibilty because they don’t want to believe the obvious. Just proves that Casey is not as great of a liar as she thinks she is… This whole thing is just so sad.

Paul was picking up metal scrappings with another man. The man in a suit was on the cell with her and suit was pretending to fish which is one thing they thought was odd. Witness had another person with him. They saw what they think is M with a straw hat, shovel and bag and that she was putting the chovel in the back of the car and almost knocked her straw hat off. Come one. Authorities need to take charge instead of letting the munsters run the show. As some of you have said, I have always believed G and C have known from the beginning what happened. There is no possible way that I can believe this incident was an “accident.” Had it been a bona fide “accident,” casey (I refer to her as crotch rot) would have, as normal response, gone totally nuts, screaming, crying no matter the consequences. She’d have without hesitation called 911 to explain that the child’s death was non-deliberate. Look at it from a realistic standpoint: She was not going to report it until lunatic cindy munster freaking out and called 911. At no point has rot shown any indication of emotion, nothing, zero, zilch. No, that bunch of psycho’s do not believe Caylee is alive. They are trying to buy time for rot. Difficult for me to believe they are naive enough to believe they can salvage her from the inevitable.

I see old cindy and george every bit as psycho as rot, and I can’t see that things would have been a whole lot different had they had legal custody. Goofy brother looks certifiable! Has never said anything that made any sense. Well, I hoped the finale made them all realize that had they allowed Caylee to be adopted to a person/persons who could have loved her, she’d be somewhere living a happy and normal life.

They knew they were getting rid of evidence. Oh it just so happened that she was washing clothes when the car was brought home, so she just washed all the clothes in the car. What person would put those death clothes in with your underwear or your towels. Not buying it. C. ran in and threw some clorox in the washer and threw all those clothes in the washer.

Gum, same here. The announcement really hit a very sensitive spot. I thought of many of the images we seen of her, video’s, photos, and Bam! I thought, she is really dead. You could tell she was a very bright little kid with a great sense of humor. You could tell she loved to make people happy, reading, clowning around. So many of us have come so emotionally close to this situation that we feel we knew her. No child deserves what happened to her, and I believe there is justice for those evil things done to children; if not in this lifetime, then in the hereafter.

I think G. doesn’t act as crazy as C. but there is something in his eyes that is dark. I really don’t think he loved her. She told all her friends how much she hated him. That it crazy to say that about your daughter, but now that she put of the house nd they can sleep at night without worrying if M. was going to kill her she is telling the truth about how she felt about M.

Cat - thank god little Caylee was long gone from this realm before it came to the possibility of possums.
But it is unforgivable that her monster mom and aiding and abetting family could be more concerned about pretending she’s alive to save their own face than by doing everything in the power to recover and respect her poor little remains.
I will always try to remember that little girl in the photos we see, and I feel sorry for a jury that might have to see photos of remains. But if they do, I hope it helps them do what they need to do to put this girl away.

Someone suggested earlier that it would be great for Tim to be on NG regularly but I don’t. He is exhausted. He is totally stressed. The pressure on him is immense. And although NG pulls her punches a bit with him - and mentions his own loss (don’t you think that’s a knife in his heart every time he hears it?) and she suggests contributing to TES, I still think that appearing on her show live has to increase his (and anyone’s) chances of a heart attack about 100 fold.
So I’m find if Tim does not appear on her show. We should just send him encouraging notes and money. (And TES should choose someone else to be spokesperson for a while.)

when C & G moved to Orlando fom OH, it was at C’s urging. (who knows what mess they left up there) She wanted him to work with her dad at his car lot. So G did. It wasn’t very long–just a short time - G got into with him and pushed him through the window at the shop.
Then G bought his own used car lot and din’t do well. Then started his security guard jobs.

Like Sabrina I tend to be more fierce when friends or loved ones are attacked. And in those situations the people I have had to deal with have been quite surprised to find themselves left “standing” on their knees. And that was the end of that.

Gumshoe - I have one daughter and and 18-month-old granddaughter and although I love my own child dearly I would knock her into next Sunday (legally, not physically) if I ever thought she could or would do anything to hurt my grandbaby.

My daughter is army and just got back from tour 2 in Iraq. She and her husband live in TX but are now in training for a couple of months in MO. Then to SC for 3 years (thank god) as drill sergeants.

He has had a very hard time with his daughter’s death.
After the death I guess they had someone as a suspect but didn’t have enough eveidence yet to arrest. Tim started drinking very heavily . He and wife ended in divorce due to his drinking. He found out the guy’s number and address and would call and tell the suspect that he was coming over to kill him and leave him like he left his daughter and did this (calling and messages) every day. One day he got very drunk and called and went over with a gun. When he left the message he told the guy he was coming over with a gun and the police were there.
That is all I could find besides that he straightened his life out and started EQ. so no families would ahve to go through what he has and lose everyhting like he did.
Not sure if he is remarried.

cecybeans–My own daughter told me the other day “Mama if I had ever done anything for you to think my kids weren’t being taken care of, you would have had me at Family Court in a heartbeat”
She’s absolutely right. When they were little, 2 were in diapers same time and another toddler besides. She would say she had something to do–I’d say “who’s keeping the kids?” She’d say “I’ll find somebody” And I would see stars. Because if she couldn’t give me a definite name and number I wasn’t settling for “somebody”. I made her bring them to me.
She turned out to be a good mother, but I was right in her face making sure she took care of them.
M2C and Cat - you’re right and if this degenerates into an OJ thing I will drive down there myself and pop her just to get some good sleep.
One good thing, even if Baez manages to land a dream team, I doubt there is more dirt to be found on c and g than m has been able to make for herself the last couple of years, hell, months. she isn’t smart enough to cover her tracks worth a crap.

To set the record straight, I chose to ban RV from here simply because I gave them fair warning by specifically asking him/her to stop the personal attacks and they chose not to respond in their own defense.
Instead they decided to come back on here and do it again. In all fairness I did give them a warning because we don’t want that kind of behavior in here.
I understand we stray away from the topic from time to time but to personally insult or hurt someone’s feelings is uncalled for.

My son is in the Army he is a SPC.- Nurse stationed in GA right now. Was in San Antonion, TX and wants to go back. His Dad (my ex) lives in Plano and his wife is from Plano so he want to get back to TX/San Antonion and work at the hospital there.
anita–his dad owned the delearship. C encouraged him to move to FL to work with his dad. That was after his 10 year stint with LE in OH.

The case rests on the prosecution proving their case. The defense just has to shot holes into the testimony of the witnesses. Even if somethng is taken out of context the jury may look at the witness as not being honest. Like trying to put the toothpaste back into the tube once the thought enters the juror’s mind. Hmmm. could the witness be lying? That’s why you need a strong prosecutor who objects to questions that would create any doubt for the juror.

My daughter and her husband live in Temple, but San Antonio is their favorite place in TX. They met while they were in Korea and were topographical analysts there and for their first tour in Iraq. Now they are MPs - it’s funny to imagine her doing that - she’s very tiny but a tough little chick. And they’ll soon be drill sergeants which is perfect because she loves to boss people! No really, she is a good teacher.

Cindy Anthony is not in on anything. She is the STUPIDEST person that I have ever seen though. Her and husband George are enablers. They enabled Casey and believed her lies for years and years. They are in denial that their lying theiving tramp of a daughter could possible harm their grandchild. But I believe that Casey did harm Caylee and her stupid parents still don’t get it. They are in fact, morons. Possibly the dumbest parents in history.

Cindy wanted George to go into the car business with his dad. His dad had a nice used car lot that did pretty well. The only
thing was George couldn’t get along with his dad. Within the first year they got into a fight at the lot and George put his
father through a plate glass window. George was asked to leave. George then started his own used car lot as he bought up a
small one a few miles from his dad’s. He second mortgaged his and Cindy’s home and when the lot went under they lost their
home in Niles, Ohio. They then moved to Florida and assumed a mortgage at their present location. This is 100 percent true.

If they really believed Casey was working and paying a Nanny, who paid for the health ins (did they claim her as a dependent?), car ins, cell phone bills, gas bills, groceries, even if they were not charging her rent. They were already paying the full cost of Caylee. It’s not like they were flush with money, so why?
Gumshoe: I truly believe that C & G are stupid. It has been apparent from the start. Not just from their attitude about the situation but you can just tell from everything! They are truly dim bulbs and that is not helping them now and it sure as heck didn’t help them help M when she was growing up. M is much sharper in so many ways than either of her parents and their inborn stupidity enabled her even more.
M2C - I realize Cat’s point but I’m not worried about it being anything more than a waste of jury time. even if they do character assassination attempts, none of those boys she slept with had the same motive for murder that she did. First of all, no relationship lasted more than a few months - she was throwing herself at everything in pants. Secondly, the prosecution will have overwhelming evidence that she never wanted Caylee in the first place, was reluctant to care for her and was jealous of the attention c and g gave her. There is just no one who had much to gain except for Spiteful Bitch.
I would like to talk to him if C’;s brother ever stops in here.

His father’s was Antony’s Auto Sales in downtown Niles. George’s was on Youngstown-Warren road in Niles near McKinley Plaza.
It only lasted a year at best. I believe he named it George Anthony’s car lot. Cindy thought having a car dealership would
make them a lot of money. She had a nursing degree at that time but didn’t use it until they lost their home in Niles. She

Cindy was going to file for custody of Caylee. Casey and Cindy were fighting before all this happened. Casey had stolen
money from Cindy’s mom and dad and Cindy was fed up with Casey’s behavior. Cindy went to a counselor and the counselor told
Cindy to kick Casey out. Cindy was worried that Casey would take Caylee with her. The counselor told Cindy to file for
custody. Casey took Caylee to punish Cindy. That is what Cindy thought for a few weeks anyway. Casey would not produce
Caylee or let her talk with Cindy. Cindy only tracked Casey down when they found that the car had been towed and they
retrieved the car. Cindy called all of the phone numbers of Casey’s friends to locate her. Her friend Amy said she knew
where Casey was as Casey had just picked her up at the airport the night before. Cindy wondered how Casey could do that
without a car. Amy said she let Casey use her car when she was gone for a whole week. Casey stole $700 from Amy too. Casey
has stolen over $25,000 from her mom and dad through credit cards. Cindy had to go into her 401K from work to pay off all
the bills. That is why the Anthony’s were behind on some payments. I know all of this because I know the Anthonys and
Cindy’s mother. I talk to Cindy’s mother once a week.
Cannot stay long in here guys..not tonight. Too much going wrong…I will try to get on soon….Catherine I must’ve given it wrong..there is a new one I’ve emailed. time it seemed we could see her. It is scary for a little child.

I grew up in Warren and knew of Dr. Sudimack. I also know that Cindy talked George into going in with his dad so George
could inherit the business. It never happened as George lost his temper with his dad and put him though a plate glass window
on the lot. End of George and the thought of inheriting a good car business. By the way, one of George’s sisters married a car dealer in Austintown. They are doing very well. Cindy was a bit envious of the way his sister lived and wanted the good life for herself.

The fight was about Casey stealing money from her grandparents. She stole a check for $354 from her granddad’s nursing home account that even Cindy’s mom couldn’t cash. The bank had to reimburse Cindy’s dad’s account. Cindy’s mom wanted the bank to press charges but Cindy somehow got Casey out of it. That is what the fight was about. They had just visited Cindy’s dad on fathers day. Cindy’s mom was very unhappy with Cindy for not doing something about Casey. Cindy and Casey got into it. Big blowup that the neighbors overheard.
Cindy and George were at work when Casey tried to call them. They weren’t on vacation.

I have been following this since the day it happened. I have waited patiently for it to come to a head. I washoping the FBI
would finally get the forensic info back before this stupid bounty hunted got her out of jail. I just couldn’t take it anymore. I have given you all I know and what I have given you is 100% correct. Don’t believe anything that George and Cindy say as they are in total denial. Cindy’s mom is very sick over this. Her health wasn’t very good to start with and this will probably kill her when they find Caylee if she isn’t alive. The Anthony’s are not living in reality. They believe they crap that Casey is saying even though she has never told them the truth. Casey was seven months pregnant and she lied and said she had just gained a few pounds. Her belly was extended and her belly button was sticking out over a half an inch. She finally was forced to the doctors after I told Cindy that she is either pregnant or is going to die from a tumor the size of a baby. They believed her because she said she never ever had sex. What a liar.

He is Hispanic and his mother says that he never ever spoke of even knowing Casey. Calee has no Hispanic traits. Casey told Cindy this story to get Cindy off of her back about who the father might be. Cindy bought it hook, line and sinker.

I feel so very bad for the Ortiz family and all the other innocent people she has dragged into this living nightmare she has created.
I know, she has dragged all kinds of people through the dirt and has no remorse. I think she got knocked up at a party around Christmas, got drunk and maybe banged a bunch of guys that night and don’t know who the dad is. That is my theory.
10:35 a.m. Casey Anthony is scheduled to be arraigned in the first-degree murder case Oct. 28.
The arraignment will be held at 8:45 a.m. before Orange County Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland.
She has a pre-trial hearing scheduled Nov. 5 for the child neglect and check fraud cases. That also will be heard before Strickland

10:35 a.m. Casey Anthony is scheduled to be arraigned in the first-degree murder case Oct. 28.
The mother of a missing Florida 3-year-old wept as her attorney told reporters she is innocent and going through a “nightmare.”
Hours later, a grand jury issued a sealed indictment charging Casey Anthony with first-degree murder in the death of daughter Caylee, even though the child’s body has not been found during an exhaustive four-month search.
“I sincerely believe that when we have finally spoken, everyone, and I mean everyone, will sit back and say, ‘Now, I understand. That explains it,’” Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez, said Tuesday as he stood next to his client before the indictment was issued.

Gumshoe - my worry is that - even with a body - there won’t be enough evidence on it to prove murder and not a covered-up accident - and they’ll have to make that argument with all of the other stuff like missing kid searches and chloroform.

Question I have is why was she putting bag and shovel back into trunk. Wouldnt she have buried the bag and just taken the shovel back. But theory on how the scratches got on trunk. Closed it with the shovel cause she was holding a bag in the other.

Mama - are you talking about Diane Downs? She’s the one that reminds me the most of m. Shot her three kids and laughed for the cameras and tried to finger some hippie on the road for pulling her over and shooting her. The whole time she tried to make everyone think she was a devoted mom and it was such a load of crap. She was so man crazy that when she escaped from jail they caught her with her cellmates boyfriend in bed. One kid died and one couldn’t talk and one was horribly maimed. The prosecutor adopted the two that survived.

Tim has said all only he would be back in two to three weeks. I think they are wanting to get into small lake or pond, swampy area maybe. Thats what they menat when they said water levels were still to high. Underbrush stuff that grows along the water was what he wanted to die off. He was on NG one night a few days ago when there was talk about them not having the funds and maybe leaving the case. I then emailed Tim about this blog and wanting to help. I got an email back from TES and they assured me they were working and plotting to be ready when they come back. The two days ago NG says Tim has pulled out,I felt she hinted that it was becase ants hadn’t cooperated. Tim says unless we hear it from him that he is not coming back trust him he will be back.
Sorry to have been so busy this week. I’ve missed discussing the case and helping you guys, Caylee’s Angels, keep her memory alive and voice a demand for justice.

How she would be getting to the age where she would have been constantly, quickly learning new songs. Can’t you just imagine the sound of her tiny voice singing, smiling at the silliness of Itsy Bitsy Spider?
She would be learning to identify animals, like ducks and cows and bears. Can’t you just hear her imitating those sounds?
She would’ve continued to love ‘reading’ books. All of us would have loved to have had just one chance to read to her: perhaps ‘Goodnight Moon’ or Beatrix Potter classics.
But we can all rest in the peace of knowing she will not miss out on learning about God’s love in church. May we all find comfort in knowing she is safe in His loving arms, in perfect peace and love. …
It is after 1 am and I get some sordid satisfaction in thinking that Casey Anthony probably isn’t sleeping well right now. Is she hungry, after having refused to eat her slop dinner? Is she cold and feeling all alone? Does she just love her new little room and all the time to herself that her self-centered, narcissistic heart could possibly hope for? Bet she is finally coming to the conclusion that her bar-hopping, partying, flag-dressing, target-shopping days are over. Pity. It is looking pretty certain that the days of her child were over, when the little girl got in the way of her partying and slutting around. A decade in prison should take the smug look right off of Casey Anthony’s face.
Oh, thought I should add: on the day that Casey was indicted, it was evidentally clear that she has a big, fat, huge infatuation crush on her lawyer. Bet anything she will try to seduce him. If you watch her while Baez makes his statements during the press conference, she watches him intently and plays with her hair. I bet she thinks she can put on a flag for him, and get a get out of jail card for free. Good luck, Chickie. You made your bed….and it’s in jail.

Unbelievable stuff — about Casey washing his car, about casey’s computer being broken when it was left at his apt (addresses the issue regarding Lee and Casey’s blue-screen computer). That his roommate Clint lied on greta show, that Casey did NOT stay at his apartment on 6/15 and he has proof and police know it (bc of cell pings), he never spoke to her after her arrest, and more.
Looks like he posted quite a few times, from 9/24 to 9/29.

I am curious as to why George seems to garner so much more sympathy than Cindy. As I see it they both lost a grandchild, they’ve both spouted lies, and they both still insist that she’s still alive and out there.
…and quite frankly I think they’ve both destroyed evidence.

Danna, one reason people started to have more sympathy for G is that he testified before the GJ and his lawyer, Count Dracula (Mark Nejame) milked that for all it was worth. Saying G was doing the “unthinkable” the “unimaginable” by having to testify (presumably against his daughter) about his granddaughter. Of course we don’t know what G said to the GJ. Anyway right after that we had more sympathy for G and then he goes off and publicly states that Caylee is alive etc - sticking with the “protect Casey camp.”
One day, G, you are not going to be able to have it both ways.
Oh and Bump I want to explain about the different names. We’ve had some new people join us which is GREAT! A couple posted with same/similar screen names to ones people were already using here. So our Kris changed hers to the “original” And when MyTwoCents posted (note the first letter of each word is in caps - mine isn’t) we discussed it and bless her heart she changed her screen name to MyThreeCents and at the same time I changed mine to mytwocents- The Original.

But it would not surprise me. And it would be the reason C was looking for M. She KNEW M was okay but didn’t know where she was and when she finally found her she did not also find Caylee. And that’s what triggered the 911 call.

Organizers will determine later where the command center will be, EquuSearch search director Mandy Albritton said. The group suspended its search last month because the high water levels caused by Tropical Storm Fay prevented a thorough examination of the search areas — many of which were areas of thick brush and woods in east Orange County near the Anthony family home. In other developments, Casey Anthony will be arraigned on the most recent charges filed against her — including first-degree murder — on Oct. 28. The arraignment will be before Orange Circuit Judge Stan Strickland, though she already entered a written plea of not guilty. She has a pretrial hearing before Strickland scheduled Nov. 5 for the child-neglect and check-fraud cases previously filed against her.”

“Casey Anthony will be making two court appearances within a week of each other. She will return to court for her arraignment on her First degree murdercharge and then again a few days later for a pre-trial hearing in the child neglect and check fraud case.

i hope her murder trial doesn’t end up like ojs, hell they had the bodys and they still proved him innocent,so i don’t know if even ifthey find caylee’s body she could still go free

And then I ALMOST wrote Jan to ask if she could send you an email to see if you were okay. I wasn’t sure that was something that Jan would feel she could do and I was still hemming and hawing about it. So I’m really really glad you came back and that you are okay.
Flowerchild - There’s been some talk - even on the news not just us - that the trial might well be moved and it might be to a rural area of Florida as opposed to another city.
i am not trying to sound morbid,but finding caylee’s body would help a great deal,so they can find the really hard evidence they need to put her away

danna - i was wondering about that too but got to thinking - the witness saw her putting a shovel and a bag into the trunk. if the body had been in a plastic bag she would have kept her in that as there was a lot of liquid. And she would not have returned something as disposable as a plastic bag to the trunk.
