Wish I knew this from personal sailing experience. Truth is I knew it because I study old old literature. Not quite as exciting. But I do plan to take sailing lessons this winter, so we’ll see!

TIM: I’m quite disappointed that this whole nightmare has already hurt Tim. Prior to the Anthony’s claws, no one ever breathed a negative word about him. Now people question his integrity. For those of us who live near him and have followed him for years, this is so absurd. He is a man of honor. No, not a man–he is a saint!

That was M’s mistake. She could have gotten away with murder. All she had to do is say Caylee got into the pool and drown. She could have called 911 and got off with child neglect.

He’s gonna try to make it look like a big old accident and that’s why C is ranting on and on about the fact m is no murderer. I think C’s trying to make it look like a lesser charge and that her poor baby m made a booboo but just couldn’t bring herself to tell anybody about it.

A sextant is an astronomical instrument, used to determine latitude for navigation. Up until the early 1900s, this was the instrument used by sailors attempting to sail to their destinations.

Modern equipment replaced the sextant, though surely some purists still use them. But they’re not easy to master, and many have known to get lost at sea using them.

Bottom line is that by suggesting someone sail to China using a sextant, he is suggesting that he hopes you either get lost at sea or that it takes you forever to arrive because you keep losing your way.

But I’m sure you already knew it was an insult. I just thought if someone has insulted you, you deserve to know what he was saying. (and yes, the person who insulted you is a he, not a she)

I can say with certainty that he’s the only one who would wish such a fate for our dear MAMABEAR! We don’t want you lost at sea! We want you sitting in your comfy chair, fingers on the keyboard, visiting with your friends here and demanding justice for a precious, sweet missing child.

IT works both ways. It is the prosecution that must prove the case. The defense wants to punch holes into the prosecution’s case that would cause reasonable doubt in the jury’s mind.

So they may have found something already, which would explain Tim’s on-and-off again schedule and that they are pretty sure looks good would be my guess. If it doesn’t test out then they don’t have to admit later into discovery.

BUT CAT……. DO THEY HAVE TO TELL DEFENCE THEY HAVE A BODY YET?

FBI & LE share info. The discovery process can be drug out as long as they want it to be. No time limit with testing evidence is required. The discovery can be turned over at any time even after trial has begun.
