Barack Obama has an Odinga problem, and it could be his Achille’s heel, proving that Obama’s only foreign policy achievement to date resulted in massive Muslim-led ethnic cleansing that murdered hundreds of Christians in Western Kenya in the post-election violence of his cousin Raila Odinga’s failed 2007 bid for the Kenyan presidency.
Raila Odinga is the current Prime Minister of Kenya, and Barack Obama’s first cousin.
Odinga’s mother was the sister of Barak Obama, Sr, who was also a member of Odinga’s Luo (or Jalou) tribe.
Odinga’s father was the late Kenyan politician Jaramogi Odinga Oginga, and he, Barak Obama Sr, and Raila Odinga both attended the same Maseno high school in Western Kenya.
Kenyan Government: Obama an “Odinga Stooge”
Barack Obama campaigned extensively for Odinga in late 2006 while visiting Kenya on US taxpayer funded trips, and was even denounced by the sitting government as an “Odinga stooge”.
Odinga was never elected Prime Minister, rather he ran as a member of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM), and lost a close election to the incumbent President Mwai Kibaki by 250,000 votes.
This loss and the Odinga campaigns subsequent accusations of election fraud sparked horrible violence and ethnic cleansing between Odinga’s Muslim Luo Tribe (13% of the Kenyan population) and Kibaki’s Kikuyu (20 percent of Kenya’s population) tribe, who vowed that without Odinga’s election, there would be no peace, or “No Raila, No Peace”.
The violence culminated in early January, when less than 24 hours after President Kibaki was sworn in, more than 50 Christians were burned alive in the Kenya Assemblies of God Pentecostal church in the western Kenyan town of Eldoret by orange clad ODM (Odinga) mobs, who attempted to shoot any who fled the burning church with arrows.
These pro-Odinga ODM forces referred to themselves as the Taliban, according to many sources, including John Kerry aide, Alexandra Polier.
By the end of January, the disputed election directly caused the deaths of more than 1,500 people and the displacement of almost 600,000 more.
In an effort to quell the violence, an agreement was negotiated by Former UN Secretary General Kofi Annon in February 2008 where Kibaki would remain president and Odinga would be awarded the office of Prime Minister, only the second Kenya had ever had, and their cabinet would be staffed equally by both Odinga and Kibaki supporters.
After his appointment as prime minister, the press revealed a contract signed in August 2007 between Odinga and National Muslim Leaders Forum agreeing to several shocking concessions to Islam:

The mainstream media is CRIMINALLY hiding these facts from the American voters. As his Marxist mentors, friends and relatives, Obama is a Marxists who HATES the U.S. and will work with terrorists and Islamics to destroy us.
Odinga’s campaign strategies, which were almost identical to Obama’s, are also almost identical to the campaigns of lies, manipulation, intimidation and fraud of Chávez in Venezuela, Morales in Bolivia and Correa in Ecuador. Chávez, Morales and Correa are now dictators who are imposing “socialismo del siglo XXI” (Marxism) in their countries and are working with Islamic terrorists (Iran) against the U.S.
Check the campaign strategies of Obama’s Marxist relative Odinga (for whom Obama campaigned) and compare them with Obama’s:
1. The class issue – “elevate the emotions within all youth….be willing to vote for us in the protest.”
2. The media – “Since 2005, the Orange team has maintained intimate contacts across all media.” “victory in the media war could very well mean victory at the polls.”
3. Viral emails
4. Blogs/web forums
5. Corruption – “Branding the opponent as irredeemably corrupt will provide diversionary slavos” (Note diversionary tactic)
6. The age issue – “Our core supporters are essentially young people”
“billboards and leaflets ridiculing the old people“
“Raila with young people – the promise of a buoyant future.”
(Note “ridiculing old people” The Obama camp has ridiculed Mccain for his age)
7. Ethnic Tensions/Violence as a last resort – “To discourage voter participation in hostile areas.” “Use ODM agents on the ground to engineer ethnic tensions in target areas.” (Note threat of race riots in this country)
Venezuelans, Bolivians and Ecuadorians already found out that CHANGE means fewer and fewer rights and more poverty for the people, as well as much greater corruption under “socialismo del siglo XXI” (Marxism). They have also found out that YES WE CAN means Marxists like Ayers, Obama, Odinga, Castro and Chávez CAN fool people.
I totally cannot believe this article. I am a Kenyan and was in Kenya during Obama’s visit and during the post-election violence. There are several blatant lies in the article here.
Some facts:
-Luo’s are predominately Christian, not Muslim.
The violence was politically driven and not in any way connected to religion. Odinga himself is a Christian (Anglican).
-The church burning happened in the Rift Valley and not in Western Kenya. The Luo do not live in Rift Valley province.
-Barrack Obama has not had any significant influence on Kenyan politics – many Kenyans heard of him for the first time during his 2006 visit.
-All the political parties made deals with minority groups. Muslims are a minority in Kenya. Such deals were not unique to Odinga’s party.
I understand the discomfort some Americans may feel with the idea of having a black man as their president. But please stick to the truth. Obama is not and has never been a Kenyan. He was raised by a white American mother and hardly knew his black Kenyan father. His thought process and ideals would therefore be essentially white. Even if you do believe Africans are ignorant savages who kill each other on the slightest whim, please do not discredit an American politician based on his extremely weak ties to Africa.
And I wonder who is more dangerous, the ignorant paranoid racist who wrote this article or the proud intelligent balck man running for president.
And if you have any real prove that Obama and Odinga are cousins, how come we in Kenya can’t find it?
